One of our best nights in Paris! The Eiffel Tower was amazing in itself - then when you add the restaurant and the food it takes it to another level!!!

Great Time

I enjoyed the experience and my meal was great. We missed the meet up due to a mix up on our first tour with Viator but it didn't stop us from entering , so that was great.

While it was veery...

While it was veery expensive, we did enjoy the food and atmosphere very much. If you want to spend the money, it's well worth the experience. The Eifel Tower at night is very impressive even if you don't do the dinner.

I will NOT recommend

Very disorganized, for people that don’t speak French. It was cold and raining and the people at the lift tickets made us wait about 25 min. Under the rain( once we got to the restaurant it took us another 25 min to be seated; I booked a window view for 4 people and we were sat at a place without a view. Very disappointed; then there is no menu? If you don’t have a cell phone; the food it was tasteless, in other words, I will never recommend this place to anyone; I thought I was going to be a WAO! But at the end it was a UFFF (bad) ; the only pleasant thing it was our Italian waiter that gave us a 5 star service( besides that nothing was the way it was sold to us. (There were 4 of us and we all got the same bad experience)

Never using Viator again

I will never use Viator again!!!! To celebrate our last night in Paris, I was booking this experience for my daughter and I. We were paying separately and it showed 2 spaces available. I booked mine and less than a minute later attempted to book hers. I was unable to do so as tickets were suddenly no longer available. I called Viator because I found this extremely difficult to believe, my daughter and I are not going to eat separately on our final night in Paris and Viator refused to refund my money citing their 24 hour cancellation policy. I repeatedly asked them if they could accommodate us at a different time, etc. which they kept saying that everything was completely sold out. Next time I will book directly through the venue. I’ve been a loyal aviator user for quite some time and was shocked that they could not find anyway to refund my money or issue a credit under these circumstances as this was a very expensive experience!!!! Ended up out $164 for a meal and experience that ultimately I did not attend. It’s a terrible way to treat customers not taken into account situations like this.

Delicious dinner

The food was absolutely fantastic and so was our waiter. I took off one star because the experience getting into the Eiffel Tower was very annoying and tricky, because once you go through security you have to wait on a really long like to get your “separate” lift ticket to the 1st level. The instructions are a little unclear so I hope this review helps. You then wait on another long line to get on the lift. It says to get there 30 mins before but go at least an hour before because we were on time and still got to the restaurant 15 mins late. So even though you’re with Viator, you still have to deal with crowds and long lines which seems inevitable anywhere in Paris.

The experience is worth the money

The atmosphere was awesome and the food was good. I would not go there for the food but for the experience

Layover in Paris

We were running late due to traffic from the airport, however did make it in time to be seated with a view. Our waiter was so attentive and this was a great experience. We had an 18 hour layover in Paris headed back to the States. It was a bit pricey, however worth it if you don’t plan to return .

Disgraceful Customer Service... Poor Dining Experience... Don't Waste Your Money

In 2023 we lost two close relatives and as a homage to them and a celebration of their lives, in September 2023 we booked a weekend away to Paris and decided to make a reservation with Madame Brassiere for a dining experience and a toast to our relatives. Due to the cold weather, we were wearing jackets gloves scarf etc with formal attire underneath. On arrival to the restaurant, we were assigned a waiter and shown to our window seat table. There was another couple sat at the next table already dining. We are of small and medium build, and we had barely enough room to sit down it was a struggle to take our coats etc off without disturbing the other dinners and get comfortable. During this process the waiter brought over the 2 glasses of champagne and plonked them on the table with some bread which was absolutely rock hard inside and out would break teeth, a few minutes later when we had just got settled and took the first sips of champagne taking in the view from the Tower the waiter came over to ask for out order. We had not been given a menu or explained how you access the menu, when asked the waiter pointed to the card on the table and stated “use that” we then had to get our phones out from coat pocket and handbag which I had placed on the floor in the window with limited room at the table. We couldn’t access the website then I happen to notice the QR code on the other side of the card which enable to access the menu. The waiter came over and was unable to answer any questions especially as one of can’t tolerate cheese or cream he couldn’t tell us which dishes would be safe to have, he didn’t even know what type of cheese it was on the dessert menu. We managed to place our order. Within a few minutes the starter arrived, and he offered a glass of wine we chose red as this accompanied the starter. Once finished the next course shortly came, he topped up the table next to us with red and then promptly topped ours up even though we had not chosen to have another glass of red. When the main course arrived, we wanted to try the white wine he ignored us and topped one glass up with the red and left the other one which had a small amount left in. The desert arrived and was incorrect as one of us ordered the Apple desert and got chocolate profiterole with chocolate sauce and Ice cream which he cannot eat. The cheese was just a slice of cheese no bread and crackers etc the waiter brought some bread, but it was the same absolutely rock hard inside and out again would break teeth. We asked if we could have anymore wine and we were told “No” coffee or tea we ordered coffee which came with some dry hard sweets that were inedible and two sweets which we were able to eat. We finished our coffees and left there were only a couple of waitresses clearing away no manager or Matre D to talk to. This dining experience and the food was extremely poor there was food we couldn’t eat food we didn’t order, nor did we received the allowed drinks we paid for. The waiter was rude unknowledgeable unhelpful and it was a let down of the homage tribute we wanted to pay. We emailed to complain and have been offered a free glass of Champange they are aware will will not be returning to Paris and how special the occassion was supposed to be!!!!!

