We had such a wonderful tour with our tour guide Katie. Would highly recommend. She was attentive, accommodating, personable, and clearly passionate about the history & culture of Paris. We learned so much more just about The Eiffel Tower & Notre Dame Cathedral. Honestly the best full day tour we ever had. Ask for Katie, you won’t be disappointed.

I chanced upon this company when I was looking for guided tour in Paris as I do not want to deal with Paris Pass. I selected the Ultimate Louvre Tour lead by Audrey and 1 Day Paris Fully Guided Tour led by Sania. Both ladies are Wonderful! Full of knowledge about Paris and professional. I recommended choosing ExperienceFirst for tours that you want a little background history of Paris and not someone just take you to the sightseeings and limited commentary provided. Well worth it

Guides met at the exact location, right on time. Took head count and we were on our way in. Hisham was into the tower. we were able to get through very easier. Very knowledgeable about the tower. And a great experience

I really liked this tour; the view was amazing and James was really funny, he answered all my questions and he was very nice.

Not Recommend

Thank you for this trip. We were very disapointed, thats why we paid nearly 3th time the original price and had to wait for more than 3.5 hours. We had to wait in the hot sun. A lot others from the group went home. The guide had'nt even the Tickets. So I will communicate to other guests, go to the tower for yourself. You have to wait also 3,5 hours, but, you pay just 28 EURO. And more you have a Kids discount. We paid for the kid also the full price. Not recommended. sorry!

First Time in Paris.

Masha was amazing, it was our first time in Paris, seeing the Effiel tower was one of our must do's.

Great views

The climb was easier than anticipated, and the views were incredible even from the 2nd floor. Masha was a great tour guide, seamlessly bringing us through the ticket process and sharing lots of interesting info along the way.

Shivani was great

Shivani was a great tour and great knowledge of the Eiffel Tower. She brought an iPad and was able to tell us many stories and show pictures of all the process. Her English was perfect and she was easy to understand and get along with.

Great introduction to Paris

This tour was great. We started at the Eiffel Tower, where our tour guide explained and informed throughout the climb. Our guide, Sophia Laine, was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and spoke clearly in both English and French. After visiting the Eiffel Tower, we had a short break, before taking a river cruise. The cruise ended near the Notre Dame Cathedral, with a walk around the local neighborhoods. Along the way, Sophia pointed out interesting facts, answered any and all questions, and shared her favorite things to do in Paris. For example, Sophia mentioned Berthillon is her favorite ice cream spot. We visited the shop, it's probably the best ice cream shop in all of Paris. If you are in Paris, and want an overview of what to see, with interesting facts along the way, take this tour. I recommend taking the tour with Sophia, she is an excellent tour guide.

Paula the great!

Paula was a great tour guide! She had so much knowledge and enthusiasm and it all made for a great time! I never knew there was so much I didn't know about this wonderful city, and especially the Eiffel Tower! I know another poster said that they did not skip the line, but we did, so hopefully if there was a wrinkle, it was ironed out. We skipped the HECK out of that line!

Falsely advertised

The tour advertises itself as “skip the line” but that is false. The whole reason we booked this tour was to skip the line.

Awesome your!

Very good tour! The Eiffel Tower closed due to strike. Did the rest of the tour then the company rebooked the Eiffel Tower part for the next day. Both Sophie and Bayo were excellent! Recommend highly. Sophie’s walking tour was awesome! Very knowledgeable and Bayo sang!

Saw Paris highlights

The tour covered everything we wanted to do! Our guide was great - ending the tour at the Louvre was perfect. We booked a separate skip the line tour from there. We thoroughly enjoyed it

Wonderful tour for a family with Hafid

We had a wonderful tour with Hafid. Our group was just us (a family of 5 with children 5, 11, 12) and a family of 3 from Australia. We only had one day in Paris and wanted to be sure to see the highlights without the hassle of making arrangements/getting tickets, etc- Hafid took care of it all. He even took the best pictures of our family from this trip- showing us the best spots. Hafid was very flexible, always checked in to see if we were comfortable, told us the best places to stop to use the restroom before the next leg of our tour (especially important with kids!) He was very flexible- offered us the choose to spend more or less time in certain spots on the tour. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and great with our children. He even kept us entertained in waiting time at our destinations (on line for the boat, for the Eiffel Tower). I would strongly recommend his tour!

