Solo Female - Fabulous Golden Triangle & Varanasi Trip

Itinerary planned was excellent, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi via sleeper train and Delhi. All of the tour guides provided were excellent in their knowledge and friendliness. Special mention for Imran - extensive knowledge and fab photos taken by him, he could be a photographer! Kiran the video montages you made of my time in Jaipur were unexpected and will be treasured. Special special mention to Amit my driver for the majority of the 6/7 day tour he was amazing, I felt extremely safe with his driving skills, this rarely happens. full of information and nothing has been too much trouble, always ensuring I was happy with hotels, tour guides and itinerary. Regular surprises of ice cold soft drinks waiting for me when returning from each tour have been a life saver in +40C heat/sun. Amit, Kiran and Imran you have made this tour an amazing experience and hope that I can now call you friends! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful time, amazing places with great driver and guides

The trip was amazing, Amit was the perfect driver who take care of me during the trip. Guides were knowledgeable and made the entire trip tailored to my preferences. Jaipur, Agra are beautiful, but it were the guides and Amit who made the tour memorable and fabulous. All hotels were clean, food was good and stuff supportive. We had also time for admirering crafts and small shopping. I highly recomend the agency as the tour provider and peoples that they working with.

Great experience

It was a great experience…we were a group of 8 persons who did the golden triangle Varanasi tour …everything went well…comfortable bus ,friendly guides with a lot of knowledge,good hotels and of course above all amazing country! I can only recommend this company! Of course we will come back to visit also other places in India!

Excellent tour!

Kailash was an excellent driver, he helped us a lot to make our trip special. During the tour, we could visit a lot of important places, see beautiful buildings, art. And the company was very good. Good serving, the car was neat and clean.

A dream India experience

We have been dreaming of visiting India for a long time. There is something about the beauty of the culture, history and the melting pot of religions it’s truly a remarkable destination. The 7 day tour was not the cheapest but boy it was worth it! We couldn’t have made a better decision going with Holiday Tours and Travel as the trip was 5 stars from start to finishing. Amazing first time in India

I booked the 7 days tour to Golden triangle and Varanasi with Holidays tours and travels agency and it has been an amazing experience so far! The agency manager Showkat Wani is very helpful and supportive, there has been a real good and prompt communication and he arranged a fabulous trip for my first time in India. Sumit, my driver, is a lovely person and funny guy, and it is a real pleasure to drive to different places and enjoy his company. The views in Jaipur and Agra have been amazing, and Taj Mahal was just mesmerising to visit at sunrise. The tour guides in each city were very nice and knowledgeable. Amazing

We are very happy to suggest Holiday tours agency. Showkat organized for us an amazing tour even though we were only in India for one week. The drivers Kumar and Viki were great, they took us around and showed and told us a lot of things. Also the guide Babu in Jaipur was also great, he showed us all the stories of this city. Amazing experience!

Amazing experience, we chose a 7-day tour of the golden triangle, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi by plane. Due to the chosen period, we were lucky with perfect cool days. The tour was perfectly organized, the local drivers and guides were very kind, we salute Rajesh our driver who was like a member of the group for us 🙂 . Fabulous tour. Excellent Tour Company. Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful tour plan by Holiday Tour and Travel. We arrived at the airport and our wonderful driver Amit Sharma immediately found us and welcomed us with marigold necklaces. He took us immediately to Jaipur where we had a wonderful guide for two days and stayed at a lovely hotel. Amit then drove us to Agra and we had a wonderful tour of the Taj Mahal and other sites. Our hotel Taj in Agra was fantastic and we watched a fabulous wedding in the evening while we were there. We were then supposed to take the train to Varanasi but decided to fly there. Holiday Tours and Amit were very flexible and helped us book a flight and another hotel. At Varanasi we had a fantastic tour guide named Manoj who took us on a boat to see the night ceremony and the next day to tour all the ghats and cremation sites. We then decided to keep our reservation for the train and take the train back to Delhi. Be aware that trains in India (even first class) are not the same as in America. We had a first class sleeping car that we had to share with a family of three but they were very nice. However, I would recommend upgrading to a flight to and from Varanasi. Holiday tours is very flexible and can accommodate your every need. As soon as I booked the tour they contacted me on WhatsApp and answered every question and concern that I had. I was very pleased considering that I had just found them on Viator. We added an extra day in Delhi and our driver Amit showed us around the city. We also had an excellent Tour Guide Yuvraj Singh for one day to show us the sites of Old Delhi. I would not hesitate at all to book a tour through Holiday Tours. They were extremely responsive and made sure that our every need was met. I would give them 5 stars.

Best holiday ever!

Really amazing trip - this was truly the holiday of a lifetime. Our driver, Sanjeev, took really good care of us, nothing was too much trouble. Our guides were also great, very knowledgeable - particularly Jai Singh in Jaipur. We were taken to see the most beautiful sites. I have no hesitation in recommending this trip to anyone!

