Wonderful tour of India!

This trip was incredible! The hotels were nice and very accommodating. Every destination was beautiful and interesting in its own right. Our favorites were the Taj Mahal and the city of Jaipur. Our driver throughout the trip was a godsend!! Prem was prompt, friendly, interesting, funny and a very skilled driver. The best city guide we had was Ashtok (Jaipur). His historical knowledge was astounding. He was friendly and patient with all of our questions. It was very obvious he takes pride in his beautiful city. If you want to take this trip (I would highly recommend it) see if you can request these two individuals!

Very well organised trip. Our driver Kuldeep Singh was fantastic. He couldn’t do more to make us comfortable and the trip seamless. The local guides Dilip, Mahesh and Ashok were all very knowledgeable and informative. We learnt lots of the history, culture and buildings. The sites are all phenomenal. The tigers were amazing but not your typical safari - Indian style! Accommodation great, especially The Tigress in Ranthambore. Would fully recommend.

Excellent tour

Not having toured before, my wife convinced me to come to india for 2 weeks. As part of it, we booked this 5 day tour as it was very well priced with 5* hotels compared to the UK's go-to so called "specialist". There are too many parts to mention but the tour ran seamlessly from start to end, excellent communication via WhatsApp from Shakul, great hotels, very knowledgeable guides and our driver, Prem, was amazing. You are with them for 1100km+ and 5 days so it really helped. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on time, had cold water, snacks, a smile and a wealth of knowledge. The car was 9 months old and had WiFi too. The guides all spoke good English, had superb knowledge of the sites, their history and where to get great photos. You do usually end up at 1 shop selling local items, which I have no problem with as we bought a pashmina but generally a few "no thank you" usually gets you back out on the road. Overall would definitely book again.

India Highlights

A fantastic trip all around with knowledgeable tour guides and our driver Ram was very hospitable, making sure we were comfortable on our trip and saw all the sights. The highlight was definitely observing the tigress and her three cubs so close, which we will have fond memories of forever.

An amazing experience! The trip has a busy and well planned itinerary that keeps you always enjoying new experiences whilst giving you enough time to rest, recover and go again the next day. Our driver Ram was excellent throughout as were the local guides.

Unforgettable Tour of India

Had an amazing time here in India! All guides spoke good english. And, as promised, everything was taken care of in advance. No worries or stress at any point. Guides took us at the right times to different areas, and managed to have us skip most of the lines. We chose the 5-star hotels, and were impressed. Food options were very good. In many cases, the breakfast buffet at the hotels got us through nearly the entire day. Delhi tour was very solid. Guide covered the history of the Mughals while visiting Humayun’s tomb and the Qutub Minar. Drive by of the capitol buildings was also great. Wish we could have spent some time in Old Delhi, and also seen the Red Fort. Agra guide was incredible. Gave us a lot of professional-looking photos with our mobile phones. Vijay Chouhan was the guide. Gave us lots of interesting information on the Taj and Agra fort. Between Delhi and Agra, got a very clear picture on the different eras of Mughal rule. Ranthambore was very scenic. Got to see a wild Leopard! Tried multiple times to see a tiger, with the safari guide, but ultimately missed them. Still, great to see the wide expanse and care the tigers are receiving. Jaipur tour, and the city itself, were wonderful. The guide, Anurag, was very knowledgeable on the details of the royal family, history of Jaipur, and astrological instruments. Last stand-out was the driver. DK Sharma got us everywhere safety and quickly. Ride was comfortable and clean. He went out of his way multiple times for us, and let us experience different things apart from the main tour; Such as elephant riding and playing Holi with some of his friends! Incredible Experience.

Amazing tour - we came for the Taj Mahal and were wowed by this glimpse of India 🤩

This was an absolutely amazing tour 🤩😍 everything was so perfectly organised, it worked like clockwork 👌 Tour guides met us at each city and were fabulous and knowledgeable 👍 they were so great at taking interesting and awesome photos for us at each of the sites we visited 😍 Our driver Ankit was amazing 🙏 he was an excellent driver, calm and patient and was always happily waiting exactly where we needed him with the A/C on in the car 😅 We were so glad we did this tour rather than driving ourselves, it was fabulous knowing everything was sorted and organised for us, we didn’t have to think about a thing as they did it all for us. Even down to the rest stops and restaurants on the long drives, it was perfectly organised! We did the 5 star hotel option and it was well worth it 🙏 Highly recommend, great company 🤩

The Quintessential Indian Triangle Experience!

