Taj Mahal and Agra tour

The whole tour experience was so Amazing. Starts with our driver, He patiently waits and Picks up 15 mins early from the agreed time and location. I highly recommend Mr. Ashik He is our tour guide. He always made sure that we feel comfortable and safe during our trip, giving more historical information and offering help whenever we needed it.

Amazing Tajmahal Experience

Tour started early morning and the driver came on time, didnt mind the 3 hour drive from Delhi to Agra beacuse it was so smooth. Our driver Sorouv, was so patient and kind. We arrived at Agra on time and met our tour guide Ashik, who was so informative about the places. Not only that he is also patient to hold your things for you while you take your photos, assisting us where to go for toilet breaks, food,photographers, and more nice tourisit spots around the area. Over all experience is Superb! Book with this team if you are planning to visit Agra too!

Agra Tour / Taj Mahal with girls

We started our tour at 3am and everything was smooth before and after the transaction. The company is very responsive and the time arrangement is amazing. We met our tour guide, Ashik Khan before Taj Mahal and he guided us with everything from top to bottom. Everything was arranged including the entrance fees and photos. He was super accommodating with all our questions, he took care of us and our belongings. Very happy with Ashik's hospitality and knowledge. Our driver, Sourav is very nice as well. Felt safe on the entire 3-4 hour drive. Everything was comfortable. Couldn't recommend this tour enough. Definitely a must book for Agra tour.

Great experience with Mr khan

Mr iftekhar Khan is amazing. He is not only knowledgeable, but also very articulate. We all had a lovely time with him. An ever smiling man, he is ever ready to explain various things pertaining to the great Taj multiple times.

Disappointed 3rd Time Around

This is my 2nd time taking the tour, and my colleague's 3rd time and there were a few things that will make it our last (as well as not recommending to our other colleagues). First, the tour guide rarely mentioned anything new about the Taj Mahal. Instead he continued to use the same three facts over and over again. VERY different than the first guide in past tours. We had to give information to the other folks in our group because it wasn't happening with the guide. Second, the issue with the five pictures. In our previous tours (same exact tour), the rule was 5 photos per person. After much discussion and the photographer getting really irritated with us not purchasing additional photos, the tour guide dropped the bomb that we would get 5 total photos for the 4 of us. That makes no sense at all, especially since you pay per person. We come to India a few times a year, all with different colleagues and there's usually a group of us who take part in a Taj tour. We'll go with a different one next time.

The tour delivered as promised, but we were let down at the end.

Revised review... The tour itself was great and guide was very knowledgable. We were picked up at our hotel promptly at 6am to beat the inevitable flood of people. The guide ushered us quickly through the entrance and security to ensure we were able to make the most of our time. During the tour, the guide was able to provide us with a detailed history of the Taj whilst also ensuring we were able to capture some stunning pictures by negotiating our "slot" of time at certain sought after locations (we probably wouldn't have had the nerve to push on front of the professional photographers and "instagram models" otherwise). My previous review had the tour scored at 5/5, however, in my opiniom, this review was left under duress. Whilst in the car on the way back to the hotel, the driver asked for my phone, whereby he promptly opened up the trip advisor app and told me to leave a review, he was very keen to have the review completed whilst he and the driver was sat with us in the car... He asked my wife to do the same thing, advising that he gets reviews from all member of the group and not simply the person who booked, however, my wife advised that she did not have access to the Internet and was unable to leave a review at that time. All in all, I probable would have given the tour a 5/5 as it delivered exactly what it promised. However, the final actions of the guide really put a dampener on the day and makes me skeptical about all the other reviews left here on trip adviser.

I worte review for markable joy how they forced their clients to write a review they even took my phone and my family ( teens ) phones to fill 5stars reviews by themselves. They pushed of all us to write a review when i asked i didn't book from your company and he said it doesn't matter if you book with us or not. We always take feedback like this. So, I guess their feedbacks are not assured.

Taj Mahal Tour

Our experience started at 3.00am from our hotel. Our driver Gajanand arrived before time and provided us with a customer focused vist to Agra. He was polite and spoke good English. His attention to our our comfort and safety throughout the trip was noticeably above what we had experienced previously and we could not have asked for anything more in the way of service. At Agra we were greated by our tour guide Vikram who quickly gain a very positive reapport with us to a point later in the day we were sharing family photos. His English was very advanced and his historical knowledge added a special dimension to our visit. He was attentive, knowledgable and patient with us which truly made the whole experience magical even though it was raining. We never once felt rushed quiet the opposite, he offered and took photos for us from special angles which made our visit unique. The subsequent visits to local locations also rounded off the experience as it provided a linear linkage between the design and construction witnessed at the Taj Mahal - absolutely linking the hand crafted aspects of the Taj Mahal architecture and craftmanship still used today. Lunch was 10 out of 10 with a most enjoyable array of Indian food to choose from and exceptional company provided by Vikram who took care of our every need with rarely seen professionalism. Thank you Vickram for making the tour so enlightening. Our experience will be forever etched in our hearts due to your guidance, knowledge and friendly nature. Thank you Gajanand for transporting us, taking care of our comfort and every need during the trips to and from the hotel. More importantly thanks for keeping us safe which was most appreciated.
