The Taj Wonder Tours

I went with my mom and sister. Mom is 80+ years old and I was worried that she wouldn't enjoy the experience due to her limited walking ability, but the tour guides were very accommodating and made sure she was comfortable. Our driver, Mr. Birrendra was also good. He made sure we had snacks and water. Sumit was a pleasure to be in touch with. He is very trustworthy and reliable and really set up a great tour for us. It was a great pace for our group. Even during the planning of it, before leaving for India, he was always in communication with us. All the tour guides were very knowledgeable and patient, and they did a nice job answering all of our questions. Our accomodations were great! The hotels we stayed at were top-notch. We definitely recommend the Taj Wonder Tours to anyone looking to visit India. The company made our first visit great.

Amazing Agra tour with Ishi

Ishi was a fantastic tour guide and gave us an amazing experience in Agra! He is kind, respectful, and took us to all the best spots. He is extremely knowledgable about Indian history and can answer any of your questions. As a group of university girls visiting India for the first time, Ishi made us feel very safe and welcomed, and took great care of us. Not only did he provide a wonderful tour of the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort, but also showed us an amazing Taj viewpoint and brought us to a wonderful market with many local artisans. Fantastic experience in Agra

Nick and DM welcomed us at the Agra train station and right away made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Nick then took us in a tour of the Taj Mahal which included a full historical context of the UNESCO heritage site, and made sure not to miss any detail no matter how small. We then went to the Fatehepur Sikri Fort where Nick's knowledge of the history of this ghost settlement was overwhelming, once again, he made sure every detail was discussed, even pointing out historical facts in the carvings. I would conclude by saying that I would highly recommend the tour as we felt safe and all our expectations were exceeded.

Above and beyond!

These guys are amazing. They really went out of their way to make our day special, and also took care of getting our train tickets and Taj tickets for us so we didn't have to deal with any of the details. When we got to the Taj we got to go through a separate line and got right in. They were really knowledgeable and explained everything so well. I wanted to get my son a souvenir from the Taj but missed out on my chance. They went back after and got him a model of the Taj Mahal and personally delivered it to me. It's nicer than anything I could've picked out myself and I was really touched by their kind gesture. They also had a birthday cake arranged for my friend at lunch and surprised her with a bouquet of flowers. They truly go above and beyond to make the day special.

Outstanding your guides

The tour group took wonderful care of us. Highly experienced and organized. Skillfully navigating many tasks that were quite daunting for foreigners. From our groups train ticket to navigating the Taj Mahal tickets, and the red fort. Then to lunch and local shops One member of the group had a birthday and they surprised her with flowers and made sure there was no dairy in her desert ( they went and spoke with the kitchen) they are very considerate helping is on and off the bus. Especially important to me as I was traveling with a knee injury. They made sure to warn me of uneven terrain and steps. They surprised us as we arrived with wonderfully smelling flower necklaces. They checked in on us often and provided us with cold water. They took pictures of the group at all the right places. In the end they surprised us with a beautiful group picture. There so many nice little gestures and kindness and made the trip stress free. Just a lovely experience and I’m so grateful to them for facilitating that.

Great way to visit the Taj Mahal.

Made the trip to visit the Taj so much easier to navigate - from getting to/from train station and entering the grounds, to the help getting group and solo pictures from the best spots, to the informative history shared along the way, and other nice details (great lunch location that cratered to different food needs, some time for shopping, and a nice end of day photo souvenir). Overall, a great tour.

A day at the Taj m

The views were so amazing! Our guide took us around the Taj and told us about the history. Our train was also so fast and we got here within 2 hours.

Awesome Experience

When you retire you set bucket list items. For us travel to exotic places is the most important. We had the Taj Majal in the top 5 of our list. We had a cruise stopping in Mumbai and thought this presented the best opportunity. Somehow we got connected with Sumit with Taj Wonder Tours and it’s the best thing that happened to us. Sumit responded to emails and WhatsApp messages instantly no matter the time. I kept wondering when he slept. He developed a very detailed itinerary that worked like a old fashioned Swiss watch. A driver picked us up at the cruise terminal in Mumbai and delivered us to the airport for a flight to Delhi. Another driver was waiting for us at the airport, took us on a window tour of the city with stops at the President’s House and the India Gate. From there he drove us to Agra to our awesome hotel for the night. Next morning we got picked up to see the sunrise at the Taj Mahal. There, we were met by the best tour guide we have ever had. Neeraj (Nick) spent the day with us and showed us the Taj Majal, the Agra Fort, took us marble and jewelry shopping, ride Tuk Tuks (motorized rickshaw), camels, and city seightseeing. He even recommended a great restaurant for lunch. Can’t stress enough how wonderful a day we had. We were driven to Delhi to spend the night at another great hotel with a ride to the airport the next day to fly to Goa to rejoin our cruise ship. Sumit and his staff did an awesome job, not only of planning our trip, but we did not have to wait on drivers, plenty of time to catch planes, great hotels, great and timely communication, and most important an incredible and reasonable price. I strongly recommend Taj Wonder Tours for your Taj Mahal experience. First class operation.

