Very professionally organized trip. Good quality car with the driver who spoke fluent English. The guide was super professional and went to extra mile with the service during visits to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. In addition, he is a really talented photographer. The restaurant for lunch was also high quality offering tasty Indian food. Overall I can warmly recommend this trip and service provider.

10/10 woman solo experience thanks to Sachin!

My experience with this company was 10/10, but most importantly because of Sachin, my driver! As my first time in India for a work trip, I wanted to extend my trip but was nervous as a solo woman traveler. Due to this, I spoke to Sachin a day prior to my tour to ease my nerves as a woman getting picked up going 3 hours alone to the Taj Mahal at 3am. Sachin was so kind and understanding of all of this, he ensured I felt safe by giving his number, license plate & photò to my colleague to ensure I was in good hands. He even went as far as calling him to give brief updates. He kept all the waters chilled in the hot day, and even asked frequently if I needed to pull over or stop for restroom breaks on the way there, and even let me turn on some amazing tunes on the ride! If booking this tour, I would ask specially for Sachin as a driver!!! He is a very good driver and has been working for this company for over 10+ years, he knows what he’s doing! Thank you Sachin!!

As a solo traveler, it can be difficult to trust people or groups. You can trust these guys. This tour organization is fantastic and reputable. Their staff is excellent, my driver was awesome, and they take you to all the sites, as well as a DELICIOUS restaurant. Strongly strongly recommend. Private Sunrise Tour of Taj Mahal

The driver and tour experience was incredible, I highly recommend this experience if you are planning to visit the Taj Mahal from Delhi, especially for an early morning trip. Our driver Manish was ready to pick us up from the Delhi airport at 3am - I was given his contact information a day beforehand which made planning and communication much less stressful. Manish is a great driver and the car was comfortable and cool. In Agra, our Taj Mahal tour guide Vikram joined us and helped us navigate through the Taj Mahal. Vikram is super knowledgeable and a phenomenal story teller - we really enjoyed having him as a tour guide.

Marble Delight!

The tour was amazing, and the tour guide Hassan is very knowledgeable about the relevant history of the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. The handicraft shop that you'll visit is just so wonderful as well, it's scary! I could easily leave all my money there and just by all the marble! The driver was very good and careful too. You know, driving in India ain't easy. Mahendra managed really well!

The trip was absolutely amazing - our guide Shanu was informative and entertaining, telling us plenty of interesting facts about Taj’s architectural structure and ornaments. A seamless trip to the Taj Mahal

Mukesh was a great driver who knew how to navigate Delhi traffic. He made sure to point out interesting sites along the way. He kept a clean car and was on time. Shiv she was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort, Agra, and India. He explained the history behind the various sites and kept the tour interesting. Overall, an experience I would recommend because it was seamless, easy, and fun.

Great Agra tour experience!

What a great tour of Agra! I did not have a lot of time for planning but the booking team was patient in working through the best options. Mr Ombir is a safe and conscientious driver and skillfully picked his way through traffic. My guide Vikram provided such a great tour. All the elements you expect are there; friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. Of course photos are needed and V knows the best spots and the best angles for great pictures to share the beauty and experience. The best part for me is that Vikram’s energy is infectious and he pulled me though despite my exhaustion after a quite active week of business meeting in three cities. What a great way to wrap up my first trip to India!

Great experience

We had a wonderfull weak in India thanks to DIPT travel, Driver India Private tours. I found the agency scrolling on the internet. At first I was a bit reluctant to work with somebody local since I live in Europe and have never been to India but mr Uday responded very quickly on my mails and he was was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our trip planning. He took care of all the arrangements and promptly addressed any concerns we had. Thanks to Mr. Uday, our trip was organized and stress-free. He contacted us several times during the trip for follow up. When we arrived at the Delhi airport at 3.30 AM our driver Mr Hansarej was waiting with a sign. He welcomed us with a warm smile … Mr Hansarej was a reliable and skilled driver who ensured our safety and comfort during our travels. He is a professional diriver (in very hectic cities) being friendly and approachable all the time. He was always waiting and in time for us. We had to reschedule our trip but he was very flexible about that point. Mr Hansarej's professionalism contributed to the positive experience we had during our trip. We definitely come back !

