The guide and driver were absolutely great, although with drive to and from Delhi was 4 hours each way. The site in Jaipur were amazing, I particularly enjoyed the Observatary.

Very Pink !

The trip didn't disappoint, the City in all of its magnificence and the hustle and bustle of Jaipur, very professionally narrated by our guide and expertly driven around by our chauffer. If I am to be a little critical the Car was a little basic and not incredibly comfortable but there was plenty of water provided. Highly Recommended, and a very reasonable price.

Amazing day with Mr. Prem! Picked up right from our hotel, met our tour guide for the day in Jaipur. Even made a special stop so we could pick up my dress for a wedding. Excellent English, great recommendation for lunch. Overall a 5/5!

Great way to discover the beautiful Pink City

The tour was really great and worth the long drive to get to Jaipur. The driver Kuldeep was punctual and very friendly. We met the local tour guide, Ashok, in Jaipur and he was very passionate, knowledgeable, and everything a great tourguide should be. After giving us information on the places we visited, he gave us time to explore on our own and offered to take photos. Overall I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour of Jaipur was most enjoyable. Our guide for the tour was Vijay who was very knowledgeable and he was also very good at explaining all the sights and monuments to us. Our driver D.K Sharma was very good too. Vijay was very friendly and patient with us whilst we viewed the sights and took our time taking photographs. Private Jaipur Day Trip from Delhi By Car

We had a wonderful tour of the Jaipur and it's historical buildings. Our guide for the tour was Vijay who was very friendly and gave us ample details regarding the history of the buildings and monuments. He was very patient with us as we did take our time in visiting the monuments. Vijay is an excellent guide. Our driver for the tour was D. K. Sharma who too was friendly and patient.

Long day, but worth the time.

Our driver arrived at our hotel about 15 minutes early, and we headed straight for Jaipur. Breakfast was not available at our hotel that early, so we brought bottled water and apples from our room in case snacks weren't provided by the driver. It's a good thing we brought the apples, because nothing was provided. Halfway to Jaipur, the driver asked if we needed to stop to use the toilet. We did not, so he continued on. Once we arrived in Jaipur, our tour guide met up with us. He then provided two bottles of water. Our tour guide, Surya, was excellent. He was able to provide loads of information at each stop. After touring Amber Fort, we grabbed a quick bite at a local restaurant. Something I ate didn't agree with my stomach, and I soon discovered that toilet paper is not available in all public toilets. This is definitely something to keep in mind if you are used to using toilet paper.You should definitely bring your own. Other than that, we had a fantastic day and would recommend this tour company to anyone.

Fun tour with great opportunities to learn more about India’s history

Me and my friend visited India for the first time and took this tour to Jaipur for a day. It was a great way to see Jaipur, especially if you don’t have enough time to stay overnight. Our guide, Ashok, was very knowledgable and taught us a lot of the history of Jaipur and India overall. He helped us get lots of great pictures that we have shared with our friends and family. I recommend this tour to anyone new to the area!

Solo trip to Jaipur

Was picked up from my hotel in Gurgaon very promptly from Mr.Prem and had a smooth ride to Jaipur. Once in Jaipur we met with our tour guide. He was just ok. Spoke to his friends a lot while we were out, made me eat lunch alone, and I felt very awkward. I learned more from my driver then I did from the tour guide.

Day trip to Jaipur from Delhi

Ravi Yadav, our private driver, collected us on time and we had an excellent journey to Jaipur with snacks and drinks provided. Ravi was able to deal with any requests and were made to feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this driver and it is definitely worth visiting Jaipur from Delhi.

This was the best tour I have ever taken. Jaipur is a beautiful and fascinating town with much to see and experience. My driver Prem and my guide Ashok both spoke perfect English and were very helpful and kind. Prem was a great driver and very safe and always punctual. Ashok was a genius! He knew SO MUCH about Jaipur and Indian culture and history that it turned my sightseeing tour into a spectacular educational experience. I would recommend this trip for anyone visiting India.

We had a safe trip by driver Hari and had a knowledgeable and interesting guide named Surya. Both Hari and Surya coordinated together when dropping us off and picking us up on time. All questions we asked about were answered thoroughly. Over all we had great time.

Great way to see a lot in a short period of time.

Enjoyed this day trip immensely. Although there is a lot on the itinerary, not all of the stops are full tours which is actually a good thing. The tour operator was very flexible, too. I was working overnights in Delhi and wanted to leave at 3am to get back earlier. They had no problem arranging that. Both my driver, K.K., and my guide, Ashok, we’re friendly and knowledgeable. There was the customary “handicrafts exhibit” that I was used to from other tours in India, which is actually just being taken to some shops where there’s a cursory demo of weaving or carving and then a sales pitch; but both places took a soft no for an answer. If you want to avoid this altogether, just tell your guide you want to opt out of the handicrafts. Would definitely do this tour again and will recommend to my colleagues who come here for work.

