Don't waste your money going here it's not worth it

This trip was really disappointing I wish we had went on a beach holiday instead. We took my 5 year old son and after seeing the adverts on TV expected to see superheroes and Disney characters but we didn't. We seen mickey and Minnie mouse once for 5min on the parade and that was it. In fact during the whole trip we only saw a few characters on the parade and then we got a photo with captain America. There were designated places where some characters could stand for photos but they were never there. The one time black panther was there for photos we went to join the queue (of about 6 children) and they turned us away saying "sorry we're finish now!". My son and nephew were crying their eyes out and the staff didn't care at all. I could understand if the queue was long and lots of people waiting but there was only us. We found that a lot of the staff were rude, not helpful, like they couldn't be ar*ed eith tourists. The food in the parks is so expensive and it is rubbish. Don't bother going here save your money

Nonsmoking park with a lot of people smoking

As a family we love Disneyland. Ambiance, rides, food all excellent. But the HUGE negative was that even though there were many signs saying its a smoke-free park, there were many people smoking. Especially there is a ramp near star wars towards the restrooms where tons of people were smoking. There weren't many employees and no one to stop these people. For the amount you pay to get in, it was disappointing they couldn't enforce their non-smoking policy.

It was an amazing experience rides were fabulous.I was shocked by how they say young children of 1m can go upside down!👍👍👍

Very disappointing

Even outside the school holidays it was very busy on Thursday and Friday with queing times of 50+ minutes. Multiple rides were closed. Due to people with premium access the regular queues take even longer. Prices of food and beverage are outrageous with slow service. So is the parking fee. Feels like i wasted my money. If i will ever return it will be on a rainy January weekday, never again in spring.

Glad its over with. One time visit just to say we did.

Not Disney's fault but the weather was terrible. Cold and rainy. But I did not find it Disney magical. Wish I had visited another location. Everything was overpriced. The staff was not Disney friendly. At Disney World even the bus drivers are friendly. Shuttle driver there was not at all. Check in what the only friendly face I encountered. They gave us the wrong room size but they did fix it. When trying to purchase a ticket for my dad who is disabled no one knew the ticket price. He was supposed to get a ticket discount but I didn't have his car card with me so I purchased a 2 day ticket, so I thought. I went to Studios the next day only to be told they sold me a 2 park 1 day ticket. Had to buy a whole new ticket. Disney World would have at least apologized. At the hotel they were hesitant to give him a priority card even though their website said the disable car tag would work. No one seemed to know anything. As a family in the US wish they had a 800 number, the only phone number they have is a Paris number. So expensive every time I called. Surprise they don't have a 800 number. When I tried to ask a question on their website it directed me back to the Paris number. I'm sure my review might not persuade anyone not to go, it is Disney after all.

Not for us.Definitely not the happiest place on earth. Miserable staff, rubbish food choices, crap weather

The park is looking tired. Needs a facelift. Good choices are poor. The worst thing though are the people who work there. 95 percent of them were miserable and some were downright rude!! Might just be because we are English, who knows? We are lucky to be able to visit Florida every year and the difference is massive. The USA staff can’t do enough for you to make your day the best it can be. We definitely won’t be going back to Disney Paris.

I will never go back there again The cast members were so rude the park was dirty and the toilets was disgusting the rides was mostly shut The hotel woody round up was not a pleasant stay . The cast members were rude there too they maid would walk in even low we told her not too the whole experience was not good We felt that we was treated terribly

i recently visited Disneyland Paris and had an amazing experience! The park is magical, with so many wonderful attractions and friendly staff. I highly recommend riding the train and the boat inside the park—both were incredibly fun and offered unique views of the park. The only thing was that the fireworks show was quite late, and it got pretty cold while waiting. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic.👍👍 Definitely a must-visit destination!

3 days/2 nights

We stayed on site at Santa Fe, perfect location as it’s a short walk. Park opens up an hour earlier for hotel guests which is a good time to get on the longer wait time rides. The app is great to help with this. Character meets in the park were amazing and the character breakfast was also great. To help kill time in queues we played games and had snacks. Photo pass is also a good idea you can get a temporary one if you’re unsure though. It’s a bit expensive but not ridiculously over priced. overall we had a wonderful experience.

Disney magic!

