Hard Rock Cafe Paris with Set Menu for Lunch or Dinner

An American Oasis in the Middle of Paris.

The Paris Hard Rock Cafe is located on 14 Montmartre Blvd., a block north of the famous French Stock Market (Bourse), now known as Euronext Paris. The cafe was very clean, the music selection was great, and our server was exceptional. I had my usual order of bruschetta, and it was cooked perfectly. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how friendly the staff is there from the door greeters, servers, and management, as they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Terrible! Worst ever!

It was the worst martini ever! Now we live in France, but we’re from the United States… So we wanted a real martini because nobody makes a real martini here because they use martini and Rossi…. So I took my friend who is visiting to get a real martini. First of all they give us a shot which it look like it was a martini on happy hour, had absolutely no vodka.! then we told the waitress who was not happy. That’s not what we wanted. She bring us a martini that she made has absolutely no vodka.! I can only drink one and a half martinis and I really feel it. I felt absolutely nothing after the shot and the martini. She was kind enough after we had a terrible salad with no dressing but the onion rings were good. She brought us another shot that had a tiny bit of it. I would never go back if that’s what they do in their bar area. I’ll never go back to the restaurant and I live in Caen Fr for six years and I go to Paris all the time and we’ve been dying to go have a martini a real one and they will rest so disappointed that we will never go back to that café. They were in the waitress and the bar people were terrible. They cheated me last time on the bill, so I’ll never go .

Don't waste your money

Absolutely shocking for the money , don't waste your money , this was for my partners 50th , we had no priority seating to start with, staff were rude and unless you want a burger and a brownie ...you had no choice of food

Excellent experience!

It was a lovely evening with good food and great service! We made a reservation and was seated within minutes. Server was very attentive and the ambiance was nice! Definitely will be back.

The Home of the Messi Burger

Brilliant reception, food and service. We had a great experience dining at the HRC Paris and the food was impeccable. I had the Legendary Burger and my partner had the Messi Burger (for obvious reasons!). Would recommend this restaurant to anybody!

Above & Beyond

Fab as usual. We always book one of these gold deals when we go to a city with a Hard Rock Cafe. My daughter has food allergies, they are always very thorough and always check when taking orders whether anyone has allergies, and check with the kitchen before hand. Excellent, always feel safe there!

Nice food!

The food was great! Good service and lovely atmosphere. My husband who celebrated his birthday had a nice time! I would come back.

Great friendly service

We received a warm welcome, very friendly atmosphere and the staff were awesome making sure we had what we needed. My only disappointment were the ribs, I was looking forward to them and they were very dry.

Messi is best on the field!

I ordered the Messi burger, but it was just as little as Messi himself. I expected at least a normal sized burger but it was not. The burger tasted like a breakfast maybe it was the egg inside. I also had the onion rings and i must admit it might be the best I have ever had in my life!

Terrible Experience

The food was horrible. I asked to remake it without spice and they remade the same one. The chicken was so dry I had to soak it in a dressing to eat it. The chocolate cake was to go and when we got back to the hotel and opened it to eat it we were sadly disappointed. It was a hard small piece of brownie.

Poor choice, service and way overcharged

Bought the Gold voucher online through viator for 4 adults for 100 euro. The options were poor and ended up spending 240 euro more. Not impressed.

Nothing special.

Average food and very slow service. There are far too many better restaurants in Paris to visit than subject yourself to typical food in a Hard Rock Cafe.

Menu needs improvement

We had a nice meal & our waitress was lovely. I feel that the starter option of salad or onion rings was poor & only chocolate brownies for dessert. The main course options were good & the quality of food was great.

Worth of money

The food was extraordinary and the experience was amazing u feel the spirit of hard rock in everything

Cold , long wait , not worth it

Waited fir over an hour fir our mains , the wine we wanted they didn’t have , the food was cold when we eventually got it . Tasteless . Very disappointing and the diamond menu was no way worth the money . Don’t go fir it as you did not get a great selection to choose from .