I've travelled to over 30 countries and done countless tours and guided experiences and this is, without a doubt, the most comprehensive and seamlessly planned tour I have experienced. From the jaw dropping views and in-depth explanations of the history of the Taj Mahal to the gorgeous and exhilarating opportunity to track down and photograph tigers, this tour offered the quintessential Indian Golden Triangle experience. Our tour guides, and driver, were all fantastic - most notably, Ashok Sharma and DK Sharma. Together they guided us through the beautiful city of Jaipur and provided invaluable insight in shopping, perfect photo opportunities, and even went out of their way to reroute part of our afternoon to satisfy our interest in seeing elephants! The flexibility was incredible. DK Sharma was with us from the beginning to end of our tour and we could not be more amazed and grateful for his endless hospitality, professionalism, and organization. I will absolutely be back with more family, and this tour will certainly be in my itinerary again!

Private 5-Day Ranthambhore Tiger Tour from Delhi

This was a great trip touring from Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore Park and Jaipur. Shortly after booking this we were contacted by Shakul the local tour provider via WhatsApp, any questions about the trip or during the trip were answered very quickly and with a helpful response. Our driver Sunil was excellent, he kept us aware of what the plan was for each day. He made us feel safe and made sure we had everything we needed, rest stops and places to eat along the way. We had a different guide in each city, each very knowledgeable about the history, culture and happy to spend more time explaining areas we were interested in. Everyone we have been introduced to on this trip has been very friendly and polite. The hotels that were selected were all very good, particularly the Tigress in Ranthambore. I would highly recommend this tour as a great introduction to India and we are now thinking about where we would like to come back to next!

Extremely well organized and value for money

Firstly our driver Mr. Vipin Sharma was an outstanding driver and always looked and cared about what we need, he went out of the way to make us comfortable. The tour guides in all 3 cities were amazing, informative and took great pictures. The hotels were also good especially in ranthambore. The tour was well planned and executed with no delays or waiting time.

The best of sights around New Delhi

In New Delhi we met guide Suneel who inspiringly and vividly showed us to fantastic sights. The guide was able to tell about small details that made the day a particularly good experience. Incredibly friendly. Afterwards In Agra vi got Vijay as the guide. He was also a kind and very knowledgeable person. On this day, the Taj Mahal was an absolutely fantastic experience and we had plenty of time to experience this. The highlight of the trip. On the 3rd day - the Tiger Safari day - we saw many animals than tigers. After 2 x 3 hours we learned that the possibility to see tigers in the winter season is about 10-15 %. On the last day in Jaipur, we had the kind guide Ashok, who also can provide great stories of the beutyfull sights we have seen. Ashok knows really a lot and tell with great entusiasm. All have been very helpful, but a special man on the trip has been something of the friendliest and most helpful person, namely the driver Kuldeep (Sonu), who took us safe from place to place, and could tell a lot about the cities we where going to visit and things in generel about India. We for sure can recommend this trip.

5D4N India tour

We had a great trip with Pacific Classic Tours India which we found originally through Viator. Shakul was helpful once I had made booking over WhatsApp accommodating our requests to alter some timings to accommodate a wedding we had to be back for. Our driver DK was always timely and offered 5* service throughout our journey and won “best driver ever” status as he went out of his way to get us our daily Masala Chai’s. We had 3 guides during our tour, Push (Delhi guide), BJ (Agra guide) and Ashok (Jaipur guide) - all 3 were very knowledgeable and accommodated our requests for example if we wanted to try local delicacy like Petha and Pyaaz Kachori. We booked the 5* hotel package and all hotels were nice & clean (The Tigres, Ranthamboure, Hilton Jaipur, Marriott Agra). We would recommend this trip for ease and hassle free of getting around golden triangle as well as having the safaris organised for us in Ranthamboure.

