Had a great time here! Beautiful (a little sketchiness added to the adventure!) nature walk through the jungle and fun jumps into the river! Tour guides were super nice and helpful.

Beautiful location and great fun !!

Did excursion from hotel. Arrived at the breath taking blue hole. Climbed to top of waterfall using ropes and guilds for help. Entered the cave where guild took mud from walls of cave and covered us. (Good health tradition). Stood under waterfall to remove mud and slowly made our way back down to jumping off point. I believe every teenager would live this. Not recommend for children under about 8. Us older adults loved it too

Fun family afternoon trip

We had a great local tour guide pick us up and a great guide at Blue Hole. We were picked up from our villa at Noon, traveled for 1 hr to Blue Hole, packed our lunch, ate at the picnic tables there. The tour took 2 hours or so and we were back at our villa at 5. Our favorite parts were jumping off all the different ledges into the deep pools. Very fun.

Best Part of Jamaica Landscape

Do not leave Jamaica without experiencing the Cool Blue Hole! I came years ago before it became a tourist attraction and it still is my all time fave! We paid our $20/pp admission fee and spent half a day swimming and diving. Some hiking/walking is needed to get to the second portion. The water is cool and crisp and the guides are super fun and helpful. Don’t go while you’re hungry so you can take your time enjoying it. There were vendor stands set up through the “jungle” portion but no food vendors active at the time we were there. Wear water shoes. They have life vests for non- swimmers and changing stations at the entrance.

Yessss!! Me and my friend Roberta had an amazing experience! With Our tour guy Dante, he is the best!!! We definetely recommend it for people who love to jump off the cliff and look for a bit of adrenaline! Such a great vibe! Thank you Dante, thank you “Cool Blu Hole” 🙏

Beautiful forest and Blue Hole guided tour

This tour exceeded my expectations! Our two guides were very professional and kept everyone safe at all times. The walk through the forest was amazing with several river crossings. The jump off the ledge was exhilarating and the rope swing was fun. I highly recommend this company. Please note that you will be getting wet at least up to your knees as you cross the rivers -- more so when you jump in the Blue Hole!

Blue Hole & bamboo rafting

We purchased tickets to Blue Hole through Cool Blue Hole. We went directly to the office to purchase the tickets because we had our own car. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful with directions to their location to access Blue Hole. Once there, the location had plenty of parking and restrooms available for use. We met up with our tour guide Conrod who did an excellent job of guiding us to Blue Hole which was absolutely beautiful. We had such a good experience using Cool Blue Hole that we went back to the office a few days later and purchased tickets to go on a bamboo raft on the White River. Once we parked at the starting location for the rafts we met up with our tour guide Beckham who, just like our first tour guide, was phenomenal. His raft was well taken care of and comfortable. Beckham was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend using Cool Blue Hole and their quality tour guides!

Super Fun Excursion

Super fun! Everyone had a great time - ages 13-73 in our group. Courtney & Samantha with Courtney Taylor Tours did a great job.

Great customized service!

We had a great experience with 2 amazing guides from Cool Blue Hole. While this “Blue Hole” entrance and operator is a mile further than the larger and more popular one, the price is the same, the walk to the (exact same) spot is shorter and most importantly we had 2 guides dedicated to our group of 3 rather than handling a large group. Our guides were most concerned with our safety followed by making sure that we had fun. At the very start one of the guides took my phone to take a picture of us and held it the entire time taking pictures and videos as needed - no having to buy them. Once at the hole there were vendors selling souvenirs, there was a full bar and MJ like any good Jamaican event. However, it was still VERY kid friendly and everyone was well under control. One item to note - as good swimmers we opted against life preservers which I wouldn’t do again. It seemed like everyone else was wearing one and once I hit the water I wish I had one too. Better safe than sorry.

Phone stolen after losing in the river

The actual experience was great, however make sure your phone is attached to you securely. I dropped mine in the river and was promised that if found would be returned to me, however we were able to track the phone from the site all the way to an address in Ocho Rios. The company have refused to accept responsibility for the staff's actions. We are now treating the phone as stolen and as of the time of leaving Jamaica a stolen report has been lodged with the Police.

Amazing, wonderful experience!!!

We had an amazing experience!! We were a large group of 16. Since the minute they picked us up they were friendly, professional and a lot of fun. We were provided Jamaican history, listened to music and had great conversation all day. Ocho Rios was amazing, the waterfall jump was thrilling and fun. The overall experience was amazing. The tube ride was great as well. Everyone we interacted with Ocho Rios with was amazing. The pictures the photographer Richy took of our group were awesome! Memories we will always have thanks to them. My family and I highly recommend this excursion!! Everyone was wonderful. We plan to visit again and will definitely connect again! Thank you for making us ️ Jamaica even more!

