A couple of oldies from Australia loved the golden triangle tour in India with Creative India holidays.

We were very impressed with this company who personalised a tour for us to accommodate our time frame. The local guides were very knowledgeable and we especially enjoyed our tour guide in Agra. We also appreciated our hotels in Jaipur and Agra but the most impressive was our driver who looked after us so well from the airport pickup to each hotel location and tour spot. Because of Samsudeen we felt safe at all times and his driving skills are amazing. Thank you Samsudeen and all at Creative India Holidays we will never forget our experience and highly recommend your company.

Incredible Guide tour

Saurabh Anand was our guide in Delhi. He’s very professional and speak fluent English. He took us for rickshaw ride in old Delhi which is the highlight of our 2 days in Delhi. He even made sure that we tried some India snacks in a clean place to ensure that we do not have Delhi belly. He was very informative on the history of India and very knowledgeable on all the sights. My group of 5 totally enjoyed his service.

A fast paced tour of some key sites and experiences in India.

We booked a slighly customized tour that included a day tour in Delhi, new and old, the Taj Mahal in Agra, then 2 safari trips in Ranthambore tiger reserve, and finally a day and a half in Jaipur. Maharaj was our assigned driver. He was waiting at airport for us, was always on time for pickup, and drove conservatively based on what it is like here. I felt safe with him at the wheel, which for here, is super important. He also always opened the door for my wife to get in and out of the vehicle. A nice touch. The vehicle was large and comfortable, which is essential given how many hours are spent driving to get from Delhi to Agra to Ranthambore and then to Jaipur. I would not want something smaller that other tour companys might provide. He was also responsible for coordinating the local tour guides for each stop which he did seamlessly. Unlike other tours, the driver was exclusively that, and local guides in each stop were used for those places. All the guides did a good job of informing us at each place. The Delhi guide was my favorite, but all were good. Our initial contact and planning was with Manish Jain. He was very communicative and collaborative during the entire process until our arrival. During our tour I could see him call in to the driver now and then, and was staying on top of things as the tour proceeded. The itinerary created and mostly followed, was a perfect use of our limited 5 full days (and 2 flight days). Not everything was perfect, and though the following points are not really Creative's fault, I do feel they are worth mentioning. 1) We booked the 3* hotel option (the lowest hotel option). Do not do that. Spend the extra. 3* here is not remotely the same as other countries. 3 of the restaurants could not make dinner (one restaurant ordered in takeout of what we ordered and served it to us still wrapped, took an hour for most of it, hour and a half for the appy, one hotel restaurant had no functioning fridge, and the other had no cooks) - As a person who travels with their stomach, this left me disappointed for food almost every day. There were other issues at times too, like one had a broken elevator for example. All the breakfasts were basic but okay. All of them had decent beds, were safe, and had AC so not the end of the world, but trust me, spend the little extra, get the 4* or 5* option instead. In hingsight, I would have. NOTE: We stayed at the Ranthambore Heritage Haveli 2 nights (it was a 4* not 2*) and was an absolutely amazing hotel and experience. One of the best on our 2 month trip. If your tour goes to Ranthambore, insist on this place to stay. 2) Each guide is going to inevitably take you to a tourism sales pitch 'artisan' type place where you get a short demo from some folks on the topic du jour, then comes the sales pitch. The goods will be significantly more than elsewhere, and none of these stops are on the official itinerary. You are never obligated of course, and you may enjoy this but for us, it is not our jam and pressure sales was a bit undesirable even though the demos are usually cool. This included: Spice store, Cashmere artisans, marble inlay artisans, and a couple others we eventually opted out of. Again, this is not a slight on the tour company - I am certain almost all sub contracted tour guides here supplement their work this way. Just be advised, and opt out before you walk in if this is also not your thing. Otherwise - have fun with it, and enjoy that experience. Also with guides, insist to pay each entry fee personally. We had one skim us for a lousy 100 rupees (an insignificant cost but was intentional, and unfortunate) - again, this is not a reflection on Creative nor this tour package. Tour guides are subcontracted. 3) Along the same vein, you will be taken to some restaurants that are tourism specific. Meaning more expensive but substandard compared to places not encouraging guides for their clients. The places are food safe sure, but not as flavourful, so perhaps the over 60 crowd likes this, but I love good food, so it was not my thing. I wish I was given some options before pulling in to these places, as I would everytime definitely opt for better quality, or more true regional options, taking a belly gamble. NOTE: The exception was Pindis in Delhi. That place was awesome. A historic restaurant, with a nice interior, with great service, and great food. It was worth the premium for sure. So there you have it. If you have a desire to see India and want to be yaken care of from flight arrival to departure, use Creative India Holidays. You will have a great time.

Sightseeing in Delhi

Very good if you don’t have a lot of time. You get to see the top attractions in the city of Delhi with the guide Saurabh and driver Raju. The guide is good at taking pictures and explaining the history behind the monuments.

First day in Delhi of the golden triangle trip

Saurabh Anand (Guide) and Raju (Driver) were very good for our trip as we got to see a lot of different things very quickly. More than that they where open for suggestions and changes.

Perfect tour with excellent driver, top hotels and experienced tour guides. Our driver Maharaj was super reliable, friendly, helpful and we felt really safe in the chaotic traffic of India. Our tour guides Chetan in Delhi, Abdul in Agra, Gola in Fatehpur Sikri and Radhu in Jaipur were perfectly understandable and provided us with all the information we needed about the beautiful temples, forts and mosques. If you want to experience India in a really short time, this is definitely the right tour to do!!!

