We had an amazing tour with our guide Mahi in Agra. She is a very intelligent young woman with lots of knowledge about the Indian history and showed us the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. We felt very comfortable with her as she was open, communicative, very friendly and thoughtful. For me as a German woman it was a good opportunity having a female guide who I could ask anything about the Indian culture and traditions. Mahi was very organized, patient and relaxed, so we were very lucky spending the day with her :)

Talented Tour Guide for Agra

Imtiaz was great. We did a full tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Red Fort. He had extensive knowledge and is a talented photographer . Lots of great pictures and memories . Highly recommended

Convenient tour to see Taj Mahal and surrounds in Agra

Great trip! We got to see the Taj Mahal, Baby Taj, and Agra Fort. Great driver that picked us up from Delhi Airport and got us to Agra and it's sites, spacious and comfortable. Some slight confusion and misunderstanding regarding itinerary between us and the tour guide. However he was knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the queues and had good knowledge about the different sites. Overall would recommend but have an idea of what you'd like to and not like to see.

Incredible and complete experience with Vishal

The experience of having a guide during Taj Mahal and Agra Fort was incredible and Vishal was really great! He is nice, kind and careful with all of us. He has a lot of knowledge and his explanation were very complete, clear and thorough, making the tour very complete. Also, his Spanish is incredible! Furthermore, it was his birthday so I am grateful he shared a piece of his day with us.

Spanish guide

We visited Taj Mahal and Agra with Vishal, was attentive Spanish speaking guide. We obtained a basic information about the place and history.

Poor management, lack of communication and coordination. Beautiful sites.

This trip had some good aspects and some exceptionally bad aspects. The management of the activities was very poorly coordinated and communicated. We were supposed to get picked up at the Jaipur airport to get to Agra, and there was basically no communication regarding the presence and/or location of our driver. We received a message saying "the driver is here" with no further info, and the management took a long time to respond to calls or texts. We were finally picked up after about 20 minutes of walking around searching for the driver. Finally getting to Agra, we realized that there had not been a time planned for pickup from the hotel the following morning. After calling, we learned that we were to be picked up at 6. We were outside the hotel entrance at 6, and the driver was not there and late. After multiple calls, the driver would not appear for another 30 minutes. Once finally picked up from the hotel, the driver was apparently confused and drove us around Agra for 45 minutes. So after all this time we missed the sunrise at the taj and were very confused. This trip was improved by the Taj mahal itself as it is magnificent. Our tour guide, sarfarza (spelling may be wrong), was nice and knowledgeable. The only drawback was that he tried to pressure us into writing a positive review in front of him on the spot. The drive back to Jaipur was fine until the driver tried to make us walk the remaining mile to our hotel. That was not great, but I don't think it was the driver's fault but again a lack of effective coordination from the company. Management was very apologetic and refunded for a cost of a few things, but I think it was a bit a little too late. We would not use this company again or recommend it.

A trip to remember - oh, the places you will go! :-)

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience provided by Jibran in Delhi and New Delhi and with Heris in Agra. I learnt about the history behind the buildings, places, crafts and people of India in these places. Both guides were flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They kept my brother and I safe in al places and achieved all our goals. Our driver Mittal was incredible. He was happy, on time, he drove with skill. He made me feel safe and happy. I was very happy with the entire team.

Awesome Tour Guides for Solo Trip

Purchase my tour through Expedia and the private tour guides they assigned me were awesome! Imitiaz and Sanjay made my experience at the Taj Mahal fun, historic, epic, and overall safe. I traveled alone halfway across the world and the treatment was superb from the start! My journey started at the airport with a pre-printed sign with my name on it, a custom Mala (US version of Lei), and a quick trip to freshen up at my hotel. Afterwards they picked me up and took me to the Taj Mahal and escorted me directly up front bypassing hundreds in line! Imitiaz assisted me with haglers and even negotiated pricing for me. Afterwards they gave me a tour of Agra and brought me to The Silver Hut to enjoy some Black Assam Tea. Imitiaz is very knowledgeable when it comes to the history of Agra and the Taj Mahal. I highly recommend!

Very good experience with Vishal. He speaks Spanish very well and the explanations are very clear and very interesting. Visita al Taj Majal

Siendo la primera vez que venía a la India y quedándose mis amigos en Goa yo no podía dejar la oportunidad de visitar el Taj Majal. Al tener poco tiempo me pareció una buena idea contratar los servicios de una agencia que me resolvieran el viaje y las entradas desde Delhi y ya por qué no también un guía en español (Shafeeq) quién ha aprendido castellano por su cuenta y por internet. La excusrión funcionó perfectamente desde la recogida en hora en mi hotel hasta el regreso. Recomiendo esta empresa por su profesionalidad.