Great intro to India

This tour was a great introduction to the amazing sights of India. PCTI was terrific to work with. Shakul was very responsive in the lead up to our trip. The guides at each city Janesh in New Delhi, Raj in Agra, and Ashok in Jaipur were all professional and extremely well spoken and knowledgable about the sights we visited, as well as the broader history and culture of India. Mr. Rajesh Chaudhary, our driver was not only a very safe and confident driver, he was an enjoyable travel companion, sharing additional details about life in India. He was able to answer all the questions we had about what we were seeing as we drove through the countryside. I highly recommend this tour.

The weather there and the peaceful place there keep the mind completely calm. There was a resort at such a place, so I liked it very much. Fantastic 5 day tour of Golden Triangle with Ranthambore Safari!

We are a family of 5 people traveling across India and we really enjoyed this tour ! Our driver Shiv Kumar and various guides including Vijay, Dilip were absolutely fantastic. Very informative and helpful, always on time and trying to make our journey as comfortable as possible! All the hotels were very comfortable especially Royal Regency hotel in Ranthambore . We would highly recommend this tour and this company and Thank you Shakul for taking care of everything and being so kind and helpful!

A very pleasant experience

The team was very professional and the accommodations were nice. (The Tigress hotel was our favorite!) DK did a wonderful job transporting us to and from the various cities and made sure our experience was on time, comfortable and enjoyable. Our local guides Singh, Seema, and Ashuk were very friendly and welcoming to our questions. Shakul also was very helpful to us when we wanted some last minute changes to our schedule. If I could change one thing, I would prefer to not go to the craft demonstrations at each city, as they come with an associated sales pitch afterward. I would prefer to just have the sightseeing only. Just beware and that these demonstrations are a part of a bigger sales tactic. That being said, it was an overall very enjoyable experience with friendly people and it made navigating the tourists sites simple and easy to avoid the afternoon crowds. I would definitely recommend this to foreigners looking to see the best of the popular tourist sites in North India.

We were traveling with a baby and had the best time! Our tour guide Mahesh was clearly an expert in Indian history and architecture and was also the best photographer. Our driver Sanjay was the nicest, best driver we could ask for. Car was always on time for pickup and very clean. We had another great guide for Jaipur, Ashook. Amazing Experience

If you have just a few days to spend in India, this tour is for you! Everything was organized perfectly! You get to see the main attractions in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and enjoy 2 Safari rides in Ranthambore where, if you are lucky enough, you might spot some gorgeous tigers. You travel in a very comfortable car, with A/C, snacks and Wifi. All 3 hotels were clean, cozy and with perfect service and food. When you read some rides take 3 or 6 hours you might think that is too much but you will not realize how time flies looking out and admiring the life in different villages you're passing by. In every location we had a dedicated local guide. Each of them were extraordinary prepared and passionate about their work, and it was truly a pleasure to listen and learn amazing and mind-blowing historical details. I would like to nominate here Seema, our guide in Agra and Ashok, our guide in Jaipur: THANK YOU! YOU WERE BOTH AMAZING! We really appreciate the time we spent together! I want to dedicate a few lines here to our driver, Kuldeep! Experiencing the Indian traffic for the first time is really a unique experience and it's not easy to feel safe. Unless your driver is Kuldeep! Tripadvisor allows only 5 stars, but I give 6 to Kuldeep! He was always on time and it was really fun and a pleasure to travel with him! If you read this: YOU ARE THE BEST! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I want to be honest and transparent, without giving a name, our local contact in Ranthambore was the only negative point of this tour (without ruining the overall experience). He was late (which I can understand considering the traffic) but when we met, whatever info he provided we already knew from the hotel reception. Then we met him again at our departure when he made it too obvious that he was there for the tip! I'm sorry, but no, this was a very wrong attitude that has nothing to do with the overall quality of this tour! If you're thinking to book this, do not hesitate! You will be 100% satisfied! The best way to visit the Golden Triangle

