We had a really great time chatting and learning from Peter. He was knowledgeable and he really gave us a chance to try to figure out the tastes and aromas on our own. It was a great experience! Loved it and would do it again.

Wine time

The wine was awesome! I really enjoyed the setting, in the vineyard with another couple. He taught us about our tastings and we listened and asked questions. I loved the vineyard cats. They came around us and kept us company with all our tastings.

Great Wine Tasting

The wine tasting was great and the sommolier was very knowledgeable. The farm was fun to see and having the small group format was best.

Disappointed, hungry and thirsty

Cute, clean farm. The host was very knowledgeable but not open to our engagement of questions. For the price you get 4 tiny samples of wine, tiny plate of low quality ham and cheese and dry bread. Our group of 6 agreed this tour was not a high calibre tour or wine selection. Every winery we have visited we wanted to support and purchase our tasted wines. There was no wine presented for purchase which was odd and disappointing. If you are looking for a unique memorable wine tasting tour, keep looking as we selected this tour due to its 5 star ratings.

Very pleasant event

Perfect setting for wine tasting. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all types of wine. Would liked to have carafes of water on the table to serve ourselves in between tasting. Pick up and drop off was very convenient. Recommend you eat something before going to tasting. There are small hors d’oeuvres like cheese, tomatoes, and slices of bread to clear and cleanse pallet.

Very educational

The sommelier took a lot of time to educate us about Greek wines and the four wines we tasted specifically. He allowed us to smell and taste and try to identify what aromas were in the wine (with some prompting and help), and he made the tasting very informative. We tasted a white, a rose, and two red wines (with nice, healthy pours for a tasting). We also had lovely sesame bread, cheese, meat, and vegetables.

A must try experience!

The experience wasn't just about the wine itself. Stathis was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the craft. He shared fascinating details about the winemaking process, the history of Mykonian viticulture, and the unique characteristics of the island's grapes.

Beautiful Location & Great Wine

Peter did a wonderful job of talking through the history of wine in Greece as well as some general wine knowledge. The wines themselves were amazing.

Our wine expert was very knowledgeable and descriptive when it came to explaining and discussing each wine region. As well as a full description of Greek wines and its origins. We loved his expertise.

Enjoyable afternoon wine tasting in Mykonos

My wife and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary and decided to do this tour on Mykonos. We were the only 2 people on the tour and so we had a private tasting (nice!). Our host was very nice and explained all about wine and wine growing in Greece. He poured us 4 different wines and we enjoyed all of them. Ended up getting the rose wine to bring back home to remember our time at the tasting room. Overall very nice and would recommend.

Winetasting at a sweet little farm.

Quaint little farm, and our host was very knowledgeable. Wines were delicious! driver came right to our port, showed up, timely, and got us back to port at the prescribed time. This wine tasting does not include a meal.

Great wine experience. I thought I knew a lot about wine being from Northern California and one who wine tastes often, but this event taught me so much more. Our Sommelier (we were told the correct name in Greek, but I don't know how to spell it) was an absolute pleasure. He truly knew his stuff and had such a deep passion for it. He didn't just pour us wine to taste and ask "do you like it", he asked in-depth questions - is it sweet or dry - what fruits do you taste - do you smell hints of anything. He wouldn't just let you get away without answering - he genuinely wanted us to learn about the wine. He also talked to us about the process that they use to make it. We were so invested in what he was telling us and learning about the different wines that we didn't even realize that we had been there for just over 2 hours. If you like wine and want to learn how to taste different notes in wine (apples, apricots, rose etc) this is a wonderful event and I would highly recommend it!

Must Try Wine Tasting Tour

Our wine-tasting tour at the Mykonos farm was an absolutely incredible and enlightening experience. From the moment we stepped onto the farm, we were immersed in a world of rich history and delicious flavors. The sommelier shared fascinating insights into the winemaking process, making it a truly educational journey. As we sipped on a variety of exquisite wines, each one bursting with unique character and local charm, we couldn't help but appreciate the dedication and craftsmanship that went into producing them. This tour was a perfect blend of sensory delight and informative exploration, leaving us with a deep appreciation for the art of winemaking on this beautiful island.

Relaxing afternoon with a Greek Sommelier

We took this tour having arrived on a cruise ship. Our driver was punctual and courteous. The experience at the farm was about 2.5 hours. The sommelier was exceptionally knowledgeable and proud of his Greek heritage and the 3000 years of history of the Greek wines. We tasted 4 delightful wines and had a fun, educational discussion. The experience was private, relaxing and memorable. So much better than the normal cruise tour experience. We strongly recommend this relaxing Greek experience.

Great experience! Learned a lot about wines. Host was very knowledgeable. Views were beautiful. Small group made it very intimate and personable.

Fun Wine Tasting

The tour included a lesson on the history of wine in Greece as well as a tasting of four Greek wines in a small garden vineyard. Overall it was a fun afternoon and the transportation meant you could enjoy the wine without having to worry about driving home.

The location of this tasting is absolutely beautiful! The wines were amazing and our sommelier (i can't spell the actual Greek term for sommelier), Stathis, provided great history of the types of wines we tried. I highly recommend this tasting!

Terrible … promised me a cake and didn’t provide Total tourist trap Said it was authentic Farm. Said we would have wine and authentic food tasting. Wine was twist cap ? For 100 per person the wine should have been top notch. And .. the tasting was stale ham

Would recommend wine tasting at the farm

Sommelier was really good. Everyone there was so welcoming. We learned a lot about Greek wine and grape growing. The wines were very good and it was just a really nice way to spend an afternoon. Oh, and we loved the farm animals too!