I have been to Disneyland Paris many times as a child. This time we went as grown ups and took my 3 year old niece! The memories were right, and we all had an amazing time as adults! We all had. A fabulous time and really enjoyed ourselves! Will we back again?! 100%

Magical

Absolutely amazing. We loved it sooooo much. The queue times for the rides weren’t anywhere near as long as expected which was great. We managed to do most of the main park on the first day. We did find that the studios park didn’t have as much to offer but is worth going still as absolutely love ratatouille, the cars ride is worth going on as well as the crush coaster which was definitely a top 3. The food was also really good within the parks and on campus there are other options also such as McDonald’s and the rainforest cafe. We went in November which was actually quite good weather wise but would highly suggest to wrap up warm if you go in the colder seasons. We stayed in a nearby hotel that ran shuttles to the park which was great but there was a lot of pushing and shoving when leaving the parks as everyone wanted to get on the earliest shuttle possible back to the hotel. If you’re taking children especially under 5s I’d suggest getting a hotel on campus if you can to avoid the carnage that is the shuttles buses at the end of the day. One thing to note that I didn’t think of before going which seems a bit silly but a lot of the dialog on the rides is in french or a mix of French and English. It’s indescribable how good it was, it really is a magical place.

2 night stay in June

Just got home from a 3 day break staying at Davy Crockett Ranch and visiting Disneyland Paris. First thing to say is driving via LeShuttle was so smooth and easy, will 100% be doing that again. Drive from Calais to Disney was very easy, followed A26 and A1 and it took just over 3 hours. Tolls were 24 Euros each way. We had 3 days in the parks, and only spent about 3 hours in the Studios park using our Extra Magic hours on one day. We managed to get all the rides done that we wanted to before 10am (we didn't even bother trying to queue for Crush's Coaster), and we just walked straight on to Avengers Flight Force (which left us a bit headachey! But was great). Disneyland Park was busy but not heaving. We never queued for more than 25 minutes for the rides that we wanted to do (including Big Thunder Mountain and Space Mountain). Million Splashes of Colour was great, we saw that a couple of times when walking past. All of the staff we spoke to were lovely and very kind and helpful. We hit Small World at 09:30 and got on super quickly, we were allowed to go round twice as my toddler asked to go again and there was no queue. Obviously in some queues we experienced some not so nice people and queue jumping but that's to be expected I guess. We found it frustrating that during the Stars on Parade in the morning that there was literally no way to get from Discoveryland around to Frontierland - we were told by staff it was "impossible" and we had to wait for the parade to end. We planned it better on the last day and made sure we were on the side we wanted to be on before 11:15! The food in the parks was good, we had a full board meal plan which made life super easy. Pizzeria Bella Notte was absolutely rammed but the food was quick and tasty. The Marionette restaurant was our favourite and the meals in there were huge, no issues getting a table at all. We tried the New York Style Sandwiches in Disney Village on our last day before we headed home, the food was good but the service was notably slower than in the parks. Davy Crockett Ranch was an easy drive from the parks and was lovely and peaceful. The kids park, swimming pool and the restaurant were great. The "bungalow" was clean, well laid out and perfectly fine for a couple of nights. The double bed wasn't comfortable which led to poor sleep but the single beds were absolutely fine. Would stay again but we're considering trying the Villages Nature to see what you get different for the same price. Overall a great trip, we now have a toddler completely obsessed with Mickey Mouse and Small World (and Phantom Manor but I'm not sure all 2 year olds are as obsessed with ghosts and skeletons as mine is!). Already want to start planning the next trip!!

Disneyland Paris is the best theme park ever!!!!!

This place us amazing! The drones were cancelled at the Disney Sky Parade though. The 'Disney's Stars on Parade' by Main Street was great!

A lovely Disney experience

We had two children with us Aged 6 and 3. Stayed at B&B hotel outside the park. First two shuttle buses on first morning into the park completely full. So we got a private taxis outside the hotel. €15 for family of 8. After this we just used taxis rather than the shuttle as it was always packed. The most we paid was €20 so it’s an option. Yes Disney is expensive but we had a wonderful time. Weather very wet but the children absolutely loved it. The food is silly money and fairly bland American food. We downloaded the Disney App which is brilliant. Went on some amazing rides. Ratatouille, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear, Star Wars, Cars. Saw two brilliant shows, Lion King and the Mickey Magic show. Met some wonderful characters, Mickey and Minnie, Tigger, Goofey, Cinderella. Marvellous daytime parade and evening fireworks. On our last day we went into Disney village for lunch and, shopping. The Rainforest Cafe was a lovely experience.

