Great but could be better

It is a to do, great expérience. I would have like to see more real, authentic things like visit a launch area or visit the mega huge building where the rockets are assembles.

Plan for a full day if you want to get everything in and see everything. Definitely do the bus tour… well worth it!

Interesting place but not to organized.

If you buy tickets online you have to pick up real tickets at the entrance, making this a long waste of time. QR Codes work for somethings and for other not. You can do reservation for certain attractions, but they might not always work.

Amazing NASA Experience

Was amazing, with viator we had a bless. We got to see everything, we enjoy every minute in there. I really recommend it 100% to everyone.

Brilliant

Brilliant! Loads to do and see, highly recommended! Met astronaut John as well :) arrived early morning, took the bus ride first, then Atlantis, launch experience, and then other attractions. Many people, but had time for everything we wanted.

Enjoyed the Space very...

Enjoyed the Space very much! Most of the time we always come here to do Disney parks but this time we heard so much about KSC we decided to that and it was so worth it and definitely covers all ages curiosity.

Appalling Customer Service - Rude Office Staff

I would rate even lower if I could - but this one point rating was early by the excellence of our driver on the day (Mauricio was fabulous) Appalling service received this week from Grayline Orlando office (via phone - unfortunately I do not have the names of either the female call taker nor the male ‘manager’ that we were transferred to upon our hotel concierge request.  We had a reserved booking for a VIP small group tour to Kennedy Space (18/12/24).  There was a confusion with the hotel address for our pick up location and we were left to arrange our own transport to KSC to meet our tour bus.  This was very distressing as this day had been planned months in advance and we had travelled from Australia especially to honour a wish of our recently deceased son/brother.  I had rung your office to confirm our pick up and times the morning prior (17/12/24) and was advised to ‘wait for an email’ - at no time during this call was I advised that no phone details were on our booking nor asked to provide a phone contact number.  I did receive a confirmation email later that afternoon - while enjoying another day of sightseeing at another Orlando Attraction (with no access to our original booking information).  This email provided a Sheraton Hotel address at Lake Buena Vista, and assuming the tour company was correct I did not respond.  Being an international tourist with zero knowledge of the local area I had no awareness that there is more than one Sheraton Hotel address in this immediate area of Lake Buena Vista.  The phone call that evolved on the morning of was very distressing with both Sheraton Vistana staff and my adult daughter each trying to have a discussion with Grayline staff and manager.  The manager’s tone and language was accusatory and degrading and the call escalated quickly with no outcome   My daughter was told that Grayline ‘company protocol was followed’ and that nothing could be done to assist us as we had called 12 minutes after our advised pick up time and you company only allows a 10 minute wait window.  She was also advised that the driver had requested us by name at the concierge (of the incorrect hotel) but was not given an answer as to what was done by Grayline once the driver realised we were not guests there.  As this day was of such great importance to our family, we were left with no option other than to arrange our own transport to KSC and join the tour once we arrived there.  We cannot fault the attention and friendliness of our driver (Mauricio) once we arrived at KSC.  We became aware of how close by the second Sheraton property is to our own accommodation and that there are actually at least 3 Sheraton hotels in the Lake Buena Vista area - something that cannot be expected to be known by tourists/visitors but something that should be well know by the tour company.  When we arrived home from a long and emotional day I looked back through my original booking details from October 2024.  The address fault was absolutely at the company’s end of this communication as I rechecked the original booking confirmation email showing the correct pick up address. All of the above information was emailed directly to Grayline with a request to reimburse our extra transport cost and offer an apology - the company has failed to respond to our communication.

The voucher provided by Viator was not acceptable to the venue as now bar code was attached. I had to phone the actual tour operator to have a new voucher sent to me

Great day out to Space Centre.

Perfect day including having to load my mobility scooter that they had not been told about, nothing was too much trouble. It's the best day, including Bonni's Christmas Cracker Jokes.

Fab day - lots to do

Fab day plenty to see do and learn for all ages - not too busy and found somewhere healthy for lunch! Bus tour to the Apollo building informative and we saw Gators on the way too!

Viator at the Space Center

Picking up the tickets was easy. The Will Call window is to the right of the main entrance and has a huge sign. The Space Center is amazing. Worth the price of admission just for the Space Shuttle Atlantis alone!

I especially appreciated that we could see a launch. Otherwise the information we got was accurate and clear.

