Worst Purchase Ever

This is a scam. I did not get inside the game with my purchase. I asked for a refund and got indirect answers and the run around.

Enjoyed each of the places I've described.

We did not go to a basketball game. Other places we visited: 1) Dezerland - a huge renovated mall with literally thousands of antique cars, bicycles, motorcycles, vehicles from movies, a special exhibit of 007 cars and memorabilia. Well worth the entrance fee. Clean, with restrooms. Other areas have activities for families and food courts too. Located on International Drive. 2) Gatorland - short drive from Orlando. Lots of alligators, parrots, unusual animals, and a budgie room that you walk into, buy seed sticks and experience the birds eating seeds while you hold the sticks. Walkways are above the gator areas. Safe and clean. 3) Baseball games- Spring training in several locations. Buy tickets ahead of time. 4) Disney Springs area - lots of opportunities to purchase Disney stuff and eat at restaurants and bars. Hollywood Orlando has memorabilia on all walls plus a huge video on the overhead dome. Quite loud - shouting was the only way to communicate with your table friends.

When it doubt, buy the experience!

Attending an Orlando Magic game turned out to be an unforgettable experience for my family, especially for my kids, who were thoroughly absorbed from start to finish. Opting to upgrade to club seats was a decision that unequivocally enhanced our experience, immersing us in comfort and providing a vantage point that kept everyone engaged throughout the game. The energy in the arena was awesome! The club seating not only offered an exceptional view of the action but also provided amenities (i.e. private concessions and bathrooms) that catered perfectly to our needs, making the game day experience seamless and more enjoyable.

Just go and experience

Orlando is a completely unorganised city. Is there a city at all? But a Basketball hall was a perfect experience - good show, well organised, logical setup. You sure will make a Disney World trip while in Orlando, but also add an NBA game.

Disappointed with staff service

Overall, experience was good. Will be good if tripadvisor can inform that no bags are allowed in the event. Only A4-paper size of bag is allowed. Paid lockers are provided (small and big) but you need to install the app. Also, tickets have seat numbers (row 1 - seats 1 and 2) but we were asked to sit other seats (seats 16 and 17 at the other side). I had to explain we were told by staff to move away from our original correct seats. I wonder if the people who sat our seats have authentic tickets or sneaked in by the staff. Disappointed on this as I feel I am discriminated by the staff.

Top experience using viator!

Simple and Smooth Process! Had to print the confirmation and when arrive the stadium only walk to the ticket Booth. One sing and got my tickets without lines!

Basic but good food in foyer, spacious and comfortable seats, a good view. Entertaining evening, would recommend

Basketball game at the KiA stadium

Awesome game, Orlando Magic against The Miami Heat. My daughter and I enjoyed the game. We enjoyed shopping. Parking was an adventure. Thanks to parking attendants, law enforcement and security. Parking in the garage was manageable and not hectic.

Great Show! Ticket needed to be printed it out!!!

The game is incredible and the price I bought in here is cheaper than official site. But the ticket is required to print it as hard copy. As I bought it via Tripadvisor a day before the game day, I did spend some fees to print it out in the hotel.

Orlando basketball game

First off, we stood in line about 30/40 minutes at the counter because they couldn’t locate the tickets I had the printed copy that was required, the email & a digital on my phone. None of that help to locate the tickets. It was just too much of a hassle & I will never use TripAdvisor again. This caused us to miss the start of the game. Now, May we get a refund. Thanks

Great way to spend the evening!

Fantastic venue. Great environment. Had an awesome time!! Plenty of food and drink vendors and we were there on a night where they were celebrating the military. Very cool!

Ticket were waiting and easily picked up at the box offices. Seat were as described. Would purchase again.

Great Stadium, razzamatazz and game. The tickets were ready to collect and the seats had a great view. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the stadium or close by.

Fun experience

It was easy to find tickets. Only t hung is you have to print out the tickets and redeem at the arena. Wish you could get digitals instantly.

Club experience

We got fantastic seats and it was an excellent experience. Picking up the tickets was a breeze and everyone was friendly. We would have paid nearly double for those club seats

Disappointing

I paid for a message on the screen during half time and it wasn’t shown. I’m highly disappointed as this was a special moment for me.

Exceeded expectations

Great game experience. Seat location on club level exceeded expectations. Semi private consession stands on club level had shoreline and close proximity to seats. Would buy again.

The arena was packed and exciting and the seats were great. The arena was clean and organized. Parking was safe easy and across the street from the arena. The best was the game was competitive, close and a nail biter till the end. Thank you for the great experience.

NBA experience on a budget

Back home we would never get NBA tickets on a budget. Glad we were able to have the experience in Orlando.

New Year MBA

Great time, the first MBA game! The seats were good for the prices. Parking was off the street, and it was difficult to get in garages. But neighborhood folks were pleasant and helpful.

Awesome value packed NBA game

Excellent nonstop entertainment and friendly staff. Great seats! I got free street parking by arriving 3 hours early and then going to grab dinner.

Family Night Out

Ordering the tickets was an issue. Once we arrived to the arena and retrieved our tickets at will call . They shorted us a ticket, once we got that issue resolved, the ticket wouldn’t scan . So once they resolved that issue, we get to our seats , the same ticket that wouldn’t scan someone else had the same ticket . The usher had both tickets to get up which separated one person from our group. They never said what happened. They finally let us seat down and at the point it was 2nd Quarter.

Had a great time watching Houston rockets with father who was in wheelchair, staff were accommodating for wheelchair and upgraded our seats, look forward to returning again very soon.

To do absolutely

A crazy atmosphere! Orlando Magic still lost :(. 1st NBA game for me. Please note: Go there with your hands in your pockets otherwise you will have to leave your bags and handbags in lockers outside the stadium. Everything is very well organized. We parked 15 minutes' walk away quite easily, this avoided the traffic jams at the end of the match. I highly recommend !