Definitely recommend staying here

Lovely host with a really cute place to stay. Had absolutely everything we could want with plenty of bits for the children to do when we were in.

Magical 2 Days for Family of 5 (age 2-8)

Firstly we booked this through Disneyholidays and got an amazing deal of 4 nights at Centre Parcs just 10 minutes away, 2 days at Disneyland and the Eurotunnel for £1,600. Buy fun Disney clothes to wear from primark and Amazon before you go. Merchandise were utterly ridiculous prices. We did buy 2 bubble machines and a balloon. Here’s a useful tip - keep your receipt because if they break you can go get another one!! Our balloon popped and we got a replacement. Firstly we enjoyed our day at WD Studios than Disneyland as there were rides all close to each other that suited all our children’s ages. There is also a lovely courtyard of French stalls selling delicious food and wine - it looked better than the fast food we saw in Disneyland. Slinky was the only ride my 2 year old boy enjoyed there. He went on it so many times. Queue times were very reasonable considering it was half term holidays for the English. They ranged from 5 minutes to 1 hour. The big mountain rollercoaster at Disneyland was the best, most exhilarating ride I’ve ever been on. But the queue system was overwhelming with 2 many people packed together. The parades were lovely. We didn’t queue for characters or do any shows because of having a little one. Probably missed a lot of stuff but couldn’t pack it all in. The light show and fireworks was worth staying up for!! It was spectacular! There were so many nostalgia moments watching it if you grew up with Disney 40 years ago. I felt happy for days after. I think Disneyland was too spread out with not enough rides personally but everything about it was beautiful, even the ticket office. I had no expectations when I went and didn’t think I cared much for Disney but boy I was wrong. Just so enchanting and nostalgic and the kids loved it. NB. Wear comfortable shoes!!

Great times

4 day visit, and despite everything being overpriced and queue galore, we did have a cracking time! Sorry to disappoint - anyone looking forward to trying their Spider-Man WEB ride - we queued for an hour and I’m not kidding, if it was free and in my local park I’d never go on it again - what a mistake of a ride that is!!! And, why did you get rid of the car show and replace it with Alice in Wonderland?! Wouldn’t watch that show again either! All other shows at the park were great and so were the performers! Don’t let this review put you anyone off, you’ll have a great time! - bring fold up chairs for the queues for the little ones.

Long queues.

The Magic of Disney. Well, I think they allow far too many people in the parks which ultimately means long queues for the rides. Expect to wait an hour or more to get on your ride, this is rather frustrating with young children who get bored standing around for long periods. That said the rides were enjoyable and the boys loved the experience. The light / firework show was great in the evening.

The magic isn't really there

Miserable weather and miserable staff. I could have dealt with one but not both. Unlikely to return. Hotel Cheyenne was a disappointment. Wait times meant most of the days was spent outside in the rain.

Disneyland is for every everyone, not inly for the kids, I loved everything around there, even the price for the drinks is to high

Fun - but they need to update

I visited DisneyLand Paris in May 2024 - I have been before but this was the first time with my family. It was a great trip but there were def some sour notes which should be sorted out by Disney - One major issue was that majority of the wait times were much longer than displayed and this does really affect the trip - we entered a que that was 55minutes but we were there for 2h30mins which was just not good enough, as many of us know keeping kids entertained for 50mins is hard enough but when that time over doubles it causes issues- Disney please give more accurate wait times!. Another issue was that my children do not eat meat and going to all the restaurants they all have children menus but no vegetarian or fish options for children so you end up spending 20euro on a meal per child instead of 9euros - I think this is ridiculous and if there is a children's menu it should 100% have a vegetarian option!!. The managers in the restaurants are not welcoming or friendly esp when you have questions / changes they simply don't care - customer service is very low throughout the park. When we were there , there was so many works going on and around 20% of the rides were not open - Space Mountain being the main one - this is not correct as if you are paying to go to Disney you should have the full experience!!! the parades and shows are always good ! Waiting for the lion king show for 1h30mins was worth it !!! overall a fun trip but Disney need to sort out basic customer service and think about children food items

Great family experience

A worthwhile trip, even though it’s fairly expensive it’s truly worth the money. I would recommend a 1 day ticket with the premium pass. If you arrive when it opens and leave after the light show you will be able to see 95% of both parks. The rides are exciting for both young and old . The park is well maintained and easy to get around. We enjoyed our time spent exploring and enjoying family time 😀

Amazing!! If you’re thinking about going, do it!!

