We were with Rashid at the Taj Mahal and we had a very good experience and enjoyable time listening to the history of the King & Queen.

Excellent tour, thoroughly recommended

We had a fantastic time on our 5day golden triangle tour. Our driver, Prem, was excellent, expertly navigating the crazy Indian traffic! Our guides were very knowledgeable and informative. The hotels and lunch stops were also very good. My friend was unwell during the trip and Prem and the guides could not do enough to help her, which was very much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Great experience

We travelled as a family of four on the 5 day tour and enjoyed it very much. Our driver, sulendra, was great and had lots of water for us. The tour guides were punctual and knowledgeable. My favorite was Karni in Delhi. Also enjoyed Sandeep in Agra who made sure we got good Taj Mahal views on an otherwise foggy/smoggy day. Easy communication with the tour group at all times and the hotels were clean/safe.

Great Tour and great company

It was a great experience and everything went smooth with no inconvenience. To visit India is a must of any traveler. I was in touch with the manager all time to resolve any question I had during the tour. I enjoyed my experience in Agra with my personal guide Zahid, he was very kind and had big knowledge about the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and others. A trip well organised

We chose to book this trip based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed! The chauffeur Sumit was very punctual and polite and tolerated our occasional tardiness. All guides were very well informed and did a great job on the tours, Sundeep even meeting us the night before at the hotel to welcome us and help organise plans for the next day. The quality of the hotels was 5-star as advertised as was the rest of the tour.

Sandeep in Agra was simply stupendous! He was honest, sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and timely. His passion for the best customer service experience was very important to him. His main concern was for you to gain the full gambit of India has to offer in a variety of cultural experiences Agra has to offer. On a side note, he was an excellent photographer and videographer!! Freakin awesome!!! I am completely pleased and satisfied! So look forward to visiting this beautiful place again soon

Prompt and comfortable service

We have booked tour for our family members .Tour concludes delhi jaipur .They are very prompt in there responce and the drive was also comfortable.they have given us a tempo traveller for 6 person filled with plenty of water bottles . Guide at every city was remarkable and caring . We can recommend this company to any traveller who need great service with polite staff .Looking forward to use them for another travel journey .

Perfect Tour Company

One of the professional and service oriented Tour company i have ever used . Booked a 5 day golden triangle tour with them for myself and my guest .They were on time and very professional in there services . Car was clean and comfortable with liye of water in it . Guides were also professional and knoweledgible. i will surely recommend them to every traveller traveling in india .

Amazing Tour

This was a great tour. We saw a lot of cool stuff, but the Taj Mahal was amazing! It was the highlight of the trip. Ali was our driver for the 5 days. He did a really great job making us feel welcome to India. He was with us the whole time, arranging the meetings with the daily guides and taking us to the hotels in the afternoon/evening. The car was SPOTLESS, clean with good A/C. Ali provided us cold water and some snacks as we drove. He was great. This was a "private" tour with just Ali and us. When we got to Delhi, Agra, Fatepur Sikri and Jaipur. We picked up a guide for anywhere from a few hours to almost all day. Of all of them, Raj (or Surraj) in Agra was amazing. He was by far the best tour guide of the trip. For 5 days, the trip did have a quite a bit of driving. This was mitigated by staying two nights in Agra and two in Jaipur. The tour is a bit customizable, so we went with the higher starred hotels, the Ramada Inn and Radisson Blu. Both were very good. We originally booked through Viator. So, contact with the tour company was a bit spotty in the beginning. We had some questions a couple of months before the tour. Once we got hooked up (via FB and then on WhatsApp), communication was very smooth and Akbran Tours was very responsive. In any case, I'd just recommend going through the tour company rather than using Viator as a middle man. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this tour.

Great tour company and driver (Ali)

We just came home from our first trip to India. We were glad we booked with Akbran Tour - they took care of everything. Our driver, Ali, was at the airport to meet us and stayed with us for the remainder of our time in India. His car was very clean and well stocked with water and snacks. When he noticed we didn't eat many sweets, he bought savoury snacks for us. He worked hard to ensure we had a good time and had all our needs met. The guides we had for each of the tours were very knowledgeable and provided us with a great introduction to each of the cities and to the main sites in them. They answered our many, many questions and were friendly, easy to get along with, and made sure we got to the right place at the right time.

5 reasons NOT to book tours with the...

<p>5 reasons NOT to book tours with the Akbran Company:<br/> 1. The owner of the company Sumit U has the worse customer service. ie. when our concerns were voiced, he laughed and belittled them. In addition when we asked about whether or not he planned to reimburse us for the accommodations that were promised, yet not delivered upon, he said no and we didnt hear from him for the rest of the trip.<br/> 2. The hotels he books with are NOT 5 star. Let's be clear, I didn't have unreasonable expectations, but cleanliness was one of them. Both of the hotels we stayed in had mold and mildew throughout the rooms and even in the rooms they switched us too. When asked about a different hotel or any compensation we were told no. <br/> 3. The website says all meals included and also says breakfast and lunch per itinerary. I assumed it would be breakfast and lunch only which would be fine. However, breakfast was not included the first day and lunch was not included the last day. When asked why, he states it wasn't a part of the itinerary although that is not documented anywhere.<br/> 4. I am aware in my travels that you are usually taken to shops where the tour guides/host get commission but they were not upfront about it when asked and would not provide alternative shops when asked.<br/> 5. The actual tours and tour guides were good. Yay, positive review. <br/> 6. I don't like to complain and I don't usually write reviews but I felt this was necessary.</p>

Golden Experience

This was undoubtedly the best option to get to know India. We highlight the driver who was exceptional during the 5 days of the tour. Always punctual, with good disposition without being inappropriate or nosy. Attentive and available to our needs. The guides showed knowledge of the places to visit, and stood out for the friendliness and attention the ones from Delhi and Agra. The choice of hotels and places to visit have pleased us a lot. We recommend!

Great tour

Had a great time on this tour. It would be nice to have more of a set itinerary hour by hour to know what to expect beforehand. However, Sumit the owner was very responsive and asked me if I ever had questions I could ask him. My tour guides Gajindra, Sandeep, and Girish were knowledgeable. You have a different tour guide in each city. Ravindr the taxi driver was just one of a kind. Awesome person and super nice and always positive. He became like my best friend through it all. This is a good tour if guided tours are the way you like to explore which for me as a solo person was what I needed. India is extremely complex, crowded and somewhat of a shock at first so this worked for me as an inexperienced solo traveler. All these places are tourist attractions and have lots of hawkers and vendors which unfortunately take from the experience somewhat but not the tour's fault in any way. I loved the Taj Mahal but who doesn't? Highly recommended.

Excellent

Had a great day in Delhi being shown the sites which was tailored to our preferences and interests. Then a really comfortable journey to Agra. Had a brilliant day at Taj Mahal for sunrise and then seeing the fort and hung out at the riverfront gardens which was amazing. Really recommend this to anyone. =]

There is no such thing as a perfect...

<p>There is no such thing as a perfect tour. You are most likely visiting a new country and you are bound to experience something that makes you uncomfortable. What you need is a tour agency that is willing to respond promptly and respectfully. I got that experience with this travel agency. The owners communicate with you throughout the entire trip and ensure everything is running smoothly. If you don't like something, they go above and beyond to fix it. The car service was excellent--airconditioned, new car. The tour guide i met were knowledgable and professional. My Agra tour guide was my favorite. He is such a good guy and i left feeling i made a new friend. The hotel rooms were good and the sites were photogenic. If you want a safe, fun, and memorable experience in India, i recommend this package and service!</p>
