5 star experience with Golden Triangle Tours. My driver for 5 days was excellent. There was a different guide for Delhi Agra and Jaipur. Each guide was from the city we were visiting and each on was fabulous! All hotels exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Tour Company.

Great experience!

We did the 4 day tour of Agra Jaipur and Dehli and it was perfect for those wanting to get a taste for the cities and seeing the best sights. Our driver Handri was amazing - he was so nice and helpful and it was a pleasure spending 4 days with him. He talked us through the important spots in each place, he took us where we wanted to go, recommended good, affordable restaurants for lunches and was generally just very eager to make sure we had a good time. We got a tour guide for each city. In Agra and Jaipur the tour guides were very helpful and insightful however in Dehli the tour guide was clearly trying to scam us out of more money by taking us to expensive places and telling us we had to buy certain traditional clothes to visit the Taj Mahal which we knew not to be true. This didn’t make our experience any worse as we knew what was happening however it is important to be aware of tour guides doing this. The hotels were lovely and breakfast was included. Overall a very very good experience.

Everything is perfect

Trip of a Lifetime

This tour was an amazing way to see just a few of the many cultural sites India has to offer. Our driver, Shishupal, and our tour guides, Kahn (Agra) and Sitash (Jaipur) made our experience as pleasurable, comfortable, informative and fun as possible! The facilitator, Mr Gopal, was truly helpful from the moment I booked this trip. He arranged for the car, the guides and the wonderful hotels we stayed at along the way. I’m truly grateful to all of them for making my first trip to India one to always remember fondly. To others that are thinking about booking this package: 1) Do it! So worth it 2) Start your days early. The sites can get really crowded during rush hour. 3) Bring enough spending money. There are a lot of very cool local shops and family businesses that specialize in ancient crafting techniques that the Tour highlights and showcases. All beautiful works. 10/10 recommend!

A truly awesome experience!

This was a really wonderful experience. The guides were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the driver knew the cities really well, and the schedule of sights to see was incredibly well put together. The sights and landmarks selected were all fascinating and beautiful!

Great trip. Each day we had a new local guide, and each day we were impressed with the knowledge. The Jaipur guide was also a master at iPhone photography. I could never have navigated the traffic as quickly and as well as our driver. Last day we added a leopard safari. Driver took us to step well between the Taj and Jaipur. Way off the beaten path, but worth it.

Enchanting Experience

Very impressed with the tour and how the whole trip was professionally managed and executed. The communications with the tour operator Gopal were very responsive and informative to make the right decisions. We travelled from the US and along with my wife and mother from Hyderabad. My mother and wife were very comfortable throughout the journey including dietary requests, hotels, car, etc.. We travelled with Hanuman for the 4 days who was above and beyond our expectations. I will give him 7 stars. By far one of the best experiences we have had in India and elsewhere - the tour reignited my love for India. The guides we very informative and helped ensure we spend the best time that suited our interests. If anything to improve it is the sign up/payment process to it is easier for american travelers.

I am so grateful to my experience in India with Golden Triangle tours that I can’t recommend booking with them enough. From the start, Gopal was very communicative, made the process clear, was interested in and open to how to perfect my itinerary and even helped with my visa. The itinerary was absolutely perfect as well. I was in India a week prior to starting my Golden Triangle trip and I saw and learned more in just one day with Golden Triangle. They made sure I hit all the top spots, and included spots I didn’t know about that were must-sees as well. My driver Jeetu was with me the whole time and couldn’t have been better. He was always on time, with a smile, gave me interesting feedback and made me feel safe and taken care of the entire trip. He also managed to always appear to be cool in a crisp white button down even on the hottest of days – I need to learn his secret! My guide in Agra, Anil, was also fantastic. He obviously is great with people and loves his job. He had endless interesting information about the sites we saw, as well as great insight into the culture. I will be sharing the things I learned from Anil for years to come. He also could be a professional photographer- the pictures he took for me at the Taj Mahal were the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you to the team at Golden Triangle for creating an experience of a lifetime for me- worth every cent and a lot more. For anyone on the edge of booking- do it! You will be so glad you did!

Good overall but some concerns

Great tour, everything went smoothly but… a couple of things. 1) I booked through TripAdvisor and put in that it would be my husband and I plus our 2 kids. The tour company contacted me through WhatsApp and insisted no rooms could ever fit 4 people. I knew that was not true having traveled the world but I just could not argue with him anymore. So I paid the extra $500. When on the tour we found out we are staying at the doubletree Hilton and Hilton and both clearly had rooms for 4 people. 2) there was no information about the hotels or tour details provided before the tour. And it seemed like a lot of what was on the tour was not done, but they took us to stores where if we bought something they probably got a commission. 3) While they insisted the car would fit 6 people (including driver and tour guide) and our 2 bags and I kept saying based on the pic of the car they sent that was not possible they insisted. Lucky we managed to only need to bring 1 suitcase but otherwise it was impossible with my son having to sit in the 3rd row so only 1/2 the 3rd row being able to be folded.

Excellent cultural experience

Excellent organization and ongoing communication from Gopal. Very good hotels were selected and the itinerary was well planned and coordinated. Driver Maan Singh was very polite, punctual and obliging. He kept us safe at all times. Very good and knowledgeable tour guides were allocated to us, giving us a memorable experience.

Absolutely fantastic

My wife and I experienced a amazing time touring the Golden Triangle we loved every moment!! Our driver Mann Singh was very courtesy and an excellent safe driver in the crazy traffic of these cities . The expert tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and ensured our safety at all times and made each city magical. The hotel choices were all brilliant especially our view of the Taj Mahal from our window , we just ate delicious Indian food , never ill !! Do it you will love it!!!
