An interesting day out

An interesting day, the Taj Mahal is pretty, and Abishek has a facility for navigating the queues. The restaurant he took us to was good and reasonably priced. Aside from the Taj, an interesting view of Indian life. Extra expenses were lunch (1250 for two) and 150 for two rickshaw rides.

Great experience with Taj Mahal Tour!

We went to this trip without any prior experience of being India so it was a bit scary. Luckily, we found a good travel agency from klook and got a tour guide namely Mr. Ankur. The guided tour gave us an exhilarating perspective on taj mahal's historical and artistical points. It is very important for future travellers to find a good tour guide as it will be quite a hassle to visit taj mahal without the tour guide. :)

amazing trip

Harshi my tour guide and Mehar my driver were amazing. Both very communicative, forthcoming and helpful. I was picked up on time and had nothing to worry about. Water was provided throughout the trip and the car ride was comfortable. Harshi was not only very knowledgable of the places we’ve visited but also took many photos. Please note that Fort Agra is not included in the tour, however, it is possible to purchase a ticket to go there as well. Overall great trip that shouldn’t be missed!

Well organised tour but they need to stop forcing customers to write reviews

As a solo female traveller, I booked a group tour to Taj Mahal for safety reasons only to find it was actually a private tour instead. After raising this with the tour company they assured me and provided a female tour guide to accompany me on the trip which made me feel more comfortable. Overall, the trip was well organised - the driver turned up on time and was safe and reliable. The tour guide Swati was friendly and welcoming, making sure I was comfortable throughout the tour. The Taj Mahal was amazing, even more beautiful seeing it close up. I was then taken to a showroom afterwards to look at the marble and asked if I wanted to buy any souvenirs. I wasn't expecting to come here but found it interesting so went with the flow. The only constructive feedback is at the end of the tour, I was taken to a coffee shop and asked to write a review for them. It felt uncomfortable and I would strongly advise them to stop doing this. Feedback is important but please don't force your customers to do this in front of you. Everything else went well, so don't ruin it!

First time solo female visitor to Taj Mahal was great!

Shane was my tour guide, Sanjay was my driver. I came alone and felt very safe the whole time and had a great experience. Even though I didn’t have a lot of time, they accommodated and made sure to show me the beautiful Taj Mahal. Highly recommended.

Beyond Perfect Tour!

Taj Mahal is a great place to visit. The only word I can describe this place is incredible. You don’t wanna miss this place in India. The building is beautiful especially the shinning stones on wall. Maybe the building is much more beautiful when in sunrise or sunset time. It’s a good place to have photos taken. What a symbol of love and peace!

2nd time to Taj Mahal, best tour ever

It was my 2nd time to Taj Mahal and I was more than satisfied with my tour from Ankur. My first tour from April was very unsatisfying therefore my expectations for this tour was pretty low. However Ankur made sure the tour was 100 percent geared towards our needs and very informative. He even corrected some of the wrong facts I got from my April tour. Great photographer, knows all the right spots and is extremely kind. Awesome tour experience! Highly recommend!!!

We booked the tour through Klook when in New Delhi. From starting the tour to the end, we very sastify with service of Klook, the tour guide-Sadik is so nice and he helped us so much, he’s not only a tour guide but also as a friend. IMTIAZ: Excellent Tour Guide

He very kindly guided Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, explaining essential historical facts and trivial episodes of those places. He never lost smile on his face and never recommended or compelled some suspicious services or merchandizes. Rather he told us not to take photos from feed photographers and took photos of customers by himself. He introduced every good photospots and gladly waited us taking photos.

He was very gentle and humorous, and professionally helpful at numerous venues, especially Taj Mahal where his 20yrs experience shined with informative explanation and unforgettable photo-taking service. Enjoyed sunrise trip to Taj Mahal with my good guide.

I liked sunrise Taj Mahal taxi tour of Klook. I woke up 3:00am and at 6:30 I arrives Taj Mahal. My tour guide Imtiaz gave me wonderful guide about Taj Mahal and also Agra Fort. He told me interesting stories about them and he is also a good photographer. After Taj Mahal and Agra Fort touring, I had lunch int the restaurant in Agra. The taxi is always air-conditioning. I recommend this tour to everybody.

Best guide ever!

Imtiaz was amazing! We (a group of six) toured the Taj Mahal and the Agra fort, and he was very inviting. He made sure that we weren't getting scammed (!) and showed us all of our options (i.e. where to see, what to eat) so we could choose ourselves. He was also extremely knowledgeable, and a great photographer.

We were fortunate enough to have Sadiq who is an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable in the history of Taj Mahal and Mogul history. He speaks great English. He is very patient with 9 year old twins and made arrangement for my mom n law who needed a wheel chair He took great pictures and had good recommendations for picture background. He was flexible in proving shorten version of history when kids got tired. He is very helpful overall. We thank him for taking time to guide us Taj Mahal.

