This was the highlight of our week long stay in the Hunter Valley. We found the company communications, staff professionalism, ballooning experience, and end breakfast at Rydges to be exceptional. We thought at the cost, this was great value for money. Highly recommend.

It was amazing. I went with my wife, and she loved it. The guys who work in this company are super friendly and the breakfast was also really good.

Belated 50th Birthday Present

Absolutely amazing. First time for my husband and myself. Everyone at Beyond Ballooning was very nice and professional. Views breathtaking landing was super smooth. Cannot wait to go again.

Beautiful sunrise

We met at the hotel's lobby before heading to the take off area. The morning is a bit cool, around 10-12deg C. The weather was nice. The balloon climbed up and down for a few time. At 2000 feet high, we watched the sunrise very clearly. The instructions from the staff are clear. The landing is soft. We get back to the hotel soon after landing. The breakfast buffet is good. A lot of food to choose. The hotel room is very big. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool. The only thing bad is the traffic going to the hotel. The public transport in Hunter valley is awful. It is better to call an uber in nearby train station than calling uber at Cessnock.

A great balloon ride with an accomplished, professional company

A really well organised activity by a very friendly, competent team. All stages of the trip from booking to completion were well coordinated. The planning of the balloon departure point was explained as we left for our flight and the equipment used by Beyond Ballooning was impressive. This ranged from the ground support vehicles used, as well as the hot-air balloon and its ‘basket’. The flight itself was spectacular. In our instance we rose to 4500 ft over the Hunter Valley before landing extremely smoothly and gently after around 40/50 mins of flight. The balloon piloting was very accomplished. Lots of official photos were taken by the Beyond Ballooning team and then made digitally available to passengers free of charge. Post flight breakfast at a nearby resort hotel was high quality and offered great choice. A much recommended experience with an impressive team. Thanks guys.

Excellent Sunrise Trip.

Thank you so much for an amazing experience . Nathan and his team were great , explained everything clearly . The take off and landing were faultless and the views were stunning-it started misty but literally burned off and the sunrise was beautiful . Afterwards we returned to the golf club for a delicious and very plentiful breakfast . Would definitely recommend .

Blake was great. He made the whole experience amazing. Highly recommend Beyond Ballooning. Meal was great and staff were so friendly.

First timer

This was my first time in a hot air balloon and it was amazing! So well organised and everyone was friendly and helpful. Didn't matter that I was on my own as I couldn't convince my husband to do it. He just turned up for the fabulous champagne breakfast afterwards. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Fabulous

Absolutely fabulous! I would totally recommend this to anyone wanting a super early start to the day, drifting over the tree tops and watching the sunrise. Blake, Will and Aaron were fantastic.

Best ballooning experience

Choosing Beyond Ballooning was hands down one of my best decisions this year. Unbelievably views, smooth travel, very skilled staff. Going during the weekdays was the best because there was no rush, we had plenty of space in the balloon and it felt a bit more private.

Our good looking pilot Danny toured us around the Hunter Valley. The flight was smooth and amazing 🥰 thanks to a good weather, it gave us a glorious view of the sunrise. I will definitely recommend these guys to my families and friends when they come over to the Hunter Valley (will even put it up in our YouTube channel). I think it should be a prerequisite to have this hot air ballooning experience as part of being in the Hunter Valley ❤️❤️ thank you guys for giving my family and I a very memorable experience - a late 50th gift for myself now that I'm 51 but it's still something that we will never forget.... Amazing ❤️❤️❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
