Zen was a very nice Japanese man that ended our Japan trip. As we drove to Kansas Airport he explained a lot about Osaka. Very nice guy!

Stress-free Cushy Ride

The driver arrived 5 minutes early & waited till the exact time of booking to come into the hotel lobby to get us! He handled our 2 big suitcases easily in his big "van" and easily maneuvered his way through the morning traffic. We got to the airport about 5 minutes earlier than estimated. He did not speak much English & smelled of cigarette smoke, but was very polite in manner

Excellent Service on Pickup

This was an awesome experience being picked up from our hotel and driven straight to KIX Airport. The driver came a few minutes early and called me on WhatsApp that he was outside. This company is a wonderful experience compared to another app we used to pick us up at KIX that was booked a week earlier. We wasted over one hour waiting for the driver and he never showed up and the only way to contact the company was by chat which was terrible. We ended up catching a taxi from the airport wasting time and money and to top it off the driver lied that he was there waiting. We will only use Viator App from now because they are efficient and they also have a phone number to call if there’s a problem not the awful chat like the other company.

Reliable company

From the booking to the drop off, everything was perfect. The company confirmed the booking via text and the driver arrived on time.

Disappointment with lies

Made a reservation and it was confirmed many times. When the day arrived for our transportation request, I called the driver at the time we requested due to no one was around and received no notification. It was already 4:00pm. I called 5minutes Driver Ms. Liu answered the phone, but not understand english and said she will come at 4:30pm instead. During the phone call, I heard there was people in the background, which means she lied where she was. After the conversation, recieved a text message and she mentioned in there was an accident on the road. I looked online and there was no accident around. I kept calling and texting her and barely no reply. I kept calling and no response and contacted Viator customer service office and couldn't get in touch with them either. Then, I asked where are you. She replied 20minutes more and wait outside. This was so unprofessional and was almost late for our flight. When finally gotten picked up, I was in conversation with the Customer Service and promised me a refund, which I am waiting for.

A smooth ride to the airport, a treat after much travel!

Our driver was early and communicated well through WhatsApp. Smooth trip to the airport, which was much needed after 2 weeks of traveling. The van was large enough to fit our family of 6 and all our bags. Also we left a small bag in the van by accident and the driver found it and is returning it to us, which is so above and beyond! Fast transfer to airport!

The lady driver drove so fast at the highway that it wasn’t a very comfortable ride because we feared she might get into an accident, with us in it! Upside was she got us to the airport in 45 mins! She was accommodating trying to load & unload our luggages herself.

Fun filled highlight

My wife and I had heavy bags and an early flight. We had a choice, haul the bags up and down stairs in the subway where we often got lost or pay for pick-up. We chose the latter to take away the anxiety and pain. I'm glad we did. Dew (spelling?) Our driver was waiting for us at 6:00am with a spotless Toyota. She was such a professional driver that she shortened the 1 hour 20 minute trip and made it fun and a highlight of our visit. 5 stars!

Not as advertised

Driver was nice and got us to the airport on time but vehicle was not as described and certainly not a "luxury" experience. 3/4 of us squeezed in the back, car reeked of cigarettes, cigarette burns on the seats. The ride we got upon arrival from Haneda from the same operator was much better for the price and set our expectations for this service.

Excellent Ride Transport from Osaka Hotel to Kansai International Airport - Would Use Again

Driver arrived on time and it was easy to identify him as he had my name on his electronic tablet device. I was the only passenger for the ride from the Vischio Osaka by Granvia Hotel to Kansai International Airport (KIX), I was happy to have chosen this service as it was raining heavily from Osaka to KIX. I was dropped off at Terminal 1 at KIX and I was able to easily walk to the Global Wi-Fi desk to return my wi-fi device.

Driver arrived with name sign a few minutes prior to scheduled pickup time allowing for on-time departure from hotel. The loading of luggage that accompanied 7 passengers went smoothly as did the ride to the airport. Vehicle used was very comfortable and clean. Appreciated the service provided by online booking and chat, email confirmation and exchanges with assigned tour contact. Professional and efficient services were much appreciated.

Convenient service if you are willing to pay the premium

This service is convenient if you need to get to the airport in the wee hours of the morning. Cost is less compared to a taxi. We had limited transportation choices being that we had 6 pcs of luggage (including handcarry items) for 2 people. Driver was there on time and the hotel staff informed us of their presence. 5 star.

An convenient way to travel to the Kansai airport

The supplier was kind enough to accommodate our several changes in pick up time from the hotel. This airport transfer is a really convenient way to get to the airport, particularly if you have a big group and have a big group and have young kids in tow.. They even provided car seats for the two young kids (3y and 1y).
