Private Premium Arrival Transfer : Nadi Airport to Hotel

Great Transfer but low flexibility

Our plane arrived an hour late yet our driver was there waiting with a smile. The car for our group of 4 was comfortable and clean. The driver was a wealth of knowledge on all things Fiji. 5 out of 5 on arrival. I am taking 1 star off because for a lack of flexibility. We had a scheduled return as well (6:40 pm), Rosie picks the time based on your flight. On the day of departure, we were told by Fiji Airlines that we needed to come to the airport earlier than the departure was scheduled to fix a seat issue on our flight ( leave at 5:15-30) When we called the Rosie desk at Intercontinental in early morning, we were told they would try to get us there early but could not guarantee or tell us until later that day. Our driver was supposed to be coming with a party from the airport ( making the trip anyway). When it was 4:15 and we had not heard a word about if we could leave early, we ended up booking a different return from a different company ( Epic- cheaper and same service and vehicle) as we had to ensure earlier departure from the hotel to the airport. When we arrived home Rosie's replied to my email to deny a partial refund saying they do not allow same-day changes as they have allocated all their drivers for the day at that point. The moral of the story- this transfer is where times are dictated by the company and flight time. If you change flights or want to go early like we did, you may be out of luck and locked into the pre-set time like we were if you don't tell them a day or more in advance. Overall, it was a good experience with Rosie on the initial transfer, but be very sure what time you want to leave as you cannot change it the same day.

Best Transfer Ever

I booked a transfer through my resort and they booked a driver through Rosie holidays his name was Reggie he picked us up from the Hilton and drove us to Momi bay he was the nicest person and his vehicle was very luxurious we would happily have him as our transfer driver again and i will definitely be recommending him to anyone that goes to Fiji

Friendly and professional

This was not the first time we have used Rosie Holidays for our transfers and won’t be the last. A very friendly, professional team. We were lucky enough to have Naveen for our departure transfer. Naveen was not only professional but gave us an excellent history of the local area which was very interesting. Highly recommend Rosie Holidays!

Very reliable

Rosie’s was easy to find. We were greeted enthusiastically and happily. Our driver was friendly and talked a lot about Fijian culture on our way to the resort. We also had a private transfer back to the airport. They were prompt and courteous.

The best airport transfer service

We used Rosies airport transfer service for both arrival and departure. Our driver Naveen was fantastic and shared many helpful insights and tips. On both occasions our drivers were early. Would absolutely book again. Highly recommend.

Best of the best in Fiji

We used Rosie’s Holidays for our arrival and departure transfers when we were recently in Fiji. Our holiday booking was very last minute so were our transfer bookings but that was no issue for Rosie’s and the arrangements were made. As soon as we got out of the terminal we were introduced to our driver Jope who then took us to our private transfer which was a very clean and new vehicle. Jope automatically became like a friend to us, he was so friendly and informative and for such a long drive down to the intercontinental it definitely was not boring. He would point out everything on our drive down and would explain in detail what it was and why it was there etc.. which was so interesting and not what we have received on previous trips to Fiji. We were all in stitches by the end of the drive just laughing so much just about different things. He really made us feel so at home and happy which was the best starting point for our beautiful holiday. The return transfer we were lucky enough to have Jope again which we were so happy about. Again it was a last minute booking for us done with the hotel which was not an issue for Rosie’s. It was so easy to book the transfer with the Rosie’s tour desk at the hotel. If Jope is going by what any of the staff at Rosie’s are like, we have to say they have the best of the best working for them in Fiji and we will be referring friends to use Rosie’s for their transfers and tours every time they come to Fiji. The professionalism and kindness of their at Rosie’s is just at another level and I would not recommend anyone else to use. Thank you for a beautiful start and end to our trip!

We were greeted by The Rosie crew at Nadi Airport and well looked after. They took out bags, loaded them all on the air conditioned bus and made us feel very welcome.

We used Rosie for all of our transportation needs in Fiji, airport and Port transfers. We also had to call Rosie's when our flight was delayed 24hrs and they called our hotel and changed our island ferry transfer for us. Awesome and professional transfer services!

Great transportation service by NAVEEN from Rosie's Holidays! We were greeted immediately after clearing Figi customs and provided with an ice cold, wet towel infused with mint and an ice cold bottle of water. Perfect and welcome touch after a long flight. We were then safely driven to the Port where we boarded our water taxi. Our bags were carried for us. Our driver, Naveen was amazing! He gave us history and sight information the entire way to the Port. Very professional and informative! Highly recommend!

Nicest experience

Bula Vinaka Rosie Holidays. Our contact for pick up Anish was the most thoughtful person. He was at the Nadi airport waiting for us when we arrived, patiently got us ( family of five with two under 9 years old kids and a teen) securely seated, loaded up our baggage and calmly told us what we could expect during our transfer to Nanuku. We were given a timeline, he showed us the sights and sounds enroute and was thoughtful enough to plan a quick stop ( GREAT food place where you could also buy some artifacts locally made) to grab a bite because we flew in pretty early in the morning. The youngest got motion sickness a few times and Anish was happy to help with however he could. Rosie Holidays - even your competitors adore you. We were making conversation with some local folks at the food stop and they say you are the best! So glad you had our backs.