This is one of the experiences I will remember for the rest of my life. We only had a week here so we decided to go with the 5 days tour to make the best out of it. It was the best decision ever! All three guides were really prepared and such nice people. Dileep was our guide in Delhi and he is a history guru! We started the tour with a quick history on india and its kings which helped us a lot over the days. And then we visited several stunning places around Delhi. Seema (or the magician as we like to call her) was our guide in Agra. She showed us so many interesting illusions and fun facts about the Taj Mahal and the Agra fort! She was the best! And Ashok was our guide in Jaipur. He made us fall in love with the city and its heritage. He, together with Seema, are professional photographers! The pics they took of us are just stunning. At the Ranthambore park we didn't see any tigers unfortunately. But the resort itself was an amazing experience and during the safaris we saw so many other animals! All hotels were really nice with decent food range. I left Kuldeep - our driver for last because he deserves an extra credit! He is the best driver I've ever met. We felt so safe and looked after during our whole trip! Also visiting these things by car and not by plane gives you another perspective and a better feeling of India. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we will be back for sure!

Amazing Northwest India Tour!!!

We just concluded our tour of New Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore National Park and Jaipur. Pacific Classic Tours (PCT) exceeded our expectations by a mile. The level of attention to detail and service that our guide (Mahesh) provided was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced on any of my travels. We were a party of seven from Chicago and our group spanned three generations including my parents and my children. Mahesh ensured all three generations were engaged and entertained throughout the tour. We never felt rushed and he ensured that we received the best possible experience we could possibly have. Our private van was clean, modern and better than any mode of travel I have ever experienced in India. Our driver, Rajinder, was skilled at navigating the Indian roads and made sure that we were safe and comfortable throughout our journey. The van had a cellular hot spot so I was able to connect and work while we were on the road when needed. I know that I'm on vacation but it was wonderful to know that I could effectively connect with the outside world for business from the van. This was the first time we took our children to India and out of all of the destinations that they have been to, they have both proclaimed that India is their favorite destination. Much of the credit goes to Mahesh and PCT. The hotels that were arranged were clean, beautiful and provided top-notch amenities and service. Our favorites were the The Leela in New Delhi and The Tigress near Ranthambore National Park. The food at every hotel was excellent as well as the restaurants that Mahesh chose as we traveled from one place to another. Both of our children have treenut allergies and we have had anxiety about this ever since we started planning the trip. Mahesh was incredibly protective of them and spoke to the chef or manager at every restaurant to ensure we knew what foods the kids should avoid. Also, every restaurant that Mahesh selected on the road seemed to have experience with western travellers so they were well-versed with food allergies in general. This put us at ease immediately and we are thankful for that. At every stop, Mahesh took his time to explain the history and the importance of what we were seeing and he is a master of making history informative and entertaining at the same time and that is no small feat. I have been to New Delhi several times and I saw a side of Delhi that I have never seen. We started our trip by staying at The Leela Hotel in Gurgaon. The Leela is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. We flew in from Chicago and we were famished when we checked in at 2AM. The restaurant was still open and the late night menu was available. If you find yourself in this situation, get the aloo paratha. It comes with a salad and dal makhani that is out of this world. Trust me.... you'll thank me later.The next evening, we went to the Ambiance Mall next door because we were trying get over our jet lag. We had dinner at Daryaganj restaurant. Boy oh boy, this may have been one of the best Indian meals I have ever had. The next morning, we had breakfast at The Leela and it was fantastic. There were plenty of Indian and westiern breakfast items to choose form. We headed out to Qutab Minar and it is a must see and I am happy we had Manesh as our tour guide because we would have missed so much meaning that was hidden in plain sight. All of the intricacies make this site special and it takes someone who is passionate about India's history to make it come alive and Mahesh did just that. After Qutab Minar, we traveled to Agra and we stayed in JayPee Palace which is a vibrant and beautiful hotel. The next morning, we went to the Taj Mahal at sunrise. I highly recommend seeing the Taj Mahal at this time because you have an opportunity to see this magnificent structure transform as the morning sun rises in the sky. Also, you don't have to deal with the crowds. This is where we discovered Mahesh's photography skills. Most of the photos he took are professional quality and our family will cherish them for years to come. The Taj is magical and any photo you have ever seen does not do it justice. We then went to Agra Fort and this is where you start to understand the complex lives that the Mughal kings lived. Agra Fort is a must see if you want to fully understand the complicated love story behind the Taj Mahal. We then travelled to the area near Ranthambore National Park and stayed at The Tigress Hotel. This is high-quality boutique hotel that is picturesque and provides excellent service. The staff is attentive and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. The food was great as well. We went on two safaris at Ranthambore. Not only did we see a tiger... we saw four tigers. We saw a tiger stalk a herd of spotted deer and then watched as he caught one. It was amazing to watch this magnificent animal in its prime. On our second safari, we saw two lions mate and finally, a guide thought he saw a tiger enter a patch of tall grass 10 feet in front of us. We sat 10 feet away from that patch of grass (from the safety of our vehicle) for over 20 minutes and saw nothing. I thought the guide may be mistaken but just as were about to leave, out steps a tiger and walks right past us. It was exhilarating to say the least. We also saw well over a hundred other animals including Sambar Deer, Langur monkeys, crocodiles, Nilgai, kingfishers and numerous other bird species. Our day at Ranthambore will be a day my children will never forget and they will tell their children about the time they stood ten feet away form a wild tiger! We finished our tour in Jaipur. We drove through the busy streets of Jaipur and my kids were able to see how an Indian city has one foot in its rich history as it moves towards a more modern India. Here we saw two forts. The more impressive fort was Amber Palace. The sheer size of the place is staggering. The beauty is stunning and the history oozes from its walls. Mahesh told us stories about the kings, queens and staff that made this palace run. His narrations took us back in time. We concluded our time in Jaipur by visiting Elephant Village where my sons were able to ride, feed and interact with elephants. This was the first time that they were near an elephant and it is a memory that they will never forget. The animals seemed well cared for and the employees seemed to genuinely care for the elephants. My parents enjoyed seeing their grandkids on the elephants so they took an elephant ride themselves. Thank you to PCT and a special thanks to Mahesh and Rajinder for helping my family create memories that will last a lifetime!!!