Great day trip from Delhi to Agra

We had a great day trip from Delhi to Agra, where we saw the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Our driver, Mahindra, was friendly, polite, and timely. He offered to stop along the drive for refreshments and pointed out landmarks along the way - made the drive very comfortable to and from Delhi! Our Agra tour guide, Rahul, was great to talk to and very knowledgeable about the city’s history and the landmark architecture. He also took many great photos for us, pointed our details we wouldn’t have noticed, and kept us moving ahead of the crowds. We would definitely recommend DIPT for a day trip option from Delhi.

Taj Mahal Sunrise Tour

What an incredible spectacle, cannot recommend seeing the Taj Mahal enough and these are the absolute best guys to go with. Mr Joshi was an incredible driver, and Mr Satil an incredible tour guide. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable - I had a great time with both of them.

Overall positive experience but with a few reservations

The car provided was excellent, and both the driver and tour guide were polite and considerate. The Taj Mahal and Agra Fort were amazing! However, I didn't appreciate being taken to places where there was pressure to buy things like marble inlays, carpets, scarves, etc. While all these items were beautiful, the entire atmosphere seemed geared towards making you buy overpriced items, which made me uncomfortable. I did end up buying an item and now have a bit of buyer's remorse. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this service but with a few reservations. Especially be wary of potential attempts to lighten your wallet. As long as you're aware that these attempts might be made, you should be fine.

It was great!

A friend and I hired Driver India Private Tours to visit the Taj Mahal as a day trip from Delhi. It was amazing. Our driver Ajit took such great care of us and even shared a lot of interesting facts about Indian culture. The tour guide who met us there was very knowledgeable and made the visit to the Taj Mahal a lot of fun. Amazing Day at the Taj Mahal!

I had an amazing day! The tour was terrific, and I was able to take a lot of great pictures of the Taj Mahal and explore Agra's city. My driver, Hansraj Jat, made my tour even better because he drove me safely to all the places and was great company during the many hours that we had to drive from New Delhi to Agra.

One of the Best Tour Companies I've Experienced

What an experience! I actually did the sunrise Taj tour, the full day Delhi tour, and a half day Delhi tour mixed with temple and tomb highlights. Over 3 days, all tours were completely flexible and the guides and drivers were among the best I've had in my travels! Communication with Diya was thorough, kind, and professional from the start. We were even able to seamlessly connect with friends using the same company on the same dates. My driver for the first day, Hukum, was fantastic. Our guide, Vikram, was one of the most knowledgeable I've ever experienced! The second day, my driver, Ramesh, and guide, Raj, took excellent care if me. Both gentlemen tailored the experience to our needs and were kind, genuine, and highly professional. Thanks for the samosa, Raj! Stress free visit from Delhi to Agra

This was a fantastic way to see some of what Agra has to offer from Delhi. Sushil (driver) and Rahul (tour guide) make a great two man duo. Everything was clean, nicely appointed and without any stress. Great experience at the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and would highly recommend.

The "Taj Mahal " tour. Well worth every dollar!!!

First, the driver was very professional, patient, and had a wonderful personality!!! Joshi (the driver) was very knowledgeable of Delhi and all the cities to and from the "Taj Mahal" . I had also had a fun time talking to him. The tour guide "Shiva" who showed me all around the "Taj Mahal " was very educated on the "Taj Mahal " and all its surroundings. "Shiva " (the tour guide) knew so much history, architecture, and all the information one could ask for!!! I will tell my friends back in the United States that this is one must tour to take in India!!!

Great service and tour from start to finish!