A wonderful and informative tour with a friendly and knowledgeable guide

We arrived in Delhi a day before our 7 day tour started and Amit, our guide, picked us up from our hotel the next morning. Amit drove us to Jaipur and we stopped on the way to feed and ride some elephants in a beautiful sanctuary where we knew we here helping the elephants. We also stopped for food and toilets when we needed them. Amit then set us up in a beautiful hotel and sorted everything out for us. The next day Amit introduced us to a specialised pink city guide who took us all around the pink city and showed us all the main attractions with a very informative commentary. Amit then took us back to our beautiful hotel and left us to have a relaxing evening. The next morning, Amit drove us to Agra where he checked us into our next amazing hotel before he introduced us to the Taj Mahal guide who showed us all around the Taj Mahal. Amit also took us to the marble crafters who showed us how they inlay the precious stones into the marble that we saw at the Taj Mahal. The next day he took us to the Agra fort before letting us rest in our hotel before our overnight train in the evening. This has been a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the tour and all praise to Amit. He is amazing and made us feel very special.

Excellent service, absolutely recommend

Amit made our trip wonderful! We saw the wonderful sights of India with Amit as our knowledgeable guide and driver! Very clean and cool car with a/c, and Amit drove us door to door anywhere we went. Very friendly and would definitely recommend!

A wonderful experience visiting 4 cities

We were promptly met at Delhi International Airport at 4:30 am by Mr Amit Sharma, our driver and tour guide. Amit was an excellent and safety driver but also an excellent tour guide with a very good knowledge of India in general. All and all we travel just more than 2, 000 km in a comfortable car with AC. We can highly recommend Amit. Our visit to the 4 cities ere each different but each with its own highlights. At each of the cities we were met by highly professional and experiences guides who made the history of the sites we visited, come alive. The Taj Mahal was certainly the high light of our visit. Holiday Tours and Travel also assisted us in arranging a visit from Delhi to Macleod Ganj, close to Dharmsala. Once again Amit was our professional driver and tour guide. This was a very special tour for us. We can freely recommend Holiday Tours and Travels agents and Mr Amit Sharma as a professional and safe driver

Well organized,good communication.

Very happy, stress free.all.communication on time. We made few amendments and all completed immediately. They also booked flights when we made amendment to train on last minute Than you to holiday Tour and Travel we were treated with wedding anniversary cake in hotel. Our driver Haroon was very friendly and was available.at all time .

7 day tour Delhi Agra Jaipur and Varanasi

We are older but fairly fit experienced travelers on our first time to India. We had Amit for our driver and he was exceptional. The driving is hair raising and he proceeded calmly and skillfully. He watched us closely as we entered and left the car. He also was able to give narrative and answer question on the long car rides. In Jaipur we had Jai as our guide who also had much information about the city and assisted in getting around. He is very personable. We had a good guide at the fort before Agra and another excellent one in Agra. He gave us much of the backstory of Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. You can tell he loves this city. In Varanasi our guide was a quick walker and this is a extremely congested place. We talked to him the next day and he was very ready to comply and gave us more time for getting around and to give us information. He was good also. We were on a 3rd class AC train to Varanasi and unable to upgrade. It has three berths on each side and it's pretty darn crowded. If you can afford it upgrade.

Best Driver on 11 day Golden Triangle Tour

Recently my wife and I completed a private 13 day tour of the Golden Triangle + Varanasi (2 days) with Odynovo Tours. In the planning phase Odynovo Tours was very helpful and accommodating of special requests for our private tours. During the tour, Odynovo was extremely well organized and everything was executed according the plan developed during the planning phase. Great Experience with Odynovo and especially our driver, Om Chand. Om Chand is the best!!

Best driver in the Golden Triangle!

I travelled solo on a private tour of the Golden Triangle with Holiday Tours and Travels. My driver was Sanjay Kumar. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about Indian life, beliefs and traditions from him. Sanjay was a safe driver and best of all he was flexible with the itinerary to suit what I wanted to see. In fact I could have happily done without the guides in Jaipur and at the Taj Mahal. I would definitely travel with Sanjay and Holiday Tours and Travels next time I am in Rajasthan, and I highly recommend this tour to all travellers.

What a amazing time we had!

Me and my mom came for the first time to India and choose this trip, and do not regret! We were so lucky to have the best driver we could ever ask for. Our driver Sanjay was punctual, neat and kept the car clean everyday of our trip. He has a great sense of humour, polite, trustworthy and a safe driver. Excellent tour.

My trip has been incredible, since we arrived to the airport to Delhi we were greeted by Aamit and he was with us all the time to help us in everything, from going to a cashier, taking us to eat typical Indian food and visit incredible places. Super cute and very complete hotels in all the places that We visited. The people very kind and attentive. Very rich breakfast. Always attentive to our needs, asking if the schedule was right for us, if we had slept well, if we needed something or had questions. Punctual, complied and very sure, they explain everything to you from the beginning. Very complete and perfect tour for all. I and my husband highly recommend it

Perfect tour and driver!

We booked this tour and our driver was Mr. Amit, it really was a luxury. His sympathy, help and driving made the trip entertaining and cultural. He was better than a tour guide in every way, explaining to us, sharing places and giving us tips on where and what food to try. If you are going to travel, request his service as a driver and guide, very friendly and cordial. We had some guides in Spanish in Jaipur and Agra who were also very friendly. But I want to highlight again Mr. Amit, always concerned about our comfort, giving us water and taking us to places where the prices were fair.
