Worked with this company to do a tour of Old Delhi and New Delhi and a trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. The driver and guides were first-rate: knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. I would absolutely book tours with them again and I highly recommend them. Not only did they provide wonderful service for the day trips, but they invited us to a Holi party that was the highlight of our trip. It was a truly great experience. Fantastic experience!

What a wonderful experience this holiday was - we saw everything and more! From the very first contact with Uday the communication and service was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for better guides and drivers - they were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to show us all aspects of their country and culture. Professional pleasant service

This is the second time we used their services and I also recommended them to my colleagues touring India. As usual the experience was pleasant. Had a great tour during G20. Our driver, Ajit, did an excellent job for us and found ways to make this tour interesting, even with several of the listed locations on the itinerary closed. For us, the highlight of the trip was Old Delhi. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again. They did a great job.

Best Guide for my India Holiday

I had the wonderful experience of traveling to India back in October2022. My guide at the time was a wonderful man name Santosh, whom I had met on a previous trip to India back int 2018. At that time, he took me around Delhi where I stay. After my tour of Delhi, he made arrangement for the trip to Agra where I met another wonderful guide which I will review in another post. In 2022, I decided to have him assist me as my personal guide along with a driver. We drove and toured Jaipur and we were then fly to Mumbai. However, I had to cut my trip short because health reasons. He was extraordinary and assuring that, I was back on my flight to the US where later, I had to have a hip replacement. Now I am ready to travel to India again and I will use Santosh as my personal guide. Over the years, I have remained in contact as a friend and would highly recommend him. Couples Trip

We took a sightseeing tour of Delhi and drove to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. This was an incredible experience made better by our driver, Ajit, and tour guides Shubhi and Rahul. Ajit is a professional and safe driver who is also knowledgeable of Indian culture and eager to share his love of country. Shubhi was informative and natural. He made us fee comfortable throughout the tour of Delhi. Rahul is not only a great tour guide, he is a great photographer as well. Definitely recommend DPIT!

Best tour company and Driver ever

Most amazing tour ever. We were very well taken care of. Shushil was our driver and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Even bought our daughter flowers and chocolate for her birthday. He was incredible. Very easy to work with. Also very flexible and patient as we had two younger kids that sometimes were running a little late early in the morning to get ready. I would totally recommend Shushil and the company for any kind of tours and as a driver and is transfer from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa.

Great company

Excellent company to organise a private tour in Delhi. The driver was confident, cautious and very professional. The guide, Kieran Singh, was an official guide, very nice and knowledgeable. He was keen to show us as many interesting places as possible, sometimes of the beaten tracks. We truly enjoyed our visits with him.

Sushil is the man!

My first time in India and this trip is easily one of my top 3 trips of all time. Major thanks to Driver India Private Tours and especially to Sushil, our driver, and the 3 local guides who toured us around Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur for our 11 day journey. All of them made us feel safe and their insights widened our knowledge on India. As a first timer in India, I had a lot of questions because I only knew India from books and movies, yet they our guides and Sushil patiently answered to our questions. Sushil attended to all our needs given from shops to buy handicrafts from to local restaurants that will make you love India even more. Overall, My family and I had a wonderful experience. 2-Day Delhi Tour Package

After reviewing many travel operators, I selected Driver India Private Tours. I selected all-day tours of Old & New Delhi and Temple Tour of Delhi. The reason I went with Driver India is because all other day packages overlapped where some of the same temples appeared on both itineraries offered. Driver India was the only one where there was no overlap. The entire itinerary was handled by email. Mukul Sharma responded very quickly to each of my emails. I added to my itinerary and he provided prompts quotes. Nothing had to be paid in advance and the financial transactions were with the Driver directly in USD or INR. The Old/New Delhi Tour included the Driver and a Guide. The Guide was an historian and knew everything about each site. He was very personable. The Delhi Temple Tour included the Driver only, Mr. Satwinder Singh. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the freedom to go where I wanted and stay as long as I needed. He accompanied me into the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib and we sat for part of a recitation from the Holy Books. We had lunch where 1000's were served daily and he gave me a behind the scenes look and the industrial kitchen. With extra time on our hands recommended a clothing store to visit not far from my hotel in Connaught Place then took me back to the hotel. Both days were a great experience.

