Unforgettable Experience!

We had an amazing time from beginning to end on this three day trip by Crystal Tours India! The tour operator Amit maintained contact with us before and during the trip to make sure we were aware of key details and satisfied throughout the experience. Our driver Sharwan was excellent and helped us to feel safe and well taken care of all three days. Our guides including Naveen in Delhi, Kamal in Jaipur and Arif in Agra were all outstanding, with deep knowledge and interesting stories about the history surrounding each of the stops on our journey. Our guides were also skilled photographers and ensured that we captured pictures from all the best locations. We opted for the 5 star hotel option. The hotel in Jaipur (Radisson) was okay. The hotel in Agra (Jaypee Palace) was top notch with outstanding rooms, service and food selections. Be prepared for long (3-4 hour) drives between each city. We found that the time passed quickly as we enjoyed sights out the window. Overall, we highly recommend this experience. It was a fantastic introduction to Indian history and culture, and is an excellent value for the price.

Great whistle stop tour of all the major sites, great guides in each city. Luxury means luxury, really comfortable SUV with Aircon and careful driver. Outstanding hotels in Jaipur (Radisson) and Agra (Jaypee Palace).

This tour exceeded our expectations! All tour guides were completely prepared and kind (Neten; master of Indian history, good vibes and great storytelling, Eje; enthusiastic photographer and Navin; great knowledge, very kind and funny - sorry if names are misspelled). I strongly recommend this tour. All hotels (specifically the one in Agra - Jaypee Palace) are very good. In general my girlfriend and I are very happy to choose this tour.

Safe, clean, informative

Being a solo 68 yo woman traveller, I was very apprehensive when I found it was just me in the tour.Vivek my driver was amazing and only used his horn once in 3 days! When you get to India you will appreciate what I mean! The hotels were 5 star and you could choose food that was as bland or spicy as you like. Very bland for me. The one place we stopped for lunch was clean inside, clean toilets and I had a grilled cheese sandwich. It was so good I have decided to go to Mumbai to do more. Because I have travelled to different countries, Indian was not as much as a culture shock it would be. I had no problems with the language and if I didn’t want to do something or walk very far, they did whatever I wanted. Cannot rate this Crystal Tours India high enough!

The best way to get to know the golden triangle in limited time

I will absolutely recommend this tour to anybody. I didn't have much time in India, and this tour allowed me to visit the highlights of the golden triangle (Delhi, Agra and Jaipur). I saw so many of the highlight of each place in such little time, including the Taj Majal. All of my guides were amazing, knowledgable and friendly, as well as my driver, Vicky, who went above and beyond to make sure I got to the places in a timely manner and that I was comfortable and taken care of. All of them speak english perfectly and made my overall experience very smooth and enjoyable. Couldn't ask for a better tour. Would definitely recommend!

Mostly great

Tour was good. Hotels were nice. Everything was good except the following two: (1) Car should have been better. It appeared to be a very old car (2) The tour company is suppose to pay for all attraction tickets. They did pay for everything except for Chand Baori. I was asked to pay for Chand Baori ticket from my pocket

The most wonderful tour of Delhi, Taj Mahal, and Jaipur!

I booked this tour with a colleague of mine as we had a few spare days in India after our business meeting ended and I never regretted for a second for Booking with Crystal Holidays! Everything was organized impeccably to satisfy our needs and meet any of our demands. starting from the driver Rajinder, who gave us the best ride possible, given the challenging traffic conditions, continuing with the well prepared tour guides the best of whom was ‘Lucky’, our guide in Delhi. We opted for the five star hotels and they were both great, including rich breakfasts and tasty dinners. We spent three magical days and went back home with wonderful memories! Overall highly recommended!!!

Amazing trip!!