This was above our expectations from start to finish. We got picked up by our driver Shushil who was super nice and considerate. He drove very safe and comfortably and made sure we had water and everything we needed. Our guide Rahul greeted us upon arrival and gave us the tour. He was very knowledgeable and kind and took his time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He also took some really amazing photos for us on several spots along the tour.

Great option for touring India

We hired the service of driver and tour guide for Mumbai, Delhi and Agra. The contact with the agency was very smooth. All the drivers and guides were super friendly and offered us a great service. Our drivers Narayan and Hans Raj were wonderful. The price was good and we were able to pay in USD.

The company did a great a job in organising a driver for us, who was incredible throughout the entire time we were there. Sunil was great to drive with. The guide in Agra, Kumar was passionate about the city and the history.

Taj Mahal is a must-see

My tour was terrific. Nawal picked me up promptly at 6am at my residence. It was a very modern, comfortable car. After riding in so many uncomfortable ubers across India, it was a pleasure. We stopped for chai on the way. My Agra tour guide Rahul was very knowledgeable about the history and construction of the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. I was initially reluctant about visiting the Taj since it is the most visited place in India and I don't like crowds. However, it is worth the trip and is magnificent in person. Rahul made sure that no one hassled me and was very attentive to all my needs. I highly recommend this tour company. Professional and fair pricing. My only suggestion is to avoid the artisan visit for inlaid marble. Although, I was told I was under no obligation to buy anything, the artisan salesman did push hard for a sale.

Taj Mahal in Early February

Thank you to my guide Acad and driver Hukum. The trip was great! I was picked up at 5:30 from the hotel. We had a restroom stop and arrived Agra around 9:20. Acad met me in Agra and took me to see the Taj Mahal first. The car was not allowed to the gate. We need to take a tuk tuk to get to the door. It cost additional 100 Rupee for the tuk tuk for one way. The weather was beautiful and I saw the Taj Mahal reflection. Acad did a good job to show me around, let me know the history behind it, and find good spot for pictures. Hukum was very patient and friendly, I feel very safe being a solo female traveler with them. Highly recommend!

Great Visit to Taj Mahal, Very Accommodating Company

I had a great day traveling to Agra and touring the Taj Mahal (twice)! First...a shout out to my great driver, Ajit, who was timely, safe, and knowledgeable. It was unfortunately VERY foggy on the morning of my sunrise tour which meant that I had the Taj Mahal to myself however could barely see it through the fog. I left feeling very disappointed as we stopped into an art shop to spend time before lunch. Luck would have it that as I emerged from the shop the sun had appeared and the fog was clearing! The tour company was very accommodating and offered an opportunity for me to return to get my pictures with no fog. It completely turned my day around and made the trip 5 stars!

Bucket List!

Bucket list tour of the Taj Mahal and Red Fort! Our guide, Rahul, met us on time in Agra and was very engaging and informative. There is so much history surrounding the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort - it was nice to have a private guide! We were early enough to be almost the only people there so the photos are amazing! Rahul knew all the perfect angles so we have some amazing pictures! We highly recommend Rahul as a guide - funny, professional and educational. Thank you!

Best way to see Taj Mahal from Delhi

Best way to see Taj Mahal & Agra Fort from Delhi! The tour company communicated well leading up to the tour. Our guide Mr. Shehzab was very knowledgeable and informative, helping us navigate long queues quickly. Despite some fog, he made the visit unforgettable. He is a very experienced guide. Our driver to and from Delhi Mr. Deepak drove with no issues from the fog. A very experienced driver!