Easy, nice and well planned trip

Very nice trip and everything was well planned out. Really nice with one driver all the way who drove us in a cold car to everything, especially when it peaked around 40 degrees during the day. Every tour guide was proffesionall and seemed to have our best interesset all the time. Only down side was all the shops we was sent to, but everyone was really nice, and good quality, and it was nicely put into the tour and gave it a more informative style, which was nice. For everyone wisting India for the first time, and especially for those who feel nervous doing things, this is the person perfect trip for you! Like I Said, get to see everything, and the tour guide ar always flexible to show you your preferences, in a nice, safe and good environment.

Great job all the way through!

Our tour has been amazing all the cities were beautiful in their own way. We have been on the road for over a week and was assigned a driver name Maharaj Singh. He was punctual and got us everywhere safe and sound. He was very kind to our entire the family. The entire trip was great! Great Experience in Agra

Our tour guide, Hassan is a walking encyclopedia! He was really passionate about the history of Agra and takes pride in his work. We started in Delhi and are On our way to Jaipur. So far it's been great hearing the stories.

Delhi Tour

Our tour in Delhi was great! Vinay took us to a several historical sights around Delhi and provided great context and history. We also took a Rickshaw ride through the crazy streets of Old Delhi. Highly recommmend!

Easy getting around

Was a fun packed 4 day trip. Leaves plenty time to also explore on your own. Just made the planning logistics a lot easier vs. doing everything yourself. The driver part is super helpful, in terms of guide, the local guide you find on sites probably work better and more informative than the guides they provide, that is the only thing (not all attractions have guides there to hire though).

Really amazing tour and our guides were one of the best!

We had a lot of fun on this tour. Very informative with fun facts and history. Our driver Sanjay took really good care of us, making sure we were safe and our food was local and healthy. Special shout out also to our guides Vimal, Ez, and Nazdip who made the experience a remarkable one.

Fantastic time in Agra

Seeing the Taj Mahal early in the morning with our guide Abdul was truly amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the history and background of the sites we saw and helped us to get the perfect pictures. We will bring amazing memories home with us thanks to Abdul’s guidance and expertise. In the afternoon, we visited Agra Fort and again Abdul’s familiarity with this site was amazing as he shared many key points and helped us photograph them beautifully. A truly memorable experience!

Superb Golden Triangle Tour!

We were toured thoroughly to the beautiful architectural heritage sites, with very comprehensive explanation of the history of the structures! Through the guides Vimal and AZ, we have been familiarized with India's history through the magnificent historical sites that we went to.

The trip amazing. We would not have been able to tour Delhi, Jaipur and Agra without our excellent driver Rakesh. He was an outstanding driver and a nice man. Always on time and ready to go. The guides were great. They made touring the sites enjoyable. We really enjoyed going through the Delhi market, the forts of Jaipur, the Ghandi museum and Taj Mahal in Agra. The elephant sanctuary in Jaipur was an added highlight. A great experience The accommodations were outstanding, beautiful hotels with nice restaurants. The trip exceeded my expectations. Amazing tour of New Delhi

Pretty amazing trip with a lot of wiggle room. We were able to visit places that were not on the original schedule. Ankit was a great guide and took us off the usual route to allow us to see some ad-hoc places we wanted to visit.

Outstanding experience!

My husband and I toured around Delhi with Ravi. He was amazing. We then went down to Agra where we toured around with Azhar. He was a great guide who knew so much about Agra and loves the city. Our driver the entire time was named Madan and he was a very good and safe driver. We left all our luggage in the vehicle with him at all times and everything was totally safe!

Great in depth tour of an amazing city

Very good tour, our guide Ankit Arora showed us a lot on our tour and was very knowledgeable. Our favorite part of the tripe was our tour through the old Delhi market which would not have been possible without Ankit. Highly recommend him if you plane to tour Delhi!

Amazing experience.

Ravi, Azhar and Madan have been amazing. We had Ravi in Delhi for our tour. Azhar has been our Agra tour guide. He was outstanding. Madan has been a very good and safe driver. Entire experience has been more than we expected.

Trip to Taj Mahal and Agra

An excellent experience and a great way to see Delhi in a short time scale and limited budget.

We were collected by the driver from our hotel as arranged. Manoj was our guide in Delhi. He was very patient with us and gave us an excellent tour in the short time we had available before heading off to Jaipur. We highly recommend Manoj as a tour guide, he is very knowledgeable and was responsive to our needs.

Incredible India

Fantastic whistle stop tour around the golden triangle. Our driver Rakesh bent over backwards to look after us throughout the trip and accommodated our extra requests and adjusted the itinerary when asked. The guides were second to none - Hussain in Agra, gave us enthusiastic and detailed info on the Taj Mahal and showed us where the best spots to take photos. Pratik “sunny” in Jaipur cracked so many jokes and his laughter was infectious and his love of his home town shone through. Sujal in Delhi helped us with the street food and chai tea whilst being really knowledgeable about all things Delhi. There were 4 big lads on this trip but there was plenty of room in the car and was comfortable for the long rides and once in the express ways it was really smooth. Just be mindful that you will get taken to the demos of crafts like carpet making, marble work etc and exit through the gift shop but you’re not forced to buy anything and each session didn’t last very long. 4 star hotels all good quality with great breakfast options and lunches whilst out and about were exceptional

Great tour of the golden traingle

Overall a great tour! Our driver Sanjay has been flexible and made us feel safe even in the intense Indian traffic. Our first day in Delhi was packed with some great sights and good food. Abdul taught us so many things at Taj Mahal and took amazing photos for us. Mr Mukesh showed us some great highlights of Jaipur. A great experience!
