Our day tour in Agra was excellent! Ali was knowledgeable and had many interesting stories. He speaks very good English. All compliments to organisation. We were unlucky with train that got cancelled. But they fixed everything for us and organisation car tour with compensation.

Very well organised, we were picked up on time, met at the Station and chauffeured in a clean air conditioned car with cold drinks provided. Adil Khan was our guide, he was very knowledgeable and went at our pace - overall a great trip and well worth doing!

we had an amazing time on this tour ! our driver was always on time and expertly managed the Delhi traffic. Our guide Mr Moon was perfect and very knowledgeable. It was a comfortable trip and our hosts always made sure we were safe, not too hot and happy. The Taj was breathtaking and Mr Moon's explanations were clear and super interesting. I would book again and we would definitively recommend you ask for Mr Moon.

Great tour - adapts to what you're interested in

This private day tour leaving from Delhi worked really well for me. Brijkishore collected me from my hotel in Gurugram, meeting Hyder Ali in Agra as my guide for the day. The tour was really personalised to what I showed an interest in, Hyder wasn't just leading me around while reading through a standard script. Hyder lives in Agra and is truly interested in showing its monuments to people, you can't ask for more than this. This tour allows you to skip the lines - they can be long as it's hot so this is very valuable. Lunch was an excellent buffet in a 5-star hotel providing a range of food types. If you're interested in marble inlay (carving and placement of flush, polished stones) Hyder will take you to see some in progress with lots of nice pieces if you'd like to take some home with you. I had a flight that evening so only had 11hrs available, Hyder and Brijkishore adapted the day to get me back in time. I was worried that this trip would be a formulaic tourist attraction, which without the right people or a guide at all I can totally see how it could be. Hyder made it come alive though, I'd strongly recommend him to my friends.

AMAZING TOUR OF AGRA

If you want to book a day trip to the Taj Mahal with a reliable company that offers great service at a reasonable price then look no further book with Pioneer Holidays . The pick up from the hotel was on time by a friendly driver . Not only where we taken to the station but also escorted on to the train . When we arrived in Agra on the platform we were met by our AMAZING guide - Moon . We couldn’t of asked for a smart looking , approachable, friendly and most of all knowledgeable! With a great sense of humour added . The lunch at the Marriot hotel was a superb buffet. We carried on with the sight seeing after lunch . Then when it was time it we were taken to the station - Moon saw us off on the platform . Then arriving back in Delhi - We were met by our driver on the platform and driven back to our hotel .Seriously folks thanks to Pioneer and especially Moon we had an amazing day . Don’t hesitate to book .

Exceptional visit of Taj Mahal with Hyder ALi

The Taj Mahal is marvelous and this experience is even better with the good guide and that was my case! Hyder Ali was amazing, really competent, he explained the story of Taj Mahal very well and he took care of everything.

It’s good but not great. Look for alternatives that gives you flexibility on time.

The Tour experience was good, but not great. I liked that the driver picked you up from the hotel and made sure you get in the correct train. What I did not like was the very rushed experience. The guide had very little Info about the specific areas of the Taj Mahal. We weee rushed during lunch (paid for but drinks excluded). We were then left at a dilapidated park where the Black Taj Mahal was supposed to be built for a few hours. This was a complete waste of time. At the end of the Tour the guide forced me to write a great review. I refused. I’m assuming most other reviews were honestly forced. I booked this your based on the reviews but now know the truth.

Amazing Taj Mahal Tour with Hyder Ali

We had a family trip guided by Hyder Ali. He is a great guide with good knowledge and experience. He gave detailed explanation of the monument, accomodating all questions. Very polite and friendly nature with family & kids. He gave me complete details of my itinerary the day before I arrived making it more comfortable for booking the tickets in advance. He guided on the ticket options for Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, he gave good suggestions for eatouts as well. He gave a holistic view of the entire Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and the history around it.

Hyder Ali, was our guide in Agra, we started at sharp 9:30am, he planned the day well, well informed about the crowd and how to get to Tajmahal without any hassle and took us with other alternatives to get to Taj Mahal without wasting much time at the entry of TajMahal. The trip was extremely nice. The driver picked us up at the scheduled hour and drove to Taj Mahal. Once there our guide Ali walked us through the palace and explained all the meanings of the place. Ali is an extremely good photograph and a very pleasant guide. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to know and discover the Taj Mahal in a in deep way. Excellent Day Tour with Hyder Ali

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Booking the tour was easy and the company was very communicative and responsive. The driver Ajay was on time and made our ride smooth and comfortable. Our guide Hyder Ali was welcoming, courteous and very knowledgeable. The architecture of the Taj Mahal is breathtaking and the experience was all the better because of historic detail provided by Haider Ali. He clearly has a lot of pride in Indian heritage and history, and was very effective in sharing his passion with us. Lunch was good and there was time to see local craftsmanship and the Agra Fort as well. Overall an excellent day tour.

We had a fantastic time with Kashif visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort during the sunrise. In perfect Spanish he gave us super detailed info about it and patiently answered our questions. Fully recommended!

Excellent Taj Mahal One Day tour!

We had a great day tour with Pioneer Holidays, we were collected promptly from our hotel, the driver Ajay in a pristine, comfortable car. Ajay was and excellent driver, driving with care patience for both the journey to Agra and our return to Delhi. He even allowed us to connect to the cars stereo to play our own slection of music for the Journey. Once we arrived at Agra we where met and joined by Kashif Khan, our tour guide for the day. He was excellent for the whole tour. He requested we called him Khan. The Taj Mahal was extremely busy, but khan was able to get us through all of the queues with ease. Khan was extremely knowledgable throughout the tour, stopping frequently at various times of the tour to provide information. He was also open to taking our questions and having detailed conversations about the beautiful Taj Mahal Complex and its history. The same excellent service continued at the Agra Fort. This was also a stunning complex of buildings and structures, well worth the visit. Overall we had an excellent day, with an excellent driver and fully knowledgable tour guide. The only negative was the included Buffet lunch. This was at the Courtyard by Marriott. The whole lunch stop was a disapointment, the hotel itself was rundown, dirty and not up to the 5 star rating. I would definitey recommend Pioneer Holidays as well our driver Ajay and of course Khasif Khan our tour guide.

Such a fantastic experience with Ashok. Compared to our previous tour guides he was incredibly in-depth, patient and sweet. My boyfriend and I said to each other that him and the taxi driver were the best we’ve experienced so far. There was no pushiness to do things we didn’t want to do from both tour guide and driver. We felt safe, relax and wished we had the tour guide everywhere we go! We got a lot out of our trip to the Taj Mahal that the price is incredibly good value. The whole thing was perfect! Driver was at our hotel precisely at the arranged time, helped us into the train and someone was at the station to pick us up as soon as we arrived. The guide Ashok was both very nice and incredibly competent! He eased us through parts that would have gotten most tourists stuck and was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. His itinerary was also impeccable. Great experience all around, highly recommended!
