Enjoy Oaxaca is great!

Enjoy Oaxaca is incredibly professional and provides better car service than anything that I have experienced in New York City. They supply driver information 12-hours before and were early for pick up on all four transfers that they arranged for us. We took a round trip to Mazunte which is a 3.5 hour drive from Oaxaca. Both drivers - Ramses and Sebastian - were excellent drivers and were attentive, friendly and helpful. Abraham was wonderful too for our airport transfers. I highly recommend this company - they take all of the stress out of your holiday plans!

This was best decision ever. The pick-up was right as we got out of luggage pick-up. Friendly, English speaking driver, knowing exactly where to take us.

Good driver but 30 minutes late

Driver was 30 minutes late; we were some of the very last at the airport. We had booked the taxi a week in advance with flight details. No explanation for the delay was offered

Fantastic experience. Company sent drivers name, photo and badge number the morning of our afternoon arrival. Driver (Sebastian) was on time, helpful with luggage and very personable. We were so glad we had arranged airport transport in advance. HIGHEST recommendation.

Scam

At first this experience was great. The driver was at the airport waiting for our arrival despite our flight being late (as I kept in contact with my contact Montserrat through all the delays). The next day Montserrat contacted me asking if I would like transportation back to the airport for $30 USD. I said yes and she asked me to Venmo her a 50% deposit. The booking was confirmed through several texts and emails from Oaxaca shuttle. On the morning of the flight no one showed up to pick us up. I contacted her and the driver only to be told I should get a cab as it would take the driver 40 minutes to reach us and was promised a refund. I have not seen any refund. I’m happy it was only $15 USD and that I did not op for any of the other tours/transportation she offered. These people are con-artists. You have been warned.

The ride was safe and comfortable. Overall satisfied. Car was clean. Driver was personable. I would use the service again.

Don’t overthink it, just book them!

It’s a no brainer. Just book them. The car was updated and comfortable, our driver helped us with our bags, communicating was very easy with WhatsApp, they were flexible (we had delays in our flights), and they let us book them again for a last minute service. They are very professional, personable, and prompt. I will definitely use them on my next visit.

Friendly and accommodating

Great service, over the top accommodating our arrival. Our flight from CDMX was delayed for over 90 minutes and our driver patiently awaited our arrival to deliver us safely to our destination.

Despite being almost four hours late, Nacho greeted us with a smile! We enjoyed chatting with him as he navigated the way to our AirBnb. We will use the service again!

Highly recommend as a solo female traveller

Highly recommend, as a first time solo female traveller in a foreign country Enjoy Oaxaca was faultless. Even with my flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage and constant changes, the company were highly communicative, patient and lovely. From the coordinator Montserrat planning and helping change, through to my wonderful driver Alan who assisted me when the airline lost my bags, he figured out where to go, then was very patient waiting whilst I logged my claim with them. He chatted with me in the car, even with my terrible Spanish he made sense of what I was saying and I enjoyed our drive. And then finally when I couldn't get the door open to my accommodation (3 days of travel, terrible jet lag and lost bags I was quite a mess), he again came to rescue me and got the door open and made sure I could use the pin lock. Definitely recommend.

Exhorbitant charge for a one way fare! Taxis were so much cheaper ! We will never go through visitor to book transportation to snd from airport

Trustworthy and reliable - highly recommended!

The driver was a little late because of traffic (I believe there was an accident), but we didn’t wait long and the company communicated well with us during the wait. The van was very nice and spacious. AND turns out, one person in the group left their headphones in the van by accident and the driver was kind enough to find it and give it to another driver who was scheduled to pick us up a few days later and take us back to the airport. We really appreciated the amazing service and we are very grateful to them.

Seamless Experience

Our experience was great! Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and we had a seamless experience getting to the hotel. He was very quiet, but that was okay for us since we were tired from traveling. Arrived at our hotel without any issues and he assisted us with our bags. Great experience all around.

You can get a taxi like this with other people for about 120 pesos which is like 6 dollars they are on the right close to the exit

Nice car service but driver could not figure out how to turn on the AC. Driver could not speak English but tried.

Quick and easy!

Our driver was waiting for us and drove us directly to our lodgings. He spoke Spanish and we speak English with only a little Spanish and we managed to communicate well enough.

Great service even delayed arrival and late at night.

Very good. Our plane was very late getting into Oaxaca but our driver was right there waiting for us as we exited the terminal. So late at night after very long day of airline delays it was so nice to have him there to help with the bags and immediately set off for town in his large vehicle with plenty of room for all our bags and photo gear.

I booked an airport transfer to hotel the day before my trip (last minute the other one fell through) I was contacted through what's app via text then had a phone conversation after my arrival with coordinator who gave the info to the driver...he walked through the crowd with my name scrolling on his phone for me to find him. He was courteous & helpful...loaded our luggage and unloaded our luggage after he delivered us right to the door of our hotel....excellent service without a hitch!!
