Milo should get a raise!!!

Milo in the Mountain Lighting was really funny and they made my experience way better! I just love this place and it’s my favorite ride in as a whole, and TODAY January 2nd of 2025 Milo made the experience way better!

MADISON IS THE BEST!

madison was the absolute best EVER! she answered all of our questions, listened to everything we needed or wanted, and offered her hand in everything that was going on. SHE NEEDS A RAISE! she went above and beyond for us and thanks to her, the party was a success! i thank her very much for everything she did.

Great Customer service

Me and my friends came and had a great time! Jerrica in Admissions was very helpful when I lost my wristband. The crowds weren’t too bad. If you have a season pass or buy your tickets online be aware that the kiosk are very glitchy so if the queue is not long you’re probably better off just going there. Issac was great too, he was able to get a free birthday ticket for us.

Budget friendly theme park

Enjoyed all the rides. Worth giving a try and skip the over expensive Disney and Universal theme parks, especially if you are going in busy season.

A Memorable Moment.

Reena was extremely helpful. She made my visit extra special. She assisted me booth at the ticket both and at the photo booth for white lightning.

Lots of fun and great staff!

Maria and Elvira were very friendly and SO helpful when checking in and getting souvenir cups! Thank you to manager Tony for helping to solve the dilemma with the cups! The family is having a lot of fun and will be back often!

DISGUSTING!

This place is god awful. Owner uses this place as a storage lot instead of treating it like an actual park. They overwork their workers without any paid breaks or breaks at all. They'll go in 4 pm and be there all the way until 1 am some nights (i have a relative that works there) and they wont even let them eat some days. 8 hrs+ REQUIRES a break. 4 hrs+ REQUIRES a paid 15. Do not give this place your money. My best friend could not enter this dumpster fire with his service animal because he needed to pay for rides... all because he quit months ago to work at a better opportunity. They gave him 2 days a week because he is disabled as well. Poor Milo in Admissions is overworked, Pheonix is overworked as well. Vladimir is overworked at the White Lightning photos too.. Kudos to you three! You made my day better! Please don't give this company your hard earned dollar. I was also going to get on the skycoaster and heard the cable SNAPPED!!! So scary! Never going back EVER AGAIN!

Vladimir was the life of the park. I came back just to get another photo from him. Customer service was perfect. Need more impressive representatives like Vladimir/ admissions department.

Great Experience

I bought season passes and I only came for 4 days. My first day was amazing and my daughters were very excited, but then the hurricane came. Maria A in the arcade was very helpful with taking care of me when handling a refund. Thank you so much to everyone!

Great birthday adventure

Wonder works is awesome and the scavenger hunt was a fun twist. 10-10 recommend for the whole family. We took our 5 year old and he loved it

My family and I recently visited the park, once we got to Ms. Marie, she was pleasant, informative and friendly. She made our visit so much better with all the information she provided.

Me and my friend were scared to death to embark on the sky coaster. We went from let's do it to went can't we gone die to I think I can to this ain't for us. After much prayer and deep Breathing and whole lot of whewwww we made it to the ticket counter. My lady ms. Marie asked us why were we there since we already had the armband on. she thought that there was a problem. We asked had she been on the sky coaster. She immediately said yall thinking about doing it I love adding these on to the wristband. She stated we should do it. You may be scared but will definitely be glad we you through and realize it's not that bad. Because of MARIE WE HAD THE COURAGE TO CONQUER OUR FEAR. AND WHEN IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE WE DID IT. SO GLAD WE DID!!!!

Fun place

My experience was great thanks to Marie. She was wonderful and spirit was bubbly. she convinced my friends to ride th3 sky coaster and gave the thrill of there lives!!! Will definitely come again.

Good deals

Sarah and Elvira in the Arcade were super helpful!! They explained all the deals and also what my military discount came with. Loved the park and the helpful guest service!! Definitely coming back !

Dated but Fun!

Park is old, reminds me of amusement parks when I was a kid in the 90s. Not bad for the price but would suggest some improvements. Staff all looked bored, tired and unhappy. Some of the rides were monitored by one attendant and it felt like we had to beg them to come operate the rides. None of the staff smiled and they moved sooo slowly…like we are all waiting! My kids were excited to ride things and the staff kind of threw a wet blanket on their excitement. Park wasn’t busy so I expected more from staff. I get that teenagers can be hard to motivate but some culture training is in order.

Bad experience with Viator

It rained we did get to do much Fun spot was willing to refund our money back but since we booked through Viator they asked us to get out refund there. But Viator made it very hard to refund they refused to refund our money back. The company customer care is bad.

Visited here 10/8/24 . Single rides are 7 dollars some are 12 .. you can get a bigger ticket to cover more rides . We couldn’t find free parking and it’s really busy so we ended up paying 10 dollars to park .. we had done loads of Disney parks and universal so was very spoilt . The rides are ok and our daughter went on one .. it’s no different to any old town amusement park , it’s fine it does what it says on the tin and there were loads of old cars parked up to see . Worth a visit once to experience. I can’t say what it is like late at night as we had a young child with us .. I don’t feel the need to go back though .

A very fun place to go

Fun Spot America Orlando is a fun place to go. We met a worker named Chester and he was awesome. He was very friendly. There are many things to do there. I would go again. If you go to the Orlando Fun Spot and decide to try the one in Kissimmee, your season passes are still good there. Even if you wanted to visit the one in Atlanta, good there, too. They are good at all three parks. There is something different at each park.

Evening with Teens at Fun Spot

Going with my young adult children, we actually enjoyed ourselves. The Gator Spot was unique and fun for them (not so much for me lol). The chicken truck was really good! The staff were all really friendly. While we may not return due to it not being much for older teens to do, I would certainly recommend for younger children! Thank you Viator for the experience!

Just met with this girl at the front desk named Maria A, and I must say she was super welcoming and comforting when it came to giving us an insight about all the deals and packages that we’re currently available. Special memory

Had a great time at fun spot for my daughters 11th birthday. Visiting Gary and Tatiana at the water gun fun game, was most memorable. They gave everyone a free prize at the end and sung happy birthday to my daughter. It was super super cute 🥰
