Overpriced

Overpriced for what you get. The tour guide does not get tickets to the summit ahead of time so you wait in the same line as anyone else without a timed ticket. Didn’t add anything to the experience and there wasn’t time built in to take pictures. Our guide was a very nice though.

Great time on the second platform

It was very interesting. We will be back to do it again. The view and the information given was very informative and we had a great time.

Eiffel Tower

Tour guide was very informative and it was lovely seeing the Eiffel Tower! Keep in mind with this tour you do wait in line with the group! We had a shorter wait than average and still waited a little over an hour to go into the tower. We had bought tickets for the summit but the summit was closed (it can be closed due to capacity, weather, etc). We did get a refund on our portion of the tickets covering summit access without even asking!

Good tour with great guide

Our tour of the Eiffel Tower was made great by our tour guide, Ife. He was helpful, informative, and entertaining. I would recommend this tour and you’d be lucky to get Ife as your guide.

Nice experience

Charles was very informative and polite, I wish these tours your include the skip the line option since the lines could be very long but Charles kept us informed while waiting on the line

No recomended

I don't like this tour. The guide only tell us the most famous facts about de tower and nothing new. Nothing curious and nothing of history. Bad pictures. The girl boss buy the tickets just in front of us and make us do all the lines and waste our time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR. Is expensive for no reason. Is cheaper go to the tower buy the tickets and google 10 facts about de tower and is the same.

Great tour!

Our guide Afi did a great job of explaining the history of the Eiffel Tower along with entertaining us with stories. The Summit was amazing!!

Magnificent

Ekaette was amazing! Very knowledgeable. Lots of helpful historical facts shared. Learned alot especially about the colors of the tower over the years and last year's centenial for Mr Eiffel.

Save your money and buy to local ticket counters

The tickets price does not justify the service they provide. We ended up waiting like the other customers on the same line, and I could not feel any additional service from the tour. The tour guides, as soon we took the elevator, they disappeared and the quiz during queue time was just fine but looked improvised. I highly recommend to buy the ticket on site (so if they close the summit at least you can save the money and just buy the ticket for the second floor only) or somewhere else. I complaint via refund request but it gets declined even after explaining the poor service.

Terrible!!!

Horrible, waited over 2 1/2 hours and was going to be another 2 hours to get on an elevator so we just left.

Wonderful adventure

Saraswathi was amazing! Very sweet and informative. Would definitely come again but wouldn’t come if the weather isn’t good.

Amazing Eiffel Tower tour

Ife was very knowledgeable about the sights we were seeing and gave the group other information about where to go to sight seeing on our trip as well! he taught us about why the eiffel tower is still standing and the people who built it.

It was very good experience, our tour guide gave us a very good detailed information about Paris and gave us a tour around the first and second floors of the tower

Disappointing and not value for money

It was disappointing as the guides' time with us seemed very short at the Eifel Tower. She did her best to look after our 4-person party, but we do not feel like it was real value for the money spent. We would not recommend this trip to anyone else. Also, when we went for the cruise, we couldn't go at the time we wanted, as the company said there had been an accident on one of the bridges, which they knew about 2 days before. A bit odd, as when we eventually went on it the next day, nothing was wrong. We would only book trips like these on the day we want them and would never book in advance again. Our of season no need to book in advance.

Confusing

Hard to hear the guide and he didn’t have a good handle on the whole group. He was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. It was to windy to go to top

Magical

Ekaette was a great guide for us on the Eiffel Tower tour. Seeing the tower in the snow was magical!

Not worth waiting for

We didn’t expect to have to wait as long as we did… waiting for people to arrive who were late, then being told we had to wait in line when we could have been waiting earlier, then as we entered the gates we were told they closed the summit due to winds.. it was all so disappointing.. our guide was nice but he waited until we got to the second floor where it was windy to start telling us information about the tower.. we had waiting over 2 hours he could have told us during this time.. and then couldn’t tell us when we would get our refunds for the summit.. so disappointed in this experience especially as it was New Year’s Eve

No one was there to meet us.

