We went lanka for our first wedding anniversary and we really needed a personal driver to drive us to our journey to Nuwaraliya. We choose from Mack travels srilanka and we are so glad we chose from this company. Our driver Mr Lionel was the most kindest and the most helpful. Because of him our journey became more exciting. Great day with Nidu

Nidu was an excellent driver and guide. He showed us some local markets that we would not be able to find on our own. He got us fresh coconuts with some of the best juice we’ve had. He also provided a lot of information about Sri Lanka and its history.

Great private driver experience!!

We had the best drive from Kandy all the way to Ahangama, which is a 5+ hour drive! Indike was the sweetest driver, giving us so much information on the country throughout the drive. He got us to our destination safely and with ease! He had a good sense of humor on him too which is also a plus! Would recommend this taxi service 10/10 and we would use them again, given the chance!

A professional transfer service.

The best part was the excellent communication in establishing the time and place for pickup with real-time updates. The car, a Prius, was comfortable; the driver, Arun, was polite; we made toilet and snack stops for convenience. Everything went well.

The driver knew where we wanted to go and took us there and then drove us around Columbo with a few stops. Beware, they try to charge Us$20 passenger and US$10 vehicle for port charge but they collect from outside the port, we refused but they were not happy

Very reliable company, we did a beautiful tour of Sri Lanka for 11 days. Our driver, Lionel, was flawless from day one to the last. He stuck to our schedule, adding many more welcome excursions. Mack Travel followed us both before the trip with exchanges of messages to set up the tour, and during the trip. The car was very good, always clean and well maintained. Nice experience

Travel from Colombo to Ella with a stop in Galle. Comfortable trip, friendly and helpful driver. We also made a detour to see somecaxcate and along the way stop with tasting of fruit and local products.

MACK Travel nous a proposé un prix tout à fait honnête pour notre tour de 3 jours. Ils ont été rapides pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous avons même par la suite organisé avec cette agence un chauffeur et une jeep privée pour un safari au parc national d'Udawalawe. Nous remercions fortement notre chauffeur Milan pour l'excellent service fourni ! Sa voiture était confortable et propre. Notre chauffeur était très sympathique et souriant, il nous a apporté des explications concernant les lieux que nous allions visiter et a répondu à nos questions. Il parlait un très bon anglais d'ailleurs ! Nous lui avons aussi demandé s'il connaissait des lieux à visiter sur notre itinéraire, des restaurants locaux et bons et un endroit où acheter des épices / du thé où les locaux se rendent. Il a très bien su répondre à nos attentes. Ce qui est un vrai plus pour cette agence ! La conduite était très sécuritaire et rapide, il se pliera en quatre pour vous amener à temps là où vous voulez, ce qui nous a permis d'arriver à temps à l'aéroport. Nous remercions encore une fois Milan et l'agence MACK Travel Sri Lanka pour tout et nous les recommandons fortement !