Not necessary and limited menu

No need to skip the line really abs it just meant that the menu was more limited than usual . I don’t really see the point of this as a package. There was no line to skip and no choice of starter or desert.

Value for money

When we arrived there was a small queue, do the skip the line tickets worked a treat. Food and service were excellent. One slight negative was by having the gold package there was only one choice of dessert, not sure if you didn’t like it whether you could change if for something else. Overall very good value for money.

Very good experience

Excellent service... I give 4 stars because the first plate the chips were burned. But the rest of the food were good.

Enjoyable in every way, well worth the price.

We went to the place on an early January Saturday to have lunch. The skip-the-line ticket wasn't really necessary, since only about 40% of tables were filled. This was our first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe, and I liked walking around and looking at the various memorabilia while waiting for our food. The four of us had salad, salmon, and burgers, all of which were delicious, and the helpings sizable, as was the dessert (brownie and vanilla ice cream). The menu doesn't say so, but the choice of (soft) drinks includes unlimited refills. The waiter was friendly and attentive, and spoke excellent English. I can definitely recommend the place.

Stuck in the middle

We arrived on time and were asked to wait for a table. We waited about 10 minutes and then were shown to the most awful table in the whole place stuck in the walkway between the kitchen and the toilets. people could pass on both sides so absolutely no privacy at all and every time the food went past we would get covered in sizzling smoke. asked to be moved we were told we would have to wait with the beeper so we stayed where we were and even when tables came free they did not re-site us the diamond menu is not worth having as it just limits choice and there was not a lot of it anyway. I would not do this again best just to ring up for a table in advance. They had to put a table out for us as no other seats and they had not opened the upstairs. So totally worked against us jumping the que

A WONDERFUL EXPRIENCE

Everything went smoothly with the Viator voucher, we had great service, great food, and a great free gift.

Great food and drinks. Had the wings for appetiser, perfectly spicy and sweet. Burger was great as well. Really nice waiter. A bit expensive but worth it.

<p>we enjoy visiting the Hard Rock Cafe's in cities we are visiting. This one was very prompt and the food was good after a few weeks without a cheeseburger. The staff even sang Let it Go from Frozen which made us miss our grandchildren all the more.</p>

Tasty food and a nice atmosphere

The food was lovely, I had the ribs and pulled pork. The soft drinks come with free re-fills too which is a nice bonus. The 'skip the line' ticket was handy too as the dining room was packed and we would have had to wait, (midweek).

This is absolutely not SKIP THE...

<p>This is absolutely not SKIP THE LINE. We had to join the registration queue about 8 groups in front of us and this took us about 10-15 mins to show the staff we have a Skip the Line voucher. Upon showing the staff, we were given a disc and was told that the restaurant is full and we had to wait at least 30 minutes as there were also many waiting ahead of us. The disc will beeped once it is our turn. We repeated many times to the staff that we have a Skip the Line voucher and was eventually told 'it is the same, you have to wait like the rest'. Thus, I do not see a point in buying the Skip the Line voucher in advance.</p>

Skip the line Gold is an excellent deal considering that it costs about the same as a main course. 2 courses is plenty for 1 person, unless you have a huge appetite! Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was first class. Will definitely be investing in a few more of these 'skip the queue' deals for the HRC!</p>

The dessert, again only one choice, was another disaster. I had to ask for the free t-shirt which was part of the meal and the menu which gave a discount in the shop was taken away from me. Don't other with the deal, just go early in the evening when there is no queue.</p>

<p>Food was great, unfortunately had to wait a while to be seated, and there seemed to be some miscommunication between staff regarding the voucher. The woman at the bar was rather grumpy when we asked for our drinks but apparently you have to be seated to use the voucher for a drink - I dont see why as they get the drinks from the bar anyway!!! Unlimited refills was great and the meal was good too! Definitely would recommend if you like Hard Rock Cafes!!!</p>