VIP treatment and amazing Vibes

We had an amazing time on this excursion and received true VIP service. We started our journey by tubing down the White River. Our tour guide was amazing and we essentially had a full stretch of the River to ourselves for a good 40 mins or so. The Blue Hole experience included a personal photographer and VIP treatment which included a massage with limestone, a hike, and cliff jumping. The waterfalls were amazing!!! Our guide Richard was super accommodating and very friendly! Overall this was an Amazing experience and I highly recommend booking through this company!

Great place to try

This was a great time. Our driver Richard was excellent as well. All around polite and professional service and with some jokes too.

Waste of time and money.

Charged $20 to jump on the water 3 times. Complete waste of money. We were a party of 6. Everything appeared very slap dash, no safety and rushed through. Not recommended

The highlight of our time in Jamaica!

This trip was the highlight of our time in Jamaica! Thank you Courtney Taylor Tours for making this possible (they will know what we mean!). The service provided by both Samantha and Bob was excellent. Reliable, good time keeping and good email and mobile phone communication. Clean and safe taxi with both Samantha and Bob adhering to all COVID-19 measures (masks, sanitisers etc). The Blue Hole itself is beautiful and so atmospheric. It was buzzing with lots of locals with their young families. Although busy, it always felt safe and there were regular cleaning station stops (with hand sanitizers etc). On arriving, we were met by our two guides. They were quite simply- exceptional: Nick Faldo and colleague (huge apologies, he was fantastic and, as I was not taking part in the activities, he held my hand and guided me around the attraction as it was slippery in places - he treated me like royalty!). My 4 sons were so well looked after and, under the expert guidance of both the guides, did everything (apparently squeezing through the rock hole being the scariest part!). The guides had such a love and respect for the place and were keen to show it off. They were brilliant ambassadors! The guides took loads of pictures and videos, which we will treasure. It really was the most amazing experience and we would heartily recommend that you pay it a visit if you are in Jamaica. We will be going back again, it was brilliant! Do take some cash with you to tip the Guides, they really deserve it!

The mesmerizing bluehole experience

First of all our Tour guides from the beginning were amazing. They were professional and up to par. Everyone were so warm and friendly and patient, helpful infact they were like family. They ensured we were protected and fully geared up in our life Jacket. We had so much fun. Not to mention the attraction.The blue water possess a mesmerizing invting turquoise hue that begs you to jump in.The climb to the very top to see the waterfall was breathtaking for me. The whole entire property was amazing. I give them a five (5) Star. Just because it was a fun filled day. And they never left us unantended for a minute..... Never boring. I would definitely recommend persons to make this experience a bucketlist. They're very organized especially with the current pandemic. The property is properly manicured and there is a designated parking spot for the disabled. There is something for everybody. I enjoyed the attention. Bathrooms are onsite. The tour guides love what they do and because of that I would recommend that u don't leave without leaving a tip because it's a community effort and it was amazing to see everyone coming together for a greater good. The kids got guinepp from neighboring persons.☺️ I am definitely going back because of the experience...mi neva know seh one place can suh nice🤩

Courtney answered my phone call and was able to answer all my questions regarding my last minute trip to the Blue Hole. He appointed me my tour guide and gave me instructions on how to meet him since I drove myself. Even call me on my foreign phone number to check and follow up on me. RESPECT! Would recommend 2020.

AMAZING!

Would definitely recommend this trip!! The guide we had was absolutely amazing, so so kind and gave us such a fantastic experience! I can't applaud him enough for how good he was with us, offering to take my camera on multiple occasions to film us doing the several occasions - really meant a lot! The trip comprises of swimming in the beautiful waters as well as the options to do some jumping, rope swings and cave climbing! Fantastic experience!

Oasis in Ocho Rios

Our group of 4 ended up having a private tour thanks to a mix-up with the rest of our group -- it was a nice surprise after coming off of our cruise ship! We had a great time at the Blue Hole -- it's beautiful and you won't want to put your camera/phone down. Most tourists went to Dunn River so the crowds were manageable. Swimming skills are a plus but life vests were available if needed. Water shoes are also needed because you'll do some light hiking and some areas were slippery. Definitely recommend!

People working at Blue Hole lied

Complaint with the blue hole only. Vivator and Courtney Taylor both get 100 percent thanks and service review. Great, except the workers at the blue hole took photos at the blue hole of us. We payed for all the photos and got none of them. Tried to go on the email they gave us to download our photos and no such email, and phone number they gave us we called and guy who answered said he had no idea about pictures. Booking thru vivator was great as was courtney taylor as a tour guide service. My only complaint is with the people who ran the blue whole and we payed 60 dollars for pictures and got no pictures.

Amazing!!