Great day trip if don’t have much time

This is an excellent tour for people who do not have a lot of time to explore the area. Communication via e-mail was prompt and informative with the company. Driver Hari was very punctional and polite. He was a good and careful driver (having spent several weeks in India I know how erratic and lurchy some drivers can be). By comparison Mr. Shankar’s driving was mostly very smooth! The vehicle itself was very comfortable, excellent air conditioning, very spacious with wifi (handy bonus for this long car ride) and I was even able to charge my cellphone! The driver Hari kindly let me use his cellphone at one point to make a local call as I needed to straighten out some details about a hotel reservation. He was also accommodating about rest stops and brief stops for pictures. Plenty of water available fr a cooler. The tour guide Ashok Sharma was friendly and knowledgeable. While time was limited Mr. Sharma was able to show me the highlights of all the stops and was very accommodating for picture taking. Yes, there are stops at shops, but this is expected on most tours and it is up to you to make the most of these visits or not. I do not mind helping the local economy... Ultimately if you are interested in visiting Rajasthan I recommend a multi day stay, but if you are short on time like I was this is a great option. These are hardworking people, so if you are happy with a tour please tip accordingly! Be prepared for a very long day, in the summer months the heat can be more then sweltering, so dress appropriately. Wear comfortable walking shoes and expect sudden rain showers. Expect traffic jams and long travel times around Delhi.

It's adequate to see a summary of Jaipur

This tour is good for a quick glance to the entire Jaipur if you just want to see the architecture and learn a bit more about this pink city (which in reality it's not that pink). The service was quite nice though our driver was not that good and drove quite crazy. The tour guide tried to skip some places in order to push us to see his selected commercial stores (four stores and we told him we were not going to do that) for us it was just OK we even skipped some places...

Full On Tour

The driver (Pradeep) picked me up at the hotel right on time and we head off to Jaipur with one rest stop for 10 mins and arrived in Jaipur just after 10.00 AM and met my guide Sunder who showed and guided me through all the sites listed in the itinerary. We covered everything with plenty of photo ops. Lunch was good but drinks not included. And we finished by 17:00 PM. It's amazing because everything just worked like clockwork . I also managed to wriggle my way out of the shopping bits. I just found them a bit of a scam. In spite of that I had a wonderful time and both Pradeep & Sunder are friendly & Sunder was very knowledgeable about his home town Jaipur. On the way back to Delhi we had a quick stop and bought a packet of chips and can of coke. It was like 6X the price you bought in the airport. LOL

By the time I got to the hotel's lobby Pradeep has already waited for me & off we go in a flash. He's very friendly & an excellent driver.Arrived in Jaipur just after 10.00 am and we were met by Sunder the tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and explained lots if interesting historical facts about his beloved city. We covered all sites in the program and still managed to take lots of photos including those using my selfie stick. Lunch was good but you pay extra for drinks. Sunder took me to a couple of shops but I managed to wriggle my way out quickly as I'm not a shopping fan.We completed our tour by 5 pm and on the way back stop for refreshments & toilet break. Chips & coke cost 6 x the vending machines in the airport. LOL.But Pradeep got me back safely to my hotel in Delhi by 8:15 pm. It's a long day but am glad I did it👍🙂👌

Awesome Jaipur

My experience in Jaipur or "Pink City" it was wonderful from my arrival until my return to Delhi. The Amber Fort is amazing, the ancient engineering, architecture and so forth is astonishing.

Nice tour guide, Hillary Clinton was just there. Enjoy a fast drive, see the main tourist sights of Jaipur. Eat the best Indian food in India!

We had a superb trip from Delhi to Jaipur, visiting all major sights in just one day. The driver D.K. Sharma was very kind and did an excellent job in safe driving all the way! Everything was included, for example water during the drive. Highly recommended if you are short on time but want to see all the highlights. Five Stars!!!

I did not like the quality of the cafeterias that we stopped at being of humble service and drinks yet with a high price . <br/> at jaipur the tour guide was waiting, a decent person, gave us good information about each site and also gave time to explore places as much as we liked.<br/> lunch was neat but not very good. we were taken to all the sites listed in the visit, all of them being marvelous. except for the visit to the carpet company which was unnecessary as it is impractical to assume that we would buy a carpet at thousands of dollars to ship to our country during a touristic one day visit, so that was a waste of time.<br/> I suggest to replace the carpet company with some other traditional but more feasible to buy indian product.<br/> Thank you for the very good arrangements and helpful guys</p>

Great trip !

I had a wonderful day going around Jaipur. The driver, Mr k.k., was really polite, he arrived at my hotel on time and drived safe. We arrived at Jaipur at 10:30am and picked up the guide. Mr. Surya, the guide, was also very polite. He had a lot of knowledge about everything in the city and showed me all the details hidden everywhere. The restaurant was also great, with good food. In the end, we visited more places than expected and I had a really nice day !

