Great time with great food

The chef made our time very memorable and explained in detail all intricacies of the dish. Learned a lot in very cozy atmosphere, recommended!

It was a great experience and the Chef gave us a lot of cooking tips. He was really friendly too. I would highly recommend this cooking experience.

Superb experience

Since the class is in a department store, we expected more of a demonstration and were absolutely delighted that it was very much hands on. The chef was comfortably bilingual -- the other four in the class were French speaking -- and the quality of the instruction was very high level. For about what a good lunch would have cost the two of us in a pleasant Paris restaurant, we were treated to a great learning and dining experience. Highly recommended!!

Very poor cooking experience

We’d booked for one vegetarian on the course and were told at the start that they were only doing a chicken dish. The chef was not prepared to try and accommodate the vegetarian. No real teaching or explanation or help. The chef just prepared the dish and we had to follow the best we could.. I asked for red wine to accompany the lunch and was told only white would be served. When i eventually persuaded the chef to let me have red i given given a very small glass and told that was all I was allowed. In the meantime my wife and two friends had a bottle of white left for them. All in all a very poor experience. Definitely not worth the money or the time Not recommended

It was an amazing experience with chef Elise, learned a lot about chef mastery skills. The plate we prepared was very delicious. Would definitely recommend 😊

Great Experience

Chef Eric was patient and attentive, pragmatic, energetic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I had a great time in his class. He answered sll my questions about the recipe and cooking techniques generally. I learned a lot in the class.

We absolutely loved the cooking class with Chef Eric. The cooking skills and tips were helpful and the meal we created was delicious. We loved every moment cooking and then sitting down with Chef to enjoy our creation. Highly recommend!

I would take this class again!

We enjoyed our class. We can wait to make our dinner for friends at home. Elisa our chef was pleasant and accommodating to our dietary needs. Instruction was clear and helpful when we were unsure if things were going right.

Great way to spend an afternoon

Chef Eric was extremely knowledgeable and patient in his instruction.. He checked on each of us to make sure that we eere progressing timely. We all sat down and had a beautiful meal with wine and a lovely dessert It was not included in the menu. Step away from the sightseeing and try this. We thorough enjoyed our cooking class at Ferrandi Kitchen in Galeries Lafayette. The kitchen was well appointed in a beautiful windowed space. The instructor was excellent. and the dish we prepared was delicious but not so complicated that we can’t make it at home. I really liked the instruction on plating our meal as they would in a restaurant. Presentation is so important. Definitely would do this again

６人レッスンでシェフとの会話も気軽にできてよかったです。英語とフランス語のレッスンです。少人数なのでシェフの作業がよく見えて、とても参加になりました。使用したエプロンとレシピをもらえます。出来上がったお料理はグラスワインと共にシェフといただきます。

Great experience

It was my first visit to France and the cooking class was very fun and informative. I was glad to be able to make traditional French dishes under a famous chef. I would like to go again.

Un accueil chaleureux dans un cadre lumineux et une cuisine au calme. Un cours très agréable, clair et fluide qui se termine à table autour de nos assiettes dressées. Nous nous sommes régalés ! Une ambiance plus que sympathique avec une cheffe adorable ! Un grand merci pour cette jolie expérience. Nous recommanderons sans hésiter !

Le contact avec la cheffe qui est très dynamique et répond à nos multiples questions Bonne technique Très bon plat Un point négatif cependant : Un peu cher (j’ai eu l’occasion de faire d’autres cours de cuisine aussi bien et beaucoup plus abordables)

Formidable expérience !

Dans une cuisine lumineuse et pro, vous êtes en face de l’Opéra de Paris, tout le matériel est réuni. Un chef de la prestigieuse école Ferrandi vous guide dans la réalisation d'une recette. Vous avez le tablier, la toque (comme un chef) et c'est parti ! Il faut éplucher, découper, faire cuire et mijoter. Le Chef nous aide, nous montre les bons gestes. Et le plat prend forme. Une fois la préparation terminée, place à la dégustation ! Totale réussite ! Nous sommes reparties avec la recette et surtout un diplôme !! Je recommande vivement cette activité !!

Le chef Pablo nous a fait découvrir et déguster des produits en provenance de petits producteurs dans le but de faire le meilleur Canard , très avenant, à l’écoute, ses indications permettent de guider au mieux l’expérience mais toujours en laissant la liberté aux hôtes de gérer leurs dégustations comme bon leur semble, et à leurs rythmes.. Un grand bravo à Pablo pour l'animation ! A faire découvrir à des amis ce très bon moment, original et gourmand à Paris.

J'ai appris à cuisiner un magret de canard et c'était un régal. Le cours est bien encadré et l'ambiance sympathique. Je vous recommande vraiment cet atelier! C'était une chance d'être aux cotés d'un Chef de cette école prestigieuse.

Le lieu est incroyable, on ne s’attendait pas à trouver une vraie cuisine dans les Galeries. Le chef est top et la recette accessible, on s’est pris au jeu et on va essayer de reproduire la recette à la maison. On recommande !

Un régal !

J’ai vraiment passé un moment super sympa ! En 1h40 vous réalisez une recette de A à Z ... Le chef a une vraie expérience dans les restaurants étoilés Parisiens ! Il est très pédagogue et nous apprend sa recette de Canard d’une façon simple et ludique. J’ai trouvé que lui et son assistant étaient très sympas ! Le lieu où se déroule le cours est aussi hyper bien (avec une vue sur l'Opéra) et se prête parfaitement à un cours de cuisine digne d'un chef Étoilé ! Un activité A TESTER .... la nourriture et la recette étaient vraiment exquises !!!