Amazing experience… beautiful view. The staff was very friendly. The food absolutely rocked. This is a must add for your visit to Paris!

A delightful experience, good food, good view, great memory, but long lines

This is a delightful experience! Loved the view. The food was excellent. The photographer captured the experience beautifully. However, there was a long line to get up to the restaurant on a very cold evening.

Wonderful

The food was delicious and the restaurant has a great vibe. Top notch service received from our waiter. We had an inside view of the first floor, so that was a bit disappointing. Also the photographer that was taking pictures at each skipped our table and never took our picture. So we were unable to purchase our visit there like we did on the dinner cruise. We took our own pictures with our phones. Overall, it was still a very good experience.

París dinner

I will admit I wasn’t very impressed with the menu choices in the beginning but the food and service were excellent. I had the beef which was so good that I ordered another one. Highly recommend

Wonderful dinner in the Eiffel Tower!

Everything was wonderful! The food was delicious and the service was even better! I initially booked to dine solo but my friend ended up tagging along. The staff made room for her at the last minute and we were grateful we were able to share this experience!

What an amazing experience. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The meeting point in Viator should be updated to say Eiffel Tower instead of giving an address gif the city center.

Always love Paris

I would have given it 5 stars. But it was a little complicated to find the actual booth. At this booth, you received a ticket. But you had to stand in line only to have to go stand in another line to go up to the actual restaurant..

Good times

The whole experience was amazing! The entry process was easy, the view was great, the food was really good. I gave 4 stars because the purées weren’t that great and I needed that to complete the meal. Overall I loved it and will definitely go back!

Magical

I LOVED this experience!! The food was a 8/10, but the ambiance, the service, the Eiffel Tower was a 12/10! I cannot wait to come Back and do it again! MAGICAL!!

Nice dinner. Very efficient. Kind of reminded me of a. Cruise ship dinner experience. Limited menus. A choice of appetizer, main and dessert from 3 options for each.

City of Lights!

This was the highlight of our trip to Paris. The food was delicious. We had the Grand Dame package which included 4 courses and champagne and wine. The view from our table was incredible and watching the sunset and the lights come on in Paris was truly an experience. The lights came on the Eiffel Tower while we were there and twinkle on the hour. Our waitress (Michael’s) was very attentive and we felt it was first class service.

1st in Paris Eating at the Eiffel Tower for my 50th birthday dinner

This restaurant was amazing the atmosphere the staff from the door all the way to our waitress. First class quality service and the food was amazing a must see in Paris France my 50th birthday dinner was a night to remember.

Twinkle, twinkle lights at night!

This was truly an experience - dinner at the Eiffel Tower with an amazing view of the Siene River at night ... magical. Food - gastinomic delight. Service - impecable. Ambience - as expected. One thing to note - if you purchase a table by the window with a view, just know that doesn't mean a table right next to the window but rather a table with a view through a window. It didn't put a damper on our amazing experience but is something that others should be cognizant of if a table right next to a window is a deal breaker.

Mediocre at best

This was not what I expected especially given the cost. I had anticipated a romantic dinner with my husband overlooking the city of Paris. Instead we were crammed into a section with six tables like sardines with, a couple on either side of us. The area was so tight I could barely squeeze out to go to the restroom. The food was not very good. It started with an appetizer of lobster which was ok and it went downhill from there. My husband ordered the chicken which was bland and included a piece of what we assumed was chicken but was really identifiable from the look and taste of it. I ordered the sole and took one bite which was enough for me “yuck”. They did keep the alcohol flowing and the service was fair. Had the experience had the ambiance and view I was anticipating I could have forgiven the awful food but I was closer to the two men on either side of me than my husband. This was a bust, spend your money elsewhere! There are plenty of romantic things to do in Paris.

Exceptional dining experience at the Eiffel Tower

I would highly recommend this dinner! The food was superb, and the atmosphere was unparalleled! Such a beautiful place to dine! Our waiter. Olivier was exceptional! He spoke perfect English, and was very accommodating and pleasant.