Deepak (my driver) was amazing! I even hired him for a second day because he made me feel safe and welcomed as a female solo traveler. He provided a lot of color to the tour. Tour guide was also very informative. Be weary of Indian Loom if they take you there, but this is very common in Delhi tours. Overall, top notch. Worth paying more for this tour!

Wonderful 2 day tour in Delhi/Agra

We had a wonderful two day driver and tour guides in Delhi/Agra. Our driver was Mahesh for both days who was great. Our tour guide for Delhi was very helpful and knowledgeable of the city. He would make suggestions of where to go but you could also ask to see whatever you like. He made a great recommendation for lunch and helped us order an Indian meal we would like. Our second day we did round trip to Agra to see Taj Mahal. Very smooth ride there and back. Our tour guide Vikram was wonderful. He did a great job teaching us the history of the Taj and how it was built. Afterwards he took us to a nice spot for breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience at a very reasonable price. No hidden fees and tickets for certain attractions were included in the price. I definitely recommend their services especially if it’s your first time visiting.

Comprehensive but Chilled.

With a few days to spare after a motorcycle tour in the Himalayas, I thought it only right to knock-off the Taj Mahal, so - like you now - I got on Trip Advisor and read a few reviews, and opted for this company. They did not disappoint. Deepak, the driver, was friendly and punctual and even dropped me back in Delhi so I could see a movie after. My guide, Shub, an Agra local, was truly excellent: efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.,I could not have asked for more from him - he even directed me to the best places to get photos and put me in them too. Furthermore, he listened to my request to not visit local artisans after the monuments and took me to a very chilled little souvenir shop where I was more than happy to spend a few Rupees on my teens. Ask for Shub when you book if that’s possible.

This was the best experience I had, the tourist guide explanation make me live each one of the visits we made, he explained in detail the history and he take care of our selves and every and each requirement according to the place we were visiting they took care of..... Awesome experience for private tour in Delhi!!

The tour experience with Driver India Private Tours was awesome. Normally if you want to book a customized tour will need a lot of back and forth and will take days to finalized the detail. However, my experience with this company via WhatsApp is different. They had provided the feedback farily fast and then the confirmation right after everything had been sorted out. My driver for my day tour, Mr Kailash, was also very professional. The communication is seamless. He can take you to anywhere whenever you want. A little detour is not an issue. The experience is way better than any group touring and the price is also reasonable. With the private tour, you can cover most of the Delhi portion in one day at your speed. I will definitely use this touring company again when I visit Delhi next time.

This was an excellent trip! I am traveling in a group looking to see New Delhi with a local and my guide Mukul was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. We had a great day sightseeing Delhi with this company. Mukul asked us what we wanted to see and we planned an itinerary mixing rickshaw and metro as we went to the places far away to the city center. Peace of mind

My wife and I planned a 4 day trip to Delhi. We planned to use public transportation to travel around the city, but our trip from the airport to our hotel was a little bit unsettling. We asked our hotel about a taxi, but they only offered a very overly priced one. We found Driver India Private Tours during a google search. We called them on their whatsapp number and Mokul answered the call even though we called late at night around midnight. He was very efficient at helping us arrange a trip to Agra/Taj Mahal and a Delhi tour for the following day. He was polite and professional. We arranged a pick up time to go to the Taj Mahal and our driver Mukesh was already waiting for us at the front door of our hotel. He was attentive and answered all of our questions. He offered us water bottles and explained the plan for the day. We picked up our Taj Mahal tour guide (Rahul) in Agra. Rahul easily facilitated our entrance into the Taj Mahal. He gave informative explanations about its construction plus he knew the best spots to take a picture. He communicated with our driver Mukesh for a prompt pick up to the next location so we didn’t have to wait around for a long time. Since we had such a good impression of the service in Agra we called Mokul later that evening and added an extra day of sightseeing and airport drop off. We highly recommend contacting Driver India Private Tours if traveling around Delhi or to the Taj Mahal on your own makes you nervous. Hire DIPT because they will make the trip easier and more comfortable.