Solo Tour to India

I had a great time traveling as a solo female traveler throughout India. Each local guide was informative and exceptional. My driver for this tour was exceptional too. He was always on time and made sure I felt comfortable.

5 day golden triangle/ranthambore tour

Our 3 guides, Prashant, Vijay and Vijay, for Delhi, Agra and Jaipur we're all very good. They explained all about the history of each destination we visited and that of India in general. Most importantly, our driver Prem was amazing, navigating the crazy roads, with snacks and water and rest stops. He also pointed out a number of buildings along the way when we were without the guides and told us all about Diwali.

Had a wonderful time and everything was organised perfectly. We changed a few things in the itinerary, added places and removed some of the places advertised, and Shakul was extremely accommodating and helpful, no changes were too much for him. Our tour guide was Mahesh, he was with us for the full 5 days. He was friendly, knowledgeable and interesting. He knew the history of all the sites we visited, he was also very happy to accommodate when we wanted to do something different to the itinerary, eg restaurants, shopping trips etc.

Excellent trip to Golden Triangle, India and Tiger Safari

Having seen this trip on trip advisor, we contacted Pacific Classic Tours India directly, where we corresponded with Mr Shakul. As a family of 5, with 3 adult children, we found there were things in the itinerary that we wanted to exclude and other things we wanted to add. We found Shakul extremely helpful and accommodating, taking into account our changes, nothing was ever too much. The trip went very smoothly, with transfers all on time. Our guide, Mahesh, was excellent all the way through. He spent the 5 days with us, taking into account our wishes and being flexible and accommodating to our wishes. He was very informative, his explanations were detailed and interesting, we had no need for another guide at any of the sites. We give this trip a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Pacific Classic Tours India and Mahesh Kumar as your guide!

Two girls alone who had an incredible and very safe experience!!!