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, however we did feel a bit rushed by him at some of the sites, as my friends wanted to take pictures at some of the places but didn't always have the chance to. Lunch was included in the trip and it was pretty good. We continued to tour a few more places around Jaipur included on the trip. At the end of the day we really wanted to go to a local bazaar and our guide knew of one that was just what we were looking for. Even went to a local gem shop to get some gems what Jaipur is known for. Drive back was peaceful. Would recommend to others.</p>

Solo Female Tourist Highly Recommends

I ended up booking this tour through TripAdvisor and I am so glad that I did. I initially was very worried about being a solo woman traveler. However, after email two of the reviews posted here in TripAdvisor I felt much better about taking this tour. I do have to say I am so glad I did not let fear get the best of me. My driver Vipin from Pacific Classic Tours was fantastic. He picked me up promptly at 6am and we headed to Jaipur. The traffic was crazy however Vipin is pro and I never felt nervous about the drive at all. The drive back was just as crazy with the fog rolling in but I felt totally comfortable the whole way. Once we arrived in Jaipur we met up with Angelika my guide. I did specially ask for a woman guide and Shakul was able to help with this. Angelika as a phenomenal guide. We went to all of the major sites in Jaipur and even had time at the end of the day to go saree shopping. Overall, I would highly recommend this company as well as working with Shakul, Vipin, and Angelika. I had such a great time and I can't wait to return someday.

<p>Our driver picked us up early in Delhi to drive to Jaipur. We picked up our actual guide once we arrived in Jaipur. It is a bit of a drive, but definitely worth the trip. The guide was awesome. He was definitely our favorite tour guide of any of our excursions. He gave us basic information then let us explore on our own. No high pressure sales. Very informative, and he was responsive to our feedback on what we wanted and didn't want to do. The elephant ride to the top of the Amber Fort costs something like 1000 rupees each is worth doing if you have never ridden one before, but be prepared for hawkers to try to sell you pictures when you reach the top which the guide also warned us about. As with all things in India, if you are not interested, be polite but firm and say no, then drop eye contact and continue on your way. Lunch was good, but we were charged for our bottled water which we thought was supposed to be included with our meal which was already paid for in the price of the tour.</p>

<p>I was short on time and this trip was a great way to see Jaipur in a day. The driver DK Sharma was great! he was punctual and navigated traffic safely and with easy. The car was comfortable which made the long drive much better. My car guide was Bharu who was knowledgeable, friendly, and super easy going. He offered to take pictures everywhere we went and ensured I had a great time. At the end you do go to two stores but I felt zero pressure to buy in both situations and the business owners were friendly and nice and happy to just show off their craft.</p>

<p>Great tour from Delhi to Jaipur. The driver was a nice and kind person, his car was impeccably clean and even had plenty of water and snacks to keep me comfortable the entire way. As a solo woman tourist, I highly recommend this tour. The tour guide was quite knowledgeable, but his jokes were not funny and irritated me a bit especially sexist jokes. However, you can of course ignore this. Despite this minor thing, I recommend the tour!</p>

<p>Great tour! I definitely recommend. They allowed us to customize the tour by adding or removing sites in Jaipur. They also allowed us to leave Delhi at 4am, which really helped us to beat the midday heat and also allowed us to see the elephants at the palace. Driver and tour guide were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Just be aware that the drive to Jaipur is a little extensive.</p>

The food was excellent at the restaurant. The thing that moves this down is the two separate stops for local handicraft merchants. One is more than enough.</p>

<p>Last week I was on a day trip to Jaipur from Delhi which was organized by Pacific Classic Tour travel agency. I spent an amazing day. One day before departure I received pick-up confirmation and my driver, Mr. KK Sharma was waiting for me as scheduled. He was friendly, approachable and I enjoyed our little small talk during our more less 4h drive to Jaipur. The road to Jaipur is very busy, with many lorries. My driver skills were very good. I felt safe the whole time. He gave me water and we made a washroom break and to strech legs.<br/> On the way I've learned many things about India. <br/> We arrived in Amber Fort just after 10am where I met my guide for the day - Mr. Ashok Sharma who seemed to be even more excited to see me than I was to finally meet the person who was about to introduce the Pink City to me. A very friendly and knowledgable guide. He was happy to take many photos for me. He made me feel comfortable and I felt as if I was spending time with a friend. After elephant ride we did the Amber Fort tour. After the fort we went to see the Water Palace from the distance. After that there was a short stop at carpets manufacturing property where let's say I wasn't forced to buy anything, just slightly encouraged. I was told not to feel obliged to purchase anything so I didn't. Anyway, after this short stop we made our way to the restaurant. It is a buffet style restaurant serving some Indian and Western food. Everything was very yummy and the staff kind and professional. <br/> After lunch it was time to see the City Palace. I was told many interesting stories concerning this place and the royal family that is still living there. The next stop was Jantar Mantar and after that we made a short stop to see the Wind Palace. After that it was time to say goodbye to my guide and together with Mr. KK we went up back to Delhi.</p> <p>The tour was very professional. Both Mr. Sharmas were kind and made me feel comfortable. I recommend this specific tour with this company.</p>
