Hanuman World Zip-line Experience

A good experience but probably wouldn't return

This was a great adventure, but not enough that I would return. The staff and concept are great, but it's essentially GoApe in Thailand. All very safe but no gloves provided which meant by the end our hands were raw. Now, I'm a little bias becauseI've been ziplining in Costa Rica which truly was above the treetops- this is not and you don't see much. It's also sweltering and for each activity you have to climb the same steep hill ... That said for what it was it was good. Depending on the package you get lunch included which wasn't too bad and a photographer follows you around - you can get all the pictures for around 1000bhat. Also went on the Roller ride which was a bit hairy because due to no gloves, it was really difficult to grip and hold on and if you Let go, you go upside down. TAKE GLOVES off you do this activity. Also shop around for deals -Viator is extortionate in Comparison to the deal I got with Ticket2Attraction - I saved around £70 for the same package including transfers. That was also cheaper than booking direct.

Con Artists

Liars and thieves!! So many other places to go in Thailand. Hard pass. My packages promised me to take me back to my hotel. After I was done charged me an expensive price to get me and my small children back. I’m traveling as a single woman with my kids. Really disgraceful

Great time!

Great time going across the zipline and the guides explained and ensured our safety throughout. While there was a small wait time, it was always to ensure appropriate safety. The roller was great fun and an adrenaline rush for all

Good activity

The normal zipline was quite disappointing as its not as fast as expected. While the safety of the zipline is maximised with 3 total guides for one group (two zipline guides and one photographer) this seems excessive as I feel most people can independently clip and unclip with adequate safety guidelines prior to ziplining. This made the whole process slow also considering a group of 10 that each guide had to assist. However, the roller zipline was super fun and viewing the GoPro video after was quite cool.

Overcharging

The zip line experience was great, but unfortunately despite their explicit promise they’ve charged us 300 THB for one way (we arrived by ourselves and sent our driver away after they’ve agreed to drive us all back) per each person who registered for the Skywalk only. So we paid 1,500THB for a drive that would have cost 400 at the most. What a pity. It ruined the whole experience 🥲

Excellent activity, fun filled adrenalin rush

Really great fun! The guides made the experience so amazing! Special thanks to Peter and James on the ziplines... the views from the top were gorgeous. Added to the professionalism is the attention to detail like including lunch and a transfer in the package. I bought my package through TAGTHAI which was excellent value.

pretty fun

good experience, the tour guides were nice and the buffet was pretty good as well. wasn’t my favorite thing we did here but was still fun.

Management Fiasco

The day started out perfect! It was a wonderful zip line experience. However we had a guest not able to come and the staff was unable to work with us on a refund. Also our ticket included a transfer back to our hotel. We waited more than an hour to go back to our resort. The staff was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. While I felt the zip line experience was fun it was overshadowed by the staffs professionalism. The zip line tour guides however were very helpful and fun.

Great Organisation....

Great Organisation. We had a lot of fun. Make the Rollercoaster! It is sooo crazy and cool. Buffet was also good.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

What an amazing day. The zipline course is amazing and we spent hours flying through the mountainside. There were numerous platforms, a skywalk and ever a roller coaster! A buffet lunch was also included. It was great experience!

A nice experience

I enjoyed my experience, the guides were patient and explained the different precautions we had to take. I did the 18 lines, which was cool. The only negative thing I have to say is that I waited a while to get picked up l, I had to text them to make sure that I wasn’t forgotten.

Great fun. Tiger and Lion will keep you safe and laughing the whole day. Highly recommended, one of the best experiences on my trip

Perfect activity

We opted for 18 platform plus roller coaster and skywalk tour with lunch.. Extremely professional punctual and friendly staff..My 5yo completed al rides and special thanks to zipline staff as so helpful smiling encouraging they al were.. lunch was good tasty with enough vegetarian options.. extremely happy

Death experience

No system... Was rainning and they wanted us to continue.. I had an accident an they couldn't stop, I have hit hard a tree if one of the man didn't stop grab me.. I was about to die... Had to stop everything but they didn't return money.

Fun at the top

It was a really great experience. A lot of fun, and a little scary for one of us. The food buffet was okay, but not that great.

Zip line

Felt like my heart dropped each time I fly on the zip line but IT WAS WOOOOOORTH IT. Recommended activity if you don’t really do activities but want to step out of your comfort zone.

Awesome and thrilling

Friendly and fun instructors! Group was enthusiastic and pro-active! Very fun, highly recommended to stop by and swing amongst the trees 🌴🌳

Zip Line experience

It was great experience! All the workers were very helpful and kind and all activities were very safe.

A must do experience

A must do adventure! Zip lining in the jungle like Tarzan :D from tree to tree was an amazing experience, totally worth it. The Hanuman Team knows its job very well. 16 platforms was a very good plan and also the optional pictures at the end that cost 900 THB were amazing.

It was our first experience and the this was incredible

It’s worth the trip. Scenery is beautiful and the people are kind. We did the 3 hour where you do the 16 platform, skywalk and lunch. My first time doing zip lining and I surly will do it again. Thanks to I Asia Thailand who was the agency that booked who were excellent throughout with our hotel transfers.

A fast paced fun day out in Phuket

What an amazing day out. We booked with I Asia Thailand Phuket office with our guide Woody. The activities are fun and recommended. The zipline course is amazing and we spent hours flying through the trees and my family enjoyed the training and also the staff who were excellent.

Absolutely not worth a penny. Do not go!! You will regret yourself!!

As quickly as it began, it ended. The zipline itself lasted for about half an hour, then it ended. Not worth the money you paid for. Gets the feeling that you want to make as much money from tourism as possible. Would have liked my money back.
