AIDA 2 Free Diving Course

I had a very good experience doing my AIDA 2 Free Diving Course. Rudy, my instructor was very thorough with his instruction and moved at a good pace that I was able to follow and absorb what he was teaching. When the course progressed into the deep open water dives I felt comfortable and in safe hands and was able to push a little deeper every dive with confidence. He is very passionate about free diving at it reflects in the way he conducts his training.

Happy Heart

In turn of events I had to go with SSS for a fundive in Phuket. Jean, the boss of the company started interacting with me from day 1 explaining the timings and requirements to carry on this dive. He made sure all my queries (had tons of them) were answered over the emails. The day of the dive approached. They were precise to their promised timelines. Was greeted by an experienced diver Lea. Such a warm and patient person she was through out this journey. I will recommend them 13/10 maybe. Words are not enough to express my gratitude towards them - Andy P.S: Lea made a statement before the dive knowing that we (3 of us)were amateurs - “ There’s nothing under the water that I can’t control. Don’t panic I’ve got your back”

Freediver class

I really enjoyed my free diving class at SSS. Rudy took his time to show me the techniques needed to safely dive and improve in the future. I am looking forward for the advanced session.

Basic/Advanced free diving course.

I recently completed both the basic and advanced free diving courses with SSS and it was a terrific experience. My instructor (Ruddy), is a first class teacher and a really nice guy. He has a very professional approach but at the same time he is friendly, always smiling, confidant and relaxed. These characteristics were much appreciated, as free diving is a little scary at first, but Ruddy put me at ease and left me in no doubt that I would be able to successfully complete all the requirements. You just have to listen, and do as he says (and does) and you will do well AND have lots of fun. Good facilities with the appropriate emphasis on safety, Ruddy will quickly have you free diving to depths you previously thought impossible safely and enjoyably. If you have ever considered trying free diving you cannot do better than Ruddy and the rest of the SSS crew.

Great Freediving Couse, Great Instructor (Ruddy)!

Had a fantastic two days diving with SSS. All transport is arranged before pool sessions in a purpose-built centre 10 minutes from town. Then a day out on the ocean off Koh Racha Yai including a return speedboat to a larger dive boat where we relaxed between dives while being well fed. Very professionally supervised throughout by Ruddy, whose instructing was superb and ensured that I achieved over 2 mins 30 static apnea (having begun at only 1 minute) while completing the dynamic apnea and ocean dives to the standard required. Even had time for some fun dives in the afternoon where we had close encounters with morays and cuttlefish! Recommend!

I love my freediving experience with instructor Ruddy Pineau! He is a kind, patient, calm and helpful person, that always lift his hand if you need help. Well, all you need to do is to ask (if anything you do not understand) and to trust on him! 이번에 혼자 여행을 가면서 스쿠버를 할까 프리를 할까 엄청 고민하다 한국바다에선 다이빙 하기 너무 춥고 ㅠ 그래서 프리다이빙 레벨업하러 갔습니다. 가기전 한국에서 싸이트에 담당자분과 이메일로 일정, 비용 상담했고 제 상황에 맞게 잘 조율해 주셨습니다. 가서는 Ruddy와 계속 트레이닝 했는데 제가 못하거나 실수하는 부분은 잘 지적, 수정해주고, 항상 잘한다, 좋다 칭찬해 줘서 더 편하게 잘했습니다. 가서 프리 어드벤스프리다이버 받았습니다. 개인적으론 개인기록 갱신하고 매우 만족!!!!! 혼자 오실분들중 프리 하고싶으시면 추천드립니다. I went to this shop for freediving license. I was super worrying about go into sea but Ruddy, was my trainer, made me felt safe, and explained everything. I learned more than i expected. And i super enjoyed my free diving and snorkeling safely. If i go to phuket again definitely go this shop again and have nice, fun and safe diving with Ruddy. Thank you.

Amazing freediving experience with Ruddy, Great instructor!

I took a basic freediving course on 26-27 July 2019 which I booked a week before and Jean helped me spontaneously. During the course, Ruddy, my instructor, he was so amazing, professional and with calm personality. He knows how to encourage his student and able to answer everything about freediving. It was an amazing experience! Love it! Can't wait to go back for the next course!