Must Do

Great experience with my husband. Nice romantic dinner with good view. It’s kinda expensive though and seating is tight. Give yourself time to get through lines and up the lift to your reservation on time. Overall good experience

Beautiful views, nice experience

This is my second time Dinning at the Eiffel Tower. It’s a loveky experience and a great way to experience Eiffel. The food is good, but it’s very much a “factory” type experience…. You’re in, you’re out, very scripted.

Window Table? Not really! Very Disappointed!

We made our reservation for 2 for our 30th wedding anniversary and made a reservation for a window table. When we arrived, we found that our window table was not a window table, but three tables from the window. We were very upset about this. We have had many dinner experiences like this around the world in cities with restaurants that have "window on the city" experiances and we always got a "table on the window". In this case we got the 3rd table from the window and the view was totally abstructed by the two other table between us and the window. In fact, the inside tables had a better new, because they faced the windows and were elevated so they could see out the windows. It is very misleading to call them window tables when all around the room, they had 3 two person tables next to the windows. Other than that the food and service was very good, but the table issue really killed the full experience for us. By the way, give yourself 45-60 minutes to get to restaurant floor.

Dinner in the Eiffel Tower

The server (Axol) was excellent and very professional. Our food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. We felt like royalty. Thanks for making our experience so memorable.

Fabulous service , food and view .

Fabulous service , fabulous food, fabulous view ! This is a pre set menu that includes champagne, wine etc . They are generous on the pours . Also a choice of a few things each course . The pate was outstanding! Totally worth it .. It’s pricey , but the kids even enjoyed it .

Not worthy of Chef Marxx's cuisine

Not worthy of Chef Marxx's cuisine. Flavorless, bland dishes, ordinary presentation for a high price. Barely decent wines The dishes follow each other at incredible speed, you have the impression of being in a factory more than in a gastronomic brasserie. Friendly staff but rushed and urgent. The only positive point is the view provided you are placed near a bay window.

Mr Marx too many numbers kill the numbers

Apart from the view everything is disappointing....stained carpet...an endive salad where we are looking for seasoning....a cold, dry and hard dish (piece of veal) a simple dessert and a coffee served in same time without a little extra...even in a simple brasserie we have a pt chocolate or sweets SHORT 102€ for a disappointing service!!!! I certainly don't recommend it to those around me...

Disappointment

Good morning, yesterday we went to the Eiffel Tower for a late dinner at the Madame Brasserie restaurant and our reservation was simply canceled and they didn't tell us anything. We are on our honeymoon and planning these dinners a lot. We were very disappointed.

The best night of our lives

A wonderful experience, we chose the 9 pm time which gave us a perspective of the sunset and nightfall. The staff's attention was exceptional. The delicious wines, the very good gourmet dinner and the chocolate dessert wow! At the end of dinner we were able to watch the tower's light show and take some spectacular photos of Paris at night. With The Tower practically empty we were able to stay until the last elevator at 12pm and enjoy every last second of this experience.

Cena tour Eiffel

Cena molto deludente. Tavolo senza alcuna tovaglie e il pane e il burro serviti senza piattino (dove si poteva appoggiare?). Le portate erano davvero poco invitanti è decisamente molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Il dolce è stato apprezzato ancora meno delle portate: una meringa che sapeva di sorbetto e una mousse con pezzi di gelatina. Vino dozzinale. Una stella “caduta” Michelin. Unico lato positivo: servizio cordiale e la location. Lascio a voi valutare se tutto questo (per due persone) vale euro 248.00

Un lieu idéal pour fêter ses 60 ans

Un service de qualité et très sympathique, le personnel est à l’écoute et dans le dialogue. Le cadre est évidemment magnifique et unique. Dans l’assiette c’est varié, délicieux, il y a de la truffe partout, les vins sont bons. J’ai même eu droit à une bougie au dessert

Toller Service, langweiliges Essen

Galadiner auf dem Eiffelturm: Schöne Location, toller Service(Francesco), leichter Wein und Champagner, mäßiges Essen. Die Gänge kamen Schlag auf Schlag und man fühlte sich einwenig gehetzt. Vorspeise leider etwas kalt, Hauptgang etwas langweilig und auch der Dessert nicht besonders ausgefallen. Es ist aber ausbaufähig.

El peor recibimiento a una actividad que he tenido. Muy mala organización

El recibimiento fue pésimo. Nos dijeron que llegáramos 45 minutos antes. Llegamos 48 minutos, estando bajo el frío y una llovizna nos dijeron que debíamos esperar 20 minutos para empezar a subirnos. Nuevamente, estábamos bajo lluvia y mucho frío. Que los 45 minutos eran en la fila de seguridad, lo cual no estaba especificado en las instrucciones. La subida al restaurante fue pésimo. Se tardó demasiado y estábamos bajo lluvia y frío. Habían niños y gente mayor. Realmente me pareció inhumano. La verdad, para lo que se pagó, el trato fue terrible. No lo recomiendo. Para comer bien se puede ir a otro lugar.