Great Summer Day in Paris

This tour was just what we needed when our trip to Paris was cut short due to travel issues. Our guide Sophia was very relaxed, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The tour included much more than we expected and was well worth it. Sophia pointed out many Paris highlights from the view at the Eiffel Tower and informed us about the history, architecture and politics France, Notre Dame and the Il de Cite. This was a beautiful district of Paris were were delighted to see. We were able to grab lunch before getting on the cruise and stopped for ice cream at a local shop. If your time in Paris is short or if you want to get a lot of highlights in this tour is well worth it! Thank you Sophia!

Amazing, knowledgeable, breath taking, fun

I was on my honeymoon and my husbands birthday so I wanted to book this tour to get the Pari experience and Marie from Ohio made our experience the best!! Amazing Tour with Sophia

We really enjoyed our Tour with Sophia she gave us so much informations she also spoke a litte bit German that was nice with my young daugther. We saw a lot of Paris with Sophia. I would highly suggest this Tour.

Great Gudied Tour of Paris!

This was a great way to see some of the highlights of Paris in fairly short period of time. The best part was our tour guide, Amira; she was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations for food and ice cream. We actually went back to a few of the places she recommended. I learned so much about Paris history and it gave me a greater appreciation for the city. It also helped to skip the lines for the Eiffel Tower. The only downside was the boat cruise; even though it was nice to ride a boat in the Seine, the tour guide on the boat was not easy to hear. Also, as an American, I would have liked to ride past the Statue of Liberty! Overall, a great experience!

Great tour - just be aware of renovations underway

Hafid was great on this long day. Knowledgeable and excited about the sites. You’ll be in good hands. Note that the Eiffel Tower is down to 1 elevator due to renovations for the Olympics, so long lines are longer - both up and down. Trip to the very top is situational and not guaranteed as the tour is buying tickets for the group as we enter. We did not get to do the top on our trip due to how busy things were. Tour should reimburse for the miss, but a little bummed we weren’t able to do that more exclusive ride up. River cruise was a fantastic way to get down to Notre Dame - also under construction due to the 2019 fire - so can’t go in, but the island is still a worthwhile walk.

Disappointing

You do not skip any lines in fact because you are with a group you end up waiting longer than if you went by yourself. Our guide did not get enough tickets then tried to say we were with the wrong group even though he had called our name three times and talked to us multiple times. He tried to put us and a girl from another family back into the line with another tour group to wait again. We argued that was not correct and he kept saying it wasn't his fault. We were told that the line for tickets would be about 20 to 30 minutes and it was over 2 hours. Because we had to wait so long they closed the top and we didn't get to go all the way up. The whole thing was kind of a mess and disappointing. This is something you can do by yourself, don't waste your money. I still haven't been refunded for the extra we paid to go to the top.

Sophia (our tour guide) was amazing!

If it is your first time in Paris - highly recommend this tour! Given it was our first time in Paris, we were hoping for a seamless experience in climbing the Eiffel Tower and enjoying the sites. Thanks to Sophia - it was all of this and more! She was well-informed, but also personable and humorous. Loved her patience and recommendations as we navigated all through Paris. As bonus - she also has a great eye for photography and willingly helped us take beautiful pictures. What a wonderful experience!

Bayou was wonderful…. Please ask for him! Wonder guide that is well educated & interested in his group! (Not a big fan of the rain!!!)

Amazing Pasis

Enjoyed the day but elevator to summit was out

Our tour guide Sophia L. was great. She fit in with us perfectly, just like adding in another friend or family member to our group. She let us take our time or move things along when we were ready to go. We the elevator was out the day of our tour, but the views from the second floor were really all you needed anyway. Asking now for a partial refund since we paid extra for the tour with elevator to summit, hoping they will honor like their website says.

Full day tour was wonderful.

Our tour was a full day tour staring at Eiffel Tower with a walking tour after a river cruise. To our surprise, no other people arrived for the full day so we had our lovely guide, Amira all to ourselves! She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the most of our experience. The recommendation for lunch was great too!
