Super trip. We had the same driver in Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. This was very reassuring, Guddu was always on time a polite. In each town we had specialist guides to show us the sights get the best photos and organise food. (We wanted non spicy) We were going with Kuoni but the were so much more expensive and terrible communication. Special mention in Agra to Jitu for a fabulous Taj Mahal experience.

Memorable Golden Triangle Tour

We enjoyed our whirlwind tour of the Golden Triangle! We lucked out and had a clear view of the Taj Mahal when we visited. Our driver Guddu was excellent. He was masterful at navigating the chaotic roads of India. He was professional, polite, and punctual. He also had snacks and bottled water in the car for us. We had local guides in each of the cities/places we visited on the tour (Agra, Abhaneri, Jaipur, and Delhi). All were competent and knowledgeable, but we connected with some more than others. Our favorite local guide was probably KC in Jaipur. For us, one thing that detracted from the tour were the (proposed) visits to the handicraft shops. In Agra, we visited the marble factory, where we felt pressured by the artisans to purchase something. We declined visits to gem and carpet factories in Jaipur and Delhi, and our tour guides respected our wishes, even though they were disappointed (I’m pretty sure they receive commissions). Another recommendation for the tour company would be to list the admission fees for each of the sites on the itinerary (since they are not included), so that we can withdraw enough rupees to cover the trip (in Agra, we had to scramble to find an ATM/foreign exchange at the end of the day). After Agra, I did my own research for Jaipur and Delhi, so that we could budget appropriately. Overall, we had an enjoyable and memorable trip.

Fabulous Five day trip to India’s Golden Triangle.

This add on side trip was fantastic !! Shanoo was our personal knowledgeable guide and handled ALL the logistics. His recommendations and observations were insightful . Visiting and traveling to the national treasures ( Taj Mahal ,various Forts, stepping wells ,etc) in a new, spacious, comfortable chauffeured luxury van made the long drives bearable and sightseeing more enjoyable. The five-star hotels and meals (Sangri La and Taj Palace in Dehli, Taj in Agra , Marriott and Leela Palace in Jaipur) were also impressive and worth the price and visit. The elephant village and rides were eye opening and a fun stop.We packed so many memories in a five day trip !

Agra done right

We were collected from Agra airport - which in itself is a ‘must’ for first time travellers. After that we just put ourselves in Jitu’s hands. We were taken to the hotel to freshen up and then the tour started. We were taken to a prime area to see the Taj Mahal at sundown and to take photos that will be on show forever more. We were collected at 5.00am to see the building at sunrise and to do the tour. Jitu was incredibly informative - indulging my historical interest whilst appraising us of events that appealed to my partners romantic side. He brought the building to life. He managed to achieve the same balance at the Agra Fort tour making the experience special for both of us and our differing interests. We concluded the day at the ‘Baby Taj’ - another splendid site which Jitu brought to life for us. Would I recommend this tour - definitely- but ask for Jitu - he’s well informed, incredibly patient and a great sense of humour.

Came just for Taj mahal, but now looking to see what more India has to offer.

Everyone’s asks me why, or in shock when I tell them I’m going to India. The roads least tracked are the best ones that you least expect. I was anxious about soloing India but this tour made it great. Rides were arranged. I thought India would be chaotic but this tour made it very enjoyable. Traffic is chaotic but you won’t have to deal with it as all transportation is organized, and just get to spectate from the window. Street food was great. I primarily came for the Taj Mahal like most people and it did not disappoint. Jitu was the one showing me around Agra. Looking forward to the remainder of the tour. Jitu knew where to go for an Indian dress/clothes, marble Taj Mahal souvenirs, and whatever questions or desire, they were willing to accommodate. I came in October, it’s still somewhat hot but that is anywhere in Asia.

The actual tour was fantastic, beginning to end. For me, I like structure, and Shanoo did a fabulous job curating a wonderful trip. We were able to see so much, all the highlights, without feeling overwhelmed, as well as provide history and stories behind all the sites. He’s been doing this for 17+ years and it shows! He knows the ins and outs to the places we toured all the while proving to be an exceptional photographer :) He is incredibly communicative and efficient, always having the car and driver ready to go. I cannot recommend this tour and Shanoo enough! Thank you, Shanoo!

In January, we went on a Golden Triangle tour with Kaimur Holidays. Shanu  deserves praise for the seamless planning. We took pleasure in travelling through the chaos of old Delhi to find calm at the Taj Mahal. The staff was always polite and considerate, and the accommodations were really nice and comfy. One week was allotted to our itinerary, which included Delhi, Udaipur, Agra, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, and the Ranthambore National Park. Alluring India,  I reserved this tour online a few weeks before my trip, and the business reminded me on Whatsapp the day before, which I found to be really helpful. At precisely 4 a.m., the driver Shiv and tour guide Shanu arrived at my hotel. Very friendly and educated, the guide. Delhi Agra and Jaipur. ideal vehicle with. I was travelling with many friends, so we chose to take advantage of full package because we wanted the convenience of a car and our own driver. The experience was fantastic! Shanu planned all of the sights, assigned guides, and truly looked after us. and had a terrific time together while sharing this amazing experience with him! We will definitely travel with Shanu again the next time, therefore I'm grateful for the wonderful experience.

Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur Tour and Hired driver review.