Had a few days of work, and Jean-Brice was able to get me booked in, great communication, easy booking. Did the 3 day freediving course. I have attempted one in the past in the UK. This course literally blew it out of the water!! Had Ruddy as my instructor and he was amazing. Very professional but also friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about freediving that just made the course even better. He was able to offer me support, answer any questions and got me through the course. If you have ever thought of doing freediving then you will not be disappointed if you do this course 11 out of 10 very very impressed!

Very good first diving experience

We did the diving initiation to have our first diving experience. Ned did an awesome job teaching us the first principles and we felt safe diving with him. Would do it again and recommand it to anyone wanting to experience what it is like to dive.

Freedive course plus Racha Yai tour dives

Thanks manu for organising the dive, was exactly what we were after. Rudi was a very calm and knowledgeable freedive teacher. Everyone was very surprised how deep they could get and how much they got out of the course. Bryan was a laidback guide and made today memorable. Great center, I recommend.

Ned our guide was super nice, you can ask for a French speaking guide, which will give confidence to the less experienced. If you book a day, a van will pick you up from the hotel, take you to the port where you will meet your guide, then you will take a boat to reach your site. Food (breakfast and lunch) is included and more than sufficient. In short, the day will go by at a thousand miles an hour. I recommend this center to you. (Photos were taken by Ned)

ハマっちゃった😄

アドバンスライセンス講習込みのファンダイビングプランで、日本人ガイドと一緒にめっちゃ×2楽しいダイビングでした。ダイビングにハマってしまったので、4月にはシミラン諸島とタオ島に行こうと思います。

Excellente journée

On a passé la journée avec David pour faire l'excursion 3 plongées King cruiser. C'était vraiment une très très bonne journée, on a pu échanger sur la plongée et sur les bons spots du coin. Grâce à lui on a eu vraiment de très belles plongées, il nous a aussi expliqué le déroulé de la journée sur le bateau (repas et vie à bord) et ça c'est plutot bien pratique. Encore merci pour les photos et n'hésitez pas à plonger avec lui (si vous avez la chance de l'avoir) 👌🏻 Concernant les repas, c'était délicieux on était à bord de Mermaid (je n'ai plus le nom entier) et c'était vraiment juste extra à la fois pour le petit déjeuner et le midi avec en plus soft a volonté et bien frais ! Superbe expérience je recommande !

J'ai pu expérimenter deux activités auprès de SSS Phuket : le Padi free diving level 1 ainsi que le Padi open water scuba diving.. J'en suis très satisfait.. Les instructeurs sont très compétents et font preuve d'une attention et pédagogie permanente qui rend l'activité d'autant plus agréable. L’accueil au sein SSS Phuket à également été très plaisant. On m'a expliqué en détail et précisément tout le déroulement des activités. J'ai également pu joindre le gérant par téléphone à chaque instant pour qu'il puisse répondre à mes interrogations.. Bref très bonne expérience, je recommande fortement.

Freediving

Nous sommes descendues en apnée à 6 mètres de profondeur dans la mer aux alentour de l’île de Racha, en Thaïlande ! (+ tenue de 2mn en apnée statique sous l’eau et tenues de 3 minutes en apnée statique hors de l’eau). L’entrainement à la piscine nous a été bénéfique car au départ nous ne tenions que 30 secondes en apnée statique hors de l’eau. Super heureuse d’avoir pu améliorer mes performance et découvrir ce sport extrême. Quel bonheur et quel sensation de liberté lorsque l’on plonge sous l’eau en apnée, entourée de jolis poissons ! J’ai vraiment adorée ! Je recommande a tous de tester cette activité. De plus, Rudy, l’instructeur de freediving est très à l’écoute et sait parfaitement vous rassurer et vous accompagner tout au long de votre expérience. Merci à Rudy et à SSS Phuket pour avoir rendu cela possible !

Freediving à Racha Yai

Nous avons passé deux supers journées grâce à Ruddy, qui nous a fait découvrir le freediving. Ruddy est très pédagogue et mets tout de suite à l'aise. La sortie en bateau sur Racha Yai s'est très bien passé, le bateau est très confortable, et une fois les exercices de freediving finis, nous pouvions profiter du snorkeling, de la plage... L'équipe de SSS Phuket est au top, foncez-y vous ne le regretterez pas !