We had such a nice time. Demar, our tour guide made sure to help me climb the different areas as I was barefoot & having some trouble with how slippery the rocks were. The water was beautiful, & we got to go back further than the cruise excursion group to a more private location. I enjoyed my time, & thought the money we spent was well worth it. The only thing that kind of ruined the experience was a different tour guide (not Demar) started hitting on me while my boyfriend jumped off one of the higher jumps. The tour guide came up to me twice trying to talk to me & said something very inappropriate the second time he approached me after I had already told him that I was just waiting on my boyfriend. It made me so uncomfortable that once my boyfriend came back I got dressed & sat the rest of the time out of the water.

Amazing! Definitely recommend going!!!

Great trip! The blue hole was beautiful and so much fun! Amazing!!! You have to swim across to get to all of the blue hole spots so I would recommend either getting a water proof phone case or not bringing it. You can get their photos and we negotiated the price to get all our photos from the actual blue hole camera guys.

We loved this experience. There is a physical component to this excursion, but worth every step and jump. Great guides.

Fantastic Experience!

Blue Hole tour was absolutely fantastic! We were a bit delayed in taking off from cruise terminal but that was the only issue and it was very minor. The 2 drivers we had were very informative and interacted with us well. The drive is not short and a bit harrowing but we felt safe at all times. Guides who met us at Blue Hole itself were very skilled and attentive. It was a rainy day with slippery mud but they made sure they always literally gave us a hand when it got at all difficult. Blue Hole is in an incredibly scenic area with tons of vegetation and lushness. Going off the vertical drops into the water is challenging but done safely. Should you decide to back out, they do have other ways to get down. Do not pass up this opportunity - it's the most 60-90 minutes of fun in Jamaica!

Fun adventure

Booked outside of our resort and had no problems. Great ac van ride there and back. Friendly! The blue hole was absolutely breathtaking!!! If you're down for a little thrilling time, this is your spot. It was so much fun!

Fum Day for Adults and Teen kids

We had a great time at the Blue Hole! Robert was our guide and was Fantastic! Robert was so helpful and fun with all us adults (6) and our Teens(6) he had our group of 12 in his care and showed us a great time. He helped our one adult non-swimmer feel comfortable and not pressure her to jump and got her included in pictures and observing our fun. We got picked up at our cruise port had a nice clean enjoyable ride to and from the excursion. The Blue hole is a beautiful place and is an active excursion, You will Get Wet bring a towel and wear Aqua shoes those are a must! Please bring money to tip your guide, it is GREATLY appreciated. If you have never been to Jamaica or know the people you don't realize how hard it is to live, the cost of living is very high and wages VERY low.. Please Be Kind to these beautiful people of Jamaica. ONE LOVE!

A wonderfull experience at The Blue Hole

We had a wonderfull experience when we went to the Bleu Hole with our lovely gide Samantha and our driver Bob. They told us lots of information about Jamaica and where pleasant company. When we arrived at the Blue Hole they stayed in the van with our belongings so we could enjoy the beautiful waterfall and nature. The jumping of the rocks, the climbing of the fall and the swimming in het blue water was unforgettable! Thank you Samanatha and Bob for a wonderful trip!

One of Jamaica's hidden gems you must visit

I have been to Jamaica 20 times and never took the time to visit the blue hole even though I had seen advertisements for it in the past. My daughter asked if we could do it so we gave it a try. It was amazing. Not the easiest place to get to and some of the locals made it a little uncomfortable while trying to park because you had 30 people wanting to "watch" your car for you so it would be safe. Once you arrive you must walk some fairly rough terrain to get there but again WELL WORTH IT!!!!! I can not wait to go back again.

A Visit to the Blue Hole While On Our Cruise

I’ll say at the outset that I was a little anxious about our tour when we departed our ship since we did not schedule the tour through our ship but depended on a friends recommendation. This quickly disappeared when the guide showed up perfectly on time with a smile. The trip from our cruise boat was a little lengthy but proved very worthwhile. On the way our guide filled us in on a lot of island info and made us feel welcome. The guys at the Blue Hole paid close attention to our safety and made sure we felt secure. This was important to us since we were in a new environment for the first time. The Hole was gorgeous and the plant life surrounding it was lush and beautiful. The guide even took cell phone pics and video of us while we leaped into the water. After some time at the Hole and on the return our guide took us to eat some island favorites and had time to buy some rum and gifts. It was very memorable and we were glad we scheduled the tour. We will recommend it to everyone.

Die Tour wurde am Abend vorher ohne Grund vom Veranstalter storniert! So etwas geht gar nicht, würde diese Tour mit dem Veranstalter nicht mehr buchen! Mussten uns dann kurzfristig nach Ersatz umschauen!
