Wonderful!

Our tour guide Hisham was very informative and took his time explaining every detail of the tour walking Notre Dame and answered all of our questions! We enjoyed him and the tour greatly!

Find another tour.

For the first hour walking around Notre Dame, the tour guide gave us very basic information that most people already know. For the second hour, the tour guide simply dropped us off at the crypt so we could explore on our own. If I wanted to explore on my own, I wouldn’t have signed up for a tour.

What an incredible experience this tour was, and the deep history behind the building.. Spectacular! Also what an amazing guide as well. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Not worth $

Paid too much for such a minimal tour. Guide have good historical facts but there was not enough substance to this “tour”

Very interesting

Great tour with Sophie, excellent guide with lots of interesting information and stories about Notre Dame and the fire

Not happy

The tour guide was knowledgeable. However, he left us behind when he moved the group across the street. We were stopped by the traffic light and were unable to find the group again. Therefore, we only received about 10 minutes of the tour. We saw him at the Lourve the next day and he blamed us for being slow and made no effort to apologize or refund our money.

Paris Notre Dame Outdoor Walking Tour & Crypt - Good Tour

Remi was a great tour guide! He talked extensively about the Notre Dame fire and told us many interesting facts and background stories about the building. The crypt portion of the tour is self guided. It's good, but not outstanding. If you have an interest in Notre Dame, definitely do this tour.

The tour was amazing but the guide was a bit hard to understand. She had a lot of knowledge. Seeing the cathedral was very moving.

Our tour guide - Remi - was fantastic! His knowledge of Notre Dame, the fire and rebuild and all about it was amazing. He was a great storyteller and made the tour fun, interesting and entertaining!

My daughter and I loved our time with Reni. He added humor and spent time talking with each group of people. Lovely afternoon!

Very interesting and informative tour.

I highly recommend this tour. We learned a lot of the history behind Paris and Notre Dame. Our tour guide was clearly committed to giving the participants an interesting experience and sharing her love of Notre Dame.

Notre Dame Cathedral

Notre Dame was good. The guide unfortualelt was hard to understand with the accent he had altough hw waited ti speak until all guets were in front of him which was good. The tour gave a great background of the church but I wish we had entry into the chrurch.

Notre Dame and crypt tour

We missed our original tour time due to traffic. Rescheduling to a later time was very easy. Remi, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and spoke great english. I wish we had made the original tour as it would have given us more time to visit the crypt which was fascinating.

No experience

Because of the time it took to do the Louvre tour we never made it in time for this tour. Lesson learned. The Louvre takes twice as long as advertised.

Very pleasnat and informative!

We were in a small group of maybe 8 people on Tuesday 7 May. Our guide, Sania, was well-informed and personable and spoke English well. Since we could not see the inside at this time, she walked us around the cathedral and explained everything one could see from the outside—the flying buttresses, the front door arches, the stained glass windows, as well as the 200 year old trees being used for lumber and the artisanal reconstruction techniques in use. She also provided some "extracurricular" commentary on Paris itself, e.g. how to quickly determine the arrondissement you are in, and how to identify a well-made croissant! Nice! All in all, it was a very enjoyable hour. We look forward to touring again with Sania when the cathedral reopens in 2025.

Interesting trip

Sophie was awesome. Very informative. We really enjoyed her presentation. The crypts were really interesting.

Well worth it!

Though unable to go inside of Notre Dame, our tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and he knew a great deal about the past and present surrounding Notre Dame. We had previously been at Notre Dame just to see it, but this tour was a personal touch, making our time around the beautiful cathedral feel special. We enjoyed the tour itself more than the crypt, but overall, this was well worth the time. Great tour!

Very informative

Sophie was wonderful!! We learned a lot about him the history of the cathedral and all the events that took place. It was very interesting.

Remi is AWESOME

Remi was both articulate and knowledgable about the entire history of Notre Dame. He went the extra mile and we wish he were guiding us on tours of other sites!

Disappointed in Notre Dame with Experience First

Very disappointed. Experience First needs to change their focus to CUSTOMER FIRST . We were two minutes late arriving for a 2:30 pm tour and the group had already left. No phone number had been provided for us to contact the tour guide. When I finally reached the office at 2:37pm, they told me they had no way to reach the tour guide. My granddaughter and I missed seeing this historical church as there was no way for us to reschedule during our time in Paris.

Amazing tour and guide!

Amazing tour and Remi was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly and made the tour very enjoyable. We learned a lot about the cathedrals history and also about the fire and restoration works.

Better done on your own

Just ok. Hard to hear guide. Also, she was not knowledgeable about the crypt, which was definitely the highlight of the “tour”.

Highly recommend. Remi was our guide and he was funny and entertaining and made it a very enjoyable experience.

Skip the tour and just do the crypt access

The tour was good. Although we felt like the tour guide didn't tell us anything really interesting about Notre Dame. He also spoke rather fast and was difficult to understand.

Wonderfully educational and engaging tour with an amazing tour guide!

The Notre Dame walking tour with crypt entry was fantastic and our tour guide, Anastasia was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and fun. Despite the noise due to the Notre Dame reconstruction, she remained on task and kept the tour highly interesting and educational, much more so than expected. Regarding the noise, even though Notre Dame has a lot of scaffolding and construction, it’s still beautiful and impressive, and the stories Anastasia told and linked to Notre Dame made it fascinating. In short, you’ll have to contend a little with the surrounding environment, but it is still an awesome tour, one I highly recommend. Make sure you leave some time after to spend about 45 minutes (or more) in the crypt….absolutely fascinating down there. 5 star tour with an amazing tour guide - thank you!

Remi was the best tour guide!! Had first hand info on the fire that destroyed the cathedral. Very personable and funny too. Was a great tour!! Definitely make sure you are with Remi!! 🤗👍🏻

Hearing about the fire while visiting was eye opening. So glad is site has been saved. The crypt was really interesting.

Maria was very informative and gave us a good overview of the church and the fire. Highly recommend her tour. She also gave us some suggestions on where to go for typical meals.

Good, but not necessary.

Our guide, Remi, was great. As is the case until the restoration is finalized, one can not go inside. I’m not sure we needed a tour guide to walk around the cathedral. Save your money.

Great Experience!

It was great to learn the history of Notre Dame, but we also learned about the recent fire and when it is expected to reopen. Our guide, Sophie, was great! A wealth of information with a touch of humor.

Lovely Notre Dame Tour

Sophie was a phenomenal tour guide !! We did the outdoor crypts walking tour & we learned so many cool facts and she made sure to point out key parts to us! Although it’s under construction she made sure to make the best of it!

Cold, rainy tour.

Considering that Notre Dame is still under construction and the weather on the day we visited was terrible, it was still an interesting tour and a fascinating site.
