not sure if its worth the money spent as only thing we got is to hear some stuff and that too without speaker.. i saw other tour operators with small microphones where everyone can hear , here only front audience get story besides once you enter tower you are on your own. not worth money

The experience was hassle free, from checking to the end of the tour, our guide Mr Gonela was very kind and patient, he was informative, he was very personable. He also gave our tour some very sound advice on how to survive Paris after the tour ended. Would recommend doing the summit tour

Eiffel Tower Tour

Visited the Eiffel Tower in June. Opening was delayed because of maintenance issue however our guide stayed around until the last minute to let us in. Because of the delay he didn't have time to show us the full tour but we were free to go to the observation deck and explore ourselves which we were grateful for as our time was limited for seeing all that Paris had to offer.

Our guide, Muhammad was wonderful! He kept us engaged while we had to wait an hour in line to see the Eiffel Tower! Ticket process was easy peasy!!

Rainy day tour

Mohammad spoke loudly and clearly. He is French and Egyptian but spoke perfect English. Good sense of humor. It rained but the tour was still enjoyable. Vendors were selling umbrellas at the entrance which you could take inside. 2 umbrellas for 10 euros

Sugar was a great tour guide, answered questions and made the Line a bit more enjoyable with information and jokes.

A tower with a view

We had an amazing day weather wise for this tour which gave us brilliant views from the second level. Our guide, Natalie, was very knowledgeable about the history of the tower and was able to divert us to a shorter line to wait in because of her experience running tours. The illegal street vendors at the base of the tower however detracted from the experience

Informative and Easy!

What a wonderful experience! Joanna T. led an insightful and informative tour. We learned a lot. It was easy to find the group outside and we navigated the lines very quickl. Highly recommend!

Don't bother. Just do it yourself.

Don't bother. All they do is charge you twice as much to stand in the same lines as you would by just showing up, and finally hear a guide add little value.

Eiffel Tower Tour

Unfortunately, we were not able to complete the tour because the tower was not open on the Monday we went due to workers strike. Reason for 4 stars. But our tour guide Rachael was awesome. She was able to give us the verbal part of the tour as we watched from outside and we were promised a full refund. I missed not being able to see the inside which would have been great. I would still recommend this tour.

To the Summit

Guide was knowledgeable and provided a lot of history on Eiffel Tower and then surroundings. Eiffel Tower lines are just crowded going up and down so be prepared.

Amazing experience

The view from the Summit was awesome. You can see the whole city famous landmarks. Elevator was moving pretty fast so it was not a long wait.

Amazing with Johanna T.

Our family of 5 had the package to tower and summit . Views were amazing and we were able to see the Olympic rings on the tower for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Johanna T. was amazing with the tour, she kept us entertained from beginning to end. Her depth of knowledge of historical events from the tower to the city really put everything into context as to why the Eiffel tower exist today and the connections to the Statue of liberty. I would suggest you request Johanna if possible; her tour was superb and you will be surprisingly impressed.

Discover Eiffel with Experience First!

Helen our Gide was knowledgeable and professional, She shared with us so many interesting and historical fact about Eiffel and Eiffel Tower, we’re don’t realize how quick the line for the entrance is on and we were next to the elevator, after we had technical problems with elevator and we had to wait another extra 10-15 minutes, but she still after politely informing us about problems turn conversation the way that we could wait easily… Generally she was grant thanks Helen….

Eiffel Tour Tour

This tour was the easiest way to get tickets to summit the Eiffel Tower. The tower opening was delayed significantly but systems are in place to make rescheduling easy. Fortunately, we were able to, so Natalia and Hendricks were both our guides on separate days, and they were both excellent. Each had fascinating backgrounds and were very knowledgeable about Paris.

Good tour guide and sped up the time to enter the tower. Temperature was a bit chilly in the morning but get quite warm approaching noon.

Not worth it at all - Basically you pay double for a person to buy your tickets on site

I thought that the person would have the tickets already and hand it to you by the time you arrive. Not true. What you pay for is for someone to buy the tickets on site for you and because you have to move with a "group", it takes a long time - we arrive at the Tower at 8:40 and got to the elevator at 10am. Also the tour guide, Nick L., was extremely rude. Save yourself some money and "kindness" and go buy the tickets yourself. It is for sure a much better experience.

Absolutely perfect!

It was a little colder that day but the experience went smoothly and it was an awesome experience. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No stress.

Eiffel Tower Tour w Elevator 6/2024

Went on Eiffel Tower tour with my husband and baby. We had a lovely time. We were running late because of Uber delays and ended up taking the metro. Somehow we made it. Our tour was in the morning and the weather was lovely. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly! We had Joanna T. Overall a good experience with great views. We did have our American stroller with us and actually navigated just fine with the elevators. We had our 6 month old and he enjoyed all the sights with us.

Fun. Informative. Easy

Rachel was great! She was informative about the Eiffel Tower and surroundings. It was a great way to get in quickly and see Paris from a bird’s eye view.

Eiffel Tower elevator tour

Ruth, our guide was amazing. Even though there was a 90 minute mechanical delay for opening on 6/4, Ruth stayed calm and friendly. She is an awesome speaker and took abundant photos of everyone in the group. Very sweet!

Tour cancelled

Our tour was cancelled by operator 4 days before our tour. We directly messaged the operator twice, they responded within 24-48 hours after we requested a refund. We are still waiting to see a full refund issued to our card.

Eiffel Tower is a Worthwhile Wait!

Even though a delayed opening required our tour to be canceled, Masha was awesome! She stayed with the group until the last minute and provided great information about both the Eiffel Tower and how to buy our tickets once it opened since this was our last day in Paris. The summit is highly recommended. It’s hard to describe; you should experience it for yourself if you can. It was definitely worth the wait!

The tour that didn’t happen

The tour didn’t happen. It was canceled. They didn’t notify us until we showed up. And I haven’t been reimbursed.

Not worth it - read the fine print

In hindsight, we wouldn’t book this tour again, nor could we recommend. There are two lines at the tower - one for people with tickets, one without. As the description states, they do not pre purchase tickets. The guide will take you to the “without ticket” line to buy them. Honestly, we could have done that ourselves. There’s no actual reservation with the tower. We barely saw our guide the entire time. At one point we asked him where to find a bathroom while waiting to get through security and he didn’t have any helpful advice. Most travels would be better off going on their own.

Simply Buy Tickets from the Tower

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this experience to other travelers. The experience cost 3x more for adults and 5.5x more for children than buying tickets directly at the Tower. We received roughly 15 minutes of “dialogue” or guided commentary for the price. Your guide spends a majority of the time waiting in line with you to simply get in and buy your tickets. I requested a small discount for the children’s tickets on three separate occasions and was denied each time. For the money, especially if you’re an English speaker, it’s just not worth it.

Unforgettable experience

It was a wonderful experience for me. I could see Paris from the second snd third floor of the Eiffel Tower . It is really awesome.. Marsha was our Guide , she was funny and telling us lots of information about the Eiffel. I will not forget on this visit.