Our guides Sumit, Shanu and Khalida were all personable individuals that were passionate about their cities. We enjoyed their knowledge and company a lot. Our driver, Anil, was very dependable and had the driving skills and temperament to be fast when needed and not rushing when it was unnecessary, making the rides prompt while comfortable. When we took a few other taxis throughout our 10-day India trip, we started to appreciate Anil's driving more in retrospect. One drawback was the souvenir shopping detours which I understand is the way of business/life here. The shops were all interesting, high quality, and had genuine and impressionable artisans/shopkeepers. But the shopping takes a lot of time and energy out of an already packed trip.

Shanoo is the Best Indian Guide! The Triangle Trip is Excellent!

In September of 2022, my wife and I took a tour with Shanoo Ali. We opted for the Golden Triangle tour, and it was beautiful. Before I share recollections, let me give you the bottom line—if you are going to take a guided tour, I cannot imagine being led by anyone else. Shanoo is a consummate professional, a knowledgeable guide, a thoughtful human being, and a gentleman. We experienced all these qualities of this man, and we would ONLY choose him to do ANY tour in the future! We toured many of the best sites in the Triangle. In New Delhi we saw India Gate, Raj Ghat, we walked down the Chandni Chowk (with Chai), and saw the beautiful hidden gem of Agrasen ki Baoli. A great feature was Agra and the Taj Mahal! No words for that beautiful experience. In Jaipur, we saw the Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, Panna Meena ka Kund, City Palace and more. I love Indian culture and know enough to say that Shanoo knows what he is talking about. He has a true story for every landmark we saw, and he was able to expound culturally or historically about them all. Shanoo also wanted us to have a safe and enjoyable time. He recommended excellent restaurants or fun places to have snacks. He took us to places I would not have considered. He made the entire journey very pleasant and memorable. The Triangle tour is great because India is beautiful. But if you want to have a perfectly relaxing trip with someone who is a gentleman and who you can feel like you can trust—then Shanoo is your man. No question!

Two weeks in Northern India

Took a tour thru northern India. Our guide Shanoo was with us each step of the way. Knowledgeable, dependable and attentive, he was there with us everyday for two weeks. A tour guide should know about history, architecture and local customs and habits and he should be able to transfer knowledge to us, the foreigners. Shanoo checked each box and his English was impeccable. But then there are also the intangibles. The small details that makes you feel protected and cared for while you’re a visitor in an unknown land. Shanoo excelled on all counts! We’ve had many other tour guides from a lot of other trips before in several other countries. A memorable experience

We bought this tour one month in advance to our visit. The places and attractions were amazing and beautiful. The communication was very good, even before we arrived to India. The team was helpful, kind, and flexible with the places we wanted to visit and some changes in the plan we requested. Specially our guide in Delhi Sam and our driver Vijay Kumar were very punctual and attentive. We really recommend this tour.

Great Tour Guides and Drivers with New Car

We did this tour with family. We met local guides in each city of Delhi Agra and Jaipur. All were highly experienced and knowledgeable . They helped us to beat the crowd at monuments and clicked our great photos also. Thanks to Jimmy , Shano and Patel. Our Driver was Vijay for whole trip, he picked us up from Delhi hotel and drop us back after 4 day tour. Very safe and professional driver. His car was new with very good air conditioning , scented, and packed with cold packaged water bottles and snacks. We felt very safe and comfortable with him. Very Accommodating

In a word, accommodating, Kaimur Holidays made sure I had exactly the trip I wanted! All my requests were met even being the first person to see the Taj Mahal on the day I went. Excellent tour

Advance information and communications with Kaimur were very good and all arrangements worked well during the 4/5 day tour. It was my first ever visit to India and Kaimur also arranged to meet me at Delhi Airport, which was reassuring. Shanoo guided me around Delhi and his knowledge was very extensive. Unexpectedly, I had a different driver, Kaku, for the remainder of the tour but he was good. Driving standards in India are very different to anything in the UK, so it is good to have an experienced ad confident driver. The guides in Agra and Jaipur were also excellent, especially at the Taj Mahal which I visited at the week-end which is not recommended as, naturally, there are so many Indian visitors there. As a foreigner I was able to by-pass most of the queues, however, so the inconvenience was minimised. Recommended eating places were also good. All the guides were also very competent in taking photos of me in the various attractions, even moving other tourists out of the way, if necessary! One aspect I wasn't prepared for was the visit to craft centres at the end of most days where, inevitably, there was pressure to buy something. It is quite understandable but unexpected and is just a way of life. Another tip is to always have money (notes) available to tip people at every turn, especially those in uniforms who will pose for photos, with you, for a 'reward'. Travelling the golden triangle

We were recommended to his company by friends who had done the trip last year. I booked our car and driver also the recommended guides 6 months before we left and found their booking and speed of response very good. When we arrived in Delhi I contacted the company to confirm everything and found Shanoo the owner very helpful in bringing the car and driver a day early so that we had them for Delhi. Our driver Singh was excellent very obliging and pleasant for the whole 8 days. We had different guides in Delhi,Agra and Jaipur,the guides in Agra and Delhi were wonderful so informative and helpful San took us around Agra and Hemanth around Delhi. Altogether a fantastic trip,but do your homework first and have a list of the sights you want to visit.

golden triangle 8days and seven nights

we were three ladies in our fifties and sixties travelling to this part of the country for the first time.we were sceptical initially.But after meeting our guide Samir and our driver Pavan we felt very safe and protected.We really enjoyed our tour .Samir is a great guide. very responsible,punctual and organised our tour well and has a great sense of humour. because of this we did not feel the long journey..Our next trip again to north india will definitely be with Kaimur Travels.Golden Triangle a great place to visit.Taj Mahal mesmerising and amazing.Elephant ride at Amber Fort is a must.step well unbelievable.