We had an amazing trip with these guys who made us both feel very safe and comfortable. We were two females travelling alone and were slightly worried before arriving about being alone, however, we were so well taken care of. Everything was thought about. We had plenty of water provided by the driver DK Sharma (who was also a very smooth driver considering all the chaos on the roads), air conditioned car, toilet and coffee breaks on the long drives. We even had recommendations for lunches and dinners in all locations. We were worried we'd be hungry during the long drives but that was definitely not the case after very filling lunches everyday! Also little things like going to shops we asked to go to. We were interested in shopping for some shoes and jewellery in Jaipur, so Mr. Ashok took us there and gave us good tips on how to shop smartly. We also visited a really cool carpet making shop. After seeing elephants at the Agra Fort, I said I wanted to see more elephants so we were then taken to a very peaceful elephant sanctuary where we once again felt very welcome and safe. Our tour guides across the whole trip were amazing and took so many amazing pictures of us. Special call out goes out to Mr Mahesh who did a full photoshoot for us at the Taj Mahal. He showed us all the best spots for pictures and gave us plenty of pose recommendations. Overall, we thought this was an incredibly well organised trip but also really great for very "green" tourists who don't know much about the monuments and places visited. Both Mr Mahesh and Mr Ashok had so much knowledge about all places we visited, we were blown away by how much we learned on this trip thanks to them! We also got some help with applying for our visas before we arrived in India. I just cannot recommend this company enough!!! They were truly amazing and made two girls feel extremely comfortable.

Magical and unforgettable tour

This was the best tour my wife and I have been on. The guides were excellent and were not only very knowledgeable they were able to provide so much extra that they made our trip to India. Our driver was great. Very attentive and reliable. He made as feel like royalty. The hotels were excellent. We went to so many amazing and memorable places. We cannot recommend this tour high enough. Book now you won't regret it.

Wonderful 5 days round trip

We were just finishing our 5 day trip with Classic tours India. All places were different but all so beautiful. In the safari we were really lucky and saw a tiger at our first safari route. Our 3 guides, (Dilip, Mahesh, Ashok) were all great and gave us a lot information as well as some fun facts about the places we visited. We had a lovely driver, Prim, he was very friendly and outstanding driver. It was so nice to get in to a well air conditioned car in the heat! The car was very clean and we got a lot of water and snacks on our way. Prim made us feel very special and appreciated. All pickups and drop off were on time and we never had to wait in a long line. We really recommend this tour specially if you want to go to many places and see different things just in 5 days.

What a trip !

A superbly organised tour ! I was picked up from my hotel by Brem in an air conditioned car and driven across Northern India in real comfort . As well as being an excellent driver with very good English he was able to answer all questions about life in India ! All the local guides Sunil Mahesh and Vijay were very knowledgeable and provided very good local insight on the tours -as well as knowing the best places for photographs ! No tigers on safari ( it was before all zones were open) but still an enjoyable trip into the jungle ! Lots of opportunities for souvenir hunting and then dropped back to my hotel to reflect on an amazing five day trip !

Udhaipur Jaipur trip

This in the middle of the monsoon season (July) was a sheer joy. Since we did this “off-season” it was always a hit or miss when it came to seeing the big cat, but we saw everything else. The drive was a sheer joy; the drivers and the guides were phenomenal. We spent a couple days in Udhaipur and Jaipur — with short trips to Ranthambore, Jhalana, Nathadwar, and all the attractions nearby. We all just didn’t want it to end. Since the weather was unpredictable — we are very thankful for the flexibility shown by the drivers and guides. Drivers were super safe, courteous, punctual; guides were of course very knowledgeable but also trustworthy — we should know because we had our share of missed / lost passports etc. which the team helped get back. Kudos to the PCTI team and specifically: Shakul Garg, Abhinav Paliwal (guide), Dk. Sharma (driver), Ashok Sharma (guide), Damodar (guide), who came along. I’d ask for them again.

