Fun with family and relaxing

Great tour. Got lucky with a break in tourism due to D-day pull. Good tour guide who gave room to explore. Ash our tour guide did an amazing job! 5 stars ⭐️

Skip the elevator lines upto 2nd floor

We purchased this package primarily for the Summit option available along with Eiffel Access. The Eiffel Tower doesn't disappoint, it is a feat of engineering and the guide shares a few of the historical tidbits about the tower to keep you engaged. The tour provides skip the line tickets to the 2nd floor where the guide shares a few stories and points you towards the elevator to the Summit (no skip the line here!). Fair warning - Everyone purchases the summit ticket, so there are loooong lines! The view from the top though is awe-inspiring! The cruise was a bit of a let-down, with us reaching the boat after boarding had started, so only the lower level seats were available. Luckily there were a few good spots to take pictures from.

Heartbreaking

My elder aunt and myself never went on this tour. We both arrived very early at what was described as the meeting place, area right in front nearest the tower. We looked for the red tour guy sign and group for a long while on both sided of street. Finally, we saw tour guy across the street with sign. We went over and he had them already moving down hill to boat. We were there early so we could be sure to get my aunt with her walker on easily. After all this preparation, we were still left behind with guides scrambling to figure out what to do with us. After much wasted exertion and rain beginning to fall, it was a tragic missed experience. I do not understand why he was not visible to us in the first hour, nor do I know why we should have been left behind. Our cost for this tour should be refunded. Missing this tour was of no fault of ours. We never went into eiffel tower either. Something we both wanted very much as this was our second trip to Paris without seeing. Completely heartbroken and disappointed. Thank you for your time. Perhaps things will be better on our next trip to Paris.

Perfect combo

This was a perfect blend of fun. The river cruise was just the right amount of time. And seeing the Eiffel Tower later in the day was great. Our guide for the tower was Amira. She was sweet and knowledgeable.

Birds Eye view

Hisham was a great guide. Lots of great info about the tower. We were able to make it to the top which was an added bonus to the trip

Perfection

Hisham orchestrated the trip well and was very informative. He even helped us to get tickets to the summit.The cruise and champagne was great too.

Paris Classic Tour

We enjoyed our Eiffel Tower tour and the River Cruise. Our family had a great evening enjoying these 2 Paris classics! We would recommend this tour.

Very fun and dramatic

The tour guide Omar was so knowledgeable and fun and really enhanced the experience. It was special to b able to go on a Seine River cruise w an Eiffel Tower tour at night.

Eiffel Tour on Anniversary

Visiting the Eiffel Tower was a wonderful experience. The panoramic views of Paris from the top are breathtaking, especially at night. Despite the crowds, our tour guide and ticketing system ensured a smooth ascent to the observation decks.

Great tour

Loved the tour guide! Skipped the lines to go up the Eiffel Tower. Loved the river cruise. Only problem was we waited as a group until told to board the river cruise and by then there was no seating. Had to sit away from my daughter.

Not as described.

The boat ride was on a large boat that lacked rooftop access. Champagne was also not provided. The tour guide, however, was nice. Overall, I'm disappointed.

Very interesting Eiffel Tower tour

My friends and I did the Eiffel Tower tour and the cruise with summit option. We had some trouble finding the tour initially at the meet point, but we eventually found them. The boat tour was fun, but the Eiffel tower tour was amazing. Our tour guide Amira was amazing. She was very engaging with the whole group and she made sure we were always able to hear her. We learned a lot about the Eiffel Tower that was interesting but not too much to the point you were bored. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you can get Amira as a tour guide!

One of the best.

Our guide, Hafid, was very personable and knowledgeable. Our group of eight really enjoyed the river and tower tours. Hafid is a local, but is fluid in English, and had many insights to add to the experience. We regularly take excursions on cruises, but this was one of the best. Well done Viator.

Great tour!

Hisham is a great guide! I thought lost my ticket and he really helped me solving this issue. He told lots of good stories about the tower, really like this tour!