Punctual delivery. Friendly guide and driver. They made everything to please us. We had enough time to see ecerything at the NASA site. The delivery there and back was smooth. We could see a launch which was a great experience.

Fantastic day at the Kennedy Space Centre with rocket launches

I had a fantastic time visiting the Kennedy Space Centre on 11th November. Our tour guide Oscar was very informative and gave us ton of tips on how to see the centre best. The highlight of the day was seeing Atlantis and of course the 2 rocket launches! MIND BLOWN! The way back in the afternoon took twice as long as in the morning but it was still well worth the whole experience. Well recommended. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the trip Coach was clean, turned up on time and bob was great, really enjoyed all his stories on the coach ride back. Only note is we found out our pick up place/ time quite late so that was a bit worrying.

Out of this world

We didn’t know where to look first, seeing Atlantis was amazing thinking about all the space miles it had traveled. We remember hearing and seeing the missions launch on the TV from the UK as children growing up. So to be in the same room as the shuttle was amazing

Bonnie and Greyline are fantastic!

Grey line tours was awesome. We had a great time going to Kennedy Space Center. Zero stress for us. They got us there safely and we didn’t have to worry about renting a car, navigating, or tolls. Bonnie is an amazing tour guide she told us many facts and gave us ideas on how to plan and which places to visit first to make the most of our day. We really enjoyed her jokes and the way she made us feel so welcomed. Thanks Bonnie you are the absolute best!

Great visit for two adults

Great visit to the Space centre museum. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Florida. Superb layout and excellent layout and features. Take a jumper for the internal displays as the ac is quite fierce. Tremendous Shuttle Atlantis display; brought a tear to our eyes as it was very emotional. Balanced , about right , between museum and attraction, albeit I would have preferred a tad more detail for the displays. Historic and informative.

Great Day spent at Kennedy Space Center

Kevin was very prompt when picking us 8 Australians up to be taken to Kennedy Space Centre. Kevin gave us so much information on what to expect of the day and of Orlando. Would use Kevin again. Thank you from the traveling Aussies

Amazing place to visit

So pleased we decided to visit the Kennedy space centre. Spent the day there with my son, we learn so much and there was just so much to see here. We started with the bus tour to the Apollo Centre and then once we completed that we worked our way back viewing all the other areas. The technology in many of these areas is amazing and there’s so many experiences. The takeoff simulator was amazing, the movie we watching in the IMAX was very informative. Being able to see the actual ships that went into space was brilliant. Really amazed by the place and probably one of the best places we’ve visited in America .

Was expecting something better…

We took the 2h tour which was ok but would expect more… the bus was overbooked so all my family and friends were split my kids had to be 3 on 2 seats, I was not with my family so could not translate to them, my kids get bored very fast. Moreover the guide was rude and clearly did not like kids! Was expecting something better for the price, so quite disappointed

Missed visit due to Hurricane Milton

We had zero experience of Cape Canaveral since Hurricane Milton put a stop to our travel plans. We were unable to get to Cape Canaveral and had to restrict our travels to Miami area.

Great trip to KSC

Really enjoyed our trip to the Kennedy Space Centre. We initially had to cancel due to Hurricane Milton, but the company were really obliging and processed a very prompt refund. We then rebooked once it was confirmed the KSC would reopen. Bonni was an excellent tour guide, very engaging and punny, while Anthony was a good and safe bus driver. Would use again for future tours.

A sorry take on a third rate amusement park, disgraceful

This is simply not good enough. We paid over $300 for admission and a 15 min bus drive to and from a launch pad on aluminium rafters to view the Space X Crew 9 launch to the ISS., which thankfully went off smoothly. The displays in the public zone were devoid of any scientific explanations more akin to a cheap version of Legoland. Everything was soaked in ‘heroic’ star wars musak. The food offered suffered from a blatant excess of old grease, was over priced and horribly bland. And to top it all off the operator had come up with myriad ways to squeeze more money out of people through over priced dodgy merchandise, weird pay per go attractions that may or not have been more informative and the like. For one of the foremost scientific sites in the world this is wholly inadequate, embarrassing for NASA and all the more disgraceful because nearly certainly the proceeds don’t end up with NASA but most likely with some private equity sponsored operator. We came for a rocket and space experience and left feeling that we had been taken for a ride.

Be careful who you buy your ticket from

Kennedy space center was great! Unfortunately I bought 6 tickets and a couple that was going to go with us was unable to travel here due to the hurricane Helene. The will call center at Kennedy Space Center said I was unable to get a refund for the two tickets I would not be using because I bought them through Viator which is a third party. So I was disappointed I wasted over 160.00+. Quite upset since I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.

