What am amazing service!! I arrived in Delhi late last night and after a very long day of traveling, 15 hours on a plane. I was met at the gate, brought to immigration, met after my passport was stamped, brought to retrieve my luggage. I was then helped into my car, where the driver was absolutely wonderful and took me easily and direct to my destination.

Great assistance in airport, mediocre transfer

The greeting as soon as I got off the plane and golf cart ride to the visa area, as were as the escorted/assisted exit from the airport was great. The transfer to the hotel was not worth the price I paid - the car was old and had bad back seats, bad air conditioning. The driver was nice and helped me stop to exchange dollars for rupees but I don’t think the transfer was worth what I paid.

You won't regret this

This was such a good experience and so worth it. Getting whisked away from the gate on a golf cart and expedited through customs (first one in line from the flight) was huge since I was getting in around 9 and still wanted to enjoy my first night a bit. Very good service and so worth the money.

Amazing service.

Best way to be received in India. Extremely smooth… we were met at the arrival outside of the aircraft door. Golf cart ride to the baggage claim and they pulled our bags and transported them to the awaiting van. About as easy as it gets. I wish this was his travel was always

Car service - first time to India

Good experience with booking, they were even helpful when I choose wrong option very accommodating and corresponded in a timely manner. When I arrived they were on time holding a sign with my name! Only downside was it was quite a walk leaving airport to get to the car.

Excellent -greeter at exit of jetbridge -friendly and helpful in clearing customs retrieving luggage and escorting us to driver for transfer. Well worth it after a 15 hour flight !

Avoid at All Costs-they Use Multiple Subcontractors to don’t coordinate.

Did the meet and greet with optional transfer at Delhi. Was staying at airport hotel but am old lady with luggage so wanted seamless transfer and paid an extra $30-40 for the transfer in addition to the meet and greet despite staying at an airport hotel. Praveen who met me at bridge was nice, but driver never showed up. I could have driven to the hotel four times and bakc by the time Praveen was able to find a driver. Delhi Airport Service did not answer the phone (8pm on a thursday night). Took an extra hour to find a driver. Woudl not recommend. Call your hotel and ask them who to use. Or for airport services google Encalm directly.

Worth the money

The agents were waiting for us after we disembarked. Managed to retrieve our luggage for us while going through immigration. The man found an immigration counter that was empty. I thought he was taking us to the wrong counter but turned out to be the most delightful experience I have ever had with immigration. Well worth the money for us two senior citizens

The representative was waiting for us at the door of the plane, she took us by a golf cart to the immigration and then she Help with Inmigration process take us to the car that took us to the hotel!!! A fantastic service 100% Recommended!!

Terrible service

This experience was incredibly unprofessional from booking through to the actual transfer. We booked and paid for a domestic arrival with transfer to International but this was then registered as an international arrival without transfer. I then called the provider to confirm and they were unhelpful. I then contacted Viator who said the vendor had agreed to provide the service. When my wife and daughter turned up at 1 am the provider then provided a car which was entirely inadequate for 2 people plus luggage. This was the second time using the local provider in a week and both times they were terrible to deal with.

Great Service Worth the Money

Wanlana met us at the aircraft and did an excellent job of guiding us through immigration and customs. She made the whole process easy. Well worth the money. The ride to the hotel was smooth and the driver was friendly.

Seamless from gate to tour guide.

We were guided through the Delhi airport from the arrival gate to our tour driver in about 30 minutes. It was worth the money. The service also phoned our guide who was late. Without the assistance we would have been stressed and probably would have taken close to 2 hours to get through.

Hassle free

The assistance provided to me was excellent. As a mom travelling with an infant I was afraid of long queues and carrying hand bag. But my helpers Kimtung and Nisha made sure that I dont have to wait for anything, I was given priority at every step. Both of them were very polite and their hospitality spoke volumes. The other boy (didnt ask his name) who helped me after their shift ended, was very well mannered.Will definitely book the service again in future.

Smooth experience.

I am ver happy that I chose this service,as I was travelling with small kids,this service made my transit very easy. I am thankful to the assistant unfortunately I don't remember the name but with his assistance it was smooth even security personnel stopped and told him he can't drop me till gate but he persuaded him and did his job very well. Third party

They’re a 3rd party service and the people delivering the service (Encalm) were a bit confused when they saw a family of four and had received information of 1. They also said they did not receive the correct amount.

Highly recommended!!! - Committed and outstanding performance

We booked this service to assist my mother in law, as 1st time solo traveller coming from India to Europe. The assistant was extremely helpful all the way, since meeting outside the airport, going for the check-in counter, with the luggage's, and helping with the immigration. He was so polite and truly cared for her - he saved his number in her phone for her to call if any doubt or if anything happened. After he dropped her at the gate, the gate was changed more than 1 time, and he was just following up the situation by himself and calling her, to make sure she found the new assigned gate. We can only recommend this service and for sure, next time anyone from my family is travelling to or from India, we will request their services. As someone working in the incoming industry, receiving many guest, and contracting many providers like this around Northern Europe, their service was on point, it was perfect!

