Fun activities but crowded boat

I was surprised to see how many people were squished onto one speedboat. The ride between stops was very uncomfortable because everyone was tight to each other. The stops themselves were fun and beautiful but I did wish there was a bit more time spent at each

Trash, terrible, unprofessional, incompetent

Terrible!!! I traveled over 50 countries I got well over 200 activities, airbnb etc and I've never felt the need to do this. Unfortunately the driver mess my entire day!! And the activity manager or Viator did anything to fix the issue!!! TERRIBLE I wish-1 was an option Terrible company Terrible viator atleast this time.

Great tour

Great day tour. Guide is helpful and well organized. Got enough time to do snorkeling and and capture breathtaking photos.

Super Island hopping tour

We were given opportunities to swim so often, it was great to see so many island and visited the national park. Lunch and breakfast were great.

The best water tour in Phuket!!

It was by far the best water tour experience I've ever had! The pick up was timely at 9am, ride on the cleanest mini bus I've seen in Thailand, instructions were clear, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They separate tours per language, so no confusions and clear instructions were provided. The boat was the best maintained boat I've ever seen. New and fast. The home base facility they launch from is gorgeous and very clean, well organized. The buffet was delicious and fresh. I have time to shop at phi phi islands. Didn't feel rushed at all. The staff is beyond kind, they are very knowledgeable and kind. Overall, it was an amazing experience tour. Highly recommended!! Be aware that traffic in phuket is pretty pretty heavy, so depending on where you are staying, the bus could take up to 2hrs to take you back. But that is out of their control. Just try to take a nap until you reach your destination. They take an A+++ rating!!! Thank you, Queen Nacy, Pinky, Captain Shumacher, and the crew of Orange #9!

Best boad trip

It was amazing for a good price, the snorkeling was the best part for me. The food was also good that was provided in the resort’s canteen.

Paradise ride

Such a fabulous day ! Crew were amazing helpful and chatty ! Ride was bumpy and choppy but if you want to see paradise you have to do these things ! Highly recommend 🥰

Amazing tour, definitely worth it!

Amazing trip, they were super friendly and kind. We visited many islands and got to spend adequate time in each. 5 out of 5 stars would do it again!

Book with other companies

The taxi for pick up was 45 minutes late. The life jackets buckle was all broken on all the life jackets. Drinks were not offered to all passengers. Apart from the guide, the crew was a bit moody. It's not worth the experience with this company. Used different agencies previously and had a good time.

Phi Phi islands day trip

The places visited were amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. What we didn't like: - the driving style was too aggresive, going straight into the waves just for fun; this caused a lot of splashes and some motion sickness for a few people. - the snorkeling spot near Viking Cave is amazing, but it's impossible to enjoy because of the waves caused by boats.

All great and well organized. They provide lowest price but we have been many islands. Specially maiton island. We loved maiton island. We have seen plenty of dolphins. Highly recommended

Alot of fun schwimming and snorkeling, very nice tourguide, great lunch and the most beautiful beach you will ever see.

Not really as advertised

In general, the trip was okay. However, the main activity seems to get pictures rather than go snorkeling. Our group was 43 compared to the 35 that was advertised. Thus, the boat was more crowded and slower. More people had to enter and leave the boat. All of that reduced the time you can spend on activities. It is also a real pity that so many people book such a tour when they cannot swim! For example, the boat must relocate to bring people to “monkey island” because they cannot swim 10m to the beach from the snorkeling position. The order of the activities goes along with the tide. Due to that our lunch was around 2:30 p.m. (not an issue) but it would be nice to optimize that is it still warm…

Staff was so friendly, food was nice, the places visited was wonderful.. Lots of nice views and activities.. Boat was so comfortable..

Maiton island amazing

Specially maiton island. Better than others. Quite and breathtakingly marine life. We had so much fun with our friendly guide. Highly recommended

Unique experience

Thx a lot guys. For that price we had fully day excursion. Plenty of snorkeling time. Specially Maiton island was best for snorkeling, corals and dolphins. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your day. Overcrowded. Not worth!

If you want to see the beach packed with boats and people-go for it. 1) The laguna is nice, but the amount of speedboats and long tail boats is unreal!!! You can not see all the beauty of water. The swimming in the laguna was like swimming in a small pool with 30-40 people around you kicking. 2)The Maya Bay is beautiful 😍. But you have about 40-45mins there which is way to short time. 3) Phi Phi is a joke!!! We only went there to have a lunch. The lunch was in a constant feel of "last man standing". There was sooo much people. Out of all beach available- 90% are the boats. You don't have time to enjoy the island as after lunch you have to come back. 4) We had a Guide - very good guy. The boat crew and snacks - very good. The boat itself - good. Resume. Go for each spot for the day to enjoy it. Maybe chose other less touristy places. I can compare our experience 9 years ago. Now it is a disaster. You spend almost half of the time going on the boat. Every island you visit in this program feels like you are in a rush. What's the point to go to the exotic island just for lunch and see thousands of people and dozens of speedboats?