Hassle free transport in Fiji

We used Rosie Holidays for both transfers from and back to the airport. They were always very punctual and the vehicles comfortable and air-conditioned. I would definitely use them again.

Perfect Way to Transport from Nadi Airport to Port Denarau

Our resort in the Mamanuca Islands arranged Rosie Holidays to transfer us from Nadi Airport to Port Denarau *where SeaFiji would transport us by boat to the resort). Rosie Holidays was there waiting for us at the airport with a sign, a lei, and a smile. The driver was friendly and informative and he transported us in an a well-kept air-conditioned van and delivered us right to the boat. It was a perfect, stress-free experience.

Very professional

We had a private transfer from airport, they were waiting for us and the driver was full of information on what to expect and what to see he also carried the suitcases for us and the driver on the return journey was just as helpful.

Best hotel transfer

We used Rosie transfers from Nadi airport to intercontinental, it was a relaxing, safe and very cultural experience. The car was clean and comfortable and our Driver Jope was the best. Jope was friendly and very accommodating answering all my daughter's questions about Fiji. If you want to start and finish your holiday in style use Rosie and ask for Jope you will not be disappointed.

Airport transfer

We were transfered from Nadi airport to our hotel by Khan. He was lovely! Gave us a little guided tour on the way. Letting us know what was about and what might be nice to visit. As this was our first time to Fiji he was the perfect driver. Then to top it off we left our passports in the van and he came back to the hotel to return them to us. As 2 adults and 3 small children that could have been costly and time consuming to replace. Only down side was we were able to get back to the airport of half the price Rosie charged so they are very over priced.

Naveen from Rosie’s Transport is great...

We had the pleasure of being picked up from the airport at Nadi by Naveen from Rosie’s and he was awesome. For the two hour trip from the airport to our hotel he provided with heaps of information about Fiji and pointed out lots of different landmarks on our journey. He made a long bus trip feel like about half an hour and he was awesome. Amazing start to holiday!

We arrived in Fiji today and what a treat it was to have a pre-arranged pick up from the airport to our hotel. Naveen our driver was full of energy and knowledge! He is a star and a fantastic driver. VINAKA Naveen!!

Disappointing

The Van was very Clean & The driver was friendly and polite. However we left a new set of Bose earbuds on the backseat, our fault completely The following day when we followed up with the Rosie’s desk at the Naviti resort. I received smiles and yes will we look into it, “ask the driver”.... this was as far as they looked into it, after returning to the same desk 3 times over the week, we have come to terms that they are lost. Yes completely our fault but the lack of after sale service was very disappointing.

Transfer to hotel

The driver Naveen was very friendly and knowledgeable of Fiji and each of the areas we were driving through from the airport to Momi Bay. He made the journey a very enjoyable one.

We Love Jope!

Myself and my mum have traveled to Fiji 3 times now and out of those trips from the airport to the hotel and back we have not received a driver like Jope. The trip to our resort was filled with laughter as if we had already met Jope in the past. We thoroughly enjoyed his company my mum and I requested that Jope transferred us from the resort back to Nadi airport for our departure back home. He ensured our comfort throughout the drive many times, filled us with lots of knowledge and most importantly for us made it a smooth and exciting ride. Great service on Airport transfer

Rosie travel services provided an efficient and enjoyable transfer to our hotel after landing at Nadi Airport. Our driver, Jope, was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the local area, and kept us entertained throughout the journey with local information, making us feel very welcome. Love Rosie’s - Especially our driver

First time in Fiji and want to mention the amazing service we received from Rosie’s. The transfer was arranged by our travel agent but we couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Our driver Naveen (hopefully spelt correctly) made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. He called us FAMILY. During the 2 hour trip he provided running commentary on Fiji and provided us with an abundance of local knowledge covering so many topics. It was amazing. HE WAS AMAZING. My family came last year and the bus trip across was boring and the driver never spoke a word. Well done to Rosie’s for employing such a wonderful man.

Excellent transfer to Intercontinental

We had arranged transfers through the hotel Intercontinental. Both journeys from and to the airport were safe, professional and value for money. I would use Rosie’s transfer service again when next in Fiji.

Once through Immigration in Nadi, we...

<p>Once through Immigration in Nadi, we had no trouble finding a gentleman with our name on a sign. He escorted me to the air-conditioned office for Rosie's Holidays, who provided the transportation. Even though I had not confirmed ahead of time, they were obviously expecting us and we even processed the confirmation of our hotel pickup a few days later. After hotel pickup issues in Sydney and Melbourne, this was a welcome occurrence. There were three of us, each with one large suitcase plus assorted carry-ons. It all fit into the SUV with no issues. We were quickly on our way and whisked right to our hotel.</p> <p>This was a terrific experience and I highly recommend this transfer!</p>