Improvement required in team coordination Worst Service by Staff

I booked this for my mother (senior citizen) traveling alone from Jaipur to Chicago with a transition at Delhi Airport. The service was not as expected . The assisting officer Anjali has no idea about what services the guest have booked . There is no proper coordination between the booking team and the operations . She was leaving alone my mother at terminal -2 and going . Only after my intervention she provided service . If she was to be left alone at out gate of terminal -2 wheelchair person from airlines would have done same .

It was the worst experience. I booked the service for my mother but seems like waste of money. Co passenger assisted well than the hired person.

Exceptional Service

I booked this for my mother (senior citizen), traveling alone from JFK to LKO with a transition at Delhi Airport. The service was excellent and everything we hoped for. Kudos to the team for maintaining the service quality.

Was not happy with the service

No one was there to meet and assist. Nerve-racking when you arrive and don't know the language and can't find help. Ended up calling this operator after 30 minutes of walking around. They had to find my booking and send someone to get me. Seemed to be some issue with the driver and accepting my reservation. Final got underway an hour after I arrived. Very frustrating.

Feel Like A Rock Star.. Hire This Private Airport Transfer

The private arrival team that greeted us at our gate at the Dehli Airport treated us like celebrities. Like who are those people? Must be important with all the attention we received from 3 professional assistants who helped us with our bags and drove us in a private cart to our driver. The driver whisked us to his car & off to our hotel. All was well orchestrated. Since Dehli is a large airport, this service is well worth the money.

Great experience

This service was great. My daughter and I arrived alone at night and this put us at ease. We were met right off the plane and escorted through Customs quickly and smoothly. Our escort waited with us for the driver and the driver contacted our hotel to let them know we were on our way. I recommend this service for women traveling alone who want a sense of security upon arrival.

This was an amazing service. Getting around big airports, through customs and knowing which way to go can get tricky especially in a different country. This service made everything so simple. Friendly, helpful and so quick. Highly recommend!

Not worth it

2nd time we have taken this out. Once for international arrival and the other for domestic. Domestic is absolute useless, had to force them to provide a electric buggy which we paid for along with a wheelchair. Only service you get is Baggage handler which should be 1/10th of the price

Transit Meet and Assist service

I had booked this service for my Mother for transit from domestic terminal to International terminal. Tanvi was the greeter and she took excellent care of my mother and my Mother was really thankful for the assistance. The package included complimentary lounge access as well which is very good for relaxing. I would highly recommend this service.

Worth Every Penny!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. We were met at the terminal right at the end of the jetway as we deplaned. My name was on a sign making it easy to connect. We were then taken by golf cart to customs, then escorted to a currency exchange as we requested. While we waited in line, our escort got a porter with a cart and retrieved our checked luggage. We were then escorted to our waiting vehicle to take us to our hotel. This service took away all anxiety of navigating an international airport. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this service!

Excellent Service - A must for first time travelers to Delhi

This was well worth every penny. The representative met me at the gate, provided a cart to the customs area (a VERY long walk otherwise) and ensured that I was able to quickly get through passport control. Given the 1 am arrival time after 24 hrs of travel this was very helpful. He then walked me through baggage claim and customs and ensured the hotel car service was waiting for me outside. As an added security measure he walked with me and the car service to the car to ensure that I was comfortably settled. I would highly recommend for any first time travelers to Delhi or anyone landing after an extended travel.

Amazing service as usual!

Kajal was absolutely amazing and professional, made sure our transit from International to the Domestic terminal was done swiftly without any hassles. Even helped us in the duty free with a discount code. This is the second time I am availing this service, and they have made a lot of improvements and would definitely opt for the service when short on time!

Necessary service in Delhi

Great experience twice using this service. Both times there were hiccups at the arrival and the greeters were amazing. Well worth it!

Needs a lot of work

Did not track flight. Didn’t meet family and had a fiasco where my child ran off. Very lackadaisical attitude. Kept calling me instead of family. Needs serious improvement.

Amazing Service

Kajal was absolutely fantastic. Very kind, friendly and made me feel at ease. They didn't let me lift a finger and did literally everything for me. I was pretty stressed from a 15 hour flight with my dog in the cargo hold and an extreme lack of sleep so I'm extremely appreciative of their wonderful service and the comfort they offered. Highly recommend booking services with them.

Avoid...Didn't get the services

Booked a Meet & Greet, Terminal to Terminal and Taxi transfer for my Spouse and Daughter. Greeter didn't arrive and my family was left stranded at Airport. They had to take help from strangers to get from T3 to T2 terminal. Giving 2 stars since refund was issued same day else would have given 1 star.
