They were waiting for us after we got off the plane (plane arrived about 15 minutes late) with a sign with my name. They stopped for us to get coffee and was willing to stop for us to get groceries. They got us going to our resort soon after and we arrived safely.

Despite being exhausted from our flight, Thomas's enthusiasm kept us awake. He was very friendly and patient, especially when the airline took more than 30 minutes for us to get our baggage. Thomas is wonderful! Stopped at a grocery store for us on the way to our hotel and made an emergency stop for my sick friend on the way back to the airport. Very friendly, very prompt, a delight to meet!

Great pick up

Great trip after getting off a 11-hour flight! Thomas is there on time ready to go with a sign to let me know who he was and he was quite entertaining on the trip up. Very funny dude!

A great welcoming spirit!

We arrived into Fiji at 5:40am. Then we had to wait for our luggage and go thru customs. I was worried that our transfer driver would get impatient and leave. But that was not the case. Thomas, our driver, was right their patiently waiting for us. He gave us a little history on the way to the resort and was courteous the whole time.

Reddi was patiently waiting for us after we finished customs and exchanging money. He asked us if we needed groceries and we said yes. So he stopped at a wonderful bakery and them a grocery store. Once we got back in the car we realized we'd forgotten a few items and he patiently took us to another store to get more food! I would highly recommend using Viator to get from the airport to your resort!

Was waiting for us as we exited the airport and offered to stop at a super market to pick up some waters and snacks before we arrived at our Resort which was appreciated. I reached out via email to book an airport transfer for myself and my husband and Shivneel responded within minutes with quotes and even created a custom itinerary for us to make a couple of stops on my return transfer. Shoheb was our driver and he was great. He was waiting with a sign, and engaged in finding us as we got closer to the exit. He already had an infant seat installed for our son and was a great help with our bags. I hope he will be the driver back to the airport when we're ready.

Great services with Shoheb! We booked round trip services from the airport to our resort. Although our flight was delayed, Shoheb was there waiting with a smile. It was raining when we arrived and pulled the car around so we wouldn’t get wet, he even took us to the market to get anything we needed as the resort was far away. He told us about the history of Nadi and the villages. We were really hoping to take a tour with him, but the weather didn’t permit! Book with Shoheb if you want great service!

Great experience with this service

Had an amazing experience with Shoheb! Got transfer from the airport to our resort, he was there waiting for us once we cleared customs. Was pouring with rain so he went and got the car so we didn’t get wet and helped us with our bags. Gave us lots of information and ideas about things we can do in Fiji while we are here. He even stopped at the grocery store for us which was very helpful. He was a very safe driver, felt very comfortable with him. Such a friendly welcoming guy. Will be using his services for the rest of our time while we are in Fiji.

Transportation while in Figi

We used the service for transfer from airport to our resort and then again from one resort to our next stay. They staff were wonderful, friendly, and we kept using them for all transportation needs while in Figi. On the way to our second resort for our trip, Thomas “Tonga” stopped at Danny’s Liquor for us to get some things to have at our resort. Instead of booking with a tour company-we chose to have Thomas drive us around the island for the sites we wanted to visit. Very comfortable, accommodating, and definitely worth it. You won’t go wrong with making reservations for your transportation while in Figi here!!!