Excellent experience!

I booked this trip last minute and I was able to get a prompt response and arrangement. My flight landed early in the morning and the company additionally picked me up from the airport and dropped luggage to the hotel before we started our trip to Agra. I am very very pleased with the quick arrangement, professionalism by all staff, especially Mr. Ishi. He was excellent with his explanations of the history of the Taj! He made sure we were comfortable and the best part was how safe I felt throughout this trip. I highly recommend this company for your Taj Mahal experience!

Beautiful Taj with certain drawbacks

Taj Mahal was amazing. Guide was good. Gatiman Express - we were not given E carriage seats which considering price of tour should have been included. Carriage we sat in had broken seats and dirty tables. Beware this trip also deviates from itinerary with several visits to artisan shops with your tour guide on commission to sell you rugs etc. They tell you these are to see local craft skills but it’s a scam and Viator should be checking on their tour companies much better.

Best Taj and Agra Tour

Visiting from US. I sent message for a same day tour to Agra and Taj Mahal and was reached out to within the hour from Sumit. Driver Ashok was early, ride to Agra was pleasant, nice car, safe driving. Tour guide Ishi was excellent, had a lot of history and knowledge, was easy to understand. I would highly recommend.

Great Taj day out.

Taj Wonder tours helped me to arrange this at short notice but everything went very smoothly. Ravi, our driver, arrived bang on time and was very polite and professional. Car was comfortable and clean as well. Our guide at the Taj, Nick, was brilliant and very knowledgable. The 2 hotels we used to freshen up and for breakfast were of a high standard as well. All in all it was a fantastic mini break.

Day trip from Delhi to Agra Taj Mahal

Our guide, Ishi, was very good and courteous. He gave us good information about the sites and the whole process was very smooth. Big attraction sites can be a lot to handle on your own and there can be a lot of hassle if you don’t know your way around. The coordination with the driver was also good. Would definitely recommend the trip with these guys. If you are interested in any hand crafts there will also be opportunities to get those.

Traveler friendly tour

Driver and guide were excellent. They took great care of me. I was worried that I was travelling solo. But the driver picked me up at 4:30am in the morning and stayed with me all along and showed me tajmahal Agra fort , india gate , Qutub Minar and many more places. Wonderful tailor-made experience

A few days before my trip I reached out to the operator with an inquiry - I had a limited amount of time (approx 50 hours) and wanted to cover as much ground as possible. Sumit was responsive, willing and able to accommodate my last minute booking request. From the moment I got picked up at Delhi airport until I got dropped off there again 2 days later I felt that I was in good hands. The driver, Virander, met me at the terminal, and looked after me, accommodating my requests, the entire time. He was professional, attentive, and helpful. While driving between the cities he also pointed out points of interest. The car was in a good condition and clean, and chilled water bottles were provided. During this trip I visited Jaipur and Agra and was met with a guide in each city. Both guides were very knowledgeable! (I opted out of the accommodation option, my hotels were booked directly) I'd definitely recommend the operator, and I look forward to coming back another time and exploring more areas.

Prompt and professional

The tour company is very professional, courteous and promptly responds to all queries. The guide Ishi was very knowledgeable, explained details about the structure of Taj Mahal and the history well. He also took me to places where the artisans do in-lay work in marble, carpet weaving place and precious stone unique to Agra. It was a wholesome tour that was very well organized.

Wonderful experience with "The Taj wonder tours".

My nineteen year old son had a very enjoyable trip with "The Taj wonder tours". The driver picked him up from the hotel and noticing that my son did not wear proper winter clothing, had provided his own jacket to my son for the day's trip. It was a brutally cold foggy day and the trip could have been unbearable without his kindness. My son who is not familiar with local language tremendously enjoyed his guided trip. Five starts to the gentleman (Mr. Puneet) who promptly answered my phone call (from US) and helped me through the process of booking the trip on behalf of my son. I am beyond thankful I came across Sumit and his team. They are AMAZING! Super hosts! Reachable at any time, really kind and flexible people. They’ll for sure will make you have an experience 10/10. Ichi, my tour guide, is one of the kindest persons I’ve met. I was not feeling great and he bought me some food and took me to a pharmacy. He makes the tour so nice, you always feel super secure, he knows exactly what he is doing and makes your way thru the crowds. He explains really nicely and makes it so interesting! I was a bit hesitant as I was a solo traveller, but the team was reaching out along the journey to make sure everything was smooth and that I arrive safely to the train and off the train.