Exploring the Golden Triangle

This was such a wonderful well organized tour. The pick ups and drop offs at all stops were timed perfectly, they provided water throughout the trip, they allowed us to adjust the itinerary and they truly made us feel special. I felt safe traveling this new unknown country with D K Sharma as our driver. He was an expert at maneuvering the crowded streets and always welcoming us back with a friendly smile. Mahesh Kumar was very knowledgeable on the sites in Delhi and Agra. He was very friendly and an excellent photographer too. Ashok Sharma was our tour guide in Jaipur and full of knowledge. He gave very detailed information about the different sites and did so with humor. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone exploring the golden triangle and the safari.

Great tour with amazing guides and driver

What an outstanding tour!! I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never toured like this but it was an incredible experience. I would recommend it to anyone I know. We were greeted at our hotel by our guide, Mahesh Kumar, and driver D K Sharma. They were amazing and gave us a great experience in Delhi and Agra. Mahesh was so knowledgeable. We said goodbye to Mahesh in Agra and our wonderful driver DK took us to Ranthambhore and then on to Jaipur where we met our final guide, Ashok Sharma. Ashok was smart and funny and made learning about Jaipur quite enjoyable. It was easy to communicate with our guide and driver while they were with us and also when we were at our hotel by using WhatsApp. DK drove us back to Delhi and we were sad to see him go. They made our experience so positive. The guides were great photographers too and so happy to snap pictures of us everywhere. A must do!

Wonderful trip through the golden triangle

Wonderful trip through the golden triangle In short: We can highly recommend PCTI as a company to take you to the golden triangle and explore northern India. The tour guides, Mahesh and Ashok, and our driver, Prem, were beyond our expectations and took great care of us. In detail: PCTI was the right choice to see the golden triangle and do a safari at Rathambore National Park. My husband and I are frequent travelers and we usually don’t book tours to explore other countries. However, we can highly recommend to book a tour with PCTI to see the north of India. We arrived on a Saturday in Delhi and our tour was supposed to begin on Sunday. Prem, our driver who accompanied us throughout the entire trip, offered to pick us up at the airport on Saturday for an airport transfer and graciously show us some sights in Delhi. His English was excellent and he provided us a good rundown of the lay of the land and what to expect for the trip. On Sunday we could see lots of great sights in New Delhi: Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Baha’i Temple (Lotus Temple), and the India Gate. Our tour guide, Mahesh, was excellent. He gave us a very detailed insight into Indian culture and history. He could connect all the sights with fascinating facts and stories from the past. Mahesh accompanied us on the 3.5-hour-ride to Agra on the following day. There, we saw the highlight of our trip: the Taj Mahal. Again, Mahesh took great photos of us and gave us a very interesting tour through the sight. The Agra Fort was also an interesting sight that we visited after the Taj Mahal. Be aware: we were taken to a jewelry and tapestry store after sightseeing. You can see the handcrafted jewels from the area and decorative wall art tapestry but you are also offered to buy their items. We were asked whether we wanted to see the place where Indian marble is turned into art pieces afterwards, but we declined and our decision was accepted and respected. Our trip continued on a 5.5 hour ride to Rathambore, the National Park where we went on a safari in the morning and afternoon on the following day. The safari is taking place in different zones, which are randomly assigned. In the morning we were in zone 6, which we cannot recommend as we didn’t see many animals. In the afternoon we were assigned to zone 3, which was much better and we almost even saw a tiger. There were many other interesting animals to see. The guide in the morning was different from the guide in the afternoon. Apparently you can look up which zones are best for viewing tigers, and you can change zones for an up-prize (not sure if PCTI would be able to do this for you), but we didn’t try that. In general: we can recommend the safari. On Wednesday, we were taken to Jaipur, the pink city, where we met our next guide: Ashok who gave us a short tour through Maharaja’s City Palace. Afterwards, we were taken to Jantar Mantar Observatory, which was very interesting. Be aware: you’ll be taken to a rug factory where they show you how the rugs are made and you’re free to buy rugs if you want. On our last day, we saw the more interesting part of Jaipur, which is the Amber Fort, of which Ashok gave us a great insight into the history and culture of Jaipur. We were free to talk about anything and had great conversations with him. We also could take some pictures of the Lake and Wind Palace which were nice to see. The your ended with a visit at a jewelry store, which shows you a bit how the gems of Jaipur/India are polished and of course you can purchase them. The owners weren’t pushy or upset when we didn’t buy anything. After the tours through Jaipur, we were taken back to the hotel in Delhi. Prem, our driver, was very attentive as he always tried and succeeded in making us feel comfortable. He is an excellent driver (we are experienced drivers in a lot of countries but wouldn’t want to drive in India). He talked to us about India, the culture, history and food a lot and could answer every question we had. Despite the full schedule, he never rushed us and made us feel like we’re on vacation. He also adjusted to weather conditions as it was rainy in the morning on our last day in Jaipur and arranged a later pick up and tours for us. The car was clean and comfortable for two passengers in the back. We recommend not to take too many suitcases, the trunk isn’t small but not as large as the one of a SUV. We had two backpacks and 2 carryons which fit perfectly fine in the trunk. We chose the tour with 5-star-hotels. All of them were excellent, clean and we had great service. You also have the option to book your own if you want to try and do the research ahead of time.