Great Suggestions from Guide

Our Guide Oscar and driver were amazing. He was very knowledgeable about KSC and made the hour drive fly by with his commentary. He gave us clear instructions and offered suggestions on how to structure our day there. His suggestions did not disappoint! We followed what he told us to do and we have a blast. Great guide and great day!

Loved ksp! Tour guide was also amazing

Bonni was an amazing tour guide! All of her jokes were hilarious and she came around at the end of the tour and asked everyone their favorite part, it really made us feel like she cared! KSP was very fun lots of great activities, sight seeing, and shows. Highly recommend!

Must See

If you are anywhere near The Space station please take a day to see it. It was AMAZING! The Atlantis/ Sturn Building bus tour was our favorite.

Great tour, well worth the price

Great trip, nasa is mankind’s greatest collective achievement, every aspect of it is awe inspiring. Bonni the tour guide was great and George the bus driver brought us all safely back.

A must visit place for young minds!

It was just a chance visit, without much planning. We were having some free time and we decided to explore this place and after spending close to 2 1/2 hours. After buying the entry ticket, we were made to board a bus which took us to the museum area, where we were amazed to see the stage wise development of space programme of the USA. The best part was to watch young kids applying their minds to explore high tech machines in this museum. Hats off to those parents who bring their kids to this place.

Hit with the kids!

We took our 8 and 6 year old boys thinking we could entertain them for about 3-4 hours. We ended up staying over 7 and walked out after the park closed. They had a blast and there were so many interactive and fun things for them to do!

Awesome experience at KSC

I enjoyed watching the videos and learning about the space program. The session with the astronaut was great, and the 3D game was fun for everyone. I can’t wait to go back.

Very enjoyable

The gateway lunch and rocket lunch was the best enjoyable events. The whole experience was very educational for both kids and adults. Highly recommend, wouldn't mind revisiting.

A great trip - not one to miss

What a wonderful trip. The arrangements for pick up were smooth. Our guide Bonni was warm, friendly, fun and knowledgeable. She set the scene, and we learnt things we'd never have known while on site. Her top tips on beating queues and what to see were great... as were the many space puns! Amazing tour experience and tour guide.

Booked a Kennedy Space Tour while in Orlando for my husband and I. We were staying in the Disney Springs area and the bus pick up location at the Disney Swan was convenient, the bus was comfortable, and the service was superb. Bonni, our tour guide, was amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful when we had questions. The short hour drive to the space center, value and price were reasonable considering all the exhibits, IMAX shows, and tour to the Apollo/Saturn V facility. Would definitely book with Grayline again, and would want Bonni as our tour guide.

Excellent day out

There is so much to see and do at Kennedy Space Center, but our favourite aspect was the bus tour where you can see artefacts from previous space missions. The exhibits are set up in a very interactive way that make it easy to engage with the history behind the objects. A very exciting and informative day.

Great visit

Visited on the 8/8/24 with family . I bought the tickets online before arrival , parking is $15 so although not free still half the price of rip off Disney .. parking easy , the park is clean and well presented and all staff are friendly and helpful. Good too is to do bud your first to avoid long queues.. this takes you to the appollo attraction quite a way from the main attraction . It’s nice though and the gardens are quiet and you can sit on a viewing platform to easily see the launch sites . The scale of the place is vast and all the main attractions are good and worth doing .. it really inspires and is very patriotic which I like about the USA .. unlike England where everything is negative and people are embarrassed to celebrate being English . This park is well worth a visit , it took us an hour and fifteen from Kissimmee and I enjoyed it more than the manic rip off that Disney has now become .

Seamless experience great day out

Great day.. lots to see and do. Very educational . Well worth a visit ( would take own food next time though very expensive . Coach was on time and tour guide Bonni very informative and funny. Lots of communication from gray line before to make sure you’re at right pick up.

Don't walk; RUN to the KSC!

We had an absolute blast!!! Loved all the history and artifacts while my teenage daughters enjoyed the interactive experiences. The training program wasn't available, and the wait for the simulation was very long, but that just gives us a reason to come back! We will definitely come back - it was a great way to spend a day in Orlando on our family vacation!

Once again an outstanding experience

We had a great time in KSC. We were here for the 3rd time and it has changed a lot. There are so many -old and new- fascinating things to do and see. Its an excellent attraction to visit