We went there, reached at 8.15. There was no one from the meet & greet team inn green hats. Iffel tower was closed from 6pm. Our confirmed booking was from 9pm. I have requested a full refund.

Fantastic Tour & Tour Guide

What a fantastic tour! Tina was such an amazing Tour guide. She made everyone feel special. Her knowledge of the Eiffel Tower was excellent & was presented in a fun & very interesting way. The time in the queue passed very quickly due to Tina’s fun facts & quiz. She stayed with us as long as we needed up the tower & kept us informed. She made us all feel important, making sure she spoke to everyone & checking that we were all happy. She also made sure we knew where to go for the Seine River cruise which we really enjoyed too. The whole Wonder Meets & Tours experience has been excellent from booking in the beginning to the Tour itself, keeping us informed at every step of the way. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Tour

Arnie was our tour guide for the Eiffel Tower and he was great! Listening to all of his expertise and knowledge on the Eiffel Tower and Paris made the waiting in lines go by super quick! Highly recommend him and this tour!

The best guide ever

The tour was very tidy and entertaining. The views were beautiful and we learned a lot. Honorable mention for Arni, our guide and undoubtedly the favorite. He was in charge of explaining everything to us and talking, in addition, to data and fun things. Congratulations and I hope you can take a lot of tours with him. Although the tour was already good, Arni improved it.

Wonderful tour

Excellent hosts Yemisi & her wonderful assistant essien, always smiling, lots of knowledge and answered any questions thrown at them! Wonderful tour, would advise to book.

Great Tour Guide

Arnie was wonderful! Favorite guide so far!! It was a cold rainy day and we missed the summit due to wind but it was still great!

Terrible

Walked around for 40 minutes trying to find the tour operator and to no use. Went to the address that was sent and even walked around. Wasted my time. Very disappointed.

Waiting in line way to long.

We purchased this package to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower to save time. The guide was very nice. It was hard to hear her and the pictures she was showing were on her phone that she would hold up. The worst part was we had to stand in line with her for 1-1/2 hours so she could purchase the tickets then another 30 minutes to get to the elevator which would only go to the second floor which was fine. when we got back down they were selling tickets to the summit again. We were trying to save time and that did not work for this tour. We could have done this our selves.

Don't Use this Company

Worst tour ever. Couldn't find the group. Finally did but speaker on talked to a few people in the front. I heard nothing. Complete waste of money. Find a different tour

Bad experience on the river cruise

The guided tour for the Eiffel Tower with “F” was excellent, excellent presentation and good knowledge. The details given to locate the river cruise were extremely poor with no detail regarding the operating boat company or the location of the pier on the embankment. We had to speak to each operating cruise company to see if we were with them. A very poor experience!!!!!

Eiffel Experience

Was very skeptical in booking. Guides were marvelous. Directions seemed complicated but were,in fact, easy to follow. Only one elevator working 3hr. in que was only glitch.

Lied to

The tour was going fine until...the guide told us the reason the area under the eiffel tower is closed is due to a terrorist attack. He said In 2018 70 people were killed when someone ran over them while they had picnics. I fact checked this with him several times as I had not remembered this at all. Not sure why he did this maybe he enjoys seeing what he can get tourist to believe. Sick.

Terrible waste of time and money.

Do Not Use this company!! They charged a significant markup for the Eiffel Tower tickets. All they do is buy the ticket and stand in line with you. We arrived, waited 30 minutes to go through security as a group, then we’re told it would be a 3 hour long wait! The guide offered to have is walk up the stairs to halfway point for a JJ Joe discount. We stayed we either (1) wanted to reschedule to a day with shorter wait (2) provide a refund. The guide agreed but they have no authority. The company denied us both. Total waste of time and money…Actually this was the only bad experience we had during our week in Paris. I suspect the company is located somewhere outside of France and just ripping off tourists.