A great choice for sightseeing.

This was a wonderful, relaxing way to see the sights from a different angle. We could walk around the ship or just take in the atmosphere without stress.

Ash was an amazing tourgide, very kind, funny and very knowledgeable. He told us a lot of interesting things about the Eiffeltoren and Paris. We would book this tour again!

Great experience

We had a great tour up the tower. Met nearby and we all made our way up to each level and then the elevator to the summit. We never felt rushed. We had some time to look around and learned all about when and how the tower was built at each level. Our guide was personable and told some stories that made it a little more fun. Our guide managed purchasing all the tickets and it was easy to just enjoy the rest.

Good Seine Cruise & Eiffel Tower Visit

Amira, our guide for the Eiffel Tower trip, was terrific. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and funny. Just two minor complaints overall: (1) The tour contact should have gotten there early to meet with us. He got there a little late. (2) The Eiffel Tower trip was supposed to be first, but was changed to second. We were looking forward to seeing the Eiffel Tower lit up from the cruise.

Great tour on foot and by boat

Thank you for the informative and fun tour, Hisham! We had a great time, even the wiggly 6yo who was with us. I've been here before but it is always a treat to hear stories about the iron lady.

Incredible view …great tour guide…well worth the cost.

The tour was brilliant…..The cruise began with a glass of champagne (or Coke) and the boat was spacious with plenty of room to take photos of several landmarks. The tour guide was informative and amusing…I’m sorry I can’t his name. The trip up the tower was via the lift to the second then lift to the summit. The view is incredible. We left on the cruise at 8pm and we’re still on the tower at 11pm. Disappointed that the boutique was closed before we left though.

Going up the tower at...

Going up the tower at night is a must do and the tower sparkling light show at dusk was amazing . The boat had us parked for an amazing view of the light show. The only negative was that the meeting point was not clear and people were scrambling to find the group.

Excellent tour…beautiful boat ride on the Seine in the evening, followed by a tour at the Eiffel Tower. Our tour guide, Remi, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and had a fun personality. He gave us great information and showed pictures of things on his iPad that we never would have known about otherwise. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the meeting point listed was not where our guide was waiting for the group. It needs to be listed at the end of the bridge near the Eiffel Tower, not the center of the bridge. We were calling the local number and US number for Trip Advisor and couldn’t get immediate help. Ultimately our tour guide had them text us and we found each other. As for the tour itself and our tour guide, it was excellent!

Amazing Tour!

The meet up was super quick and a fun and informative tour!! Ash was a great guide and really enjoyed our time & group! I would 100% recommend this tour.

Perfect except for the meeting place

The tour itself was absolutely amazing. The meeting place leaved a lot to be desired. There was a group of 10 or 12 of us all standing waiting for someone holding a sign that said the tour guy and no one was around. I did get a text and asked him to come find us. We were standing in the exact place where it said to go on the site. There was no communication whatsoever. No signs. No one to speak to nothing

Your Guide Hishan worth the WHOLE THING alone!

Hishan was AWESOME! Engaging, lively, hilarious! The biggest reason for the 5 stars. The river cruise was disappointingly enclosed, the upper deck was closed. SUCH A BUMMER! Felt like just watching tv. When we got a spot at the back though it was MAGICAL! But Hishan was THE BEST part! Told the history in a way that made my brain delightfully happy! Highly recommend him. Meh on that ship, but outside on the back is magic.

Eiffel Tower Tour

Our experience was great. The river cruise was relaxing and had a pretty view of the city. The Eiffel Tower tour up to the summit was amazing. The view above Paris was beautiful. Our guide Hisham was kind and had a lot of knowledge regarding the history of the Eiffel Tower. Overall, the experience was amazing and memorable.

Excellent guiding services. The guide was so helpful and friendly. He introduced the history of the tower and showed some videos and photos to us by using tablet.