This trip exceeded our expectations. We were looked after by Nek our driver, who made us feel very safe and comfortable. All our guides (Naresh in Delhi, Rajeev in Agra and Pawan in Jaipur) were amazing, they made the trips very interesting, fun and they knew all the best spots for pictures. Hotels were excellent especially in Agra! Amit was very attentive and available if we needed anything. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Good tour, but not luxury

The tour is actually pretty good in the sense that it covers a lot of interesting places. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and the driver was good. However, the car was not a luxury car so the title is misleading. Even though we were expecting a sedan, we expected a better car than what we got. Also, the first day we were picked up by our driver that didn't speak great English and we didn't really know what we were doing until we met our guide in the first attraction.

Amazing India, we had a wonderful time during the tour and it exceeded our expectations, the tour guides in each city were knowledgeable and spoke Spanish really good, they were always there to make us feel special, the Van driver did an amazing job and he was very kind sharing some aspects of the Indian culture. The hotel's were clean, breakfast and dinner made a big difference during our stay and we choose 5 star hotels from the package.

A wonderful tour of the Golden Triangle.

I had a lovely three day Golden Triangle tour on a solo trip to India. My driver Jaipal was very skilled and friendly and handled the chaotic India traffic like a pro. My three guides in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur were wonderful. They all spoke great English and gave insightful tours of each city. The hotels were 5 star American chains and very comfortable. I briefly thought about trying to do the trip on my own but was really glad I had professionals do the tour so I didn't have to plan or worry about anything, and all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this tour enough !! We had the absolute best time on this tour, and it was thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the tour guides and our amazing driver. Our tour guides (Naveen in Dehli, Manish in Agra and Manoj in Jaipur) were very knowledgable! They explained the history behind what we saw, and answered all our questions. This tour not only showed us the main attractions of each city, but also smaller places showcasing the talented people of the areas and what they create! The whole trip was hassle free, and we were taken care of from the moment of pick up to the moment of drop off. This was all thanks to our lovely driver Rajesh (or Raji as we called him). He took care of us, made us feel safe, and kept us entertained during our long drives from one city to the next. He also walked us into our hotels, and made sure we had no trouble checking in. Speaking of the hotels, they were both very high quality (very clean, friendly staff). No complaints whatsoever! If you are looking for a tour to see as much as possible in a short time, look no further. Book this tour, you won't regret it !!

Fabulous introduction to the Golden Triangle

Excellent trip. Amit, who oversaw the trip, was in contact both before and during the tour to ensure we were being well looked after. We felt very safe with our driver Sohan who met us at our hotel on the first morning and stayed with us for the 3 days. The car was comfortable with AC. Our guides Nivene (day 1), Adgie (day 2), and Powan (day 3) were very knowledgeable and eager to share information. They were flexible with the itinerary and willing to spend longer at the sites of most interest to us. We choose the 5* hotel option and all the accommodation was very comfortable. Dinner & Breakfast catered for both local & international. All in all a fantastic 3 days and I would highly recommend this Company and this trip.

Great and efficient experience

We had a great experience and the tours were very well organized and hustle free. Our driver Nek was great and made the whole trip very enjoyable for us. We had 3 different guides in the 3 different cities (pre-organised by the Company) and all of them were very well prepared and enthusiastic. Ragù in Jaipur also gave us extra explanations around the lifestyle there, which were very interesting!

Awesome tour of the golden triangle

An amazing tour. Hotels were the best and even the hotel food was good. Tour guides were very knowledgeable about the history and significance of each place visited. Only letdown was the restaurants we stopped at for lunch. Very tourist oriented and mediocre food.

Amazing tour, extremely well organised. Driver picked us (2 people) up from the pre-arranged hotel, with the tour guide already there. The car was clean, comfortable and big enough for our 2 (big) suitcases in the trunk. We sat in the back and had plenty of space while the guide and driver sat up front. We were shown around all the major attractions in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with entry included in the price. Also included was breakfast and dinner in our (again, included) 5 star hotel stay at very nice and comfortable hotels in both Agra and Jaipur (Jaypee Palace and Hilton). We were driven between these cities by the wonderful Dharminder, an extremely professional driver who always drove very smoothly and safely. Genuinely couldn't recommend this tour enough, excellent value for money when you consider everything that's included!

Great tour!

