James was fantastic, met us on time as we arrived and was extremely professional, courteous and kind. We had a 50 min drive to Natadola and will be using him and the company again in the future. A real asset to the business.

Great ride with Navin

Navi picked us up at airport and send us to intercontinental golf resort. He is very mind. He took his time and told us a lot of local information and knowledge. He reminded us to get extra water before going to hotel and stopped by a convenient store for water and groceries. We had such a pleasant ride with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs a car service in the area

Kept us waiting

Booked through tripadvisor. Kept us waiting late at night. Turned up almost an hour late. When we finally looked at alternative ways to at to our hotel...he arrived

Not good - More money for dated yellow taxi

I paid for a private transfer. They didn't receive me. When I found someone from the same company, they came down. Apparently their driver didn't turn up. I was made to wait and then dumped in a dated yellow taxi which would have costed me half of the price I paid. The car was old, dated so it really gave a bad start to my trip. I should get 50% money back.

No hassle

Easy transfer from Nadi to our Hotel. Dev was great, told us all about Fiji and recommended some activities. Nice new van too!

Very happy with our transfer from Nadi airport to the intercontinental. Good communication from company as well when our flight was delayed a day. Best driver - highly recommend

Epic Transfer and Tours Fiji were on time and got us from Port Denarau to the Intercontinental Golf resort with no issues. Our driver, Navin, was very accommodating and even let us turn back as we had forgotten one of our bags at the port. Ask for Navin if you want a kind and caring driver!

Dev was awesome

Our driver was Dev. He was very courteous and had excellent driving skills. The car was clean. He was always punctual and educated us on the history and important attractions on the way. He picked us up at the airport and we liked him so much that we booked half day Nadi tour for the next day. We were in touch on WhatsApp, and then the day before we were heading out, I texted him to pick us up and drop us at the airport. He again showed up on time and safely dropped us at the airport. Navin collected us from the airport and although our flight was delayed an hour, he did not show any resentment or bother. He drove safely and well and provided plenty of information on the hour-long trip to Natadola Bay. I would highly recommend him and his company for any and all trips and transfers in Fiji.

Trustworthy and friendly

David was our driver and was there at Nadi airport waiting with a big welcoming smile after our plane touched down 1 hour late. It was like being picked up from the airport by an old friend as we chatted and laughed our way to Yatule Resort. David very kindly dropped us off at supermarket for supplies and offered other stops along the way to pick up some fruit etc. Car was very clean, pick up to and from airport punctual. Company approach is professional with an email reminding us of return journey pick up time. Will definately use Epic again.

Use these guys for private transfers

Awesome service. I had booked for the wrong date yet we were picked up within 45 minutes of us calling to find out where they were, an exceptional result given we needed 2 child car seats too. Our driver on the way back to the airport was awesome too, Fazeem, telling us a little about Fiji and always keeping us updated on our expected arrival time. The only thing I’d suggest is that you guys need rear-facing car seats, our 11 month old had to be front-facing which wasn’t ideal. Would still use you again.

Our drivers name was Fazeem who drove us from Nadi to the Intercontinental and back. He was highly professional, an efficient but safe driver. He got us there in good time. He was honest, friendly, pleasant and informative and considerate about stops we wanted to make. We learnt things about the real Fiji along the way. It was a very good experience.

Honest and professional

We were meant to travel to Fiji recently and booked our return transfers using this company. They are very reliable and quick to respond to any queries. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to family illness and Epic promptly refunded our payment. Gabby and the team at Epic are professional and honest and I can recommend them highly for your transfers and tours whilst in Fiji. We will definitely rebook with Epic when we travel to Fiji.

Reliable and friendly private transfer, good vehicles

We pre-arranged return transfers for 2 adults from Nadi airport to the Intercontinental Hotel on the Coral Coast. The drivers were both on time, very courteous and were driving nice cars. The drive can take between 50-70 minutes and both drivers were careful and drove to the conditions of the traffic/road. Booking via email was very simple and very professional. I would definitely use them again.
