Delhi shopping tour

I booked this tour on my first day in Delhi, and was shown the real India and old Delhi. I choose hotel pick up and drop off and Jamman tour guide and driver Luxman showed me around, pointing out historical sights along the way. Opted to take Rickshaw though Chandni Chowk Market and picked up some spices, then a lovely scalf and tradition top. Highly recommend.

Super interesting Tour to Old Dehli and the markets

Quick shopping trip

Dharmendra was a careful and courteous driver. The vehicle for 4 was comfortable and clean. The traffic in New Delhi is horrendous and we were staying out at the airport so it seems like all our time was spent in traffic but they was our fault. Our guide Harsh (?) took us to a few shops that had the items we wanted. No complaints.

Great Shopping Tour with Juuman

Jumman was great on my shopping tour of Delhi! His communication before the tour was perfect, and he let me know exactly where and when to meet him. I was looking for a few specific items, so he took me to speciality shops and drove by some famous sites on the way (+ stopped for lunch). His driving and overall professionalism made me feel very safe as a female solo traveler, and I would definitely recommend a tour with him!

Co-op tour experience

This tour was a great way to see authentic hand-made quality items in a short period of time. My tour guide Asif was very knowledgeable about the history of the city, and where to find higher/good quality items. We spent about two hours shopping and the last hour touring the local gardens and historic mosque. As a solo female traveler I was nervous to do a tour by myself, but Asif and the driver made me feel immediately at ease.

Trip to Delhi

We had a nice time in Delhi. The driver Rajesh is helpful and took us safely from one place to the other.. He knows his way around and is nice.

Good impression from Delhi

Unfortunately, all the markets were closed on Republic Day. Nevertheless, the guide went out of his way to show me various markets and stores - and finally the beautiful Lodi Park.

First day in India - perfect way to start our holidays

Our guide and driver were both excellent today. Very knowledgeable about the sites and shopping in Delhi (and the traffic short cuts!)

Great experience. Honest guide

We had a great shopping experience. Our guide aamir was a fantastic guide and he found interesting alternative locations to visit when we had already visited some of the locations beforehand. Aamir was very helpful and helped us also navigate the shopping experience so we did not get scammed.

Amazing shopping tour with Aamir!

Aamir was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledgeable about the area, various monuments, and even took us to a surprise photo spot given we had previously gone to some of the spots on the tour. He was also very attentive at the shops with us, making sure shop owns weren’t heckling us or pushing us too hard and we were able to chat about the prices and things to ensure we got good prices. Aamir offered a personal touch and it felt like we were going with our friend on this tour, which was so fun! Aamir is my far the best tour guide we’ve had this trip to India (and we’ve had a lot).

Convenience

Jamman took extra care of me on my tour of Old Delhi. My hotel was out at the airport & he graciously waited for me to get ready, then narrated our drive to the Old Delhi area. The ride was super comfortable on a chilly Delhi afternoon & he was always ready to pick us (the guide and I) up. Short cuts and every questions answered, he knew what a newbie to India/ Delhi would need pointed out. Highly recommend Jamman.

Fantastic guide and brilliant knowledge what a wonderful young man

Asif is a wonderful guide who looked after us very well and is a charming young man who is so hospitable. When people were coming up to us in the street whilst on a shopping tour he made sure we were not ripped off and made sure we got the right price. Better still he made sure we were not harassed which is a big thing whilst shopping. His knowledge of Delhi is superb and I will be booking him again. Thanks Asif.

What a lovely day with Asif and the driver . Great company and very posting and helpful . Would definitely recommend. Kept us safe until a wild but exciting city . Hoping we can use him again before we head to Agra .