Eiffel Tower Tour Experience in Paris

I think the tour of the Eiffel Tower in Paris was excellent. The tour guide told us a lot about the Eiffel Tower (For example, the ugly side and the beautiful side of the Eiffel Tower and about Eiffel Tower’s history).

The most amazing experience!

We had the best time. The river cruise was beautiful aswell as the Eiffel Tower. Our tour guy Hasham was amazing! Very friendly, caring and funny. We 100% recommend and would definitely book again.

Had a blast! The top of the Eiffel Tower was breathtaking and our tour guide, Regy, was a 10 out of 10!

Regy (sp?) was fabulous! He was knowledgeable, kind, and fun. He was patient. The evening’s weather was challenging and he never rushed us, and was patient and kind to all of us.

Meeting directions were...

Meeting directions were confusing. The statue used as meeting point was under construction and not visible. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone for clarification. The worst Viator trip I have been on.

Best Tour “Guy” in Paris

Masha was the best tour guide. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and personable. She let us know each step of the way what was happening from the time we checked in. Although there was a guide on the river cruise, she answered any questions and went in more depth. If you can pick your Tour “Guy” ask for Masha!!

So thankful for Hisham

My family had just 48hours in Paris. My travel agent booked our Eiffel Tower tour for the wrong date, which didn’t become apparent to us until we showed up 1 day after the erroneous reservation time. I was surprised and devastated. Hisham was compassionate to the situation and did whatever he could to accommodate us. In the end, we were able to see Paris from the summit of the Tower! He was so kind to my children. My son collects pressed pennies and he even provided coins so my son could leave with this special souvenir. In addition to being a wonderful person, Hisham is an excellent guide (knowledgeable and funny, too!) Highly recommend.

Great, minus the weather!

Sadly it was freezing and raining the night of our tour, but this was obviously not the fault of our very nice tour guide Feta. Really appreciated him persevering and trying to give us lots of info. Would have been a much better experience if the weather would have cooperated bit still got some great pictures of the tower at night.

Disgusting, complete waste of money

The tour guy company changed the time of the tour. They messaged me to let me know in the afternoon on the day!!! , we did not see the message as we were on another tour and could not make the different time, so I would of canceled. It was my friends 60th birthday and I had planned the whole day. We did not confirm the time change and now we missed the tour and lost £165.88 as they won’t refund they insisted we arrived late!!! When I tried to contact them there was no answer, if they had of answered we could of completed the river cruise with them and just missed the Eiffel Tower tour! Please do not book with this company they are awful, they basically blamed us for not being there for the different time, but what tour company changes the time of tours surely they know people plan their days out!!!!! They were not the only tour we had that day!!! Very very disappointing!!! Won’t use again.

Definitely a must-do!

Hafid was so friendly and informative. We really enjoyed his stories and he got us up in the Eiffel Tower quickly. There really was no waiting!

Excellent

This is a great trip and we enjoyed it thoroughly-we learnt so many new facts about Paris and an hours trip flew by-our guide on the boat was fun and informative. Our Eiffel Tower trip was superb with our guide being really mindful of the fact we had a table booking. He stayed with us throughout and again gave us a superb fun informative tour. The instructions to meet were very clear but despite that we felt the choice of meet-up was a bit confusing. But 5 stars for the guide-I’d recommend and book again.

Great Tour!

Tour guide Hafid was great 👍🏼 my husband and I enjoyed his sense of humor and Parisian knowledge. Everything ran on time and without any issues. We recommend this tour. It was nice scheduling it for our first day in Paris bc it gave us a good lay of the land.

Loved it!

The river cruise had amazing views of Paris, and a cruise guide talking about all the sights (in French and English). Our Eiffel tower tour guide, Hafid, is one of my all time favorite guides. He had a great upbeat energy, kept an eye on the whole group, and gave us fascinating information throughout the tour.

Great job

The tour was really fun and great people leading us. Only thing I would change is the tour schedule based on the time of year because it’s supposed to be a night tour so that we can see Paris lit up at night.