Good value for money

Great value for money. It’s very touristy and there are crowds everywhere- it’s just how it is for beautiful locations. Highly recommended getting Fins for 100B because we were able to zoom away from the crowds and see more things while snorkelling. We noticed most the people on our tour had never snorkelled before and the guide (Mint- what a legend) looked after them well and was ok with us doing our own thing.

A really memorable day.

I thought that the staff on the group were most professional, Mint was an outstanding guide and our boat pilot was great, he handled our big speedboat (about 50 feet long) loaded with people like he was driving a 12 foot dinghy. All the assistants were also great in keeping us safe. I appreciated that the Nature Conservation fees were included in the package and we loved the snorkeling. Only two things bothered us. Lunch was ver late and we felt that the visit to Monkey Bay should have taken place after lunch. Monkey Bay is so close to Phi Phi Don’s restaurant area, it really wouldn’t have been that hard to swop the two activities. The other was the transport. While I appreciate the effort that the company went to accommodate getting everyone to the departure pier, too much time wasted on waiting for no-shows and people unable to listen to instructions in the boats as to which driver to meet at day’s end. At the end of a long day, no one wants to have to wait in the bus for nearly 30 minutes while the driver is trying to find missing passengers. This last issue spoiled what was otherwise a brilliant day! The tour company can be much better if they find a better solution to this problem.

Great tour would recommend

Very enjoyable tour. We had the best tour guide Mint she was funny and enjoyable to be around all day. Got the perfect amount of times at each place. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Fantastic Experience — Highly Recommended

We had an incredible experience with Mint as our guide. Her knowledge and commentary were top-notch. The boat staff's kindness, along with snacks and drinks, made the journey even better. The buffet was delicious and the time spent at each island was perfect. I highly recommend this trip for an amazing adventure.

Great trip

Great day out, well organised, great sites. Loved Maya beach. A pity organiser took a lot of photos, told us that photos would be visible on Facebook that night and nothing. Contacted them and they said following night. Nothing. Still waiting

Good budget friendly tour

Views were amazing and the islands were incredible. Lunch was very late so would recommend bringing snacks. Boat was very bumpy and crowded so take travel sickness tablets. Overall a good day if you’re on a budget.

Great day trip to Koh phi phi

Had an amazing day on board, very beautiful spots and good food! Loved the guide- Mint, very nice and friendly person who created a familiar atmosphere on board. Definitely recommended! :)

Too much of a rush, no fun...

Rush rush rushhh... snorkeling was limited and not enjoyable... food was average and you didn't even get an opportunity to really enjoy any of the spots/islands you visited. Not recommended.

Fun day out

Good staff funny and fun the whole trip, boat was good, food excellent, good stops, had a great time, great value for money

Meh

While we were so excited to see Maya Bay and the Phi Phi Islands, we felt the tour itself could’ve been restructured. We were all cramped and packed like sardines on a speedboat and spent the majority of the time there. Each stop was only about 40 minutes or so and you felt you barely had time to enjoy it before you had to rush back on the boat - sometimes even being called back early. The last stop is a private island tourist trap with really nothing much to see. We felt the time would’ve been better spent cutting that and spending more time at the other locations snorkeling and walking the beach at Maya Bay (no swimming allowed there). With as many options as you have for touring out there, I would suggest picking a different itinerary that maximizes time at the places you actually want to see.

Island tour day trip

Slow start to the day, waited a while for the tour to actually start also beware that they try to sell you extras before departure, though water shoes were useful but not a necessity, really enjoyed all the different stops, snorkelling was much enjoyed and there are also many additional add on activities at an extra expense at certain stops so bring extra cash if interested in scuba diving for families with young kids who can’t swim and therefore can’t snorkel or for long tail boat for pretty pictures

Rainbow rainbow that’s what you hear when Jenny picks u up for a boat trip that’s beyond dreams. Wonderful stops lovely staff on board and a guide that rocks when I think of phi phi islands I will always think of rainbow Jenny . Thank you for the wonderful day !