Good Wine, Fun Experience on a Real Farm!

Stathos, the SOMMOLIER, was awesome. Full of knowledge for wine and Greece. We had a small group and so we got to interact with him and ask lots of questions. The others in the group were also really fun. We had a wonderful time and the wine is delicious! I would do this again. 10/10!

Ok event

We really enjoyed the tour itself but the transportation was an issue both pick up and drop off. The pickupconfusion I can take responsibility for, but i wish their original instructions would have said they would come to the port we docked at as that changes. I didnt get that email until on the trip and spotty wifi. We took transportation to the new port and they were at the old port. However, the pickup was a driver being inconsiderate and his story not matching what he told us. We waited a very long time after the tour .. and he said ai will stay with you the whole time. It out a damper in the whole experience.

This was a fantastic experience!!! As my first time in Greece I loved every moment of this wine tour. The wine was fantastic, the land was beautiful, and the hosts were amazing and friendly. Would 100% recommendation.

Nice - good presentation, but a tad overpriced

The wine presentation was informing and interesting. The wine itself was enjoyable. The store bought bread and cheese/ham tray was subpar. For the price, the snack should have been more upscale and tasty in between wine tastings - too light for a tasting at noon. The farm itself, small and not far from the outskirts of town. The transportation was great - enjoyed the knowledge shared by the driver. When meeting the driver, do not wait outside the gate of the tender drop-off. Look up and walk the short incline and meet your driver road side.

Vineyard masterclass

What a lovely time we had. Gentle, informative seeing unusual vineyard then having a light lunch of produce from the farm followed by music on genuine island instruments. Good for all ages in a friendly welcoming atmosphere that just calmed the soul

Very informative wine tasting with lovely wines! Our sommelier was fantastic, he taught us how to assess the wines and how they were made. Far more detailed than any previous wine tour we have attended. Well worth a visit!

Amazing wine tasting experience!

We had a great time at the Mykonian family vineyard where we were able to taste four delicious wines while learning about the rich history. We were also given a plate of cheeses and breads to pair with each of the wines. The sommelier was so knowledgeable and informative — making this a truly memorable experience.

Great wine, host could relax a bit

The wine was good but the host was overly instructional, didn’t allow for relaxing. He kept quizzing us- a bit overwhelming.

Delightful wine and cheese

Really great experience! Began with a collection from our hotel which was incredibly helpful considering we were tasting wines. Sampling four beautiful wines, one white, one rosé and two reds - served with a delicious array of cheeses, meats and veg. Our sommelier/oinochooi Stathis was very welcoming and extremely knowledgable, not only with the wines made from their own vineyard but other wines of the world. Found the experience very education whilst also being fun and casual. Myself and girlfriend were part of a group of 11 and all participants were friendly and the atmosphere created by Stathis was warm and comfortable. Would recommend highly for those who enjoy wine and those who don’t! We were then given free roam of the surrounding farm making friends with donkeys and sheep who were all looking for love and affection. 10/10 Cathal and Lauren - Ireland

A great tasting!

Stathis was amazing! He gave us an incredible history and wine lesson while seated at a beautiful wine vineyard. The wines we tasted were incredible and we felt very comfortable the whole time. We highly recommend!

Great experience with a very knowledgeable sommelier regarding Mykonos wines. The wines we tasted were delicious and we enjoyed ourselves throughly.

1st class day out the location was great The host was very knowledgable on the wines presented, two thumbs up from us!

Best afternoon

This was so worth the money! The transfer to and from the hotel made it super convenient and our driver, Donna, was fabulous, even stopping to take photos at the top of the hill as she advised it was the best spot. The farm is lovely and peaceful. We were lucky to do this as just a couple as no one else had booked our time slot, but the times before and after us were busy, which they cater well for. Our sommelier, Stathis, was very knowledgable and made the whole experience great. He was friendly and humorous and appears to know pretty much everything about wine! There are a few animals on the farm, a small vineyard and some local cats that like to say hello. The snacks are tasty, but few and are given at the start for the tasting off all four wines to last the time you’re there. The wines themselves were wonderful. We would recommend this to everyone to try.

Our host was very informative. The wines were delicious! I would recommend taking a jacket if you go in September or later. It got very chilly

Poor value for money

I did this wine tasting with a group of three friends and overall I wouldn't recommend it. It cost €70 per person and although the tasting was in a nice setting and the staff were very friendly, it was very poor value for money overall. When we arrived, we were brought into a courtyard and seated immediately and although we could see some vines over a wall, we weren't brought into the vineyard or shown any of the wine-making process. We then sampled four different wines (a white, a rose and two reds) and we were shown how to assess the look, smell and taste of the wine. However the sommelier was reading a lot of the information off his phone and the labels of the wine bottles. There were fourteen people in the group and one bottle of wine was split between us each time. I appreciate that it wouldn't be typical to get a full glass in these types of tours but all we got was a few sips each. There was also some snacks provided but it was just some cheap cheese and processed meat. This was all dragged out over three hours and as a result there was a lot of time spent sitting and doing nothing. Overall, I would not recommend doing this tour - the money would have been better spent at a nice restaurant in town.

Overall the tasting...

Overall the tasting experience was fantastic. Our Som was charismatic and knowledgeable, the wines were tasty, the transportation to and from was punctual. What can be improved on is the heat and the flies. An oscillating fan would fix both of these problems. Lastly, we would like an opportunity to buy a bottle of wine aft the end.

Everything was lovely! Statins is so knowledgeable and kind and made us feel right at home! I definitely recommend this experience!