Taj Mahal and Agra , is first due to its splendor but Jaipur was a great tour also. Overall an excellent tour. It is a long car ride from Jaipur to Delhi (~ 4.5-5hrs) so just be aware of that.

One amazing trip filled with memories for a lifetime

This was just an amazing trip. Can't say enough about the travel arrangements and how well the tour was planned and executed well . We had an amazing time. A 5 star worthy excursion. All our accommodations were at places that were of exceptional quality. Stayed in hotels that were of high standard and very comfortable and neat. The day spent in Delhi with our guide Archleshwar was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, took us to all the places we wanted to see and spend time explaining the rich history behind all the monuments. The history of the city is phenomenal. Next stop on our tour was Agra. Pradeep was the guide and he took us to the Taj for the sunrise view. It was phenomenal. The Taj was a beautiful sight in the early morning sun. He gave a great tour of the Taj, the Fort and the other sites in town. He made sure we learnt a lot.about all the attractions in town.the last day we spent in Jaipur with Prateek who was a very good guide. Being a local, he was able to give great insights into the history of rhe city and all the spots we went too. His dad jokes were well appreciated and enjoyed. We can't say enough about the guides who were exceptional, no language issues and they did a great job. It would be remiss if we didn't say anything about our driver, Parmjeet Singh, who spent the most time with us.he was a great companion on the road. Exceptional in driving us around. A caring and kind man. A human GPS who did amazing with his driving knowledge around the Golden triangle. He completed the tour for us. Felt very safe with him driving us around. He gets 100/10 from us. Sher-e-Punjab. This trip wouldn't have been what it was without him. We wouldn't do another tour if we can't get him as our companion on the road. Overall can't say enough about our 3 days. Thank you so very much. The sights amd seen, the guides, the accommodations and our driver made this one great time that was time spent well. We have a lifetime worth of memories now. Thank you and we would definitely recommend this tour and company and will use them again.

If you are considering a tour to see some of the best sites India has to offer do not hesitate to book this tour! My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience on this tour, our driver Anil was very professional and made our comfort and safety his first priority! The tour was so well organized and the guides at each location were very informative, they truly made the most of our time in each place. The hotels that we stayed at were top tier, and paying for the 5 star hotel tour package was well worth it. The free breakfast and dinners at the hotels were all really great too! Overall we couldn’t be happier with this amazing trip, it was an experience my wife and I will remember for a lifetime.

Each of the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Allowing a good balance between sharing historical facts and free time to explore the sites on your own. The guides also know all of the best areas to take great photos! A special shoutout to our driver, Monu. Not only was he extremely professional and kind, but he has the very stressful job of driving through India (which is not for the faint of heart). 3days of increadible experiences, visits to wonders of the world and memories

Taj Mahal is superb, red fort in Agra and the Almond Fort at Jaipur also increadible places to visit. Driver excellent and took great care of us and the Guides were all very knowledgeable and good fun. Hotels both very good. It’s an energy soaking 3 days but with all the support very doable, interesting and enjoyable and we will always remember our trip. Highly recommended if you’ve only got 3 days - if you have longer then for sure extend the trip!

By far exceeded all expectations!

To be completely honest, we were a bit nervous about visiting India since it seems to be one of these countries that people either love or hate. Through this tour, we had the opportunity to visit many historic locations throughout the golden triangle and learn so much about the rich culture and history in India. Every tour guide provided a wonderful balance between providing information/history, whilst allowing for some free time to explore on your own. In addition, they know all of the best places to take photos! Each guide and accommodation was also extremely professional and made our stay very welcoming! A special shoutout to our driver for the tour, Monu. Not only was he extremely welcoming and professional, but he had an extremely stressful job (driving in India is not for the faint of heart). He made sure we were safe and comfortable the entire time. I’d suggest requesting him if possible, if you book the tour! Do not hesitate to visit India and book this tour!

Anil was an excellent driver, both friendly and knowledgeable. All of the local guides that were picked had many great stories about all of the place so was able to visit, as well as taking me to a few special places I requested.