When we first got there it was amazing, we didn’t know where to start there was so much to look at. We went on thunder mountain and the line was quite annoying for my daughter with adhd but she said it was so worth it and had the best time and she didn’t think any ride was going to be better. We also went on the phantom manor, ratatouille, Alice’s labyrinth, dumbos flying elephants, nemos submarine and walked through the tale of Aladdin. My daughter loves ratatouille and was so excited to go on it and look at it all. The shops, they were great but very expensive for some things but overall there’s something there for all budgets. I don’t think people are being fair giving 1 star reviews because they simply must not have been bothered to dig deep into the parks.

Magical Place For Children But Big Queues

Disneyland is great for young children. Plenty of rides and characters to keep them entertained. Pros: - Lots of Disney Characters scattered around to get photos and signatures - lots of shops to buy merchandise - some great rides for all ages Cons: - Queue times - beware of queue times, which increase due to people moving in front on you because of using fast passes. This happens A LOT - Snack bars - plenty of snack bars around but limited seating areas - Disneyland app - doesn’t show all character meetings so you have to walk around to find them Despite the price and the queues, it’s still a fantastic place for children. Magical lifetime memories created.

Slipping standards

Stayed in Newport Bay this time. Have done sequoia and santa fe previously. Wouldn't do santa fe again, more basic, breakfast queues and further from the park. Newport Bay and Sequoia are on par, sequoia pool has a little slide and a nice forest feel. Newport is impressive and has mickey themed rooms I preferred. I would argue sequoia lodge is maybe slightly closer but Newport takes you round the side where we never had to queue through security. Overall, I felt disney has dropped its standards. This time, like never before, I say overflowing bins, litter and encountered rude staff on several occassions. Staff glared when I asked for a slice of pizza at the buffet when she was slicing it, we were asking about a reservation and the staff member rudely pointed and didn't speak to us at all, one staff member was visibly frustrated when we tried to pay with a dining plan, a member of staff rolled there eyes at somebody moving slowly. I've never seen this ever from staff at Disney. They've previously gone above and beyond. Not all staff were this way but there were too many. Disney have got rid of their free fast pass which is devastating. It really felt like they were treating everybody in a way which meant that everybody felt valued. That is no longer the case and their priority passes are extortionate. Luckily for us they still offer rider switch which really helps us with young children. We have previously had great value from the photopass however they have stopped virtual queueing for most characters apart from superheros which means less meet and greets. Character meets at the hotel did not have a photographer this time. Several rides had issues with the photos so we missed out on 3. One day, we were told there was no photographer at the super hero meet and greet. Superhero meet and greet with superman is great. The avengers was disappointing. Every little boy wants Captain America or iron man, maybe thor. We got black widow and loki. We have always had the half board plan and were disapointed with the variety this time. Downtown was the best (we are veggie), Pym was poor food, poorly themed and filthy. Avoid! We love Disney and have visited multiple times but really feel that their attention to detail and service is slipping. We don't plan to visit Paris again unfortunately as we really love the size of this park for little ones.

We have just spent 5 days in Disneyland Paris and loved every minute of it. The Main Park still has the magic and atmosphere that Disney is known for. The snacks are to die for (try as many as you can and put money/calories to the side!) The parades and shows are fantastic. It’s a shame Stars on Parade is still going (we’ve seen it dozens of times over the years), but the new Million Splashes of Colour was great. It’s worth standing in Central Plaza for the best view though. Loved the drones and the last ever Disney Dreams (I had always preferred this over Illuminations). The park requires planning to get the most out of it. We ride early morning and into the evening, never queuing more than 45 minutes for anything. Character meets can be arduous though, and we prefer to pay for character meals and not queue for the 2+ hours at the pavilion and Meet Mickey! See you again very soon Disneyland Paris!

There's no Disney Magic here. Pure greed is what's wrong with Disneyland Paris they sell 3 times more tickets than the park can really accommodate, the queues are horrendous even for the small rides and shows, the magic hour is a joke, as very few rides are open for that hour, so everyone one heads to the ones that are after 15 to 30 minutes they are no better than the rest of the day. Which is all a ruse to get people to pay twice, to use the park by having to buy fast passes at up to 15 to 20 euros a ride or 180 euros a day. The parks and village are lacking investment and look tired and run down, large sections of MGM were screened off and inaccessible and rides were breaking down which wouldn't be a problem if you hadn't queued for 30 to 45 minutes or are closed, we lost nearly two hours on Big Thunder Mountain after it broke down twice, not to mention 40 euros for a set of plastic mouse ears and 80 euros for a sweat shirt. Don't waste your money go to Florida and don't be disappointed. 3 days of my life I won't be repeating. From the 28 to the 31 of June. Date of experience: 28 May 2024

Nice scenery

The only redeeming feature in an otherwise abysmal visit to Disney Paris. this park is beautiful and well put together with some great rides. Let down by rude staff and limited food options. Million times better than Walt Disney Studios but that wouldn’t be difficult. Pirates of Caribbean, thunder mountain and phantom manor may even be better rides than their Orlando counterparts.

