Overall a good trip

I had a trip of 5 days 4 nights at Varanasi that included trip to prayagraj as well. Our assigned driver Mishraji had been co-operative in picking & dropping us at airport on time as requested. The month being saawan & hotel within city had barricades placed due to which we had some difficulty to take rickshaw for some distance. Just one more advice to travel agency to help tourists with good food places as that was something we really struggled with.

Lovely holiday in Varanasi and Sarnath

Pilgrimage trip to Varanasi

Our trip to Varanasi, Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Gaya during last week of December, 2022 through our travel agent Deejohn tours was went on well & hassle free. We are delighted to share that our experience with our travel agent is excellent both in terms of service provided and hospitality from hotels. Our car driver Mr.Ajeetji is also fully supportive in covering all the places as per itinerary and guided in all possible ways. Overall our experience is most memorable one.

Our Guide cum Driver was the best person as he know all the best places and also informs us about the rich heritage. Varanashi's Experience was Epic Thanks to Shankar Ji (Our Guide Cum Driver). Many hotels service was not good although the rooms where well maintained. Hotel services needs to be improved.

Awesome experience with quite exceptional service

Kashi Viswanath Temple was the best one and also the driver (Sankar Ji) was really good, helping in every situation & issues. The only feedback I will suggest you is to improve the hotel booking level. Some hotels service (Hotel Silk City) was not up to to the mark & also some hotels customer service was not quite acceptable.

In Kashi, Food at Hotel Tridev Grand was excellent. The staff at the hotel were decent and packed our breakfast neatly as we were leaving early in the morning . Throughout our tour Mr.Manoj Paul of Deejohnn Holidays India tours was nicely coordinating in every leg of our tour.He was really excellent and deserves five star. The cab drivers too deserve a pat.

Comfortable and affordable

Overall trip experience was good, group of 13 elders had been on a 9 day trip. Vehicle provided was good and comfortable. Also the stays were clean. Food at stays could have been better.