Disappointing day

Started off with the first sales pitch as soon as we entered the Tahj Mahal, the guide called over a photographer - he said this was a professional photographer and it was 100 rupees for a photo, I wasn’t really interested as I can simply take photos on my phone but they both insisted so I went along with it and thought okay maybe one photo is fine. He snapped a few photos, I said it was enough and that I wasn’t comfortable in front of a camera and that I was happy with just one without all the posing he was making me do. He ended up taking 50 something shots. Then showed me all the photos, I tried to buy one at the end and he said that was not possible and that I had to pay 1500 rupees for all of them. I refused as that’s not what I wanted. The man stormed off extremely angry… There wasn’t much time spent at the Tahj, he gave me 5 minutes free time to go for a walk around and take photos which I was not happy with as I had just spent 30 minutes doing a photoshoot I wasn’t interested in in the first place. Upon leaving the Tahj, there were numerous stalls and I told the guide I’d like to have a quick look and purchase the a hat or shirt that I liked. He was very adamant it wasn’t a good idea because they charge too much and that he would take me to a different souvenir shop later. We drove to a different souvenir shop, where it was clear the guide knew the owners. Who tried charging me 390 rupees ($7) for a little magnet, which I’d actually purchased for 30 rupees the day before at a different stall. I was then driven to a jewelry shop, where they explained facts about crystals and astrology. Despite saying I don't wear jewellery, I ended up uncomfortably surrounded by a group of men insisting it’s a very good price and it brings tons of benefits. They shared stories, like how the shop owner got married within 6 months and got successful after wearing the jewellery. I sat there feeling so uncomfortable just looking at my phone, as my guide left me alone in a secluded back room with a group of strangers. The guide finally came in after about 25 minutes, where I was incredibly relieved to be taken out of the situation . Until I was then walked over to another sales pitch, a marble/tile shop. I got introduced to a man who was explaining facts about how the Tahj Mahal was made and the specific types of materials used. Then he took me downstairs to a room with a bunch of souvenirs made from the same materials and insisted I sat down as he talked to me more. Then of course he started mentioning that he can accept visa/mastercard and that there’s a variety of products to choose from. After 30 minutes went by since walking into the shop I said to the man that I am only 22 years old I have no interest in purchasing marble and I don’t know why I was brought here. The man seemed furious but suggested I could purchase something smallI. I ended up getting up and leaving the store. This marked the third instance in the day where the guide left me alone in uncomfortable situations, leaving me, a solo young female traveler, feeling notably unsafe. I have not had any bad experiences in India besides today. I have never felt more unsafe so many times in one day. Some of the things that happened were just simply not okay. I wish we had more time at the Tahj Mahal, that is what I booked this tour for. There is nothing on this ad that mentions any of the additional things that I was taken too. I did not sign up for this or want to do any of it and it is extremely disappointing the amount of hours that were wasted. On a side note, lunch was great. It was very yummy. Although I found it a little odd I was left in the restaurant by myself whilst my guide waited elsewhere. Everyone around me was sitting with their guides and I felt quite awkward sitting alone. The Tahj Mahal & the Red Fort were beautiful. Truly a must do day trip if you’re in Delhi or surrounding cities. The driver who drove me to Agra from Delhi was great. The van is very comfortable, filled with snacks and water. He even offered to connect me to his wifi network. He made sure I was comfortable all the time, gave me breaks & allowed a stop for chai along the way. He’s a great guy and I appreciate how safe and comfortable he made me feel. I chose this company based on the positive reviews, but my experience didn't align with what I had read. It seems not everyone undergoes the same tour, as few mentioned the issues I encountered. I typically never complain, but today was quite disappointing. Not something a 22 year old female solo traveler wants to experience.

Awesome driver

We were in New Delhi for 48 hours only to visit the Dargahs and Taj Mahal. Our driver PANKAJ is amazing. 10/10. Highly recommend. Please request for him. From the getgo, he told us the do’s and don’ts for Delhi. As I am a lady, he always works together with my husband to keep me safe e.g they will get the tea & snacks instead while I stay in the car. He is also punctual and goes the extra mile by using his own credit card to pay for our food when we do not have the online payment methods here. Pankaj also recommends very good Halal food to us. His car is also always clean and smells fresh. If we come to Delhi again, we will definitely request for Pankaj.
