Amazing family fun day out

This place is a fabulous way to spend a day with the family. Stuff for everyone! It’s expensive though (think AUD $9 for an ice cream cone) and you can only bring in your own water in non-glass bottles. So be prepared to spend money. Take your own towels if you can to save a little. The wave beach and the thriller slides are amazing, you will need a lot of sunscreen as there is not much shade around!!

Beautiful Service, Ice, Fai and Yim! @ Andamanda Waterpark Kathu, Phuket

My partner and I were in a tight spot having issues with our bank cards paying for our tickets, very easily these ladies at the ticket counter could’ve turned us away, but instead they were so patient, so friendly and ever so beautiful with their service to us. Despite having to deal with a very rude customer before us they still were so super nice to us helping us to pay for our tickets to get in and enjoy the park. These ladies and all the staff at the place were amazing to be with, so helpful so friendly, these staff spend their day very hot day making sure tourists like us have the best time and the best time we did have! A big great thank you to Ice, Fai and Yim, you are beautiful souls and deserve everything of the best! Thank you!!

Great day for all.

What a fabulous place, extremely well run and there are life guards absolutely everywhere. We rented one of the private pool villas that front the huge wave pool and it comes with toilet and shower, fridge full of cold drinks and a small nibble platter. There are lots of food options dotted all around the complex. There is something for everyone from extreme rides to the toddlers water section and my favourite the lazy river. We spent the whole day there but I would advise that you pre organise your transport at the end of the day as it can be a bit of an ordeal to organise.

Recommend going in wet season. food is slightly overpriced but overall amazing waterpark for all thrill seekers. probably the best waterpark ive ever been to.

Fun day out

The slides and beach are amazing. 130mtr drops few slides not for the faint harted, food was great staff good, clean and tidy Would definitely go again

Family Holiday with a 3yr old and 7yr old

Went on 28th March 2023 Weekday. Was not too crowded so easy to cover all the slides a few times. Lines were quick flowing Great time with the family there. For kids above 122cm all the slides are covered which is great. I highly recommend to book the tickets online 2days in advance directly on the waterpark website as they have offers at times with the Cabana / towel rental etc. They have 2 pool bars which are great and also have good music.

Amazing family day out

The most excellent water park. All facilities were great. All staff amazing. I've never seen so many lifeguards af a water park. Even the food was good!!

Good place

Was good but not the best Team are so friendly Some of the games not working and was under services No good number of seats as we came to early but we didn’t find any place as we all of them was booked on advance

great for families and some amazing slides

Great day! The waterpark was quiet the day we went which was great so no line up. The rides were awesome and the park itself was well organised and super clean. The kids really enjoyed this as well. Will definitely come back!

Stunning

Superb, we stayed there from 1 to 5 p.m., and if we could stay + we would have! Lots of activities and attractions to do plus a very good spot. The - is that the food is quite expensive there (for what you find in Thailand)

Paar interessante Rutschen, aber es geht in Europa besser und billiger

Sicherheit wird gross geschrieben, das heisst, es ist etwas übertrieben. Alle 5 Meter steht ein Bademeister, manchmal kann man erst auf die Rutsche wenn die andere Person unten längst ausgestiegen ist, was selbst an schwach besuchten Tagen zu langen Wartezeiten führt. Ein paar richtig schöne Rutschen hat es. Aber selbst für europäische Verhältnisse viel zu teuer. Die Hygieneregeln die gelten sollten auch durchgesetzt werden. Unterhosen unter den Badehosen und der gleiche Vollkörperanzug und Schleier wie auf der Strasse (!) ist nicht sehr appetitlich. Viele der muslimischen Besucherinnen wollen nicht mit westlichen Männern in das gleiche Schlauchboot, was wiederum zu längerer Wartezeit führt.