Fantastic tour! Would recommend

Nabeel and Ram. Those are the guys you want to get on your team for this tour. Ram is the driver who was attentive to all our needs and more importantly he is a safe driver. Nabeel is the young tour guide knowledgeable in the history of the Taj Mahal and the other relics here in Delhi. Nobody in the group left with a single question left unanswered and he took all our photos expertly!

Fantastic tour on Taj Mahal

Great explanation of the Taj Mahal history and where to see and look from Nabeel and Ram. Even on the side of the house they can tell you something more about it. Nabeel knows where to take great photos and how to take it. He also helps you to take it. Great thanks to Nabeel for the Baby Taj highly recommended.

Amazing and reliable tour

Nabeel was able to guide us throughout the tour and was able to answer all our questions. It made me appreciate Taj Mahal more. He also gave us tips while we were at the tourist spots. He gave us extra tour at Baby Taj and shops as well. Everything was managed smoothly and we did not have to stress out on the little details. Singh, our driver, was also on time and courteous. All in all, the tour package was worth it and they are reliable.

Great tour to Taj Mahal, Baby Taj, and Agra Fort

Our guide, Nabeel, was very knowledgeable sharing a lot of history and fun facts about each site and answering any questions that came up. I had plenty of time to see everything and learned a lot more than I expected. Overall a great tour of Agra! Our driver, Ram, picked us up right on time and made it a really easy comfortable trip from the hotel to each site. I highly recommend both of them!

Impressive trip

It was a wonderful day trip in Agra from Jaipur. Baby Taj is a reward that is beyond our expectation. I recommend anyone who visits Agra don't miss this place. Thanks,Mr Sadig, our guide who is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Forced reviews, overpriced restaurant and hard-selling side trip

I am writing this review to say that our recent experience with Keeper Landwey was unpleasant to the point of being them scamming and taking advantages of tourists. The transportation and our driver was absolutely satisfactory, however things just went downhill from there. We arranged for a hotel pickup at 6AM, and the driver was here on time and drove us Agra. Upon arrival in Agra we picked up our tour guide Faizal who then brought us on the tour of Taj Mahal. He provided explanations of the Taj Mahal which we later found out were all incorrect information. It turns out he was just making up historical facts and figures of Taj Mahal, and cooking up stories. We were given ample time on our own to explore the mausoleum up close. Things got worst from this point onwards. We were taken to a restaurant obviously partnered with the tour company and were told of a "company package" meal which offered unlimited bread and rice for ₹800. The food and drinks were overpriced - ₹700-900 for a single meat main, where you could get far better value and better tasting at other restaurants in Agra (₹300-400) including some that offered views of the Taj Mahal. There was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant and it was clear that only tourists were brought here. The ambience was dim and the food substandard. It was also during this time that he insisted on us writing a review for his tour company on TripAdvisor and was being pushy. After lunch we were then told that we were bring brought to a place to observe how the marble artwork of the Taj Mahal is made -- which turns out to be a tourist trap shop scheme. We were brought to a small room where the shop owner showed us the various precious stones and he had a young boy showing us the workings of shaping the stones. While it was informative, we were then led to the showroom of marble tabletop pieces and the owner started showing us various pieces and his order book of customers which he had shipped to. We had no clear intention of making any purchases and this was clearly pointed out when we booked this trip. Amusing nonetheless that those orders were dated 2013-2014. I hope our experience can be taken as a caution for anyone looking to book any tours with them.

Wonderful

Tour guide is knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. Good coordination with the driver, didn’t have to walk much under the sun except Taj Mahal. He gave very good advice in handling those hustle men and how to stay alert. Our tour guide Sadiq also helps to take good photographs!!

It was an unforgettable trip!

Mr. Shahrukh's guide was fantastic. He has great knowledge on Indian history. With his detailed explanation, I understood why such beautiful places like Taj Mahal and Agra Fort were built. Mr. Shkeel's driving service was also very nice.

Sunday break to visit Taj Mahal

After much discussion, we decided to visit Taj Mahal on Sunday. The tour company picked us up at 5AM on time, and started driving to Agra. It took us 3 hours on the express highway, we managed to stop along the way to enjoy a quick Starbucks. We then met up with Faizal our tour guide who did a great job in showing us Taj Mahal. The mausoleum is stunning. We built a Taj Mahal Lego set at home but we were amazes seeing with our own eyes. We reached Taj Mahal around 8.30AM which is not crowded but it is a bit hot so prepare yourself. It is better to wear light clothes, water, and a hat. We left Taj Mahal around 11AM and we get to a Marble cottage where you see how artists makes beautiful marble with germs. We did not buy anything after, then we went to see Agra Fort, only the outside because we were told 10% of the building is open.