A mixed experience

Our large group stayed in Disney for four days and to be honest the experience was mixed. Firstly hotel (Newport Bay) was excellent and the food was great. We had a meal plan and tried different buffet style restaurants all of which had a great choice, and high quality food. The parks themselves were where the trip was let down. It was, as expected, very busy and we were prepared for queuing for the big rides. Where we were most disappointed was the length of queues versus quality of ride. One example was Spider-Man ride where we queued with two young children for 80 minutes (sign had said 45 min queue when we joined!) When we finally got to the front staff were letting in 4-5 people for the ride versus 20 or more from the premier queue. We paid a lot of money to go to Disney but it felt like unless you paid for premier access on top you get a substandard experience on the rides. That said the parades, shows and fireworks were amazing, and when we did get on rides the kids loved it. A wonderful place, just be prepared to queue for everything (snacks and distractions for young kids a must!) particularly if you haven’t paid for premier access!

Disney never fails in bringing the magic to a holiday from the music you hear as you enter the park the shows the parades and the fireworks all the staff are brilliant so friendly our highlight were the drone and fireworks with reserved viewing amazing and worth every penny we cannot wait to return next year to enjoy the magic even more

No magic at this Disney park

Unfortunately very disappointed with the experience. The lack of magic, no characters walking around and interacting with guest. Many of the rides are outdated and in need of a good refurbishment. Compared to Disney world Florida it’s not even close. The staff in the shops, rides and restaurants were rude, unhelpful and clearly not happy in their workplace. The shops.. why on earth is stitch the main attraction! Soooo many Disney movies with no merchandise. Countless rides which were closed. I’m just sad I’ve left and not wanting to return. Disneyland Paris you need to do better.

Not worth it

Went with my brother and my niece and nephew. The tickets are overpriced for what you get. Everything in the shops is overpriced, good prices are ridiculous, it was packed so much that you couldn’t really move. All rides waiting times were over 30mins. A lot of the attractions were closed. Half the park was under renovations. Don’t waste your money going here.

Over rated and extremely expensive

Disneyland Paris is over rated, very expensive, not very well sign posted, and you have to have a phone to download the app to know where all the attractions are, no maps available to look at and keep handy for the children to choose from, it didnt feel that safe to have your mobile phone in your hand at all times, the food and drink prices are ridiculously high considering it is a family attraction unless you manage to find McDonalds, which is a bit more reasonable, we will not visit again with our grandchildren

An experience worth living

Magical experience packed full of adventure, fun and enjoyment. Disneyland: Opening/ closing times offer ideal opportunity for all attractions to be visited including allowing times for some extensive queues (meet Mickey +90mins). Walt Disney Studios: Lots of construction work means some attractions are currently closed. For a couple I would suggest a 2 day, 2 packs pass is all you need to complete a tourist visit. Food: I would suggest using Disney village on the outer part of the security check prior to entering the park as the food venders offer better value for money.

Loved Disney but some things just wound me up

So straight off the bat I want to say I love the Disney parks and me and the family, (wife, girl-6, boy13) had an amazing time. But some things really got to me. Disney is all about Disney princesses. My little girl wanted to meet as many as humanly possible over two days. She couldn’t meet one. Non wandering round, only one place in the ENTIRE park to meet them. And that was a 3hour wait to only meet one princess. I can’t believe there isn’t multiple meet and greet stations all round the park. Like 5-6 I have in my head would be ideal. And non wandering about mingling with guests. Secondly you don’t get to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Again only one place in the entire park and that was a 2-3 hours wait. So to meet Mickey and some princesses which a little girl would love to do is around a 5 hour, combined with toilet and food breaks, it’s a full days enjoyment gone. I know it’s a theme park but the expense in the park is insane. Popcorn €6, bottle of coke €4, cheese toasty €10. Good job we took in two rucksacks full of sandwiches and snacks but kids are always hungry. Lack of benches. The amount of times the kids where exhausted and needed a sit down there was nowhere to sit comfortably. Sitting on the stone floor gets quite tiresome after a while. Finally paid £150 for the character breakfast at Plaza gardens for the unlimited buffet but was it worth it? I’d say no. Yes the kids met 5 characters but for £150 I was left wanting more for my money. BUT the rides and the cleanliness are top notch. Fully got our monies worth on the rides and the shows are absolutely insane. The Mickey and magician, lion king and lilo live are all incredible. Sorry to rant, but just got my goat slightly. We will come back in say 10 years to let them build all the new rides and attractions