Too long and boring

Maya beach was pretty. Didn’t stay very long though and so many people with all the tours you couldn’t enjoy the view. Never knew what island we were at. As I read the title of this tour, I wonder if we stopped at bamboo islands. Was looking forward to monkey beach but we literally stopped for one minute and could not get out. Lunch was at a stop we got to at 1 pm. By this time we starving (pickup time was 7:30 am). We we told we had to snorkel first then eat, if we chose to Aleta first we couldn’t snorkel. The buffet for lunch wasn’t very good, People on the tour were asking to go back mid-way. the last stop was an hour and 45 minutes, which was entirely too long. It was not a pretty beach to stay at either, rocks in water, sand was not soft and had to pay to use toilet. tour guide asks for tips before we get back but sadly did nothing to warrant giving additional funds. Spend a little more money and choose a better tour. I chose this tour based on reviews and now feel they were not true or honest reviews.

Best Excursion Ever

Best Day Ever!! Had an awesome guide. Saw beautiful island lagoon where we had a long time to swim in beautiful clear blue ocean. Would recommend them anytime.

Phi Phi 1 day

Great experience, very attentive personel, well organised, really fun! Loved the fruit at the end of the trip, saved me. Full on though, could do with staying a little longer in the island where we had lunch and explore a little more, maybe do some shopping. Lunch was good too with a few choices buffet.

Great boat trip

This was a great trip. Jenny and the crew were super helpful, organized, and great. We spent a great amount of time at each of the locations and everything was beautiful!

Jenny was amazing she and her team treated us so well and our experience was amazing… I would recommend Jenny as a guide she gave us great information and was full of fantastic information about the area …

Difficult Booking Experience

They cancelled our tour as we weren’t at one of their listed hotels and they said we were outside their pickup locations. This was absolutely fine - we repeatedly offered to either pay extra for transfers (which they say they can do in the description - this is not the case) or we offered to travel to another hotel that was listed in their pick up hotels but they refused to pick us up from these hotels either because they said it was still too far, even though they are listed as hotels they will transfer to and from. I’m sure the experience itself is great but definitely be wary before booking and contact them first to make sure they definitely will pick you up (even if your hotel is listed) otherwise you won’t receive your refund for 3-5 working days and from the messages I received, they are pretty blunt, get extremely defensive and are unwilling to meet you halfway in any capacity. FYI, they won’t pick up from Surin Beach, Surin Sunset or Nua Tone which are all listed as hotels they offer transfers for.

Pi leh lagoon(emerald lagon) breathtaking scenic

Tour program was efficient. FULL DAY tour. We didnt pay any extra charge. We had visit many touristic spots. Included maya bay beach, snorkelling equipments, national park fees, emerals lagood pi leh lagoo and others . Highly recommended

Best trip ever!

Best trip ever!!! Staff were so lovely and each island was beautiful 😍 Bars on each island and lots of shopping as well as renting our jetskis. The snorkelling was also beautiful (they provide snorkels). Well planned and a lot of time in each spot. Could not recommend this trip enough, as soon as it was done I wanted to go the next day!

Excellent boat tour

Jenny was the best tour operator!!! She’s a rainbow. Trip was awesome, felt a bit rushed and it was crowded( not their fault) my favourite part was the last island where the snorkelling was amazing

Breathtaking locations

All three locations were stunning. Plenty of opportunity for good photos that can only be taken here. Staff was extremely pleasant. I only wish we had more time to spend in each of the locations.

Jenny and her crew were excellent tour guides. They looked after us well during the day. Water and soft drinks available throughout the day on the boat.

Great crew, great trip, exactly as hoped for.

Crew were great, funny and helpful. Private long-tail boat trip within lagoon was fab. Even though Maya Beach is busy it’s still easy to find an angle where the selfie is still just you and the stunning scenery.

Jenny and the crew were great. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Unlimited water and soft drinks provided as well as a basic lunch. Lots of opportunity for swimming and snorkelling. Maya Bay was simply heaving with people when we visited … you literally shuffle round in a massive queue for the whole 30 minutes - not at all relaxing or atmospheric. Similarly Monkey Bay absolutely packed (people literally stealing drinking bottles of sand from the beach as a souvenir, despite signs asking them not to). … actually felt sorry for the wild monkeys having 100’s of tourists taking their their perfect Instagram shot about 10cm from them and their babies. Perhaps this level of unrestricted access isn’t sustainable.

Nice trip

Jenny, our guide was very nice and taking care of us. The trip itself was pretty rushy, but we could enjoy the last beach with pretty nice (and expensive) cocktails. B I would recommend the trip, but don't book the premium trip, it's not necessary, as we paid less and had the same boat as the others paying for the premium trip.

Worth every Baht and Penny

Highly recommended. Jenni is the best tour guide ever. I’m a solo traveler going pretty much everywhere in the world. I guarantee Jenny will take care with her best ability. Go travel!!
