Navin picked the group of us up from Outrigger and took the group to Denarau Sofitel. Pick up was on time and Navin was a great driver offering to stop to pick up supplies on the way. Another great trip with Epic!

Couldn't ask for better

Private transfer from airport to hotel (and return several days later). Driver was on time both times. Good careful friendly drivers. Good spoken English. New clean comfortable vehicles with plenty of leg room and luggage space. Air conditioned. Helpful without being pushy. Vehicles had proper seatbelts instead of just lap belts which seems to be rare in Fiji. We also noticed that baby seats were available (although not required for us)

Amazing Ali in Fab Fiji

Epic was competitive, price wise, and has an easy website to use and search, not common around Fiji! More important our driver Ali was terrific. Why? Laid back and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and plan with. Ali has great ideas on how yo enjoy Fiji. Great guy, Epic please give him a bonus!

On arrival to the Nadi airport yesterday, on 13 March 2023 at 10am, I realised I left my purse with all my valuables, cellphone, id, cards and important daily vital lifegiving medicine at the hotel.  Mr Devendra was so helpful and telephoned my hotel Raddison Blu immediately, to locate it, contact him back and he would advise me.  Mr Devendra had to leave to collect another customer but promised and reassured me he would contact me once the hotel advised. As true to his word, Devendra rang me at 11 am to advise the hotel found the purse and I arranged for it to be collected by a relative and returned to me promptly.  I was able to make my flight back home in time with my purse and important medication, thanks to Mr Devendra fast and kind actions. Please personally acknowledge Mr Devendra for his genuine care for people, great customer service, friendly professional nature and helping me at my hour of great need. Great experience

Our group had a great experience with multiple transfers. They were able to accommodate a large group with lots of luggage with their vans. Levi was very kind and professional. He provided a safe drive and added in lots of information about Fiji and the areas we drove through. Would highly recommend this company and the drivers and would book through them again in the future.

Professional, punctual and friendly

I could not recommend this company more. I don't think I've ever used such a professional and efficient taxi company anywhere in the world. We booked them for 3 transfers in advance of arriving in Fiji based on good reviews and I'm so glad we did. They were extremely punctual, if not early each time. All 3 of our drivers were so friendly and helpful - our first driver even brought us to find some kava from a street market for our homestay! It was a comfort to know that our taxi would definitely be ready and waiting for us when requested. Many thanks for your service!