The happiest place on earth!

An incredible experience. When you enter Disneyland you realize why it is considered the happiest place on earth. Whether you are an adult or a child, you will have unforgettable moments. The parks offer entertainment for all ages, the attractions are super safe and the shows and parades are thrilling. I wish everyone could visit a Disneyland park at least once in their life. It's a unique experience. We have been to Disney Paris twice and have always been amazed by the new attractions. Although the queues for some attractions and the price of food and souvenirs are a bit expensive, I don't see this as a problem with not experiencing magical moments with your family. Even these small setbacks will be a source of laughter in the future. We've never had any problems, unforeseen circumstances, or inconveniences and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful

We stayed at the New York hotel and visited all the parks for 4 fabulous days! It was awesome. The castle is the prettiest I have seen.

Good but need to sell foods that are as advertised and less ride closures at once

We have recently returned from a trip to DisneyLand pros (my first time since around 2010) and I was pleasantly surprised by it whilst also being slightly disappointed. Firstly the food How Disney can false advertise so many items they sell baffles me. The Beignets here in Laris are nasty, the image shows nice fresh looking beignets covered with sugar powder, yet what you get is a fat dry 1/4 filled donut. There is no sugar powder on them at all and the filling is nowhere near enough. I've stayed at French Quarters in Florida and they are known for the Beignets and rightfully so as they are out of this world, however in Paris they are far from acceptable and should be pulled from the menu... Then the box of mini crepes with Nutella, mmm yeah you get 12 as advertised but they are not in a box at all. We ordered them thinking they'd be easy to share out of a box, yet they came in a pathetic paper cone. Again false advertising and very disappointing, however these did taste great unlike the beignets. The Macarons bought in the store were ok, a few clearly old as they were stale and so not ideal and tbh a waste of money. The good foods, bought from near a small world are the strawberries covered in chocolate, we had both dark and milk chocolate and they were great, we didn't try the white chocolate but I'd be inclined to say they would be awesome. The crepes here with both sugar and Nutella were also lovely's. Then finally the Groot biscuits, we bought two and both ended up being chocolate and they are lovely. Now the rides It seems they are closing many down at once which is a shame, we missed out on two but as our trip came to an end more and more construction boards were erected which would be a shame for many new arrivals, incl boards around and covering Buzz at the entrance to the Toy Story area. Flight Force: Wow this is so well themed. I love the original Rock 'N' Rollercoaster and was a little concerned about the re-theme, however it works well, very well tbh and makes for an amazing ride. Crushes Coaster: A first for me this time and I was not disappointed, a very good all round coaster which is great fun for all, however I was disappointed to hear from my partner that none of the lighting within the main building of the coaster ride area was on as she's seen before. No one told us this and so I'm assuming that where it was all dark would actually have some lighting and theme which I hope to see next time. Hyperspace Mountain: I was very annoyed this closed the day I arrived, there was no warning of this as if I'd have known I'd have ridden it right away, yet the first full day I woke up to check the ride times and it was advertised as closed :( Indiana Jones and the the temple of peril: Superb, well themed, fun and exciting little coaster this one, a little clunky so to speak (similar to the Space Mountain in Florida) but a very good ride. Pirates of the Caribbean: Another classic and must ride imo and an awesome one, slightly diff to the Florida one and highly recommended. Tower of Terror: This was my first time riding this in Paris and Wow. It's so diff to the one in Florida. Firstly you don't swap buildings going into the 5th dimension like in Florida and on this one you also have stops between the ride experience (which again doesn't happen in Florida). So although they are both random sequences of drops, the same heights and speeds they feel very very different as in Florida it's non stop, whereas this one catches you out more with the stop starts broken down with the creepy child scenes etc. This imo is a must ride for anyone :-) Big Thunder Mountain: This is a massive improvement in the one in Florida, it's faster, longer, higher and much improved. I love how you go under the lake to its own island and back and the theming is much better and very well improved over the Florida version. Web Slinger: A great new Spiderman ride which is a great one for all the family. Now the Parks as a whole Magic Kingdom was lovely as always, an awesome castle which you can actually both go into and under to see the dragon, the layouts great with my only concern being the closures of rides not being advertised well. I love how you can get champagne in the park also here and the evening shows were good but not great. We don't get to see the drone display as they had technical difficulties and the fireworks imo be other Disney parks were not existent, it was more a light projection show. It was still a great experience but I think they need to work on their planning of maintenance and deff advertise foods how you get them (even if they look awful and won't sell as at least it's true and honest). Hollywood studios: Great park, great atmosphere and some great rides, however again too much maintenance and closed attractions and again foods advertised which are far from how they seem. Overall we had a great time but tbh we took a lot of our own food as we pre-checked things and knew we'd be disappointed with the food sold in the parks vs what we are used to in Americas equivalents which is disappointing for things like beignets which you'd expect to be great in France...

