Beautiful trip to Paris

Would definitely go for the city pass again. We got to see nice spots we otherwise would not have seen. But book the Louvre a week at least in advance. We did not get into the museum as it was fully booked.

Worked perfectly!

The pass worked perfectly fine and was very useful. Just read carefully all the information they provide and book everything as instructed.

Not a great Tower experience

Very excited to spend my first time in Paris. I decided to go with the Go City pass, as we were only going to be there for three days. The evening cruise, was excellent. I also enjoyed the wax museum, the chocolate factory, and the aquarium. However, I would strongly recommend that you do not buy this pass for the trip to Eiffel tower. it did not include the option to skip the line, and after waiting 2 1/2 hours the first day, we waited five hours the next day to get up the Eiffel tower. If your time is short, this is not the pass for you. I hope that they will look at including a skip the line portion for this pass. The tour guides we had both days were excellent. But they both had to leave before we were able to get up to the top of the tower. I We travelled to the complimentary lunch to be told we had the wrong type of pass, which was unclear on the website. Grouping activities that are close together on the website is another fix for this pass. In conclusion, pass on this PASS if time is limited.

A super way to save and see more in an organized manner prior to your trip.

The pass allowed us to explore areas we would not naturally have gone to. It provided us with a plan for the day and was definitely worthwhile. We chose a variety of activities from exploring to art to food. We loved all the excursions.

SCAM, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT PURCHASE!

Scam!! Terrible customer services!! No way to refund! We bought it a couple of weeks prior to our trip to Paris and we realized that we literally cannot use it anywhere since the places are either fully booked for ParisPass holders or do not accept ParisPass, so we did not use it and immediately tried to cancel and get refund through their website, their whatsapp and their phone numbers. After a month no response whatsoever unlike the fact that they gaurantee on their website you can cancel it within 90 days if not activated. I think they would just continue with not responding within 90 days so that your time is over to cancel and so that they won't need to pay you back! I just realized that I am not alone in this and many people could not get their money back even if their conditions is acceptable for the refund! Never Buy this!

11/10 for Hexcel and the Eiffel Tower tour

Hexcel was one of the best people that we had met on our trip to Europe. She was simply amazing and went above and beyond for us. We can't thank her enough. Highly recommend her and the Eiffel tower tour that she took us on. 11/10 for Hexcel! A real gem

Never got the ticket, don't know if I can get my money back

Like many others here, I had issues with the transaction and never received my ticket, even though the payment had gone through. I've not heard back from the company since reporting the incident, multiple times. As you can imagine it is quite exasperating as these passes are not cheap. I wish I had looked on TripAdvisor for reviews before committing to getting the Paris Pass. I would not have gone through with the company. Seems like this yet another way Paris scams tourists... (?)

No support,delay with Disneyland tickets

Very nice offer we are positive we’ll have a good experience but no support!We have explorer number 6009994 and we are trying for a week to contact you and receive the Disneyland tickets to book the day we want!.I have checked the unwanted and junk! In any case unacceptable to not answer to the emails and app messages to offer help in so many days!!!

Are we being scammed?

Hello On May 29, my wife acquired the pass number: 5964020 and on May 30 she requested Disney tickets for July 7 and you answered that she would have the tickets in 48 hours. She has not received them and has claimed them by email dated June 3 and by WhatsApp dated June 2. She has not even received a response to the claim. We think we are being scammed. We claim the refund of the money Greetings

Your MUST in Paris

This is the best thing you can buy before your visit to Paris if you want to enjoy all the attractions and save money at the same time. We got 2 all-inclusive passes for 2 days and that was the best decision ever. First of all, the Paris museum pass is included in the Go City, so you get a free entrance to all museums (don't forget to book a place for some of them). You can also use your Go City for different experiences - cooking classes, wine tastings, we used ours for breakfast in cafe Louise and champaign break in the Montmartre restaurant. We also managed to attend 3 tours with Go City - the Montmartre walking tour, the Notre Dame tour, and the Eifel Climbing tour. You MUST have it in Paris!

Exasperating to deal with

Do not buy, this company is a nightmare to deal with. I couldn't get a refund despite taking out their insurance which should have given me a refund, at a time when travel to France was not permitted and the attractions were all closed during covid. I have now planned a new trip and had a voucher for the monetary value of my original purchase that I wanted to use for 3 x 2 day passes (which left some money on the voucher that I would lose, as it was different from my original order, but I accepted that, and had specifically been told I could make amendments, even changing the city if I wished) and they have instead sent me 2 x 4 day passes. I travel in a few days and, on past performance, this will not be sorted out in time, as there is no way to contact other than email and replies take several days. I expect that without Covid it might have been OK, but these are still uncertain times for travel with flight cancelatione etc, and if anything goes wrong, it is a nightmare to sort out.

Bordering on theft and useless

I've traveled the world and this is the worst and most useless City Pass of all! Very expensive for what it offers, you don't have priority entrances but you queue like everyone else to go to the cash registers, the guides give you information that you can easily read anywhere and they only accompany you for part of the attractions, then they leave but first they insistently ask for votes and positive feedback on internet platforms. Really terrible, a magna-magna that gives bad publicity to France and the French.

Engaño Total!

NO LO COMPREN Hace 3 años el París Pass funcionaba excelent, actualmente ya es un engaño. Nunca te mencionan que hay diferentes días para museos y atracciones, ya no incluyen boletos de transporte como antes. Te obligan a hacer reservaciones con otros tours lo cual antes no sucedía, solo llegabas, presentabas tu pase y te dejaban entrar rápido y sin problemas. Tienes que hacer reservación, poner los datos de tu tarjeta y si no asistes te pueden cobrar hasta $100 euros! Debes de hacer fila en para poder adquirir tus boletos lo cual no tiene sentido porque lo promocionan como si ya no hicieras filas. Su aplicación no sirve para nada!

Un weekend à Paris

Le choix des attractions, est vraiment très varié, attention cependant il faut faire attention, quand on fait des réservations , car pour le Louvre nous avons dû racheter des billets .
