This service is excellent. Our driver was a few minutes early and he came into the hotel to assist us if we needed help. Made it to our gate with no problems.

On-Time, clean and professional livery service.

Rather than an Uber or taxi, we hired S.A.R.L through Trip Advisor. We had used Uber when we arrived in Paris and the experience was not good. The private livery service was on time, clean, professional, plenty of room for our luggage and fast. I will definitely use this service the next time I visit Paris for arrival and departure!

Réservation center not reliable

My driver was fantastic he gets 5 stars. When I made my reservation for Charles de Gaulle Airport on the phone the First agent never put my pickup point and I panicked when I double checked and there was no pickup point. Her name was Thesalonika in Philippines. She made a booking but no pickup point. If I didn't check I would have missed my non refundable flight! Very unprofessional!

Great Transfer from hotel to airport

We were a party of four with lots of luggage. Driver handled all the luggage and was right on time at 5am. He had us at the airport in plenty of time!

Responsive, reliable and safe

Would highly recommend this service provider. Upon booking, the service contacted me to confirm the pickup time from the hotel. Then reconfirmed a day before. The morning of the service, the driver (via WhatsApp) introduced himself and advised he would be at the hotel at the designated time. Driver was polite, friendly and safe. Arrived to Paris CDG relaxed.

Best way to end a vacation.

The driver was prompt and courteous. The car was immaculate. There isn’t much more to say about a trip from our hotel to the airport.

My memorable part of this was horrible. I would not recommend this service. Not professional and the worst first experience in Paris.

Great experience getting us from our cruise port to the airport. I really appreciated the communication from the company. Van was clean and driver was friendly. The price was also very reasonable. An Uber/Cab to the airport was slightly less, but this was worth the extra money for the convenience.

Good car service

Very good car service to/from the airports, they were communicative, flexible and on time. Highly recommend if you want a car service early morning that you don’t have to think much about vs finding a taxi.

Very bad cigarette smell

One of the worst car rides ever. The car had a very strong cigarette smoke smell, so strong that it made me feel sick and almost vomit. I had to open the window wide and breathe from outside air. The driver knows this and covers it with a lot of perfume, which made it worse, because it is just adding strong odor on top of strong odor. The smell of cigarette lasted for almost 20 minutes in my nose even after getting off. I take a black car to avoid such things, but honestly a Uber would probably have been better! To be fair the driver arrived on time and the car was relatively clean otherwise.

The driver was excellent. Paris CDG airport traffic was horrible. But your driver knew how to avoid the traffic jams and still get us to exactly where we needed to be - on time.

Very professional and great communication

Not only did we need to be dropped off at two different terminals, we had to change our pick up time. Each communication message was met with professionalism. Our driver was early (which we appreciated) and got us to our destination safely. I ended up using this company 4 or 5 times (without knowing it) and each time was a great experience.

Perfect pickup to bring us to the airport

The pickup was perfect. The driver was prompt and courteous . The Viator app needs updating to show the scheduled time of pickup on the ticket/voucher. There was no way to see that on the app. I had to contact support.

Clueless driver

My driver was friendly but too friendly! Trying to communicate with me when he did not speak any English. Only Russian. He did not know where he was going and drove around the airport 4 times before I told him to just drop me off! I was so anxious, and worried I’d miss my flight. Horrible experience!

An amazing Colosseum experience

This was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide was excellent. She was so knowledgeable, kind, virtuous, etc. we learned so much, saw so many things and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