Robbed and no help from the staff

This was me and my family’s 2nd time here. We had a relative good time, in spite of the long queue line and most outdated rides. What really turned me off was that we were robbed. I left my kids backpack on the stroller (we took our bags with documents and money with us) thinking nobody was going to take that. To our dismay, after riding blanche neige, something like 30 minutes someone stole his mickey mouse backpack. It was mostly sentimental, but we reported it, expecting at least a “we are going to check our cameras”. Nothing, they gave us a note acknowledging we report it and said if we wanted to check the cameras we should go to the police station and report the robbery and only if the police deemed it important they would someday check. It broke our hearts that his journal with all his drawings were lost. The lack of empathy was horrible. I will probably never go again.

Almost excellent

Loved the park, the rides and the staff were all lovely. One recommendation….don’t go for the full fast pass. There are many rides it doesn’t cover and you can buy passes for the rides you want to visit on the day individually for less money

Worried

As an experience it was fantastic, great attractions,rides,fun for all. Except for the mayhem that is the parade and the light/ fireworks experience, no control of the crowds of people that practically walk over U no matter what the age, A crowd control team is a must, no access controls across streets pathways. It wouldn't take much to rope off an exit route or and access route if anything went wrong it would be a stampede!! For everything ye do right this is a huge horror in my opinion. Look at huge sporting events or concerts for ideas before this ends in disaster.

Disneyland Paris

Came here for our May Bank Holiday Weekend. Had a 2 day pass for both parks. Day 2 was our full long day here. We had early access so had arrived at 830 and left after the fire works finished at 2330. Even having the early access it was busy. Some people had no manners. Pushing into you rushing around too busy looking at the Disney app on their phone. It was way overcrowded. Some reviewer said it’s great to visit here when it’s raining. I can tell you this now - it’s no fun here when it’s raining. The floors were so slippy in places - My little girl slipped over many times even though we were walking holding hands. Some people would line up way too early for the parade just right by the castle but they were just in the way and they wouldn’t move either. Had many people push in front of me and my child in the shops when queing. Spotted a fruit stand selling fresh fruit at €1.50, it was closed sadly but plenty of overcharging junk food stalls/restaurants open of course. Cotton candy, ice creams €7 euros, pop corn €10. Take your own food and snacks. Light show/Fireworks started at 11pm. My child and many others were very over tired. Not sure why it’s on so late. When it’s over your all marched out which was bedlam at times. We had premiere access on rides & a viewing area for the parade & fireworks due to being pregnant. I really don’t think my self and my daughter would have coped queuing 45-55 mins for a 2 minute ride, so having this access was a bonus. The place was spotless and very well looked after. Certainly won’t be rushing to go back anytime soon. Paultons Park I feel is so much better!