Fantastic Tour

Absolutely fantastic tour. Always a bit unsure on how these sort of things will work out but it was great. All of the local guides were really nice and knowledgeable and our driver, Jarnail was top quality. He was an extremely experienced and skilled driver - it was our first time in India and were grateful to have him on the madness of the roads! The hotels were stayed in were good and the food was very nice also - the restaurants and service stations that the guides and Jarnail took us to were clean and offered a good selection. Overall we were very satisfied with this tour and couldn’t recommend it more, 10/10.

Splendid tour!

Highly recommend the tour - everything is well planned out, you literally don’t have to worry about more than showing up at the agreed upon time. Our driver Hardeep was so attentive, polite and a very good driver, his car was meticulously clean and spacious too. If it’s your first time in India, be forewarned that the traffic is hectic and loud bc of all the honking - our driver honked less than 10 times over the three days and it was a really smooth ride overall. All the places we visited were interesting (we didn’t visit all of the ones on the Viator list though since we didn’t have time) and guides were knowledgable and funny!☺️ One recommendation from my side - if you’re easily pressured into to buying stuff, opt out (ask not to be taken) to the factory stores - they do show you the process of how their city’s traditional items are made, however the pressure to buy (even tho they keep saying you don’t need to buy) is very unpleasant. Or after the process is explained just say no thanks to seeing the items on sale right away. We were taken to a spice shop in Delhi in the market, to a stonemason in Agra and in Jaipur to a handprinted textile place and gem store. All fascinating processes to learn about and very nice stores, I just personally felt a little uncomfortable. (also my own fault for not being able to say no f2f) Communication with the travel agency via WhatsApp smooth and fast. Oh and take some reading/entertainment for the long car rides between cities - Delhi-Agra was about 3-4hrs and Agra-Jaipur 5hrs.

Our guides in each city gave an insiders knowledgeable perspective. We loved our driver, Mr. Singh, who was kind and hospitable and our 4 y/o keeps asking about him ever since parting ways!

Recommended, a great way to see the sites in a limited time

I had the golden triangle tour starting and finishing in Delhi. My driver for the 3 days, Mr Sunil, was excellent, polite and helpful. My guides on each day, Mr Benu, Mr Armit and Mr Veep repectively were excellent, each having their own style and each being very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and happy to engage in broader conversations about India. Hotels were top notch.

Old Delhi, Taj Mahal, Fort and Palace in Jaipur are the most memorable monuments. Hotels (we took the 5* package) in Agra and Jaipur were excellent. The quality of the guides was variable (Delhi very good (info provided; communication style); Agra and Jaipur: info provided was good but communication style could improve (lots of repetition). Driver (Kuldeep) for the 3 days was excellent; 100% reliable, very friendly, very good communication. Sure he is one of the best. Best experience thanks to everyone involved!

This tour was the most comprehensive and efficient way to see sites in the Golden Triangle in the shortest period of time. I was in India for 2 weeks and had a small window in Delhi before I had to fly out to another part of the country. I booked this tour through Viator & Crystal India Holidays, and I did not regret one second of it! The tour is packed, and you leave feeling satisfied that you had the opportunity to see the most important attractions that this beautiful area has to offer. The event organizer, Amit, reached out a few days before the tour with details of our driver, and tips to navigate the 3 cities. Our driver Shyam was careful and efficient at driving through the chaotic roads, and the local guides (Bhanu in Delhi, Gaurav in Jaipur, Pradeep in Agra) were amazing with providing history and cultural significance of the monuments and sites. The guides and driver looked out for our safety throughout the days, and we felt very secure. Shyam also recommended and drove us to restaurants for lunch if we were hungry, and the restaurants he chose were delicious! The hotels were so nice and comfortable—Hilton in Jaipur and Jaypee Palace in Agra were amazing 5 star hotels. The tour is truly a seamless operation and no detail was left out thanks to Amit and his team. My husband and I truly appreciate the hospitality and the services. If I could give this tour 7 stars, I would!

It was short trip to 3 different towns but the drivers came on time and followed the schedules. guides were good and also 5 star hotels were excellent. everything went well as planned. If possible visit these places in February so weather will be good.