India Road Trip

After researching the various ways to visit the sites of the "Golden Triangle", we settled in on this five day road trip with tours. We were initially met by our tour guide Mahesh, who would be with us on the Delhi and Agra tours, and our driver Sonu who would be with us for the total of the trip. Mahesh was excellent in explaining the history and cultural significance of each site. We were sorry that he had to leave us at Agra. From Agra it was on to Ranthambhore and the Tigress resort. If not for the Tigress this would have been a five rating. The Tigress resort was the most expensive property, but also the least favorable of the three locations. We had issues with the air-conditioning thermostat, the refrigerator not working, and the handheld of the shower not working. That being said; the people working there were VERY nice and helpful, and they put on a great buffet for the various meal times. Not a bad property, just needs a little work. On to Jaipur and our next guide Surya-omid. The 'Pink City" was another very interesting and culturally rewarding experience. From Jaipur we returned to our original location (The Sheraton New Delhi) and parted ways with our driver Sonu. At this point I want to say that Sonu was a remarkably safe and courteous driver. He did everything he could to make us comfortable, and the trip enjoyable. This was a great trip and opportunity to see the Indian countryside, and have a different context then just the main tourist sites.

Indien Rundreise 2023

It was an amazing trip with a lot of inpretions! Lot of nice places. The organisation of our trip was perfect. Wipin our driver was amazing and we had a very good time with him. Wipin do every wishes we had and all the time look for our safety. A big thank you to wipin!

Amazing unforgettable experience

I am a great traveller , having visited 90 countries From Argentina and Alaska to Zambia and Zimbabwe . I always used Viator to do local excursion , trusting that Viator only use reliable and high standard local tour companies for their clients .pacific tours of India have provided a high standard and excellent service for our golden triangle tour of Delhi, agra and Jaipur recently . Mr sharma the excellent driver is an asset to pacific tours of India .India is truly an amazing , exotic and diverse country , with so much to explore , learn and do. The curries in India tasted Better than Those cooked by Indian diasporas all over the world . We will come back again to see Mumbai , Calcutta and Chennai .

Wonderful time in India

This is my first trip from London To India with my husband and what an amazing experience with PCTI of Agra With mr shakul. People Are so lovely excellent cuisine hardworking lovely people . I want to praise the tour company for making my stay so memorable . All the tour guides in Delhi Agra Jaipur rangers in Ranthambore are so good and helpful and informative . We want to give a big thank you especially to our guide Mr DK SHARMA for keeping us alive and always getting us to all Our destination safely and punctually . He is a good ethical Respectful hardworking man who takes pride in his work and also himself he is well dress with uniform . The car is always immaculately clean .He watches over us always laughs with us and above all superb in his driving . He has made our stay truly memorable and we are truly grateful for his help and company . We most certainly shall return again . Thank you everyone .

Best trip ever

It was one of the most beautiful experience in my whole life. The Indian culture is so fascinating! The tour was just perfect if you don’t have much time to visit other parts of the country. DK our driver is the best driver you can find! He is super polite, welcoming and his laugh is lovely and contagious :)