Aa good as your dreams

Our first time here, we are a family of 4 and we all loved it. We had a priority pass as I need a scooter to get around and it just made our experience even more amazing as we didn't queue for anything! Start with the dissapointments 😭Disney Studios was half closed We couldn't believe it! We was not warned. 😭No Marvel, pixar shoes ( Disney studio) 😭 No room for a character breakfast or dinner was really hoping we would get in for my little ones birthday...(I blame the booking agent said book it when u arrive! Bad advice, book your character meal when you book your break do not chance it!) 😭Fireworks 10.50pm or later...whattttt, whyyyy? Toooo late for a family. Our best bits! The Parades...wow just the best thing ever my children screamed with joy. 11am & 5.30pm We saw 3 shows, Mickey & the Magician, Stitch Live, Lion King.....OMG! Wow I actually burst into tears if happiness 😊 ( Always queue 1 hour to Or if your lucky 45 mins before otherwise you won't get in) We went on soooo many rides all of them magical & fantastic All staff were amazing, helpful. The atmosphere was fabulous The place itself wow loved it So many places to eat, we ate at an Italian restaurant with mickey mouse shaped pizza, cost €56 for 4 of is, then we ate at Cow boy cook out bbq 10/10 yummy it cost €56 Drinks average €4 Individual meals €18 Ice cream €10 The shops were incredible if I had €10000 I would happily spend it all!! You will absolutely love it, if you can afford it please get yourself premium access no queuing!! It will change your entire day!! On average we spent €210 euros a day for 4 days and we had everything we needed.

Magical overall

Pros - Drone show excellent! - staff friendly -nice selection of rides - children had a lovely time -Had to be evacuated from a ride, wonderfully organised and helpful staff. -staff took prompt action to close rides during a bad thunderstorm, this meant we felt very safe. Cons - long queues e.g crushes coaster unless you pay for a pass. -quite a few rides closed -drone show can often be cancelled and the show isn’t the same without it. -some exceptionally rude people who push front of you at fireworks totally blocking view - food mostly terrible.

Its good for kids and is good for adults the main rides are its a small world space mountain overall its really good would recommend

Money making machine with little value for your money

Pay pay pay and then pay some more. Your child will be considered adult for these payments once they turn 11, so be aware. You will need to book in advance just about everything. Doesn't matter how much you spend in your room in any of the hotels, want to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner? Have to pay. And book. And don't worry where you book, it's basically going to be crappie food but you will pay as if you were at a Michelin star restaurant. And you will queue, for everything, reservation or not, doesn't matter, you will queue. Got a fast pass? Spent 200 euros on it? Doesn't matter, you will only be able to use it once per attraction, not in all the attractions and only for the day. You know what you will be able to do? Shop. A lot. We got no less than 40 shops ready for you to buy every item of overpriced stuff that you can think of. Feel like a very small backpack for 90 euro? We got it. Need a sweatshirt that costs 5 euros to produce for 75? Sure thing, we got it for you. This is disneyland for you. Kids love the experience. Me? 300 euros for a buffet lousy dinner? 120 for a breakfast buffet for 3? Not so much. On the good part, the staff were absolutely friendly and helpful with our queries and they deal with a huge amount of people everyday with a smile. Big kuddos for them.

Disneyland paris: Review for a must-visit place.

We stayed for 2 nights. This is the most wonderful place i've ever been, and trust me when i say it's worth the money. Food was fantastic, and the staff at rainforest cafe was fantastic! Must rides are tower of terror, flight force, buzz lightyear, hyperspace, small world, ratatouille and basically every ride. The only thing im able to say anything negative about is the water. The water in sinks in france are not clean like in other countries, therefore, the bottled water was warm and different. Its still 5 stars, even the 2 star hotels!

Paris Disney was a delight with one exception.

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel for 2 nights and visited the park for 2 days. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely, beds and linen comfortable and bathroom has everything you need and has great amenities. The park is beautiful. Gardens were full of flowers and Main Street and the castle are so pretty that I wish the whole world looked like that. It’s hectic. People keep arriving all day. Waits for rides are, expectedly, long. We used the magic hours from staying at the resort and it was so good. Seeing the park when it’s mostly empty lets you get great photos and enjoy many of the rides without the line up. The shopping is great. Lots to choose from and reasonable priced, considering where you are. I we got the profiles done and it’ll long be my favourite souvenir. The food was both surprisingly good and awful. We had burgers, pizza and hot dogs. All exceeded our expectations. Hot, tasty, quick and fresh. I got some fudge and it’s amazing. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was reliably good. The downer - the Silver Spur Restaurant. Service was terrible. Food was very slow, cold and not good. It’s such a shame because it’s a beautiful restaurant but the quality of food and service just really let it down.

Disneyland Paris

I love Disneyland Paris but on this occasion something was lacking. A lot of renovations are going on in the parks, which impacts on rides and places to eat. Meaning there was a lot of long queues. I also found stalls particularly the cars one was closed and the other store didn’t have the cars merchant stock. Which left my little boy very disappointed.
