Safe and reliable Fiji transfers from airport to resort and back. A little expensive when booked in advance versus what you would pay a taxi outside the airport, but depends if you want to know someone is definitely waiting for you.

No show and no kids car seat

We booked airport transfers with Micks tours, and paid extra for a child seat for our 4 year old. When we arrived the car was waiting but there was no seat, and the guy kept trying to upsell us to other tours the whole time. Then for our return trip, even though we confirmed with them they day prior, the car never showed up. And we had no contact from them to say they were running late. So we didn’t miss our flight we got a taxi instead. Which was actually cheaper and a nicer car. We have contacted the company to ask for a refund.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Booked a bus for 10 adults and 5 kids and was sent picture and confirmation of a 21 seater bus. Meet the driver out front of the airport with a 9 seater bus insisting we would all fit in it. After refusing to get into one bus we had to wait an hour for another bus to pick the rest of us up. Also used this company for my husbands bucks party a few days later to go from the Warwick resort to Nadi and again confirmed a bus for the 18 people and was sent a mini bus and car to all fit in. Going back from Nadi to the Warwick resort the wheel come off the bus. The passengers had to make their own way back to the resort. Over $2000 AUD spent on this disgusting service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Great transfer with baby car seats

Great airport transfer with clear communication and card payment before hand. We were able to reserve baby car seats. I also really liked that the company is Fijian.

Second time we have used Mick's fiji tours. Once in 2018 for a return transfer to naviti and it was great. This time when we arrived in Fiji was stuck waiting for our bus for an hour only for a car and a taxi to turn up which meant we had to split our group including toddlers between vehicle's not ideal, I mentioned our experience on the denarau returnees Facebook group when someone asked about them only to be deleted and blocked from group by Mick's Tours, the return transfer was perfectly fine a bus turned up on time and driver was friendly.

Save your money and book with someone else

Booked our return transfers from the airport to and from Wyndham Denarau Island based on the good reviews on their Facebook page and on other pages connected with Fiji. Firstly, we arrived at Nadi airport and there was no one to greet us and we were kept waiting almost an hour to be picked up. There was no answer on the phone numbers we had on our confirmation email and when he did arrive he was driving a sedan for four adults and luggage, luckily we only had one bag between us or there would not have been enough room. When it came for our return transfers our friends left on an earlier flight and were told pickup would be 5am. They did not arrive and our friends had no choice other than to catch at cab. I emailed for confirmation of our transfer later in the day and they did arrive on time. I also asked for a refund for our friends which they swiftly processed. I am disappointed because the reviews were so good.
