The Eiffel Tower was fabulous. I deducted two stars because the Des riotion if the tour is misleading in that there was NO skipping the line and I waited over an hour in the long line.

Excellent Service

I couldn't get tickets to the summit directly from the Eiffel Tower so decided to this one a go. I'm so pleased that I did, they managed to get me tickets to the summit and at the time I requested. I wasn't sure initially how to request the time I wanted, but when I contacted them to ask about this, I received a reply back straight away. The tickets were sent to me in plenty of time so we could have a lovely stress free visit.

Delivered exactly as described.

No waiting at all through using this ticket. We got the time we asked for, it was very easy to follow the instructions, I had a question which I asked through the app and was answered immediately… great experience.

It was extremely busy, glad to have skip the line, but still had to wait in long queues. The views were amazing!

Misrepresented!

This tour is misrepresented! It is sold as a skip the line and it is far from that! All it was was an entry ticket just like you could buy on your own, when I spoke to the staff after standing in line, they said that the tour operators sell this as skip the line but there is no such thing as skip the line! I understand waiting in line for security, that was not bad. Standing in line for everything else, when the tour was sold as skip the line, is the problem! Sell it what it is, just an entry ticket!

Seems to me a Scam

Why did I pay for skip the line tickets when my ticket put me in the same line as everyone else who paid for a regular ticket at a lesser amount than me.

Perfect and affordable online tickets

Got tickets while others were sold out. Got them via email compared to go to some location to get it. Perfect. I was hesitant at first cause the seller has not many reviews but the experience was flawless. I would recommend for anyone who wants tickets and don't need a guide or some extra frills.

Great customer service

This was a fantastic experience! We saw that tickets to the Summit were sold out but were able to snag these. Be prepared for lots of lines but that should be expected at such an amazing tourist destination. We did have to reach out to customer service, as we were running a few minutes late for our planned time… they were super helpful and we still had a great experience.

Fantastic experience, went around 2100hr for sunset , views are incredible , proposed to my fiancé at the very top of Eiffel Tower (summit) The only issue I had was booking through 3rd party and explained I wanted the summit option and the 2nd floor got booked and wasn’t summit option so I had to rebook again so had 4 tickets, the 2 tickets for 2nd floor was wasted, not really a big issue just could have been explained through booking as this cost me twice! So double check your booking before approving/accepting. Had a tour person who communicated very well with me via WhatsApp called ~Raghav Tulsian. Fantastic communication / service.

Overall a great experience, the co-ordination was good and the tickets to me were also delivered well in time. The ticket counter at the tower was of 3-4hours, so glad that i purchased the ticket with them which saved my time.

The tickets for Eiffel were no where available but they got me the tickets for my preferred timings and were very prompt to revert me.

WORST SCAM IN PARIS

STOP. DO NOT BUY this tour. First as in most Viator trips they pride themselves on their cancellation policy. After I had booked this tour I saw where there was no cancellation and if you had an issue you had to call India!! All I received was an email asking what time we wanted to go? So basically all they did was buy the tickets which I could have easily done at the Tower itself without paying an extra 100 Euro’s, this “tour” is such a SCAM. There is NO TOUR!! We were only given the tickets and a small map that did nothing. There was NO guide, not even headsets so you are on your own while these losers are stealing our money from India. Viator would be crazy to keep this SCAM on their list. I have used Viator for over 15 years and never had a problem. I read the reviews there were only 3, of which 2 were from their relatives in India, it is such a big lie. STAY AWAY.

I was able to skip the long queue of the tickets office using their ticket and got the direct and fast track access to the Eiffel Tower. The entry time was confirmed from me and got the ticket of my preferred entry time. You might have to wait for a few minutes in the security check line and lift line which you cannot skip using any ticket. Will recommend the supplier to all my friends and family.

Much cheaper on the official website on the same day of the visit. No option to change time. Total disappointment

I made a reservation, thinking that I had "succeeded" since there were no tickets available on the official website for the date I was going to go. They sent me the ticket the same day, with a time that I did not choose. Due to a two hour delay in my flight. It prevented me from using the tickets. I wrote and insisted, to be able to change it and I got nothing. Only lose 130 euros to go up to the second floor (two adults and two children). The next day I tried the official website of the Eiffel Tower, and I got tickets for the same day for 46 euros (2 adults and 2 children) so... Nothing more to say. Very unhappy about the price, but at the time I made the reservation, as it was available on the tower's website, it seemed like an opportunity, and very unhappy to send the tickets on the same day without a time option and without being able to change it, even for reasons that do not depend on me.

Week end a Parigi

La seconda volta a Parigi, abbiamo deciso di visitare la Torre Eiffel. Siamo saliti fino in su e ci siamo gustati la vista dall'alto della città che è veramente emozionante.

Never received the ticket... They don't answer the phone... I hope to get a refund... At the official ticket office of the Eiffel Tower, they didn't know this Indian company...

Everything we have been able to see is very beautiful.

It was impressive, the only downside is that it has been raining every day and you couldn't see it as clearly as the sun gives...

Tutto è andato secondo i piani ed è stato molto bello! Prima di prenotare ho chiamato l'assistenza siccome avevo dei dubbi e sono stati molto gentili e disponibili! Unica pecca non si può scegliere direttamente un orario preciso ma verrà comunicato solo in seguito.

Arnaque!!!! Billets achetés pour le 25/05/24 mais édité à la date du 05/05/24. Service client contacté mais ne pouvait rien faire… du coup 100€ dépensés pour rien. À fuir!!!!
