Great Service

Mr Sartaj arranged a guide for us and his name is Mr. Khan. We visited the Taj Mahal with our foreign guests from the US. The hotel was not the best but the other arrangements were fabulous overall. Mr Sartaj is extremely courteous, polite and professional. Thank you, it was a very good experience.

We visited Agra in feb 2024 we had very nicely guided by Mobin shah , he explained everything about the Taj Mahal very nicely and briefly, i was great experience of great building with great guide and he took amazing photos of us.

Mr Lucky the tour 'Historian' at Radisson Agra

Lucky is the tour 'Historian" who guided us around. He is very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and not in a rush(unlike many others). I call him a historian as he delves into history and connects it to the present. It's a nice interplay. One can find him at the Radisson Agra(great property) Hina at the travel desk was helpful as well. For those looking for an English/Hindi-speaking expert. ask for Mr Lucky. You won't be disappointed

Great tour guide around Agra

Our tour guide Vipin was just the best tour guide I’ve ever had. He was extremely friendly, well-mannered, utterly helpful and smiley. He showed us the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort by providing really interesting information and also made it incredibly easy for us to go through security, find souvenir shops, buy tickets and get around. He was very caring, helping us not to get lost, keeping us away from pickpockets and taking amazing pictures of us. We will have a great memory of our day in Agra thanks to him, what a good person have we come to meet! I’m delighted by the experience. Even though we visited the Taj Mahal on a rainy day we had a great time because he was so positive about not having other tourists in the background of the photos he took of us, and that changed our mindset so we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Great experience! Sunrise taj mahal from Delhi with agra fort and metab Baugh. Left Delhi at 2:30 am, returned 5pm. Guide Vipin spoke great English and answered all our questions

We had a tour with Sachin and he was amazing. Very informative, fun and helpful. He was great in explaining the history to our teenage children but still keeping it light and humorous. We highly recommend him.

Taj Mahal trip!

My friends and I are visiting India for a week and have flown into Delhi and travelled to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal. We were introduced to our guide Lucky through the hotel. He was very friendly and informative throughout our entire trip, showing us all the key sights as well as taking lots of photographs for us. Our trip was definitely much more beneficial having Lucky with us, would definitely recommend and glad we had him with us :)

Got lucky to get Lucky

Had a full day trip with Lucky as my guide, gave a great retelling of the history of the Taj Mahal (viewing at sunrise) and Agra Fort. Also recommended viewing the Taj Mahal at sunset from the Taj View Point which was inexpensive and much less crowded at that time of day than the Taj, with a stunning view. Very friendly and accommodating, would recommend him. Car was also hired for full day, was clean and had good air conditioning.

A memorable trip to Taj with Vipin

Vipin made our trip to Taj and Agra fort a memorable one. He met us the day before to help us plan the day. Vipin took care of all the details - such as getting the tickets online, paying off for the parking and other incidental fees. We were a non-Hindi speaking mixed group with elderly guest on a wheel chair, and Vipin was thoughtful throughout by suggesting the right places and helped us navigate. Vipin knew great spots for photos and captured our memorable moments on our phone by doubling as our private photographer. The places he recommended for lunch (royal dinning house) was great - that we went there twice in a row. Vipin helped to arrange a guide for our tour the next day to Fatehpur Sikiri, and checked on us to ensure that we had a good time experience. A day well spent

Our trip and the need for a driver and guide were on the spur of the moment. Radisson, through Ms Heena,was able to give us a wonderful, courteous and well mannered driver Mr Prem, and a knowledgeable and very helpful guide Mr Mobin Shah. The first and only superb service for the Taj Mahal tour from Mr. Deepak. A very good English spoken, responsible and enthusiastic young man gave me and my friends a great experience in Agra. A very well known tour guide in the region, every security guards know Mr. Deepak and he is able to give us privilege treatments. One more advantage to go with Mr. Deepak is that he is such a good photographer, he can take great photos for you and knows where to take the best photos and avoid the crowd. I would really strongly suggest tourists to go with Mr. Deepak. You can't get wrong with him and you will appreciate his efforts for 200% sure.
