Our tour guide was phenomenal and went above and beyond. She was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. She took us to all the important places to see in phuket. All the important places in Phuket thailand. She was a big help as I have some mobility issues and she was very helpful for that. We would highly recommend her you won't be disappointed! Great way to see Phuket

We had a great time. Our Driver/Guide, Mr. Soon, did a wonderful job showing us his beautiful island. You really need to get out of the Patong area to experience it. He picked us up from the pier, on time, and took us all around.

Fun and informative

Tienna was knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Also a good conversationalist. Our highlights were:- Big Budda visit. Cashew nut factory visit Bird show We ended up staying well beyond our original six hours !!

It was an unforgettable adventure!

There were so many memorable moments in our day with Soon, our driver. We covered more than we had our sights set on. Soon was very flexible and accommodating to our groups varied interests. He’s quite knowledgeable and spoke clear English.

Photographer included in the tour was excellent There was no tour guide...more of a driver...overall took us wherever we wanted....will have to shell a bit extra per hour if you need to check all to do destinations

Such A Pity That This Wonderful Tour Ended Badly For Us

To start of with, we had a great time for the majority of the day doing this tour in Phuket with our tour guide and got to see some incredible sights with our tour guide/bus driver. However after having a great time, right at the end he randomly expected us to tip him more twice the amount we was going to tip him (on top of paying for this already of course), due to him apparently going over the 'agreed time' (which he never told us of this in all our time with him beforehand), the funny thing is that he was trying to get us to stay on the tour longer and suggested more places that we could go to with him! This really disappointed and frustrated us as the tour guide here seemed to be very nice and not someone that would look to take advantage of tourists. Unfortunately we was wrong in the end so we can't recommend this tour due to our experience here.

Private Phuket tour

Very good, so helpful, giving us great view of Phuket. On time air con, great adventure. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Do NOT book this! It is NOT a customized city tour and they will NOT allow you to extend for the 300 baht an hour.

This is NOT a customized tour! We were absolutely mislead as this is not a customized tour, I would have gone with another less expensive company if I had known. This is literally just a hired car service and even then the driver will get frustrated when you don’t want to go to the tiger or bird show he continues to try and talk you into going to. Even worse he argued and didn’t want to take us where we actually wanted to go (shopping for an hour) but eventually did so being very rude the whole time. He could hardly understand us which would have been perfectly fine if I knew I was hiring a driving service but this ad misleads that it is a tour which it is not so we learned nothing about the local areas or the sites we visited. We were not able to extend for the 300 baht an hour to see the temple that we missed and we missed it because he took us to a view point instead of the temple we asked for. Just save you time and don’t book this one, I honestly which I had known. If this saves even one of you the frustration then I am happy.

Phuket from local's perspective

Mr.Panoporn is an amazing driver .He took good care of my Parents and I on our customized tour. We wanted lunch at Tu Khao Kab in Phuket Town,Tour of Big Buddah and Chapong Wat . He toldus the history,played Thai Music and explained it to us. We are booking again with them for a Phi Phi Island Tour! Please request Mr.Panoporn you won't regret it.

Set tour

We went for the recommended tour, driver on time, nice van and friendly driver. 1st stop as at an elephant experience which was not part of the itinerary so we said lets go as not what was expected so we left. And then took us to downtown to shop for and hr, not on itinerary either but thought we must have time. Then went to peanut factory not on tour either. Then onto some of the itinerary, which was brilliant driver very informative. But At the end of the day we didn’t do 3 experiences as we went over the 6hrs, and had to pay to finish tour, so we said no we wanted to go back to hotel. Very disappointed we didn’t get to see it all but what we did see was great. Did feel a bit like he was taking us to places to get commission maybe?

Great experience!

Tour guide that drove us around Phuket was great! He made sure we arrived at airport on time. He recommended areas when I provided list of places I wanted to see.

Great place relaxing on Sunday there is a great street market with lots of local products and great street food and great coffee shops

Good sights shame about the driver

Left waiting for 45 minutes after lunch not able to contact the driver, by whats app or phone, all day his phone messaging active in the car but didn't answer our calls after lunch, He tried to get us to go to this other restaurant but we wanted to go to the fish market, he cut trip short and dropped us off on time but missed last few attractions.

Great Tour in Phuket

Our customized tour of Phuket was great! Our guide was very knowledgeable and flexible as the day we were there the weather was not good. Definitely book this tour.

Great Tour with lovely Guide Mad

A real private tour. Only you and the great Guide Mad. He knows the Island and the places to be. You are complete flexible and Mad shows you what ever you want to see. If you are looking for a private trip trough Phuket, go for it!

Private sightseeing in Phuket

We,as a family, were in Phuket for more than a week and we had this Private cab (a comfortable SUV) with us, driven by Muhammad (Mad) +66 87 599 0126. Right from picking us up from the airport, he took us for all the sightseeing, could speak English, was punctual and very flexible with timings. A very pleasant person and we enjoyed Phuket because of him. He was reasonable with the charges too. Thank God we found him, which made our trip absolutely wonderful:) Thank you,Mad!
